Nice indoor McDonald's! The drive-thru is always super busy and slow at this location. Decided to go inside this morning for breakfast and let my kiddo play. It's remodeled and updated, fun atmosphere. Our table in the play area even lit up with multiple colors, how cool! The play area is actually decently sized with multiple places to sit. Food was fast, fresh and hot. Workers were friendly and helpful.

AI took my order correctly through drive-thru. However, lines were long & food just warm, not hot.

Clean inside, fast drive thru. The play area is entertaining for ages 5-9. They have always been good at getting orders right. Attitude is a bit detached and efficient because of the fast pace needed at a busy location. Don't expect smiles and chatting and you'll enjoy the professional service.

It would get a 5 star rating if they would get my order right and not make my burger so sloppy. I want a burger with extra onions. Not an onion burger with meat. I want mayo on both buns, enough for flavor. Not so much mayo that when you take a bite, your burger tries to slide away off the bun. That's sloppy. It still tastes good.

Usually a good experience. Tonight however the cashier was rude. Had a large order and paid with a $100 bill. Took 3 different people conferring at the register to make change for it. Then the cashier just kind of threw the money at me and say, oh sorry about that and then shut the window and went in to take orders. Had change and bills fall on the ground had to pull up to get out to gather the money.

We ordered everything and everything was fine We got to the first window and the lady was extremely nice for it being 8am. We pay and go to the second window which is where it got rude. The lady at the second window didn't even acknowledge us just pretty much through our food and drinks at us and just walked away without saying if it was everything or not.

Always get good service and food is good. if there is ever a mistake on your order there so nice about it and remake whatever it is. being polite the whole time as well while u wait for your food. I'm not giving you five stars because every employee isn't like that most of the employees are awesome but there are a select few that are lazy and shouldn't even be working customer service

It's mcdonald's come on. However, staff was friendly food was timely, and I did not spend much time in the drive through.

The shift workers scheduled for breakfast and lunch (6AM-4PM) are grown and take their job seriously, visits are expedited quickly and ACCURATELY. Now, the platitude "as different as night and day" adhere very accurately to this location and the workers. Past 4PM-5PM you absolutely need to make sure you DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER to make sure it was accurately taken and served. It is quite commonplace to either receive an entirely different order or to be missing items. However the flaw tends to befall the order takers. Upon complaining about missing an item, you'll find to your dismay that the item you seek, was never rang up to begin with. They also make no effort to appease your anger with any complimentary items or will ask for your information and make a claim that you'll be reimbursed with coupons via mail which never seem to arrive. This part goes without saying, but do NOT hope to get ANY type of ice cream or milkshake etc past 10PM as their ice cream AND milkshake machine is ALWAYS "down for repairs or cleaning" during the night time hours. Odd how it suddenly breaks after a day of successful operation; each night around 10PM. Tell me I'm wrong.

Hi, Usually, I have a very good experience at this McDonald’s. I happen to go by here on Christmas Eve. I understand they are busy that’s fine I pull up to the speaker and I’m not sure if the worker has said anything to me yet because my heater was so loud. So I turned my heater off and kindly say hello? The worker who is some larger guy with braids or maybe dreads wants to be a smart ass and asked me if I’m on the phone because I don’t need to say hello “ he knows I’m there “. Half the time I come here the workers are very rude. Ex. 1 They forgot one of my sandwiches in my order and I called back was being very polite and I could tell whoever answered the phone was irritated in their tone of voice. I even said she was being rude and she said she wasn’t. I’m not the one who made a mistake you guys are and I was simply just trying to get it fixed. I understand mistakes happen but what I don’t understand is their customer service. Ex.2 I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 mins granted they were busy that day so I understood, I did not get greeted in that time at all so I said “hello” and whoever got on the speaker gave me a rude response. I worked in fast food when I was younger and it’s my understanding that you are expected to greet people within a certain time frame when they are at the speaker. I totally would have understood if they just said they needed a minute because they were busy but instead I get a rude remark. If this has happened to me multiple times here seems like the people that work there need a refresher on customer service. Only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because some of there workers are very polite and joyful to encounter! I will not be returning to this McDonald’s anymore. I’m a paying customer and feel disrespected by them.

Almost everytime I visit this particular McDonald's my order is either wrong or takes almost 10 min. They park cars to booster their order times but fail the customers on order accuracy. This is the closest to my home so I continue to give them the chance to get it right. Double checking orders and order accuracy needs to become a priority.

Just left their drive through, two hot fudge sundaes what a joke! Vanilla ice cream and a small amount of fudge. No other condiments like whip cream, nuts, or cherries. $7.68 for 2 of them. Never again!

This is by far the worst McDonald's in the whole of Saginaw county in my own opinion. Can't seem to ring up an order right, meal vs individual items, cost is different, what you ask for is not what you get and by the way, no straws for your wrong drinks. The food is hot and great. Definitely lacking on the other side of the glass tho. This place should see who needs a job that's related to their cooks, since they are the only ones that got it together there.

Think this location could use some improvement. If you go in expect a wait even though theres no line. This McDonald's on Bay Rd is near where I live and I visit often. For years my usual meal I order is the 2 cheeseburger meal. The diced onions used to be on top of the patty cheese burger for me the diced onions is what makes the cheese burger. But for some reason they now put the onions under the patty and their is barely any on the cheese burger if any at all. I want to also add they never give my requested sauces in the drive thru when I order nuggets. Not a big deal just thought it's worth mentioning. I always have extras sauces at home from visiting mcd inside.

My wife has trouble with gluten and lactose. These are medical issues she has to live with. She doesn't avoid them to be fashionable like some people. She also has Diverticulitis, so she had to avoid anything with seeds. She has to be careful about what she orders, so she went inside to place her order rather than use the drive thru. I have a bad knee that was bothering me so I stayed in the car. She placed her order and made sure the order slip listed what she didn't want on her food. When her food came out, it had one of the items the order slip said to leave off. She asked to have it corrected and the black woman with blue dreadlocks behind the counter belittled and humiliated her the entire time her food was being remade. By the time my wife came out of the store she was in tears! The only reason I didn't go in and make a scene was because my wife asked me not to. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and will not visit this location again. Update: I submitted a complaint to corporate, who apologized and said I would be getting a call from the location manager. It's been weeks and we never got a call.

Got out of work at midnight, they weren’t waiting on anyone I guess they didn’t want to work so maybe they should turn their lights off. Well the last few times I attempted to go there and order from within the lobby, the doors were locked. Looking at lobby hrs, the lobby should have been opened. Two times I went at 6am and it States lobby opens at 5am and another time I went at 9pm and it States open until 10pm. That is false advertising. They either need to change their lobby times or be open. On 8/26/24 at 330am I attempted to order at their drive-thru on my electric bike since the inside was closed even though on the website it says they are open. I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone answered them she said she couldn't serve me since I'm on a bicycle corporate policy. I ordered iced tea. No one asked me if I wanted sweet tea or unsweet tea. I guess I should have specified unsweet tea because according to the purple-haired girl in the drive-thru that was lecturing me on how to order my tea. They assume that it's sweet tea. Placed an order on the app for curbside pick-up since the lines usually busy. Sat and waited 10-15 minutes no food. Called the store and talked with a manager named "jade" who told me they aren't doing curbside orders. She was rude and condescending on the phone. I then asked if I could have the order canceled and be refunded. She told me no I would have to wait another 15 minutes in line or return at another time to get my order. I messaged McDonald's corporate about getting a refund and was told only the store can give refunds. I will never be returning to this McDonald's and likely any McDonald's until I get a refund.

Ordered a large McCrispy meal; everything about the meal was great but I didn't appreciate being yelled at by some teenager after I'd already paid for my meal. On Multiple occasions I have ordered items from this location and they have been wrong. Ordered a McChicken tonight through Door dash with an extra patty and the slip for the modification was on the wrapper but it was still just a regular McChicken. Like did you even read the slip before putting it on the wrapper??? Can you read??? This is the 3rd time this has happened. Only recourse is driving up there to get the right item. no refunds or price adjustment to the cost of what was actually given...I didn't pay extra to have it delivered to have to drive up there for the correct item cause you guys can't read. Revisited 3am dec 15 2024 and employees bald faced lied about their "systems being down" to avoid cooking my food to order. Even after already being charged by the mobile app. I know you're switching over to breakfast in an hour and you just don't feel like doing your job. Went to the Tittabawasee location not far from this location and had no problems getting my food even after they told me I couldn't get regular food past 3:30am. It was 3:35am when I placed my order. Now my time is wasted and I have $20 that McDonald's owes me. Do not go to this location...just go to Tittabawasse.

Tried to use the mobile app for my stuff and paid through the app, gave the lady the code at the drive thru and they said it was already used when mind you I hadn’t made it there yet to pick it up, they then proceeded to try and tell me that we had to still pay for my drink when it was buy any size drink and get any size fry well it was totaled out to 1.90 I paid through the app with my cashapp even showed proof and they still tried to say we had to pay for it at the first window, get to the second window and they were way better and more helpful and also more respectful about the situation and still made it to where we didn’t have to pay again after already paying. **This is a review on the McDonald’s on Bay by Weiss** They are the rudest McDonald’s around. Not everyone there is rude and disrespectful but the managers are horribly rude and act like they hate their job and hate everyone who expects them to do their job. I had made an order online and had been waiting 15 min in my designated parking spot, so I called in to see why it was taking so long. Mind you not one car was in the parking lot or in the drive thru, It was 7 am, and I had made the order at home and drove there, plus waited 15 min! So I called to see what was the hold up- the girl on the phone acted like I was interrupting her and just abruptly said “ I’ll be out” and hung up. 8min later she came out with the food and literally threw it onto my lap and walked away. Not one word was spoken from her and she was the manager!!!! I had even said thank you and I was not once impolite. Even after all the waiting I was still polite on the phone when I called in to see what was the wait. I understand things happen. But I can never understand being that rude to anyone, especially when you are the manager! You are supposed to lead your team with a positive attitude. When I saw how rude and disrespectful she is, it makes sense why her whole team acts the same way. There’s a few who are still kind but not many. We have always loved Mcds but I will definitely never be going back to this one- at least not when she’s there. This is the third time (in the past few weeks) I’ve had a horrible experience with her or one of her team members. I will just be avoiding her shifts- if I see she’s the manager on I will avoid going there- and that’s a damn shame I have to do that. I plan on calling corporate on her and reporting this. Well you come here to get coffee in the morning, ask for vanilla syrup and pay extra and then it’s all stuck to the bottom of the cup (they must not stir it I guess) with the sugar and there is no supplies to stir your coffee after they hand it to you with no acknowledgement and don’t even say thank you as they just start taking a drive thru order while handing you a subpar coffee. Can we just get all robots please? Nothing like making a special trip to McDonalds because they have Minecraft toys only for them to forgot every single toy in each of the kids meals and leave my kids very disappointed. Went through drive thru, didn't get my strawberry pie so I went in to get it. Got major attitude from employee saying he remembered putting it in a bag. Yeah, I am going to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes so I don't have to go in and then go in and scam you out of a freaking 2 dollar pie!!! What ever happened to good customer service? Had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI today around 1:00 PM. The drive-thru employee was rude and had an attitude from the start. I was using the mobile app, but I was never asked for my app code. When I provided it myself, the attitude continued. After placing my order, I never received any confirmation on my mobile app, which made me uncomfortable moving forward with the transaction. Because of the lack of confirmation and the poor customer service, I decided to pull out of the drive-thru line without completing my order. Very disappointing experience. Customer service and better handling of mobile app orders are definitely needed at this location.

Once I got home my wife saw the two burgers we ordered were made wrong, none of the extras we paid for were on the burgers. When I called for a refund the manager asked for proof of the wrong burgers and the receipt. Like are you hurting cash that bad you need me to drive all the way back to the store and show you your mess up? My pregnant wife was starving and needed food now, does she need to puke it up to show you? Ridiculous.

Ordered breakfast at 10 am through the app, arrived 5 minutes later. Waited almost 40 minutes while they hunted down my order and then made me take lunch instead because they lost it and closed breakfast. It literally seemed like nobody was in charge at the store.

And someone who works third shift I really would appreciate if a McDonald's labeled open 24 hours was open 24 hours. However it seems for some reason between 3:00 to 5:00 a.m., this particular McDonald's seems to always be closed with all of their lots and signs that labeled them as open 24 hours open. And there's always people there that answer when you pull up to the drive-thru specifically to tell you that they aren't open even though all their lives in signs would I advertise them as being open 24 hours. Messed up my order, I was missing two orders of small fries and two orders of nuggets. Waited patiently to get it corrected inside. Then once I got home I realized that they have only given me one four piece nugget and two fries. So even after making a mistake they made another mistake. You will be here a minimum of 20 minutes. I live close by and even if there are no cars in the drive-thru, they will pull your car to one of the reserved parking spots. I have never been handed my food out the window in 2025. The food runner also rarely brings out all of my food in one go. They will bring out one bag with two sandwiches in it, and then come out later with the fries. Which when you're picking food up to take home is very disappointing. If you have the time to sit and wait, and don't mind your food being cold or given to you in waves by the runner, then it's worth it.

You’d think when your sign says 24 hours you’d actually be 24 hours. I understand Having to switch from dinner to lunch but they are SOOOOOO rude about it! Literally nasty nasty people that work here. Bad attitudes. Rude. Terrible all around.

Been going to this McDonald's for a long time. The service has been good sometimes and bad others, but lately it's just been bad. From waiting for 30 minutes for two happy meals to having 3 instead of four chicken nuggets to making us wait and forgetting chocolate milks for the kids This last time there was a wonderful woman taking our order which was a pleasant surprise, but then when we got home, my 6 year old was left in tears because they didn't put his 6 piece chicken nugget inside the happy meal. Just fries. It's sad but we don't plan on going back to this place soon. Thank you to the lady that took our order! She really did well treating us pleasantly.

Drove through the drive thru about 1pm on 6-18, wanted to just put a quick order in for two $5 dollar meals, easy order right. When the total appeared on the screen the female order taker had only rung up 1 meal. I asked her to put another of the same meal on my order & was met with an attitude as she so lazily told me to pull up to the window and they will "add it there, have a nice day". What kind of lazy employees do you guys hire seriously? She couldn't just adjust my order at the speaker like literally every other fast food establishment I've ever been to would? I don't want to go up to the window and have to explain everything to a completely different person, I want you to do your job and get my order right. I pulled out of line and went to a different franchise, I'm pretty disappointed in everyone of the McDonald's locations in Saginaw, you guys are scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees and it shows... sincerely, please do better.

Walked Out! The Menu Kiosks were Down. I wanted a Hot Fudge Sundae, However the Menu didn't offer or give Prices, the Cashiers were on their Telephones. Just Not Worth the Effort to Talk to The Zombie Workers, to just get the Order Wrong.

My daughter's chicken nuggets weren't even cooked all the way through and then I asked for extra sauce and lettuce on my Big Mac and they were so much sauce on the Big Mac that it covered the whole sandwich even in the Box lettuce scrape it all off and I give it to my dog because I couldn't eat it because it was just so disgusting
