Drive thru only but wow are they good. We had a complex order due to dietary restrictions and not only was the order read to us back perfectly but they treated it normal. No bother whatsoever. Our food was labeled for easy sorting and hot. I appreciate not being treated like a bother
I was greeted with a friendly hello,the young man Fernando answered my questions,his menu knowledge was helpful and great,I ate apple pecan salad,and natural lemonade. He was busy keeping the dining room clean later on..was able to relax,before my appointment . Thanks Wendys staff🏩
Food is always hot and fresh. The frys are great. Every now and then, the order isn't 100% correct. But they are quick to fix it.
I was impressed with how clean it was. The food was alot more tastier than other Wendy's I have been to. The Cobb salad was amazing. Customer service was exceptional.
Honestly, we only stopped here to use the restrooms because we were going to go to another restaurant, but the kids needed an urgent stop. Signage said "no public restrooms" and when the staff saw the kids they were happy to allow access to the bathrooms - there wasn't even any hesitation. They were clean and had everything that they were supposed to have. They didn't smell like anything - no overpowering scent to mask stink and they didn't smell bad at all either. The restaurant itself was very clean. Clearly whoever cleaned before we got there there took their job very seriously. Staff was friendly and upbeat.
My husband and I stopped for a quick lunch. Not too busy. They now 2 stations where you can order. Tried, too confusing for me, give me the human being that can speak with me and ask me for my order. Other than this, it was a good visit.
Great customer relationship when I'd had ordered our meals. The four-for-four meals where prepared excellent. The Burgers freshly made Fry's crispy and hot and of course to take all that down a wonderful drink to go with it. I appreciate end thank you all Wendy's workers for making my evening a little bit easier to deal with. West Ridge Wendy's job well done!🤜🤛👍🌿🕊💪👑🐾🐈
The temperature, freshness and presentation of the food ordered is always right. Taste of food consistent. Service is very fast and restaurant clean. They offer discounts and free food with purchase on their mobile app. Best one out the two located in Salinas.
First of all the staff are very friendly and helpful and I give them five stars right off the bat. I was disappointed in the food though, because this burger just seemed straight out of the freezer and not enough flavor. Almost dry. Wendy's burgers used to be a lot better so I don't know if the company is just cutting corners or if it's this particular store. The employees seem to care about the customers so I honestly don't think it's the employees.
Obviously the same food. Better service than most. This location has 3 self ordering kiosks for convenience. They are more of a novelty than convenience and actually take longer unless the restaurant is packed or it's just a simple order... and the machines don't take cash and seem to be problematic with either of my debit cards. But it's nice to have that option. I don't know what their record is with the health department in the kitchen but I can't imagine it's anything other than excellent if it has anything to do with the lady that cleans the dinning area, because she is on it!
Ordered a taco salad and it came with creamy salsa dressing and the smallest bag of tortilla strips. What happened to the sour cream and salsa and the regular bag of tortilla chips? Super disappointed.
One of the most bizarre public bathroom experiences of my life! There was a huge metal stove top pan in the middle of the floor, water everywhere, no toilet paper or seat covers, and the hand dryer was broken. Several employees just standing around doing nothing in the kitchen area, only one other customer in the whole place- it was very confusing why nobody was addressing the flooded bathroom situation! We were too afraid to order any other food except baked potatoes for fear of getting food poisoning. The gal that waited on us was very sweet and friendly, and our baked potatoes were done well. But we went and ate in the car because it was so dirty. Would have gone elsewhere if we had the choice, but we were on a road trip and this was one of very few options. Would not recommend. I am usually very pleased with the cleanliness of most Wendy's locations, but this one was really bad.
This location has went downhill ALOT recently. It used to be quick and the food was hot and fresh and now the drive thru is so slow, takes forever to order and get the food and then it's lukewarm and the burgers were sloppily thrown together☹️ Definitely won't be returning anytime soon. I'd rather drive the extra couple miles It is to the north main location instead.
Orders the baked potatoes with mushroom and bacon cheese, worst ever..... Not because the combo was bad but bc they disnt even put hardly any cheese and no sour cream! Ive ordered this before and was delish but very disappointed with this order. Had to put some butter to try to make it tastier but didnt really do much.
This is the third time i order a higher in price meal and end up going home to realize i was given a basic cheeseburger. This is also the 2nd time i order a grilled chicken sandwich and they give me crispy. Do these people seriously not know how to read? Please pay attention when bagging your customers orders. Update: tried calling four times just to be ignored and when they finally answer they hung up immediately. This location needs a new team.
They don't even know the dam specials or are trained to up sale you. I been twice and each time I get the new 2 for 3 with 2 sandwiches fries and a drink.... but apparently they just keep selling the old 2 for 3 which you just get to pick 2 items... Sorry to say but seems to be scaming people imma go talk to a manager later today
So I recently went through the drive thru and was told to wait in the parking lot, my food came out fairly quickly but when I asked the girl who brought out my food if she could bring me sauces. She told me that I could get them from the counter inside. The whole reason I go through the drive through is so I don’t have to get out of my car. She was extremely rude. I went back inside asked her for sauces and she completely ignored me. Terrible service I don’t if she was having a bad day or what but don’t work at a fast food restaurant if you’re going to be rude to customers!
Unfortunately, my drive-thru experience in my most recent visit warranted taking my time to have to write this. 10/18/22 at around 8:20pm. Young lady was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It is truly sad to see a business not properly train their employees in basic respectful customer interactions. We are the ones that do keep your doors open. I can say with certainty say I was cordial and nice. I received back little to no communication throughout the transaction. Passive aggressive with no friendly qualities to mention. I would hope that management would communicate with this young lady and help her understand that if she doesn't want to be there, then maybe she should quit. She needs to understand she is representing your business poorly. At the very least, a simple thank you at the end of a transaction would do wonders. Just handing items to a customer and turning around and saying nothing, expecting the customer to know that everything is accounted for in their bags, is so disappointing. Then getting annoyed that I was still at the window was what got me annoyed enough to write this review. I don't expect a response to this but, hopefully this gets in front of the eyes of the franchise owner. I hope they care enough to communicate with their staff how important their customers are to their future. Good luck
