I don't care what anybody says this taco bell Rocks! They deal with so much crap with people drunk and going in there and saying with numerous orders all night and they serve liquor. Give them a break. They did amazing and handle it so well. They deserve to collect tips btw. Taco Bell needs to give them a tip jar So they feel me appreciated. So many service workers go there a after work that appreciate their service. We would love to tip them. Allow it please!

Good atmosphere, great food, fast easy pickup through app ordering. cheapest fast food around you can still actually afford. Nothing beats their boxes for $5-9 depending what you are in the mood for.

I ordered ahead to pick up at 11:45am and it was ready exactly on time. Friendly service, same quality as I've come to expect.

We were in town from the east coast and had never been to the Cantina Taco Bell. What a treat. It was better than the regular Taco Bell. We even got a beer to do it right! Honestly can’t go wrong! Thanks!!!

Employees were friendly and the security guard was chill/cool 😎. I love downtown and old Sacramento. There's plenty to do and so many awesome shops. They have lots of hole in the wall shops that are worth checking out! Hope you enjoy old Sacramento!

Went in for a late night snack. The atmosphere was kiosk heaven and blah scenery. The staff was busy preparing food and were busy and we had a margarita 🍹 with dinner. Yes they serve alcohol and on a cold night it was pretty tasty. ☺️.

May have been a busy night, but took 45 minutes to get our food. Had probably 30 uber eats and door dash guys come in that time. The four of us waiting inside were all there waiting for a very long time. It was around 8PM on a Sunday. Food was as expected.

Ordered via Doordash. This was my second time. First time order was complete. This second time they I did not receive my full order (missing an item). I paid for 5 items and only got 4. Doordash gave me a refund for the one item.

Went here for lunch to check out the adult beverages and cantina offerings. The kiosk doesn't allow alcohol sales, so we had to wait for a manager to come refund our booze-free beverages and ring them up with alcohol. The drinks were delicious! It just took forever to get them. While we were working on the drinks, the staff at the other end of the counter started SCREAMING my name because apparently, my food was ready. It all felt very unorganized behind the counter. Being in midtown, I didn't have high expectations for the vibes, and was not disappointed. There were fruit flies over every table, everywhere was sticky, and the floor hadn't been swept in at least a day. The bathroom had a code but the employee wouldn't tell us, we had to wait for them to have a break in service to be able to come over and unlock it. Overall, the food and drinks were great, but the service and location were poor.

I wish I read the reviews first. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the place opened. No mirror, no toilet paper. The cashier was incompetent. I gave a greeting and he looked at me confused. I asked for certain ingredients to be taken out of my burrito, and they were not. I didn't see what rating the restaurant had because I was ready to grab my food and go! But I'd bet a B...

When it's 1:30 a.m. and there's no other options this spot has to do. I just did not like the customer service there solid profile and elderly black man who wanted just to order food and they were telling him to leave because they believed he was homeless. The elderly man got agitated and rightfully so. I placed my order right after he did and because they were talking they forgot to start on my order. The order wasn't started until I complained. Again if there was another option I would have taken it but as a tourist being up at 1:30 in the morning this was the only option I had.

Really off put by the fact the manager was staring at my attractive 50+ year old friend’s ID for such a long time it felt like he was trying to memorize the information off of it. We’re women, we’re not naive when weird things like that are happening. Also super disappointed with the fact we paid $9 for beer that was mostly foam, they definitely don’t train the employees on how to properly pour here. They were also out of most of the food items I ordered and had to improvise my meal with other ingredients.

Couldn't try the food because the service was backed up over an hour. Manager was rude to customers and employees alike, clearly overwhelmed and it took a half hour just to cancel our order. You would think if you were backed up that far you would be ecstatic to cancel orders so it's easier to catch up. Primary issue is just that there was an event at the Golden 1 center and the manager had 2 people making food. The employees were moving along, but being understaffed on a Saturday afternoon with a sold out convention center event manager set them up for failure.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. i went there last night around 1:45 am. I was with my girl friends and we ordered a mountain dew baja blast, just one for us to share, i tried it at first and it TASTED extremely nasty. Like i was drinking chemicals. I took like 4 sips and my friend took one and said “ no this taste weird what the heck “ and i immediately threw it away. About an 30 mins later i started having stomach pains and nausea. I got home and got insanely sick. I was violently throwing up and my stomach hurt incredibly bad. I hadn’t drank or had anything to eat that night other than the baja blast. I was insanely lethargic when i was throwing up, and super not aware of what was going on. I am a MA and i know what chemical poisoning is. I am 95% sure i got chemical poisoning from their machine. It’s the next day and im not throwing up anymore. But possibly will need to go to the emergency room due to my symptoms still. i’m EXTREMELY disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First time rating a restaurant. Totally incomplete delivery with absolutely no recourse. Tried to contact the store, disconnected phone line. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I understand the late night temptation — you’re better off with Jack in the Box, I swear. Huge disappointment.

The manager is absolutely rude and does not care about the how his Taco Bell is run, and the other employees there care just as little, as they consistently forget items in your order and cross contaminate other foods often. I quite often find rotten pieces of lettuce inside burritos that aren't even supposed to contain lettuce in it. It Is consistently dirty and uncleaned, there is constantly food and sodas that are not available, like my latesrlt trip from today where there was no Cheese-It crackers or any Baja Blast soda. Overall, it is a genuinely horrible experience going to this Taco Bell. It is a shame it is the only Taco Bell in downtown Sacramento with how terribly it is run and managed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a door dash order and my dasher waited over 45 minutes for “fast food”. Neither of us could cancel due to DoorDash policies so this person was stuck waiting the entire time with no communication from staff.

Is this supposed to be one of the new 'upscale' Taco Bells? It was kind of fun when it first opened, I came here to check it out. It was a Taco Bell that serves beer and tried to have the atmosphere of a fast-casual place like Chipotle. I went there yesterday and it was definitely a lot more run down. I saw a lot of random broken screens including the menu board screen and also some of the screens facing the cashier. I tried to order from the touchscreen kiosk, but since I couldn't order a drink there, I had to wait a long time for the attendant to come out. After I got my order I wandered around the restaurant looking for a clean table, and not finding one, eventually sat at the bar type thing (made of reclaimed wood). I finished quickly and got out of there quickly. I guess they can't do much about it, being on K Street, and being the easiest way to get cheap food and a quick drink on K Street, it probably attracts the worst of the K Street crowd. Don't expect the Demolition Man experience of a 'nice' Taco Bell. But if you want cheap food in a quick drink, it's lower commitment than actually going into a restaurant or bar.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Security guard should absolutely be fired. Us 3 girls waited in line in the freezing cold for nearly an hour he didn’t even acknowledge us. Never got served never got food. He could have easily said sorry this is the last customer of the night instead he ignored us. We also witnessed him physically close the door on several people for no reason. Disgusted by a grown man’s behavior will never go back.

When I went in last, I ordered a drink and the guy at the counter was eating when I went to go retrieve it. He was just standing up at the counter eating food off of some tray, then didn't wash his hands before serving me my drink. That's a pretty gross violation of some basic food safety rules, so I'm not sure how clean the rest of this place is. It's a bit concerning to me that he was allowed to do that with a bunch of other employees around. Overall, I think for something like a Taco Bell Cantina that they would want to put their best foot forward, but that whole experience made me not want to go back based on cleanliness and food safety. Also the man who served me was pretty unconcerned about the whole thing. When I went up to him, he asked me what I ordered and then when I told him something, he waited to finish eating before finally pouring it for me. It was pretty annoying to me personally (having worked in fast food) to see someone so careless. I know not everyone likes their job and that's okay, but I do think that at the very least he should've washed his hands or something, or just not been eating up at the front counter in the first place. All I know is that if I see him again (that is if I ever go back) I will not order anything knowing he could be touching my food. I hope a health inspection comes through when he's on shift.

I was the only one in line. I waited 4 minutes for an attendant and over 6 for my simple $10 black bean cantina burrito. They were on their cell phones in the back, the place was nasty filthy, and the 3 staff I saw were mostly absent from the front. I had to leave to catch my bus when I genuinely thought it would take less than 12 minutes for a quick takeout bite. My fault for trying, but I'm out 10 bucks and hungry.

leaving a review that simply is to point out that it is a normal tb cantina but it is by far the worst in terms of ever giving you the dang salsa/sauce packets. you order it, they wont give it. you point it out, they might give you 3 packets. you can spend $70+ for a group of friends and they will never pony up enough sauce packets, will consistently do this, not just once in a while. so this post is petty, but so are they. every time!
