This was my first time coming to this location and I was not disappointed. The person working the drive-thru was very patient while taking my order and I greatly appreciated that. Everything was prepared just as I asked as well. I would have also chosen the other 3 items shown in the pic as dishes I would recommend but they weren’t listed as choices.

My experience here has been wonderful. I was ordering the pumpkin spice frap and my son was interested in it but afraid he wouldn't drink it. So he was going to taste mine. He did not like it and we went to order his and the barista thought I was buying him another one and offered to remake him one so I didn't have to pay again. They were great at this location and I'll be more than happy to return.

Was not pleased with my last visit ..had to leave to make change at 3pm because the store wouldn't break a 50. It's the middle of the day. Other than that the workers could've been a bit more pleasant also

Never had a bad drink here, but this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. The traffic flow is horrendous and spills onto the street. Cars will honk at you if you're blocking the roadway.

The employees hoist the backroom door open with a garbage can adorned with flies. Those same flies were seen crawling in and out of everyone’s online order while I was waiting for mine.

As a life time customer I have always preferred Churches chicken because of it very delicious tasty chicken. So I was looking forward to this visit because I don't live close to any Churches restaurants. I actually planned out my visit because I had always had such pleasant experiences in the past. I was so disappointed with my meal, the chicken was room temperature and very dry so was my biscuit and fries. Not to mention that it was flavorless not what I was expecting at all. Customer service was decent but not very friendly could have been better. I will not be returning to this restaurant solely on the flavorless food I received.

I was delivering DoorDash and they messed up the order twice, after waiting at least 20 minutes the first time and equally long or more the second time. They did fix it for the customer and I went back and redelivered it. I am giving them two stars instead of one because they fixed it without complaint both times on my end, but the customer said they were rude when she called.

It just seems like there is never any type of structure there. There's always people walking around wandering around aimlessly their uniforms are always frumpy. But the cashiers are always nice and it always takes a long time to get your food.

Asked for light ice in my Venti Vanilla Sweet cream cold brew, and I received more than half the cup filled with ice. This is the 4th or 5th time I ask for LIGHT ICE at this location, and it’s like they don’t understand English or something. Smdh Never going back.

I will never buy from this restaurant again. I ordered the Texas size grande meal with 8 pieces of chicken and 8 pieces of tenders. Didn’t get my tenders but I sure got tons of gravy for nothing. Luckily I ordered an extra 5 piece tender meal because the only reason I went there was because my grandson wanted tenders. I called and called and called and no one answered. There was also a piece of metal in one of the pieces of chicken. My husband almost pocked inside his mouth luckily he felt it in his mouth and spit it out right away. Extremely disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience for the second time. This is the second time they didnt complete my order. This time the amount of chicken given was incorrect. The first time was missing a side. The second time I took account for all the orders. I didnt count the chicken. Missing one chicken cool but 8 pieces, was crazy and I live over by grapecreek. Called them right away. Most employees were rude some were nice. The wait time was crazy too. But I dont mind waiting, but 30 minutes. Then getting a refund was ridiculously hard. Person in charge didnt take note of complaint either.

I went to churchs today. I got 3 of the meal deal combos for $4.50 : 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 4 bombers and a fry, 4 bombers and a 4 piece boneless hot honey lemon pepper. The sandwiches were fine, the fries were not fresh but decent, the bombers were hot and fresh, and then there was the 4 piece boneless. Lighter in color, very soft when chewed, texture couldn't have been cooked all the way because it wasnt In the least bit crunchy.... by the time I got to the 3rd piece I looked imside and SURE ENOUGH it was pink...so I spit out qhat was in my mouth amd threw the rest away. Now I have an upset stomach and diarrhea and that the main thing ive ate all day and most recently. All these be employees in that churchs and the fact that my food food undercooked just let's me want to warn yall to just stay home and cook before you end up like me. These ppl got me sick yall!! Run!!

We lasted 10 minutes in Drive thru, they didn't attend us. We decided to place the order in the application and it said a 15-minute wait. They passed 30 and without food. I'll never come back

Horrible service, ordered a 5 piece tender which totaled to about $13 bucks. We had to wait 40 minutes for it, while other cars got there orders right away. The whole entire staff seems incompetent, and they never know what’s going on. You have people pull up in the parking lot for orders and they don’t even know whose order is who’s. Saw the employee walk up to multiple cars with an order. Also peeped your “you need a receipt for a refund” the influx or returns isn’t at fault of the customers it’s the staff, they have no idea whose order is whose and they just walk up to to vehicles and guess. Get y’all’s shit together

They gave us rolls, instead of biscuits. And we ordered extra biscuits, and still they never mentioned they would be replaced with hard little rolls. And they forgot our mashed potatoes

Service was terrible. I ordered 2pc dark combo, with mashed potatoes, drink, honey buttered biscuit, and I said a 2 pc white combo and the cashier charged me for a 3pc combo. Plus the mashed potatoes only had a tiny bit of gravy on them. What are you supposed to do with that? I had to ask for my drink cups. There was a lady being loud in the back. This restaurant is really dirty. The guy filling my order didn't know what he was doing, and my dead grandma could have filled that order faster than they did. I was not happy with my food at all. Chicken didn't look done all the way and I'm not getting sick from their food. I am really not happy and I will never eat there again. Y'all have went down hill. Y'all suck

Closed dining room at 9:30 time on door said 10:30. Had us use drive thru, got home and order was wrong

I ordered over 50.00 worth of food they refused to take my money , I need smaller bills.... ok. I go break my bill and come back . They ask me to pull up. I do I wait 30 min they bring me the wrong order. I wait 10 more min. They come out and ask me a second time what i ordered. I tell them. They say they will have it right out. I ask how long. The young lady ignores me and walks off . I ask her again she says she just has to bag it up, it got knocked off her screen and I could come in and grab the order right from her. I'm inside still waiting.... lol ten more minutes... the employees weren't rude. The efficiency and sense of urgency at this location is non existent. Ig ill see if I get my food in 3 more minutes when the biscuits are done... smh

They take FOREVER to get orders ready!!!!! Never again will I go back there

This is our go to store. We love how friendly they are and always serve a great drink! Unfortunately, the last two times I went my drink was unrecognizable. Please get a barista that knows what they are doing! I wasted money and time just to drive to another Starbucks that’s further away!

I ordered an easy double bacon cheddar egg and I was surprised to receive it quickly. I later found out it wasn't thoroughly microwaved. I guess I need to tip to get standard meal.

The older lady that work nights has a bad attitude mad because she have to be there!!! She made my drink wrong and was mad that we were ordering drinks like i been working all week i don’t appreciate her at all everytime she working its a problem!!!! She was rude to my conwoker because she asked for chocolate in the drink!!!! She needs to be fired!!!!

Service is bad. I came in to pick up my order and I nicely asked an older lady with short hair if their was a restroom I could use. She rudely told me that the store was drive true only. She looked very angry and then asked me if I was going to order with an attitude. I told her I was waiting on my Mobil order. She made some funny faces to her co-works. After I got my drink and got into my car I looked up and saw laughing and looking towards my car. I would have understand if she would have told that they didn’t have public restrooms, she didn’t need to be rude. Very bad service

Asked for an iced pistachio latte with an extra shot and oatmilk. I was advised that pistachio wasn’t available so I asked for chai syrup instead and ended up with an iced chai with a single shot. I didn’t realize it until I’d gotten to work and when I called the store to ask for a refund because I don’t want to pay almost $8 for milk and syrup and a single shot I was told that I would need to come back to store for a refund. I explained that I’m at work and I cannot come back and they reiterated that it would have to be the same day or they couldn’t honor it.

Pulled in to order this Sat morning on TX vs OU weekend no traffic.The lady on mic didn’t possess the usual upbeat Starbucks greeting, sounded like she had just woke up (11AM) and didn’t want to be at work, very lack luster! Placed the first order, in the mist of ordering she apparently gave the mic to someone else. I was advised the First Lady on mic was Kita. Kita needs to be retrained on Starbucks morale! On top of all tht, my order was wrong! Was not given SF dolce syrup as requested! The customer service and drink lacked Starbucks detailed top notch quality!!! $18 for nothing! When you pay for the brand you expect the quality! Do better Kita or find another job! Yelp has this location rated 2 stars for a reason :(

They are so rude. First I was walking to the door then some employee runs to the door and locks it and tells me to go to drive through even though hours say they close at 9pm. Then when I get my drinks there is a good portion missing which is not what I pay for and when I told them they said they couldn't do anything about it.
