I really enjoyed dining here today. I loved how every employee worked as a team to get the food out to the tables even if it wasn't their section. Even the boss was running food. Never seen that at any establishment like Applebee's.... I'll Def drive to this location again to get great food and awesome service.. Keep it up you guys!

We had the best waitress. I dont remember her name but she was so attentive to our needs and had a great sense of humor to boot... she made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return. Oh and they didn't cook my steak the right way and the manager was right on it...

everyone loves applebees but this single store tops the chart good food, fast service, customer apreciation and they treat you like they want you to never leave! feel free anytime to ask for a manager or general manager they are right there not in the back they are hands on and both the gm and managers have went above and beyond and they they always willing to go the extra mile for people visiting ! thanks guys ill never stop going here!

We ate at this Applebee's as part of a 5 day road trip for our hockey team. Our meal was preordered with the instruction that we would like to eat as quickly as possible after sitting. We are travelling as a group of 30. Both afternoons we ate here they had as sat down immediately, water on the table and the food ready to be served. Each meal came out piping hot and was delicious. Fantastic Experience, Thank you Dennis + staff!

We had a friendly waiter who took our order by repeating it and then suggesting a salad option for us. Two meals for $25. The food was hot & tasty. The hostess was polite. Our meal was served within. 15 minutes. I definitely will return.

My other 2 kids ordered the half rack of ribs and enjoyed every bite, so moist and tender meat just like the kids like.. the waitress we had was awesome and nice so we tipped her 10.00.. highly recommend going there and enjoying ur meal

Today, November 18, 2023, was hands down the best experience at any Applebees, but especially a Saginaw, location I have ever had. And I’ve been coming here since I was little so a good 20 years now. It’s an Applebees people. We as a society don’t typically come here expecting stellar, 5 star restaurant level care. But tonight that’s definitely the care my family and I received. We were a group of 12 on a Saturday night so again the expectations were not high. The hostess greeted us warmly and was regularly informing us on progress for wait times. Our server Gracie (I believe her name was in so so sorry if it wasn’t) was phenomenal, and other servers interacted with our group as well and were just top tier with their friendliness. I could go on and on but I think you all get the point. I talked to the manager as well but I hope this gets to the right people so the team tonight can be properly thanked and praised.

We enjoyed every minute that we were there. The employees were awesome. Soon as we walked through their doors it was like coming home. The atmosphere was amazingly home feeling. We frequently visit here in Zilwaukee facility. This establishment is amazingly well clean. Right along with the rest rooms also amazingly well clean. My wife and kids love coming here. They say they like it cause of the service they get.💪👍

We ate at this Applebee’s tonight & had THE BEST SERVER….Jordan M. He has a great personality & didn’t treat us like most servers treat everyone the same. He made our dinner out very enjoyable & our meals were exactly like we ordered. The kitchen staff did a great job too. Thank you Jordan for doing what you do very well. He shared about his daughter & he sounds like a very good dad too. Be sure to ask for Jordan next time you go.

Me and my Husband went for Dinner. Kevin was our waiter and Gave us the Best Dine in experience. He was attentive to all our our needs, we did not feel rushed or forgotten. The food was good, but my Ceasar salad had the base/core of the lettuce in it. I wish restaurants wouldn't do that, but it's really common. Other than that, the food was consistently good. A little loud, but it was busy and there were some screaming kids, but the restaurant can't really do anything about that.

No better place for "no cook Wednesday" Dayna is great! I had the Tex Mex Shrimp bowl and Dayna suggested a few sauces to add to it. Excellent! The burgers are good as well. Not very hungry? Grab a bite off the kids menu!

Grilled chicken broth has the most spectacular flavor ever. We also had garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese it was amazing

When we arrived the parking lot was packed. We thought for sure we were going to have a wait. We got to the hostess desk, said table for two and we were on our way to be seated! Perfect! Our waitress, Jill, was excellent!! Full of life and entertaining! We got our drinks quickly. I tried the new People's Margarita and it was superb!!! The food was delicious too. Kudos to the staff amd management! We were in and out in under an hour!!! Had a meal and two drinks each!.

Holy moly, the service was fantastic. We went there on a busy night and even then, the service was fast, courteous, and friendly. The food was as good as any Applebee's is, but with how packed the place was the fact that no drinks or food were wrong was so nice to see!!! They always seem to have really good drink deals too.

Food was fantastic as always, and service was even better! I think our server's name was Mario (sorry if I am mistaken, I remember faces better than names, but he is a handsome gentleman with stars on his neck), and he was very polite and attentive! We ordered the 2 for $25 and was so much food we had to leave with multiple boxes in leftovers. Overall well worth the visit!

Our server today was Aaron and I can not give him enough props. He was energetic and engaging. Fast, friendly and not pushy. Absolutely recommend, food was phenomenal. Husband and I each tried something different. I got the hot honey chicken and it was spectacular!!! The sauce should be bottles and sold. Husband got the bourbon street steak, medium rare, it was cooked to perfection. We got dessert to go and can't wait to enjoy those at home. Way to go Aaron, hope to see you next time we are in town.

we very rarely stop in Applebees but after a long road trip it was the better option aside from McDonald's, subway, Taco Bell and Cracker Barrel. the street it was off of brought in some giggles so we figured, why not! long story short we were grateful to have stopped when we did. the staff was wonderful from seating us to serving us and they were busy! most people get blinders on and stick to the basics of being on the wait staff but everyone seemed to go above and beyond and was extremely personable from us walking in to leaving. we may not cross paths w this location often but we will absolutely visit again should the opportunity arise! apologies we don't remember the names of everyone but the host and waiter (who was also training someone) were all lovely. we also loved the strawberry lemonade deal that supports children w cancer! it's not often places have deals like this that willingly supports another platform/organization. thank you all!

Lavette treated us well. We had the soup and salad. The French onion was delightful! The southwest soup is more of a chowder consistency but still delicious. My mom thought it to be a bit spicy, but I didn't think so. The tomatoe basil was very acidic and needed a little sugar. Salads were a flavorful. We tried the southwest; it was traditional, but everything I wanted it to be. The oriental was a mix of textures and flavors...so good! The strawberry balsamic was not my favorite. I liked the flavors, but the strawberry didn’t taste like strawberry. I liked the lemon dressing; it added a nice pop of tart. What a great lunch!

We came in during family weekend at SVSU so it was a busy night - I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the staff was. From greeter to the bartender to our waitress Emmie - everyone was top notch and cared about our experience. We were very well taken care of - the service all around was excellent. We visited just before lunch, and the restaurant was not very busy. My husband and I ordered the chicken and adouille sausage pasta; a new entrée. It was delicious, and the quantity was more than enough. This entrée is a success. I hope that, with time, nothing changes. I highly recommend it. It did not disappoint!

I brought my daughter and her friends up to Frankenmuth/Saginaw area for her birthday and she wanted Applebee's for her birthday dinner. We came in on a Sunday at about 2pm with our party of 4 and a small cake. We were promptly told we couldn't bring our cake in, no offer to seat us or any kind of alternative suggestions, so I asked for the girls to be seated while I put the cake in the car. Our actual server was amazing and sweet and on top of everything! And the food was great! The person (I'm assuming it was the manager on duty as she wasn't waiting on tables) that wouldn't let us have the cake did give us silverware so we could do the cake in the car though..

We had a new waitress that was very nice and friendly. Her name was Claire. Our pasta tasted like it was reheated. There was barely and sauce on the three cheese chicken penne. The chicken wasn't grilled either. It was like both orders were left over and microwaved. The alfredo was fresh and the quesidila burger.

Our server Tami N. was great today. I took my mother to lunch before work. She was attentive and expedient in taking our orders and getting them out to us in a timely fashion. We hardly had to wait at all so thank you to the kitchen staff as well. I got to enjoy our lunch without stressing about being late for work. Thank you.

Appetizers came out right away. The crew seemed fun and delightful. I got the 8OZ sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and a 4 cheese mac. They sent a plate that was Medium well and i asked for medium, after the mess up, they sent the manager out who was absolutely delightful and wonderful. There was no need for apologies as it was a simple mix up, however very admirable of him. After the food was fixed, everything was superb and spot on. Will be coming back. Fun and friendly environment.

I would have given it 5 stars has we not sat without refills. The server was very nice and polite. We ordered the kids food before ours and they brought it out quickly and our food wasn't far behind. Very clean restrooms and dinning area. Host was super nice and accommodating with our daughters wheelchair.

Our waitress Liz and all the other servers were great tonight. For the crowds that were in there they all held their ground. When they thought the groups were going to walk without paying they stood close by! I would not have had the calm composure. I felt bad for the servers because I know they didnt get tips at those tables. For that reason we gave almost 50% to Liz! She was great!! My one observation, it was almost all ladies on the floor. Have more male presence on weekends.

Nice staff. I like to get the bourbon chicken and shrimp. It is pretty good and reasonably price... through it did went up recently but still pretty good. Sometimes you have to ask for more garlic butter but always a good choice. I think I only has problems with this dish once on an off day. My family and I go here sometimes and love the atmosphere. The 2 for thirty overall is pretty decent. My burgers are pretty good as well and they have a good tomato soup.

Food was good. Went there for lunch. Waited for 7 minutes for our order to be taken. Waitress never refilled our drinks or even asked. I did not get my water I ordered with my beer. As we left, we witnessed the waitress count the tip I left and trow her arms in the air in disgust. I tipped accordingly and she was tipped 10%. Section our order and delivered our food. That was all she did. Very unprofessional counting money at the table.

Service was terrible. Aaliyah, our "server" should find a different job! I too, felt like it was just a hang-out for employees. Notice, I didn't say "workers!" As hardly any of them were actually "working." Aaliyah, was absent minded, no personality & doesn't know her job. The person who dropped off are food was rude & abrupt. Food was good. Food was fantastic unfortunately the staff was not, our waitress “Alyssa” was incredibly rude, she acted like we were an inconvenience only brought one set of refills, Completely forgot lemons though she was asked multiple times. Then when I asked her about my employee discount she pretended to ask a manager then came back to the table laughing and said that her store doesn’t do discounts for other stores. We go so the kids can feel included by ordering their own food off of their own kids menu. It’s affordable but depending on what you get you may be disappointed as the food quality can be inconsistent.

We went for dinner. The service wasn't very good. Felt like our waitress was rushing us. She would ask a question and before we could tell her what we needed she would walk away. Very frustrating. My steak was tough and overcooked. The chips for the spin dip were stale. We couldn't address the issues with her because she dropped our food off and never came back. From now on we will choose a different location.

We ordered the fish and chips. My wife's dinner was fine. Mine was not. The batter was a bit uncooked and the fish was terrible. I never had to use a knife and actually saw thru the fish. Could not chew it I left it on the plate and ate the fries. Do not recommend this place.

There was mold on the broccoli side for my two young daughters. One is 16 months old, and the other one is 4. This is absolutely unacceptable from a food establishment.

First off the host Sam should not work customer service. She did not greet my husband or I when we arrived. She looked at me twice and continued glaring at a male worker who was standing in front of her. Mind you we are all within 4 feet of each other. Even after I said hi. She completely ignored me. The hickeys on her neck were not very professional especially when she the host and first person u see. The food was good the drinks where great. It almost seemed like it was a young hangout for the workers with not adult supervision. My waitress seemed to be on some sort of substance. She gave our bill and said scan the code if ur paying with card and if I don't see u again have a goodnight and walked away. We had cash. She didn't get the greatest tip because we needed change for $20 but she was no where to be found. So she got the $4 I had floating around my purse. If I had seen an adult that even looked like they cared I would have spoken with them. Unfortunately it wasn't an option. I wouldn't recommend this place it your looking for professional or friendly but if your looking for Applebee's food they got it. I hope you have a better experience then I did. P.s I have been here quite a few times and this is a first. New employee's or just all the wrong ones working at the same time.

I cannot really rate the food as we never got that far. Walked in the door. The hostess attempted to seat us at the bar and we declined. It then literally took her 5 minutes to figure out where to seat us. It was NOT busy. While looking at the promotional drink menu a waitress grabbed it from my hands to show another table it. That's OK I guess I didn't want anything off that menu? After sitting there for about 15 minutes we discussed how we should leave and go somewhere else. Expectations were pretty low at this point anyway. We got up and left. The hostess who just sat us, opened the door and told us have a good night. She didn't realize we were the last table she sat. Your server missed out on a $25+ tip, for a two top. We won't return here. The last time we had Applebee's it was the other location and the service was so great we did the survey for the waiter and tipped him $40 on a fifty dollar check.

Not good, really downhill from here. First, when we get there no one opened the door. When we got inside there were just workers hanging out. Then they asked how many people, pretty normal right? Well, the same person asked us 3 TIMES!!! It was 4 people, the numbers not changing! And it wasn't like he couldn't hear us. It was like a joke. Next we sit down, there's a PILE of noodles on the floor, under the table. Not a little, a LOT. Then the waitress ignored my grandma when she was filling waters. She didn't fill hers. After that, we got our food, I got the chicken tenders. There was some kind of sauce that looked liked it was spilled on my plate. It got all over the tenders and barbecue. They brought me a new plate 15 minutes after everyone was done eating. My sister got salad and where was a lot of the stem part in it. It was very sad and disappointing. Service was horrible, waitress was not attentive and off putting. She asked did I want everything brought out at once since 2 of the orders were apps and I answered yes. 1 single order was brung out which was an app. After 20 minutes I asked could she check on our other meals. She came back with the rest of the dishes which most wiere not warm at all, fries were cold and mozzarella sticks were not done but hot letting me know they were reheated. Leading me to believe the rest of the food was just sitting there. I let my kids pick dinner, and I regret not sticking to my usual options from here Because literally after a couple of bites in my stomach started to turn and I felt nauseous. Which is rare for me because I don’t have a weak stomach. Mostly everything we ordered went untouched. I asked for the bill, she offered boxes and I declined. As we’re coming back she was in the process of refilling drinks which she never offered to do prior, I said no thank you just the bill please. She still brung back boxes when bringing the receipt and taking up the bill. Then at the end she tried to make small talk and be pleasant. Just weird and i can’t be too upset about the food because I ordered it but I probably won’t be going back, it’s just not worth it and most of their dishes you can buy from the frozen aisle or make at home.

Food was ok, pretty cold. Service was absolutely horrific. We ordered through doordash for pickup to avoid the extra service fees/tip. We get there and park in a regular carside spot, NOT a carside togo. The employee Darnell came out, asked for the name on the order. Came back out and with an attitude said "you have a doordash order so you have to come in to get it". We were waiting in the car because it never said the order was ready, we weren't expecting anyone to come out since we weren't in those spots. We go in and he's telling me that I need to press the confirm button on my app because it's a doordash order. I told him that I'm not a dasher and that I placed a pick up order. He had an attitude the whole time. He said something along the lines of "doordash is for deliveries ".Then he was asking actual dashers to show me where to press a confirm button. He was getting visibly irritated as more customers were coming in for orders. He finally just flung the bag at me and said "I dont have time for this". So our food sat there getting cold because he didn't understand that I wasn't a dasher and I made a pickup order for myself.

Mobile order server actively blatantly ignores me and greets someone standing behind me asking what they need. I asked him 3 times what the eta on my order was and he WALKED past me. This isnt the first time I have had issues with this man. I get that my order isnt ready but to treat me like I dont exist... wow.
