When I usually think about Wendy's I get the immediate reminder that it is in fact another safe haven that I know of but instead of it being in the comfort of my home it's a burger fast food restaurant, one that has never let me down with it's incredibly tasting food, great prices and fast service, see I feel the most secure and in serenity in places like this specific Wendy's and the facilitation that I experience with feeling comfortable and happy. Ight. Bacon fries had bacon. Just not in the sense you'd think. Instead of crumbled bacon. It had two strips on top... just sitting there. 🤷‍♂️

I've been going to Wendy's for over 30 years. I'm taking My kids now. We've been to the ones in, Salinas, Gilroy, Los Banos, Madera, Fresno, and where to next. Time will tell. I will enjoy the experience, and food .

I ordered the Double Classic with cheese and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious and well made this burger was. Im not the type to rave about a burger but damn they made it perfect!!

The Kiosk's was a little troublesome... You have to choose NO cookie if you don't want to cookie to be able to add your food to the "bag." The food was Stellar - hot & delicious. The inside Cafe Style with the modern flames fireplace, 60 inch flat screen TV with sports on was a nice touch.

Drive thru only but wow are they good. We had a complex order due to dietary restrictions and not only was the order read to us back perfectly but they treated it normal. No bother whatsoever. Our food was labeled for easy sorting and hot. I appreciate not being treated like a bother

Honestly, we only stopped here to use the restrooms because we were going to go to another restaurant, but the kids needed an urgent stop. Signage said "no public restrooms" and when the staff saw the kids they were happy to allow access to the bathrooms - there wasn't even any hesitation. They were clean and had everything that they were supposed to have. They didn't smell like anything - no overpowering scent to mask stink and they didn't smell bad at all either. The restaurant itself was very clean. Clearly whoever cleaned before we got there there took their job very seriously. Staff was friendly and upbeat.

Our Wendy's at Westridge has the freshest salads. I like their grilled chicken sandwich. If I have that, then I get a small house salad or Caesar salad instead of fries at no extra charge. The Caesar salad was loaded with Parmesan cheese & 3 tomatoes. The salad dressings are very good, too.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food and stop there often however, this is the best I've ever tasted been to this particular Wendy's few times and it's ALWAYS GOOD! I've had fresh delicious salads, great burgers and chicken sandwiches the best fries!

Wendys is one of my favorite fast food places. They have so many options and quality of food is good. Some of my favorites are the spicy nuggets, salads, and chili. Missing 1 star because beef patties are just okay flavor wise and the lemonades are too sweet.

First of all the staff are very friendly and helpful and I give them five stars right off the bat. I was disappointed in the food though, because this burger just seemed straight out of the freezer and not enough flavor. Almost dry. Wendy's burgers used to be a lot better so I don't know if the company is just cutting corners or if it's this particular store. The employees seem to care about the customers so I honestly don't think it's the employees.

Obviously the same food. Better service than most. This location has 3 self ordering kiosks for convenience. They are more of a novelty than convenience and actually take longer unless the restaurant is packed or it's just a simple order... and the machines don't take cash and seem to be problematic with either of my debit cards. But it's nice to have that option. I don't know what their record is with the health department in the kitchen but I can't imagine it's anything other than excellent if it has anything to do with the lady that cleans the dinning area, because she is on it!

I was not given the correct breakfast sandwich. I didn't know this until I got home. Also, all over the windows it says, "open at 6:30am". What is not said, it is only for drive thru, not dine in.

Ordered a taco salad and it came with creamy salsa dressing and the smallest bag of tortilla strips. What happened to the sour cream and salsa and the regular bag of tortilla chips? Super disappointed.

Couldn’t eat my fries, ultra insane salty. Burger was decent

First I said I wanted a Frosty. Without even listening to me, the guy said, “Okay, that will be two Frosties.” I replied, “Hey slow down, I just want one Frosty.” The worker then decided to trash talk me to his buddy calling me bleep bleep expletive expletive for telling him to be a bit more careful with my order. How did I know what he said about me behind my back you might ask? My wife was in the car ahead of me at the window paying for her order. Life lesson: watch what you say because you never know who is watching. Also, we tried the new Frosty Cookie Sundae. It has potential, but the cookie to chocolate syrup ratio is not nearly what it should be. It’s basically just a huge vanilla Frosty. It actually needs more than drizzle of 🍫 to even be considered in the Sundae category. I’ll stick with the regular Frosty for now. And hey, maybe next time I might even get two.

My drive thru order incomplete 2 meals were missing the fries, kids meal missing toy - a 2yr looks forward to receiving his little surprise needless to say I was displeased with the experience but after speaking with the manager Manuel, who upon my next visit would be happy to correct the oversight I will be a satisfied customer.

Went thru the drive thru, specifically orded plain hamburger with no sauce,or cheese..they got the no sause part right, but smothered it with melted cheese..had to return there and do a walk in to exchange for one that was correct..by this time the fries ate cold,,, when ordering in the drive thru ,before you leave check to make sure that your order is correct

The food is hot, fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the service accuracy is not good. I had to turn around and go back to have them fix my order. After that I found out they got it wrong again and I did not want to turn around for a second time. Check your food before you leave to be sure they get it right.

One of the most bizarre public bathroom experiences of my life! There was a huge metal stove top pan in the middle of the floor, water everywhere, no toilet paper or seat covers, and the hand dryer was broken. Several employees just standing around doing nothing in the kitchen area, only one other customer in the whole place- it was very confusing why nobody was addressing the flooded bathroom situation! We were too afraid to order any other food except baked potatoes for fear of getting food poisoning. The gal that waited on us was very sweet and friendly, and our baked potatoes were done well. But we went and ate in the car because it was so dirty. Would have gone elsewhere if we had the choice, but we were on a road trip and this was one of very few options. Would not recommend. I am usually very pleased with the cleanliness of most Wendy's locations, but this one was really bad.

This location has went downhill ALOT recently. It used to be quick and the food was hot and fresh and now the drive thru is so slow, takes forever to order and get the food and then it's lukewarm and the burgers were sloppily thrown together☹️ Definitely won't be returning anytime soon. I'd rather drive the extra couple miles It is to the north main location instead.

Orders the baked potatoes with mushroom and bacon cheese, worst ever..... Not because the combo was bad but bc they disnt even put hardly any cheese and no sour cream! TLDR: Got charged twice. Had to ask for napkins in drive-thru. Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger. After a long wait in drive-thru line, got my burger, but that was all I got. Not even a single sheet of napkin in the bag. Since when did we have to ask for napkins in drive-thru. When I Checked my credit card transaction on my computer next day, I noticed Wendy's charged me twice. What the hell.

The night crew lacks accuracy in ensuring orders are correct and constantly hand out incorrect food, it's frustrating knowing that the employees focus on trying to leave at night then to ensure the orders are handed out in the correct order they were taken so people are receiving what they pay for.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever experienced. The order is never correct. I've been there twice but never again. The guy taking my order was just trying to get back to the convo with his coworker and was rude and trying to rush me. Terrible

I don't usually have a bad expeience with Wendy's. Just today, I ordered a Dave's Double combo with added bacon. The fries were unsalted and I eventually threw the burger away. It didn't sit for more than a few minutes and when I got to it, the burger was soggy and unsatisfactory. Bad form.

My 2nd bad experience with wendys, i swear. I ordered the bourbon sandwich thing w noooo cheese, single, lettuce & tomato & a med combo (didnt ask for extraaa ice, just normal drink). What did I get, a cup, literally all the way full of ice & little strawberry lemonade. Then when we get home, my burger is double patty, withhhh cheese & not lettuce or tomato. Is it that hard to get an order right? Ridiculous.

I almost never have any issues with this location, but today I have a HUGE one that I cannot ignore. It is extremely important for ALL restaurants to pay close attention to requests made by customers e.g no tomatoes (possible food allergy) or diet coke (possibly a diabetic) etc. Today the request was a diet drink for a type 1 diabetic. When I arrived at the second window for my food n I asked if the drink was diet, the worker giggled n said "ohhh (pause) no, let me change it" I explained why it was important for it to be diet but she looked at me like it wasnt too big of a deal. Yes, it is! A HUGE deal! One regular drink can send a diabetic to the hospital. Top it off no sauce in one of the 3 orders n lobby was closed so that person wasnt too happy with no sauce for their nuggets.

What ever happened to customer service the guy that gave me the food was nice but the girl had the biggest rbf I’ve ever seen and I normally go to the one on north main because they’re way friendly but i was going to walmart and this one was closer never again!!

I have never been to a Wendy's I've liked. The employees are always rude and never can get an order right the first time. I stopped going here forever and decided today to grab a cup of coffee. When I asked for equal or sweetner, the employee tried to argue that there was no such thing for coffee. Only sugar is for coffee. I'm done with this place which is probably okay as their food is pretty mediocre. Just my opinion.

This is the third time i order a higher in price meal and end up going home to realize i was given a basic cheeseburger. This is also the 2nd time i order a grilled chicken sandwich and they give me crispy. Do these people seriously not know how to read? Please pay attention when bagging your customers orders. Update: tried calling four times just to be ignored and when they finally answer they hung up immediately. This location needs a new team.

I been twice and each time I get the new 2 for 3 with 2 sandwiches fries and a drink.... but apparently they just keep selling the old 2 for 3 which you just get to pick 2 items... So I recently went through the drive thru and was told to wait in the parking lot, my food came out fairly quickly but when I asked the girl who brought out my food if she could bring me sauces. She told me that I could get them from the counter inside. The whole reason I go through the drive through is so I don’t have to get out of my car. She was extremely rude. I went back inside asked her for sauces and she completely ignored me. Terrible service I don’t if she was having a bad day or what but don’t work at a fast food restaurant if you’re going to be rude to customers!

Unfortunately, my drive-thru experience in my most recent visit warranted taking my time to have to write this. 10/18/22 at around 8:20pm. Young lady was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It is truly sad to see a business not properly train their employees in basic respectful customer interactions. We are the ones that do keep your doors open. I can say with certainty say I was cordial and nice. I received back little to no communication throughout the transaction. Passive aggressive with no friendly qualities to mention. I would hope that management would communicate with this young lady and help her understand that if she doesn't want to be there, then maybe she should quit. She needs to understand she is representing your business poorly. At the very least, a simple thank you at the end of a transaction would do wonders. Just handing items to a customer and turning around and saying nothing, expecting the customer to know that everything is accounted for in their bags, is so disappointing. Then getting annoyed that I was still at the window was what got me annoyed enough to write this review. I don't expect a response to this but, hopefully this gets in front of the eyes of the franchise owner. I hope they care enough to communicate with their staff how important their customers are to their future. Good luck
