My server jaszy was very sweet as well as attentive to helping us navigate through the menu, Im very particular about my drinks and she bared with me the entire time time, not only that but the store was very clean. Will definitely come back

This Starbucks was great and in general they were clean, quick, and super chill. The barista Jaslene was really friendly and even suggested a drink I ended up loving. My coffee came out perfect, and the vibe made me want to stay longer. Definitely coming back!

Store was immaculate! The staff were very nice and helpful! Jaszy and Vanessa were extremely friendly and answered all questions that I had! This is my favorite location to come to! I always leave with a smile after interacting with these 2 young ladies!

Went here with a couple of friends a couple days back, and we had the best experience. The worker we had, she was very sweet, nice and very easy to talk to. She had blondish ginger hair and her name was jaszy i’m pretty sure . She even gave me suggestions on what drink to get because I was stuck on two of them. 10/10 would recommend

When I need a moment from a stressful day and I'm looking for a place to relax. Starbucks is the place to do it. It's my home, away from home. The staff prepares my Americano just the way I love it. The welcoming attitude and the warm smile I receive from the manager Christina each time I enter is priceless. The team make it more than just coffee. It's like being away for years and your family has their arms open waiting for you. Thank you Starbucks for all that you do.

Erin is one of many of the great baristas that work at this Starbucks. With Erin, you not only get a delicious latte that is made of with love, but you also get an infectious smile, a “how was your day” and encouraging word. With her, and the many great employees at this place, you get a Starbucks that is one of a kind. So Cate, AJ, and Peyton, if you have someone who cared enough to show concern that one of you was being harmed, and the best you can do is get together, be annoyed, be ditzy, and write fake reviews, then maybe you should Karen yourself somewhere else.

This Starbucks is AMAZING!! They literally make my day! Working in a stressful environment I love coming to pick up my coffee. From the moment I walk in my day is set. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very funny. They always make me feel welcomed, and I’ve seen this with a lot of other customers. Hands down the best Starbucks!❤️❤️

Love this little spot in this beautiful gem of a city. As a LA girl, I didn’t know what to expect coming to Montclair, New Jersey. But I will tell you I kind of fallen in love with this little town. In this little town on a little corner, is a very quaint and special Starbucks. I got my coffee and egg bites right after a quick run, the Manager and barista were extremely hospitable and pleasant. I love the little vintage stools in the spot. I love how it’s not clamoring with people at 7 AM. Will come back when I visit again.

The Traveling Foodie

Drinks are inconsistent. Iced shaken espressos is mainly foam and half filled. Staff is glued to their phones delaying service. Customers are waiting longer than needed while baristas are scrolling on their phone moving like sloths. Took way too long for my drink.

I've given this location chance after chance hoping it will get better but it just doesnt. Today was literally the last chance I'll ever give this location. I ordered 2 peppermint mocha hot chocolates and THEY WERENT EVEN HOT!! LUKEWARM AT BEST!! Thats not even all..the drinks tasted EXTREMELY bitter to the point where we couldn't drink it. This location ALWAYS either GETS IT WRONG..OR TAKES FOREVER! I don't know what else to say....
