Una experiencia muy agradable. Hemos comido en mesa alta muy cómoda al lado de la barra donde preparan los platos. Excelente el huevo trufado. Deliciosos la tapa de lechazo y el canelón de ragú. La presa estaba muy bien hecha y sabrosa. Para rematar, el flan estaba exquisito. Todo ello con un servicio estupendo, profesional y amable, tanto por parte de cocina como de mesa. Felicidades y gracias por una jornada para recordar.

Fuimos para la celebración de los 80 años del abuelo y fue un auténtica maravilla. Cada plato era una auténtico disfrute solo superado por el siguiente. La mesa estaba situada en una zona muy cómoda de la planta baja y el servicio fue súper atento y muy pendientes de que el abuelo recibiera sus velas para soplar en el momento oportuno. Fuimos a mesa completa con el menú cerrado de 47€ y fue perfecto. Dejó foto de los platos, que de seguro no le hacen justicia. Además está ubicado muy cerca de la plaza Mayor con lo cual el paseo para bajar la comida está garantizado en un entorno precioso.

Muy buen establecimiento de tapas y brasas en pleno centro histórico de Salamanca. Ofrecen una carta variada a buen precio calidad. Muy buen servicio y ambiente. Recomendado.

Sitio de tapas cuidadas y diferentes que no te puedes perder en Salamanca, con una buena carta de vinos. Estaba todo espectacular y es muy chulo ver lo bien que emplatan en la barra desde tu sitio. Solo diré que no me gusta el flan y me habría pedido 5 flanes más como el suyo. Como detalle a destacar, cambiaban los cubiertos con cada platillo que acabaras.

Hemos ido a salamanca y mirando x aquí encontramos esta taperia,asiq decidimos probar. Mesas altas ,buen y rápido servicio la camarera nos aconsejo estupendamente.. El canelón estaba muy bueno ,y la pluma que pedimos buenísima,las costillas ,quizás lo que no me ha agradado mucho era el " bocadillo" nose q nombre llevaba en la carta noble he encontrado yo el punto y menos pagar casi 8e por el . Las cervezas muy bien tiradas y en copa grande..lo recomiendo

Absolutamente espectacular. Antiguo bar ya conocido de Salamanca que conserva el nombre pero que ha renovado todo lo demás. Un restaurante moderno, con una decoración muy cuidada, que lo hace especialmente acogedor. La cocina muy cuidada con pinchos y tapas y principales exquisitos, es muy fácil compartir y probar un poco de todo. El servicio impecable, nos atendió Diana y fue un absoluto placer. Qué buena profesional, atenta, amable y perfecta en el trato. A un paso de la plaza mayor en una de las calles laterales es un sitio muy recomendable. Relación calidad precio muy bien sin ser un sitio barato pero tampoco especialmente caro.

El local está muy bien, éramos 2 y nos sentamos al lado de la barra, con lo que podías ver como preparaban las comandas, te animaban a hacerles preguntas y te contaban lo que llevaba cada plato. El personal es super amable y atento. La comida espectacular, desde los entrantes, a la carne o los postres. En especial el pincho de huevo de pato y el aguacate a la brasa. La próxima vez que vengamos a Salamanca repetiremos sin dudarlo. Gracias.

We are on an escorted tour with Collette Tours and our tour manager Philip suggested this place. We arrived for dinner but the place was full with reservation, so I made reservations for the next night. We were seated right next to the kitchen. It was fun watching the chefs prepare the dishes. We felt like we were watching Top Chef. Great atmosphere. We had a variety of tapas, all excellent. We had the Pork skewer marinade Moorish style, the smoked Iberian top shoulder pastrami bun, grilled pork belly roll, the lamb "pincho" oaxaca, and white wine. The most interesting item was the lamb "pincho". We were told to eat it from the bottom. The top had a chocolate syrup. It was a combination of savory and sweet. We really liked it! I really wanted to try the braised scallop, but was pretty full by then. In fact, we gave some of the pork skewer to our friends who were at the next table. For tapas, it's on the pricey side, but the taste, quality, culinary experience and presentation outweighed the prices. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were looking through the menu. If we ever get back to Salamanca, I would definitely dine here again.

This was truly excellent. A diverse menu with dishes for all dietary requirements, each perfected to an incredibly high standard. The atmosphere was brilliant, not too loud, just the right volume. The staff were all lovely, and I was very grateful for them accommodating us by speaking to me and my family in both English and Spanish (however I must say I was pleased I was able to speak a good amount of Spanish and come up with some decent replies!). The food is very quick to come out. There wasn’t a single empty table in the place and they still manage to keep on top of things really well. Highlights for me were the Pork Belly, sirloin, and The truffled duck egg. We also had pretty much everything pork and it was all truly incredible. I think my favourite dishes were the pork dishes. Really highly recommend.

Had a delicious dinner here last night. Every member of the team there was fantastic. They were all very kind, attentive, and lovely and took time to explain the vegetarian options on the menu as well as to tell me about the desserts. I had the scallops (10/10, citrusy and the oil was delicious as well, dip your bread in it), patatas bravas (9/10, quite good, hugeee portion), the avocados (20/10, out of this world, would go back only to have this, so flavorful and fresh), tinto de verano (10/10 lovely), and for dessert, the cheesecake (10/10, one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had, so creamy and loved the flaky crust as well). Can highly recommend to vegetarians (but not vegans). Oh, and whoever was in charge of music last night, loved it! It was all 90s and 2000s hits and your girl enjoyed that thoroughly. Remember to reserve in advance. Thank you team 😊

Delicious food - the vieira chili crab, Solomillo and buñuelo de bacalao were certainly a highlight. Would have loved to try the Cheesecake too if we’d had more room! Great restaurant for your next visit to Salamanca. I would recommend to reserve in advance if you’re coming towards the end of the week/weekend as it was quite full. Thanks for the great experience !

What a treat! We tried the chef's tasting menu, and every course was a taste sensation. The staff were wonderful, making sure everything was well presented, making excellent recommendations, and working hard while keeping a relaxing atmosphere. Congratulations on an excellent menu and service. Our favourites were the mussels and the iberico pork. The house wines are well chosen to balance the flavours. Excellent place to get delicious tapas. Lots of wine options and tasty food offerings. I would recommend getting a reservation. I managed to get a seat as I arrived early, but I saw a number of people get turned away. It was a lively venue, with good vibes. They had some English speaking staff and English menus for people like me with poor Spanish skills, but the majority of the patrons were Spanish. It clearly enjoys popularity with locals and travellers alike. I can definitely recommend it.

We stumbled upon Salamanca by chance and booked this place on the way. We were absolutely delighted! Every dish was a treat: the duck egg with truffle, the soft bun with jamón, truffle, and mozzarella, and the steak – all amazing. The local wine was also a wonderful choice. The open kitchen added to the experience, allowing us to see a dark-haired guy with glasses at work. A special thank you to him for his passion – you could see it in the way he plated and served each dish. It was a real pleasure to watch! The waitstaff were also very friendly and provided excellent service.

Another find from the brilliant Michelin Guide. A very smart, modern "gastro-bar" with a long open kitchen with some tables adjacent and looking on. I was delighted to sit at one of these and watch the efficient chefs make their magic. We ordered 4 dishes from the very helpful and cheery waiting staff, and then watched them being prepared in front of us. What we really liked was that they brought one dish at a time, so we could take our time and concentrate on each delicious offering. We chose: - Setas según temporalidad - seasonal mushrooms, boletus - Aguacate braseado con pipirrana - grilled avocado with pipirrana - Costilla de cerdo a la brasa - grilled pork ribs - Tataki de lomo de atún rojo- red tuna loin tataki - Flan (el que nunca te has comido de pequeño) - Flan (the one you never ate as a child) Each dish was excellent. The mushrooms were bursting with umami. The grilled pork ribs were tender, salty and excellent. The flan was delicious: a very smooth texture with a great flavour. We would have loved more, but these 5 courses were filling. I loved the food and watching the chefs at work. Great dinner.

There are many good restaurants in Salamanca, but here you can enjoy an excellent meal, in a cosy ambience in the middle of old monuments. Attentive and friendly staff make your stay more comfortable, and the cuisine has a modern vision over the traditional dishes. Unique presentation of the tasty desserts and a complete wine list full all your expectations. The price is really worthy for the experience.

One of the top three tapas we ever tried in Spain during the past seven years. The chef studied in Basque area and made this year1982-opened traditional restaurant turn into another modern age. The pork focaccia, the scallops and the octopus soup were the best three. The dessert menu was a big challenge for us because all seemed attractive. Coffee crumbs with toffee ice cream, big portions, so amazing and not too sweet. We walked around the downtown area in Salamanca and came into this restaurant around lunch time and found that it's fully packed with locals and thought it must be authentic. We booked the dinner there for that night and the experience was beyond our expectation. The tapas are meticulously prepared and yet the price is reasonable. I think they serve modern style tapas. This is a hidden gem.

Bambú was an unexpected and incredible experience. We decided to order several little plates to share. Our waiter was so knowledgeable about wines and pairing with foods and he recommended the perfect match for our food. It was a Verdejo and the salmon in cream dish (can’t remember the name now) was a cloud like experience with the wine. I was so impressed by the quality of everything we tried that I caved and ordered the cheesecake for dessert and I was not disappointed. I would absolutely return - this is a great place for a date or special occasion or just to enjoy award winning food.

Restaurante en el cual disfrutamos mucho de la comida, ya que encima estábamos sentados en la barra y podíamos ver toda la cocina sin problemas. Todo estuvo muy correcto, aunque destacaré las croquetas (de las mejores que hemos probado) y la presa ibérica (que incluso tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos hacerla en dos puntos distintos para cada uno), que estaba muy rica. En cuanto a los postres, haré una mención especial al chico que los preparó. Las cerezas con mascarpone estaban deliciosas y fueron muy sorprendentes, pero EL FLAN... palabras mayores, fue el mejor flan que me he comido nunca, así que gracias! Volveremos!

Lo primero que me gustaría decir es que llegamos diez minutos tarde por problemas personales y el recibimiento no fue demasiado correcto. Restaurante moderno en el centro. Diseño industrial muy cómodo. Pedimos patatas con torrezno. Un plato contundente de sabor pero escaso de torrezno. Solomillo de ternera sabroso, sin necesidad de añadir la salsa de acompañamiento. Lo mismo para la pluma ibérica. El servicio no está a la altura de producto. Teniendo en cuenta los precios de los platos y la bebida, entiendo que la atención debe ser mucho mejor.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is of a very professional kitchen of a top restaurant. Unfortunately this can make one want to be overly critical. To me the restaurant was very hit and miss. Wasn't so impressed with the croquettes, pork ribs were good but not amazing, pork cheeks were excellent and the lemon pie excellent as well despite the the terrible pineapple ice cream pairing which made no sense. It either had no pineapple taste or after the strong lemon, I could not be tasted. So, dishes tended to be very good or very average in my opinion. Some of the more creative dishes like the iberico with gouchjong were interesting, but not that promising. Despite some disappointing dishes, the prices were fair and the staff generally very good. I would scale back on the creativity and get some classic dishes done perfectly

Empiezo con el pincho de lechazo, el cual aparte de valer 7€ es una vergüenza el invento que han creado. Es un bocadito de yo que se que con forma de seta…en fin Iba con muchas expectativas porque es BIB GOURMAN pero ha sido un desproposito y desproporcionados los precios Los vinos estan bien hinchados de precio por copas. Vinos de 8-10€/botella te clavan casi 5€ por copa He de decir que el huevo de pato trufado esta bueno pero jolin 5€ y en Salamanca!!!
