This is a Panera Bread I constantly visit and I am always greeted with the warmest service. The people up front are very attentive and easy to order with. My food is always bagged with care and never missing napkins or utensils.

Panera staff was great. I had a manager offer to help me take my families food t9 my table as I went for my drinks. Then as we were walking out of the restaurant another staff member stopped my children to give them dessert (a small brownie square). We love Panera and we always feel welcome.

This place deserves more than a 5 stars the customer service here is on point I received my order right away and was perfect. I’m sure she’s the manager works harder than any one else, she gave me a free cookie after fixing the mistake of some lazy looking guy!! This girl better get a promotion! Their menu is good. The service was great the last few times we went. Super considerate and kind. The food is always very tasty. They make healthy taste delicious.

Love this place. The service is getting better. The food is tasty. Love the option of using a kiosk instead of talking to some one at the counter. Love the option of using the app to order. The rewards program is so so so worth it.

Always good food, good coffee, wide menu for salads and sandwiches with fast service. Their bakery is also first class for bread and pastries, including my personal favorite, the bear claw. Prices are on the expensive aside.

I had a roasted turkey sandwich with avocado, bacon, lettuce and tomato on country style bread. I should have ordered a half with a salad as I've had previously. It was huge. The bread is as good as you can get, the turkey was sliced about a 1/4 inch thick with crispy greens, tasty bacon and tomato and the right amount of mayo. It came with a bag of kettle chips that were fresh and crispy. My son had 1/2 a steak sandwich with horseradish, cheese and greens with french onion soup. He liked it very much. An assortment of self serve drinks and coffee are available and different. Blood orange, mango, strawberry lemonade and some are caffeinated. Won't hesitate to visit a Panera for a quick healthy lunch.

My first time here and a bit disappointing, it wasn't that busy yet they got my order wrong. I had ordered 3 bowls of soup, a salad and a grain bowl. All were to their high standard of taste but they forgot the tomatoe soup and when she did add it I only received the cup size. Bummer, however I will return!

Was not impressed by the food. Kinda of knew I wouldn't like it, but gave it a try. If you like healthy food, this would be great for you. I just don't have the acquired taste for it. I think it was the chipotle pizza that at least tasted good, due to the sauce.

My go-to is the pick two with the veggie sandwich and macaroni or veggie soup. It's a pretty good deal! My only qualm is the food takes forever! I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes and I ended up being late for an event I needed to go to afterward because there was no way for me to get out of the drive thru. If you're on a time crunch, order ahead for pick up and drive up and walk in to pick up since you cannot do pick-ups through the drive-thru.

This is my second negative rating. I used their drive through this time. My sales had stale croutons and they didn't give my dressing. My sandwich was supposed to be a pepperoni and mozzarella sandwich and instead it was a cold Flatbread pizza. I didn't get a itemized receipt and was charged $45!

I've been here many times since this location opened. The food is good, but almost every time I've ordered here they have forgotten something in my order. That seems to be a consistent issue with this location. As far as the wait time, people have to understand that this isn't typical fast food, so of course it's going take longer to prepare each order.

Definitely the WORST Panera Bread branch! Their computer ordering does not work on EITHER machine. The staff has no idea how to fix it and doesn't apologize or seem to care. They take my order manually & then after paying say they are out of whole wheat bagel. They don't give me my Cappuccino. When I go back & ask where is it, they say their foamer is BROKEN. They do NOT offer refund. Literally EVERYTHING at this branch is broken or Out-of-Stock!

I was very disappointed in this location. I love Panera generally. Customer service wasn’t as good as other locations I have been too. But their lack of variety surprised me. They usually have panini sandwiches and a bigger variety of soups, salads etc. I had not gone to Panera in a long time as we don’t live close to any. We happened to be going to Salinas. So thought we would check it out. Very disappointed. Probably will not go there to dine again. May go to get bagels, pastry etc, but that’s about it.

No wi-fi at a chain that is supposed to cater to people who want to sit and get some work done. The description literally says "Counter-serve bakery/cafe chain serving sandwiches, salads & more, known for its bread & free WiFi." The food is good, the place is clean, but it's just so overpriced. For the prices they charge just go to a local cafe and then also go to a better brunch spot.

Welllll, i had their mac &cheese with broccoli which was amazing. It was very creamy and full of flavor, purchased a small one 6.00, this place is expensive for the size and also had the pepperoni and mozzarella its good, but fir the price they really need to put more pepoeroni and cheese to make it worth the ptice! Only if they added more ingredients i woulf go back again! Not worth th price! I will say their breads absolutely delicious! Too bad their ingredients are so little!! This is why i gave them a two star rating!!! Sorry, forgot to take pics.

In that same order we bought 2 cookies that were missing and when we went back to the place to tell them about the poor quality and cookies missing the lady just gave me the cookies and said "okay have a good day" nothing else, when I mentioned we had really poor quality in the order she didn't even bother to ask or say anything. So I am not going back to this location ever and hope other locations will still have the quality and service we like.

I placed an order in advance and went to go pick it up. 3 hours later when I went to get my order, they told me that they did not have the bread for my sandwiches, or the soup that I ordered. They also said they could not refund my order. I asked for a different type of soup and was told they had clam chowder, so I asked for that. When they brought my order out, a different employee said, we don’t have clam chowder, we have chicken and rice and and corn chowder so I gave you that. They just gave me whatever they had, it didn’t matter what I actually ordered. I expressed my frustration and asked why no one contacted me earlier to allow me to make changes. The employee shrugged her shoulders. Terrible service

I try not to be the "one star review guy" but the experience was pretty bad. I placed an online order for delivery and half the items were missing (baguettes x3, chips x2, soups x2) and one of the sandwiches that did get delivered was cold, soggy, and falling apart. I called the location four times but no one answered so I ended up calling customer service and they were great and got everything taken care of but dang...at least answer the phone to help a customer out when you forget half their order.

smallest sandwhich i have ever been given in my life, i can understand if this was from a small business with a budget but this is a huge corporation that does not need us to be limited to portions for people that starve themselves

Food is good but pricing is a little tricky if you don't order right they charge you double. Half a grill cheese and small bowl of tomato soup could either be $16 or $7.99. Doesn't seem quite right or legal but when questioning staff they said yes that's the way the kiosk will do it

I came here for some Iced coffee and had a very bad experience. When I initally pulled up to the drive through I asked if i can place two separate orders and the lady at the speaker told me NO! Then through out the whole time she was taking my order she being rude. Then at the window when i asked for my receipt she gave me a drive thru ticket not an actual recipet. When I asked her again for a copy of my receipt she then asked me to park in front of the store and wait there if I wanted to get my receipt. Very bad experience I will not be returning to this establishment.

Well to start of the bread was good it had a taste of union. ultimately I did not like the service. I got into an altercation with one of the managers something about me having aids. Furthermore after the altercation I went back, just because her family members begged me too. After I went back the second manager had a wearied look on her face as she was looking at me. Furthermore I think they might be related. Ultimately one of her family members tried taking it out on my trucking company. traying to bully me. After this problem I will never go back. Also I think the managers might be in a Mexican gang.

The sandwiches are terrible. It was not what I expected, kinda had a higher expectation. Don’t get any of them. And this is coming from a girl who loves to eat, I’m sorry to tell you the truth. But I do have to say that the mac n cheese is good!

VERY Disappointed. One sandwich, one half soup half salad was $28. That's fine if the sandwich wasn't less than half the size of a Subway with less than 1/4" of steak that didn't even reach to the ends of the buns. WORSE THAN THAT, I am allergic to bell peppers and we asked at the drive-thru placing our order if there were any bell peppers in the salad we were told there were not. But when we actually opened up the salad there was over a quarter of a cup of bell peppers. Fortunately we had parked right next to the restaurant to eat so we went back through the drive-thru and voiced our concerns. We were told there were no bell peppers in that salad found one we insisted that there were then they looked at the ingredients and said oh well the bell peppers aren't really in the salad there in the edamame mix that goes in the salad. And I said if the edamame mix is a part of the salad recipe then there are bell peppers in the salad again she told me there were not. No apologies no what can we do to make this right we drove up to the window and said we wanted our money back and she didn't but was not friendly no sorry no our mistake know anyting she acted as if we were a nuisance to her.

Horrible service last night after 5pm from the young lady at the drive through window 1/3/22 . She was so high as a kite could not keep her eyes open. She had an attitude, she was so so so slow. On her phone the whole time. I don't know how she was even working at the window like that lol. I went in the main entrance nearest the store to be greeted by a guard and steel barricades between the parking lot and The Panera lot. I was told that I had to go around the entire mall. I did a u-turn and went back down the street and went through another entrance. The guard couldn't tell me why the steel barricades were there. We walked into the lobby which was nice and clean. To be greeted by -nobody-. Plastic screens were available to take our order. We decided on a new chicken sandwich. A short time later My name was called and I went to pick it up. I looked at the orders. And I couldn't believe that this little sandwich was designed to serve two people. Literally 4 bites And it was gone. As a side dish we were given a 1 oz bag of potato chips. It was ridiculously skimpy. To be fair, the sandwich was good. What little there was. We left hungry. And went to the grocery store to buy more food. I won't be back.

This last week the employee Yaya was confrontational smart mouthed and using hand gestures to go with it. All of this attitude because I asked why I ordered online to pick up inside and the store was closed. I was in drive thru stuck for 20+ minutes as my food sat there. As I figured, the food was very cold. Her response was, "I don't know what you want me to do, we are short staffed" (throwing around hands like she wanted to start a fight). I see this location closing down at some point. Not because of bad food, but rather poor service. Sad.
