Called about ordering Door dash and having an issue. Diane took time to walk me thru how to order my difficult order for my children and was very kind and caring. She also became pro active in watching for my order to make sure it would be correct. I will be ordering alot from them now. Thank you so much

do not pay attention to all of the one star reveiws from other people about this place. every time i go in there the staff is very quick and very polite. one of the best subways that i have ever been to. whenever i go to the mcdonalds just down the street from this subway, all the people at that mcdonalds must not know what they are doing. every time i go to that mcdonalds they mess up my order unlike this subway. i will always prefer this subway over the mcdonalds down the road.

There was a Sandwich Artist by the name of Nadine there, she is a Phenomenal Woman and an Overall Amazing People Person... She has Great Customer Service Skills and she can make a mean Spicy Italian Sub... the restaurant was clean the atmosphere is very friendly and I was over all extremely satisfied with my experience there I would definitely eat there again.

Really like the people and the subs are good but out of the blue they stopped accepting coupons so one less star. No where on the coupon does it say excluding certain locations, sadly this will limit my future visits to this subway location.

Strip mall location on Bay Rd. Food was good. One staff member was new and needed much help. Took about 15 min to get sandwich made. Decent place for lunch. Everyone was friendly

This is typically a great Subway. However, the older short man (not the manager), can be so rude & pushy when he makes my food. I asked about the new sunflower seed bread and he just points up to the picture. I asked him for a chicken bacon sub, I noticed he hadn't put on the bacon so i just mentioned that I would like bacon and he says, "I know what comes on that sandwich". I was telling him the toppings and he says, "go ahead" I a really rude pushy tone like I was taking forever or something. This is highly annoying behavior as I had both of my children with me. What a rude man. He seriously needs an attitude adjustment and if it happens again believe me I will embarrass him like he chose to do to me.

Subs were ok. Pretzel was crunchy and they gave us no cheese. Cookie was almost raw on top and soft on bottom. Not their best add-ons.

Yea not sure really how this one stays in business. They dont accept some coupons. Got a couple subs there last week only because it was close. One was missing cheese, no napkins, nothing marked. Many people i talk to list that one as last compared to others in the area. I can see why. I would recommend a different subway if you are considering that location.

Had the most rude and inconsiderate encounter with 2 employees names Irvin and lori. My wife asked to try the meat sauce of the meatball sub and lori got an attitude and said I guess "very snotty" and walked away talking under her breath and Irvin the guy who looks like he hasn't had a shower or haircut in months started laughing at us as we walked out leaving our food behind. As long as these 2 are working there I will never return to this store again. And best believe i will be passing my experience on with all my friends who are very wealthy and respected in this city and unfortunately for that place of business i have a whole lot of them.

Love Subway. But unfortunately I will never go back to the Subway on State Street ever again. The girl that waited on me was Cold as ice. She seemed fine til she waited on me. He guy that was working with her offered to make me another sandwich. But I felt so unwelcome I said no that was ok I'm not hungry after her cold attitude.

Was told I'd have to order my food online, 5 subs..two 6 inch subs and 3 footloong. I DID end up ordering just the 3 footlongs hence my only rating being of the service. In the fast food Industry forcing a family of 4-5 to having to order online is just a poor policy for several reasons. I'm sure it's to help the staff but in terms of customer service, if the staff can't handle a family of 4-5's order then maybe new staff is needed.

I come normally during the day but Saturday I went about 9:30pm she was really gross in attitude. Her coworker never spoke to her about her manner so I felt like maybe it’s normal for her behavior to be this way. I spend a lot of my working money with Subway guess I will find a new venue to order from. Any place with employees like this makes you question the entire staff.

I cannot have mayo And I ordered plain without dressing. Mayo was on my sub and was found of course after getting home. Entire sub was thrown in the trash. What a waste...

I ordered pick-up 2/13/26 at 7:35pm. I ordered three sandwiches. A footlong for me, a footlong for my girl, and a six inch for our son. Every sandwich was wrong beyond the typical minor things that tend to happen with pick-up orders. Whoever was working needs to reevaluate where they're at in life, because "Sandwich Artist" is not it.
