This was our first time at Rosa's, and it was a great experience! Our son lives in the area, and just had to take us. We were not disappointed. The service was friendly and fast, the food hot and delicious, and the sopapillas were amazing! Highly recommend!

Rosas's has always done a great job in not only having great quality food but fast service as well. However, this past visit we decided to go through the drive-thru and when we got to there, there was a car at the speaker. I noticed they eventually put there car in Park and looked like they were just sitting there waiting to order. I finally heard someone came through the speaker and they ordered. When it was our turn, we had someone come on right away but halfway through my order they had me stop and I waited for 3 to 4 minutes before the person came back on. Apparently they are short staffed and, unfortunately, it's causing its patrons to wait longer than normal. Hopefully, they can find more help soon.

Best place for tacos, cheese enchiladas, beef fajitas nachos, chips & queso & taco salads. Restaurant is always clean & nice looking. Restaurant is very beautiful at night time, with its red neon lights & decorative Mexican decor on the inside. The salsa bar always fresh with salsa & ingredients for your food. Best restaurant for Taco Tuesday as well. Will recommend to others!!

I wanted to leave a review as I'm recently dairy and egg free since I'm breastfeeding my son, and he has an intolerance to both. We are not allergic but intolerant, which is still important in avoiding both food items. I asked to speak with the manager, and when she stated they didn't have an allergy menu, I asked about specific items on the menu, and she was very patient and willing to help. After placing my order, she even said she would personally make it so as not to touch anything else with dairy and egg. I just want to say what amazing customer service she gave, and I appreciate her very much. Would definitely recommend Rosas. By the way this is the manager that worked Saturday (7/19/25)

Always a Hit. If you want Mexican food quickly, Rosa’s is your best bet. Dine in, drive thru or to go, Rosa’s is fast. We dined on a quiet Wednesday evening at 8PM and got our order within 5 minutes and everything for our party of 4 was correct and delicious. Taco Tuesday at lunchtime can be extremely busy with the parking lot overflowing to neighboring properties. Sunday after church can be the same. In our many visits we have only had one disappointing food dish and that was refried beans that were very bland. Otherwise every visit has been wonderful!

This is our first time to San Angelo and my first time to Rosa’s. What a pleasant surprise it was! I could not believe when I saw the place, inside and out, that it is considered fast food. But it really is. The unique decor and atmosphere is so pretty and colorful. Full of cheer. The food was good and prices very reasonable. The sopapillas were delicious. They were so light. You can watch them being made. And plenty of honey! There is a toppings bar so you can add to your order whatever you like. We are RVing and just here for a few days but I think a second trip to Rosa’s might be in order. Go! Enjoy!!

This place is always my go to when I get very lazy to cook Mexican food. I go for the tortillas. One thing I didn't like is the employees at the window every time I go they seem to be annoyed, never try to upsale you anything i order a lunch combo, which I didn't get a drink bec my mind was elsewhere I would of loved if they would of upsale and Said would u like a drink to go with that, Or dessert. Of course I would of taken it employee just don't seem happy to be working make me not return. I rather go to a place where u feel welcomed and not just a paycheck . If fixes definitely would be a #1 customer bring along family n friends. The food was by far amazing and deserved nothing but the best star rating but I feel this issue can be fixed

I recently visited Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory, and I would categorize it as a unique combination of fast food and restaurant. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant interior, which had a charming ambiance. One of the highlights of my experience was being able to watch the tortillas being made, adding a touch of authenticity to the dining experience. When it came to ordering, the process was straightforward. You place your order upfront and then take a seat at your chosen table. Although the staff members taking the orders were not particularly cheerful, they were not rude either. It would have been nice to see a bit more enthusiasm from them, as it could have enhanced the overall customer experience. One aspect that impressed me was the speed at which the food was prepared. It didn't take long at all from the moment I ordered to when the food was available for me to grab. This efficiency is definitely a plus, especially for those looking for a quick bite. Regarding the food itself, I found the overall quality to be moderate. The menu offered a decent variety of options, and the flavors were enjoyable, albeit not mind-blowing. The portions were not huge, but the price wasn’t that high so the value met my expectations. If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal with a pleasant ambiance, this place is worth a visit.

So I ordered food from base and a friend of mine went and picked it up. When you brought it back the amount of food was extremely skimmed and I'm guessing because they didn't have to look at a customer and was busy and it was convenient to throw a couple scoops in and send it on its way. Also the drink I ordered wasn't with my food. However, I called them and they said to come back in when I could and I did and the lady that I talked to definitely made it right. Gave me everything I paid for fresh in person and the bull was heaping. As a manager. She definitely did her part to fix the problem and she did it with respect and kindness. The foods seem to be much more fresh which stays consistent with everything. I've heard about that specific store. But being honest I have to say the initial experience. I was very displeased so there are mixed emotions on my personal experience.

Flatulent Fandango! lol, this is my favorite fast food place by far for many years. Last night we arrived rather late (8:45) after a football game. There were some people we overheard saying that they didn’t know what to order because it was their first time at Rosa’s. Anyhow, we picked up our food and immediately noticed the excess amount of refried beans on literally everything. Taco salad had a good inch and half of beans in the bottom, tostada was so heavy with beans that I had to cut it with a fork. Every plate that had beans and rice, had a good pound of beans on it LOL. I reckon they had to either throw out the beans or overload every plate! The beans weren’t even that great, kind of old looking and room temp. I wish I would have thought to take pics. I ate everything on my plate as usual, threw some salsa on them beans and went to town! I hate to think what the out of town people were saying, but I wouldn’t blame them for being put off. Needless to say, since about 11:00pm last night I have been farting like a pack mule!! I mean this would have been an epic showdown with the greatest fartmen on earth. Thank God my wife was asleep most of the time. Management please please tell your people to just throw out that excess bean pile late at night!!!

Food was decent - it's been repeatitively bland the last few times I've gone. Their restaurant is absolutely filthy. The kitchen is passable, but the rest of it is awful. Dirty counters, drink machines, bathrooms, and nasty bus tubs left in the hallway next to the bathrooms where I nearly tripped over them. If you're gonna eat here, go through the drive thru.

The rice is often unseasoned. The chips are also often unseasoned and taste stale. The salsas are good. This particular location usually seems understaffed. When I order delivery, 2 times out of 3 they forget either my fork and napkins, my drink, or my chips. Tonight was the final straw. The delivery driver Sergio forgot my drink, my food was lukewarm, and my chips have some weird sugar syrup all over them. I have no idea what happened to them. See the attached picture. I reported the missing drink first through the app, but then I tried to report the poor chip quality and the app wouldn’t let me. I called the restaurant and the automated system wouldn’t put me through to the actual store. So I have stale chips covered in sugar syrup that I cannot get a refund for. *Update 4/27/2024* I ordered delivery from this location again and was pleased that all my items made it. I began eating my burrito bowl and found some little incinerated carbon treasures in my food! I pulled them out and put them on my napkin. See the second attached photo. I’m really trying to stay more positive nowadays so I’ll just wrap it up- this location has lost my trust forever. Imagine scooping whatever these unidentifiable mummified black bits of carbon out of a food container and putting them in a burrito bowl that someone paid for and giving it to that person to eat.

For $16 it’s a very disappointing portion. Pretty frustrated this is what we got home with. Positives: It did taste good. People were nice. But this was pretty disappointing. Not worth it.

We typically go through the drive through. Our usual order is chicken fajita salad with romaine lettuce. Twice we have had to go inside to get corrected. And the this last time they hid the iceberg lettuce under maybe a handful of romaine. And we have had to start asking for hot sauce since it doesn’t seem to come with the salad anymore.

Let me say I enjoy the food. I usually do drive-thru after work. The last 4 times there has been problems with the order. The first time I made it home without salsa so the next time I ask if there was salsa and was assured there was, however there was not salsa when I got home. The next time since it was a large order so we checked the order and there was no salsa and the order was missing items, since we were still in the parking lot it was an easy fix. This last time I ask for salsa, got it but still ended up going back for my chips. The young lady brought them immediately when she heard me come back in for my missing chips. The most frustrating part is this young girl absolutely did not care the order was wrong or that I was inconvenienced. Rosa's is too expensive for poor service, my time is valuable and I expect my order to be correct. First and second time I was understanding, mistakes happen, but I'm tired of double checking everything. Also it wasn't busy, no lines, plenty of parking, order should have been correct. It's time for me to rethink where I want to go for tacos.

I actually really like this place but having found this in my salad after almost finishing it is disgusting. I understand it’s just for humidity purposes but it absolutely made my stomach turn, how does it accidentally end up in the lettuce

They did not have all their food options available at 7pm. There was no forks only spoons. The tables in the restaurant were filthy and none of the employees seemed to care we had to wipe our own table. The trash cans were overflowing until I pushed the trash down as hard as I could. The store was not busy, plenty of employees were standing around, looking at their cellphones, joking, laughing, etc. It is good to have fun at work but there is still a job to be done. Clearly management is absent or does not know how to manage.

One lady I interacted with was annoyed I came inside rather than the drive through. I am pretty sure I saw they made my food wrong and had to correct it, notice the sticker was taken off and put back on. Glad I came it or I wouldn’t have gotten the correct thing. The food itself is fine. Can’t tell if I got everything I asked for but not going back in to deal with the attitude.

If you actually want Chipotle, avoid this location at all costs and just go to the one on Sherwood Way. The employees here are unbelievably rude, overcharged me, and didn’t even give me the chicken I paid for. The service was awful from start to finish — they don’t care about customers at all. This place is a total waste of money and honestly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed in customer service and portions. I went last night 1/2025 at 9:45pm. And first thought they were closed. One entrance was locked and the chairs were being placed on the tables while one employee was cleaning the floors. I used the other door and finally got in but the staff was not friendly at this location. I understand that it was late but customer service is very important. Also I asked if they could do nachos basically use chips in the bowl and top with steak and chip only. The female worker stated "no we don't do nachos." So I asked for steak and shredded cheese only. The portion was awful it don't even cover the bottom of the bowl. Barely any steak and the cheese didn't even cover the steak. So I was charged $9.20 for the steak and cheese and $2.70 for chips. Way over priced for the quality and portion. I just don't think that is reasonable. Please work on customer service for this location and trying to assist you customers. This was my first time at this location and was very disappointed. I would not recommend this place and therefore gave a low rating.

Not sure why the little Mexican lady that works in the evenings has such a pissed off attitude all the time but it's really off-putting and makes you not wanna eat there? Fun . The food is always good.It's fresh of course so it just depends on whatever you get. I personally always order my food through Uber Eats and just pick up at the restaurant And I never have any issues except when this lady is working. Man she really hates her job.

They Usually ALWAYS SHORT ME on the amount of servings. Went in there tonight at 10:20 PM they close at 11 PM Everything was put up. They were visibly upset that I came in. He asked what I wanted. I told him and not only was the food all really old but again I was shorted by a lot. I mean, if the food‘s gonna be old, at least hook me up not short me with old food. Plenty of time left in the hours of operation to still be running your services.

if i could do 0 stars i would!!!! horrible customer service, walked in and a lady was making a burrito watching me wait and didn’t say ANYTHING no greeting or that they would be with me momentarily just made eye contact and walked away. while putting my bowl together the guy dropped lettuce on the counter picked it up and proceeded to put it in my bowl. also did not get DOUBLE chicken yet paid 16$.

Staff obviously going through training but the one worker who seemed more experienced rushed me through my order when I was the only person in line. I had my toddler with me and so couldn’t watch my food being made and of course I was shorted on everything. Asked for lots of lettuce and I got literally 7 pieces of lettuce. Only received 2 tortillas for the kids meal and I didn’t notice that because I was being rushed through the other half of my order while also trying to wrangle a toddler. Asked if the barbacoa was spicy because I had never had it and it was for my toddler and only got attitude from the worker. Drink area was gross, sugar spilled all over and trash littered throughout. Both chipotles in this town are sub par but this one is worse.
