We were driving through, from Houston to East Texas. Thank goodness this Subway is where it is. It's so much better eating something healthy for you compared to junk food. We enjoyed our subways.

This is my 3rd time stopping here as I drive down I35 over the last 18 months. It's always been very clean and service is fast. It is easy access to the interstate with multiple on-site dining options. We will continue to come here.

The people working here were really nice and worked with us while we navigated our order while we were on a road trip trying to eat different than normal with picky kids. I had stuff on my teeth from a dental treatment that looked embarrassing when I got back in the car and they didn’t look at me oddly. They were very kind and when I saw the way I looked when I got in the car I was so embarrassed. Even without that, though, I think they were the friendliest Subway employees I’ve encountered in a long time.

Summer at the Salado TX store is amazing! She is so friendly and bubbly! Every time we go there, or order online, I always hope she is the one preparing our order. She makes every visit fantastic! She's the only reason we continue to go!

I called asking for a sandwich tray with cold cuts and all the fixings on another tray as we have a bunch of picky eaters. These guys were awesome and had it ready to go in 15 minutes. Tasted great and everybody waa happy. Win Win!!

Been here twice in the past week. The first time there were two guys working and they were not in the best mood. Today, there were two ladies working and they were super friendly. Ordered the same salads both times and they were good. Guess it really depends on what day of the week you go there as to how you're greeted.

They advertise hours to 8 p.m., but they are frequently closed well before 8. If you get in before 7:30 you should be okay, after that find a different place to eat.

You’re lucky if they grunt at you when they come to take your order. Today I went in and as I’m placing my order the employee points (without speaking) I’m looking around trying to figure out what I’m looking for. I see this handwritten sign that states the bread I want is out of stock. The employee then tells me they only have white and wheat even though the sign doesn’t state that. I said hello, thank you, and left a tip. They need to do better.

I just had one of the more ridiculous experiences of my life here this evening. My mom and I order from here at least 2-3 times a month. I always order through the app and have never had issues until tonight. I placed an order through the app like I usually do and about 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from someone there who just started talking at me and telling me that people don't come to pick up their mobile orders after they place them so they weren't going to make my order until I got there. I told her she could just cancel and refund my order because that defeats the purpose of a mobile order. She said, "well, people don't ever come get their orders and it's a lot of waste." I explained that the bottom line doesn't work that way. The restaurant still makes a profit if the order is already paid for and not picked up. She continued to be rude so I told her I would cancel my order and call tomorrow to speak to someone in charge because that's just silly. She rudely demanded I hang on and left me on the phone for about 5 more minutes. She came back and super sarcastically said "It'll be ready." I went to pick it up and said "I have a mobile order" and she rolled her eyes with arms crossed and said "...for?!" I told her my name and she shoved it to me. I told her that it might serve her well to check her attitude with customers on the phone. The most ridiculous thing. If I wanted to wait and watch someone make my food for 20 minutes, I'd order in the restaurant. Don't think I'll be going here again unless they do something about their rude employees.

Today is August 10, 2022 @ 6:45pm. I thought of having a sub after a long day at work but when I arrived at Subway there was a long line. A good 10 people. I could see two young people working and thought it would be quick. I was wrong, The line lingered and I could tell one of the personnel was doing online orders leaving one person to handle the very long line that wasn't moving. I left after 15 minutes and no movement. Would have been nice to get a sub. Suggest if you have new personnel working in the evening that they know to attend customers waiting first.

the young made my sandwich was horrible. starting with his customer service. they did not have enough chicken for the sandwich I wanted, so without even consulting me what i would like to do, he preceded to put on a different chickens. while I was getting my sandwich a young girl of about 5 came up and asked him for a napkin. her mother clearly told her to say please, he grabbed a stack and set them back on the counter far enough so that she had to get on her toes and reach over half way across the counter to get one. the little girl said thank you and he just walked away without so much as a thank you. After he completed making my sandwich and I paid he then grabs a handful of napkins and literally throws them on top of my bag. This store needs to do something about the attitude. I don't plan on going back even though my work is only 3 miles away. only reason for a one star is because I couldn't even post unless I selected one. they don't deserve the 1

Worst experience ever. Subway would rather throw away my meal, then substitute lettuce for spinach on the protein pocket I ordered.
