As always, great food, great service, and an incredible atmosphere. Even though the restuarant was packed I was able to get in, ferry my 2guests in with me and be in, fed and, and have a great time in less than an hour. If you can get here and enjoy a meal you should.

The waitlist option is what keeps us coming back. And the rolls with honey butter. And the quick service. And the prices. We tolerate the noise level for all the other things we like about Texas Roadhouse.

Was really busy on Friday night. The hostess sat us quickly and made room at the bar. Food was made to order. Would go back but recommend an early dinner if you don't like waiting.

Our wait was short, 7 mins . Our waitress was good. Our food was delivered quickly. It tasted amazing. Our first time ever at a roadhouse. The hot rolls and cinnamon butter was to die for. Kids plates were very reasonable priced. Family of 5 for less than $40. We will be back for sure. Great place to eat

Really, an impressive place. Very well managed and well staffed. At 3, the opening time, I entered. I was sure they wouldn’t be ready for business the first minute of announced opening time, but they were well prepared. I was greeted warmly and seated immediately. Kameron, my server, was fabulous; she could not have improved upon her service. I had bread and a drink within a couple of minutes. The steak, their Sirloin; was quite good, as was their Caesar Salad and mashed potatoes. The bread was hot, and plenty of butter. I was a bit grumpy upon entering (just life), but this Texas Roadhouse did a superb job today. The tables sparkled... Congrats to the entire team.

I’ve been to several Texas road house around the USA. It is very important to me for the use of masks and social distancing and the Texas road house was doing it, not to mention the limited seating at the bar, plexiglass separating customers from one another, I’m very appreciative of this and it makes me very comfortable to want to go out and eat there again. Had a late birthday party dinner and from the time we pulled up to the parking lot to dessert 🎂 everything was great. It was busy and food was GREAT❗❗❗

The food and service are always good. Honestly, if you go here expecting a quiet dinner with quick service, you will be disappointed. It's a festive atmosphere with lots of people having a good time. I have never come when it hasn't been busy, so we just go knowing we have to wait, but in the end it will be worth it. The service is usually pretty attentive, and they try and get your food and your drinks to you as efficiently as possible. These folks work really hard to make it a fun evening for every customer, and it shows.

Ezekiel (waiter) & Kelsey (manager) were amazing!! They went above & beyond. I have food allergies & they were very understanding & attentive.

I just needed to say that I loved my New York Strip today. Mr chef, your awesome!! I've always eaten ribeye, but decided it was time for a change. Now, I'll be getting the NYS next time. 😋

Ordered a meal to go. The Ranger steak was seasoned & cooked perfectly. The sauteed mushrooms were so good, & the side salad was fresh & tasty. All perfect, but more than that, the customer service was excellent. The young ladies were all very polite & respectful. I had just started walking back to my hotel when one of them called to apologize & let me know she'd forgotten my silverware. It was a pleasant surprise. They were super busy, & she still went above & beyond to insure my order, all the way down to utensils was correct. Great job!

We have not been to Texas Roadhouse in a few years. We had a great experience dining here! We were seated almost immediately. There is no wait and they were pretty busy. The atmosphere was laid back and loud ( in a good way loud) There was a good mix of people. Cowboys and city folk. Young and old. Done with the shopping heading back home in the country kind of crowd mixed with teenage first dates kind of crowd. Passing through town kind of crowd and married couple kind of crowd. Like I said… a good mix of people. Our waitress brought out fresh rolls and cinnamon butter right after we were seated. We ordered The rattlesnake bites as an appetizer. We had the barbecue chicken entree and steak tips entree. Everything was fresh and good. The prices were reasonable and affordable. Our waitress seemed super rushed and talked so fast that I could not understand her. We told her that we had not been there in awhile and needed a little bit to look over the menu. She came back four times within 5 or 6 minutes to ask if we were ready to order yet. I felt rushed to order. She ended up being a good waitress (but slow down girl!) I am glad we dined here. We left stuffed and with leftovers. We will definitely be back.

We dined in on an extremely busy Friday evening, 1/10/2020. Even with call ahead seating it took 45 minutes to be seated. The staff was friendly and upbeat besides being overwhelmed with the over capacity crowd. Our waitress was friendly and got every order in our group of 9 correct. The food was cooked exactly as ordered and was delicious. We enjoyed our visit despite the crowds. Would definitely eat here again.

Bailey was our waitress. It was her first time alone with customers and we were here first. She was really polite and worked super hard to make sure we had the best experience we could for a late lunch-early supper. I had the pork chop with chili and a loaded baked potato. The pork chop was cooked to perfection, which was very juicy and tender with a pepper corn sauce. The potato was a nice size and baked tender, topped with sour cream, cheese and bacon. Although the chili was not going to win any contest, it was tasty. The chili very mild spiced that will not burn your taste buds.

I ordered a 16oz prime rib with green beans as the side. The green beans resonated the bacon bits flavor, but it's overcooked. Not too mushy, but one can't expect much from a chain restaurant that offers foods for a reasonable price. The prime rib was rare as I ordered and it was almost as good as what you would pay $40 - $50 in a nicer restaurant.

We love Texas roadhouse. The environment is fun and laid back, the food is always delicious and the service is great even when they're incredibly busy. The one thing we didnt like was the lil' dillo steak bites for the kids meal. We have ordered them before when my daughter was little and she COULD NOT chew it. Even though we chopped it up really small the meat was just tough. So we waited to order it again til she was bigger and fully capable of chewing; 3 years later the lil' dillo steak bites were STILL too tough and she was not able to chew them. Perhaps that shouldn't be on the kids menu 🤷🏻‍♀️ We were more than happy with the rest of our food and service though! Just probably wont ever order the lil' dillo bites again for our kids.

I’ve been here twice now. Food has always been good, but the service varies. Most recently we had to request rolls as we had already ordered food and drinks and still hadn’t received them. We never got the milk that we requested for our kids meal, and we’re only asked if wanted a refill on the margarita. I had to wave down our server to request boxes, and it seemed the tables around us had the same experience. The menus and condiments on the table were all sticky as well. We will order to-go next time we want Texas Roadhouse, then we can still enjoy the food without paying extra for minimum effort service.

Never had a bad experience until last night. I tried thier version of Chicken fried steak. Its extremely thin, all crust, was so salty. I wouldn't feed that to my dog. BUT, my husband had the porkchop and he loves it.

I love a good steak. Getting a steak cooked the way you want it is the challange. I ask for med well no blood a little pink is fine. Well the steak dam near mooed at me when I cut into it. Some people like that but not me. The steak made its way back to the kitchen never to be seen again. To put a steak back on the fire just makes it worse. Ok enough about the steak Texas Roadhouse is awesome the people are great and I think we tipped the waiter 50%. The pork chops are perfect shrimp was just a little over seasoned for me but we're to die for. My sister and I were there with Mother 85years old and recovering from a broken hip she couldn't get enough. It was a great time for us all. Service was perfect. By the way the manager deducted the steak without having to ask. Good for the whole family

Our server was awesome. Overall it's a nice place and we will probably be going back. Man, those rattlesnake bites are so good. Some of thing things I think we will avoid in the future include the kids hot dog and the Mac and cheese. These two items seemed to be pretty low quality, hardly above what you might find at Walmart in the "hot and ready" warmer that they use to clear out the old deli products. The Mac was a little better than kraft stuff you make at home, but only just a little. The steak was good though, even though the steak pictured my kid ruined by asking for medium-well. Haha. Oh and those bread rolls with the butter... also great!

As usual, Texas Roadhouse was really busy on July 19th, so there was a 25 minute wait. My service dog and I were led to a table and was met by a very sweet server who went out of her way to see that my service animal was comfortable. I ordered a drink and settled in and ordered a salad. Time passed... and then more time passed and I realized it had been an hour. It seems that my salad order was somehow lost in the kitchen. Eventually, I received my salad and the manager comped it because of the mistake. I'm not really upset because my server was very sweet and went out of her way to make my service animal comfortable. Not super high marks on the top shelf margarita, because it was so weak that it didn't even seem to have an alcohol content (maybe it got lost like the salad). And since I barely have one drink per month, I know a weak drink when I feel nothing from it... and those top shelf Margaritas cost as much as a meal.

Then, when my salad came, I realized she never brought silverware❌️. Tables and outward appearance is fine. Food was as expected. The water in the dishwasher needs to be changed more frequently. The glassware and plates were dirty. Hair nets need to be worn in the kitchen we found a hair in one of the sauces for an appetizer. Bathrooms were filthy.

The service is always great here but they have lost a customer for life. I give grace for being busy but this is the 3rd time in a row that my steak has been overcooked. The steaks have gotten thinner and thinner. This establishment has become a waste of time and money.

Their full slab ribs with mash potatoes + gravy and sirlon burger with pepper jack cheese, mushrooms and loaded potatoe is alright. I've had too many bad experiences here, so I can not give them 5 stars because you never know what type of service you will receive when you eat here. (Each time my waitress has given me the wrong order and has charged me for it.) Definitely, won't be wasting my money at this place again.

My food was dropped coming out of the kitchen. Then the salmon had a thin needle looking bone in it as I found it in my mouth and shown it to the manager standing there. All they said was sorry lol. Very disappointed overall.

After an hour drive here; it's certainly the worst Texas Roadhouse I've ever visited. I sat bar side and I typically order a 20oz filet. Yes, that's correct 20OZ. Although not on the menu; the kitchen has always fulfilled my order exceeding my expectations. However, this Roadhouse my request never made it to the kitchen. Simply told "we don't offer a filet in that size, at most a 12oz". So I settled for the 12oz. What a mistake. I asked for a baked potato for a side. "We're out of baked potatoes" ugh. My entree arrives in front of me, almost room temperature, bland as can be. I also requested another basket of rolls as the ones they kindly brought the first time, were also room temperature. The bar tender was okay, never once asked me how my food was. Between the gnats and flies flying around the bar, and lack the of service, food quality and accommodations; I strongly advise finding somewhere else to spend your hard earned dollar.

We recently visited Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my younger brother’s birthday, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing dining experience we have ever had. Our party of 13 encountered an issue when a waiter took a chair that we were actively using. Despite my in-law informing him that we needed the chair, he proceeded to take it anyway, which we found extremely disrespectful. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. My niece’s hamburger was burnt on the bottom, and my husband’s steak, which was ordered medium well, arrived completely overcooked and dry. Our drinks also took an unreasonably long time to be served. That being said, our waitress did an excellent job and truly tried to make our experience enjoyable, but unfortunately, the overall service and food quality overshadowed her efforts. While we did receive two meals comped, we strongly urge Texas Roadhouse to improve staff training to ensure better service and professionalism. A waiter ignoring a customer’s request and taking a chair without consideration should never happen. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed. We hope to see improvements in the future.

There was no wait to go into the restaurant, but it took forever to get our food. 1 Cesar chicken salad, 1 prime rib order were fine and My order ny strip, was cooked wrong. By the time they checked on us so could tell them it was well done not med rare everyone at my table was halfway done. It took so long to get my plate back every one else at the table was about done and I had to take it to go. disappointed with the food service this time. Waitress was great mgr was a bit dismissive.

Definitely used to love texas roadhouse! But when I went there with my family who is not from texas, I thought texas roadhouse would be a good restaurant for it. It was all good until we ordered drinks and we didn't get them til 30 minutes later. I brushed it off and we ordered later and we all ordered steaks none of them cooked well done. But when they brought the food all the steaks where well done. Awful. And my little brother had cheese in his apple sauce. Awful experience.

I placed a large order online today, genuinely looking forward to enjoying a good meal with my family. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. The chicken strips (both mine and my child’s) were so overcooked they were nearly impossible to chew. The steaks, which we requested well done, were completely burnt and inedible. The only part of the meal we could actually eat were the sides, which is incredibly disappointing considering the cost and our past experiences with Texas Roadhouse. The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the customer service, specifically during the pickup process, was solid. The staff was friendly and professional, and the order was ready on time. Unfortunately, great service can’t make up for poorly prepared food. This experience did not meet the standard we’re used to, and it’s left us unsure if we’ll be returning. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, because today, Texas Roadhouse truly let us down.

Party of 4 on a Wednesday night around 8:40pm. As soon as we walked in and asked for a table, the employees were joking around in front of us trying to decide who would take us to our seat. We ordered within about 10 mins and proceeded to wait about an hour. Our server Mica was awesome and took good care of us, but we never got our food from the kitchen. We went up to check on our food several times and they kept saying the kitchen was behind, but we only saw about three orders come out of the kitchen the whole time we were there. We are military and had to be back on base by 10pm, so we ended up leaving around 9:45 without ever getting our food. Very disappointed in our experience and we went back to base hungry because everything else was closed.

Trash for order pick up. Tried twice both times friendly but steak overcooked. Wrote company to inform them of the issue and received one missed call from the restaurant while I was at work with no message left. 1 star it is...

I actually didn't even get a chance to sample the food here because the bartender was the most rude, unaccommodating, and pompous person I've ever met in my entire life This was the first time that I've actually walked out of a restaurant before ordering Thank God, outback is down the street

My chicken fried steak was overcooked, mashed potatoes were dry and the mac and cheese wasn't even mixed in. I got a cup full of plain noodles at the bottom w the cheese sitting on top of it, like a mix it yourself. They did replace my food but by the time it was done the rest of our party was done with their food. Others mentioned their steak was overcooked, french fries were dry. I expected more and was disappointed.

Went in for a birthday party on 4/18/25 ordered the onion blossom and fried mushroom. My brother bit into a fried mushroom and it was a glove. Mangers came, but no discount was given. Worst experience we've had. That was not legendary..

I was served by the WORST lady in the”to go” window. When I got the the window she was already serving attitude. She handed me my food, cool. NO DRINKS “I had 3”. I knocked on the window and was like “hey I’m missing some drinks can I get them!?” She was like “WHAT WERE THEY!?” I told her. This made me check my whole order. She got the drinks and I notice a whole meal missing. I informed her. She looking at receipt! She kept asking “is it a separate order!?” I told her girl it’s the first thing on the receipt. When she noticed the other to go box “my order” on the counter she slid it into the bag knocking it off the counter. I asked for her manager and she slammed the window in my face. Customers behind me asking me what happened with all that. I can see her inside running her mouth. The manager gets there. I informed him of everything his response is “well what do you want me to do!? want me to make you another one!?” With the same attitude no “im sorry about that or yes ma’am I’ll go to her but the same attitude as the girl. I walked off because I don’t need the energy. I decided to leave it in corporates hands. Also my food is cold when I get home cause I spent 21 min in that terrible environment. Also she did not have her name on the receipt cause I would have left that in the comment as well. Instead of her shirt reading “I love my job” in the back it should say “I hate it!”

Most visits are usually great, until today. Tried to sit at bar top, but bartender was saving open chairs. What kind of made up rules are those? Bar top is always open seating. She allowed minors to sit at bar, rather than adult drinking customers. I asked for an extra plate for our meal, and the little girl that I asked, had such a a pissed off face. How did she even get hired? If you don't want to be at work, go work somewhere else. Our server was great, but today's visit, was a complete failure on Texas Roadhouse San Angelo

EVERYTIME I order a dozen or more orders and I specifically put regular butter on the notes, they send the biggest bowl of CINNAMON BUTTER!!!!!

The server was rude . The food was cold. The server seemed like she didn't even care about us. Like she came to check on her other tables but not us . I was gonna ask for an appetizer and stuff but every time I made eye contact to hint that I needed her she looked away. We sat there about 30 minutes just without he coming back and everything .

1) water spilled in two of the party's laps 2) hour until first items came out 3) never returned napkins after using them to clean up water 4) steak 2 hours late and came raw (ordered medium) 5) different steak came cold (cooked medium rare) 6) no refills on water 7) sides wrong 8) sides forgotten 9) charged for a beer we did not order that the server explicitly said we could have for free 10) manager had an attitude when defending charging us for the drink Do not recommend it. Please do not come here, please do not let them ruin their evening.

We went to dinner tonight, we had a bad experience, they didn't give us what we ordered, they brought us cold food, and the waiter who served us didn't stop to serve us. I understand that he is a person with a disability but could someone help him?

I wasn’t going to post this but after getting sick on the drive home from roadhouse I thought I would caution those who like prime rib. While I do like mine in the medium/medium rare side, this one was a little gooey and was roughly 70% fat. After struggling to cut through the thing and taking a couple bites, I figured I could at least give it to the dog and didn’t want to make a commotion in the already packed restaurant. Quality control was not too great tonight, but at least our server Evan did a great job.

It started out very good " No Wait Time" we were seated immediately, till our server started out by quoting their policy on alcohol drinks, when everyone at the table other than my great nieces are over 50 plus years old, had to request for plates, never got refills on our teas, finally got our lemons for the water, sent two steaks back, not cooked as asked, got one back, came back perfect, the last steak finally came back, a totally different steak and size "They Brought Back Someone Else's Steak"!!!! This was our Mother's Day Dinner with me and my siblings, I do want to Thank the manager for trying his best to fix it, but the damage was done!! Can't say I won't be back, just hope they fix it.

I am a member of the Airforce here at Goodfellow and wanted to go out with my friends to eat as a final dinner before we leave this week. Being military we have a curfew of 10PM, we arrived at 8pm which in my opinion is plenty time to eat and get back. To make a long story short we got there, got seated immediately and was greeted by our server named Mica who was amazing by the way. Ordered our food within 5 minutes of sitting there and waited over an hour when there was only about 5 other tables in the restaurant being served. I complained and was told me and my friends food was being boxed so we could take it to go, as we were running out of time at this point. 30 more minutes pass and still no food. So we went back to base hungry for the night and was unable to get food anywhere else due to curfew. Very disappointing from a staple restaurant. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. Also, front staff was extremely playful and unprofessional.

I graduated from culinary school, with that said I can tell this is a franchise and not a restaurant. There is no Chef there just some line cooks. Our steaks where cold, they brought me a loaded bake potato with all the ingredients deconstructed. In culinary school when we serve our food the customer should not have to do anything to the food except eat it. I don’t work for the restaurant and do not want to assemble my food I can do that a home. Unless this is a specialty restaurant that deals with deconstructed food, which it is not. I will never eat or enter this restaurant again, unless they need a head Chef to clean up the place. Look at that sad picture of the product they serve.

We had an hour and half to be seated just for them to call us 3 times for our table not to be ready, they were not busy at all and lots of others came in a got seated. We waited a long time for our food just for it to be mid not good service.

Every time I come to Texas Roadhouse I’m never disappointed. I’m always very satisfied and happy with the service/food. EXCEPT today. Things were great till we got to the food and service. But before I get into the food, I’d like to take a moment to talk about the service. Firstly, they took an hour to bring our food. Secondly, the waiter was alright but definitely not the best. But the part that really upset me about the service was that one of people/managers that check up on you to see how your food was didn’t even do that to me. Yet, he checked up on every single table in my area besides mine. I hate to call it that but it was most likely discrimination. If it was, I’d just like to say that my money is worth the same as every body else’s. After all money is the thing that businesses care about, right? Anyways back to the food. They served my 8 oz steak in a toddler plate!! Leaving room for like only 3 fries. Same thing for the other members in my party. Secondly, they served my child’s Mac N cheese in the smallest plate ever. They literally served it where they would put the sides of broccoli and rice. Meaning they put a MAIN COURSE on a plate meant for small sides. Plus, the Mac and Cheese was also not even cooked right. It was uncooked and very inedible. I don’t know if they didn’t have a dishwasher but even then an established business at a national level should always be prepared for anything. Heck, local businesses’ are better than that! But it is what it is. I used to brag about Texas Roadhouse to my friends and family but guess I was wrong. Won’t be coming back after a while. (PICTURES INCLUDED BELOW WITH SILVERWARE AS REFERENCES)

If i could give this restaurant 0 stars I WOULD. Made a reservation for 5:30 and did not get seated for an HOUR AND A HALF bc we had to “wait for our table to be free” makes no sense, all that just for the food to be mid.

i couldn’t even enjoy my food because they made it so i couldn’t cut my steak. i would not recommend eating here if you want steak.

Came here for my daughter’s birthday dinner. I called before 1pm to reserve a time for 12-13 guests for 6:30pm. We ended up having 9 guests show up. We checked in at 6:21 with the hostess and I told her my name and that I had called before 1pm to reserve a time since we had a party of over 6. We ended up waiting over 50 min and would have waited longer if it wasn’t for one of the managers intervening and was able to sit us at two different tables caddy corner from each other. He also gave us two appetizers for our wait time. Service was ok until our waiter went MIA. We waited for over 15 min to get refills. And when our food came out it was only lukewarm. I would not come back if I didn’t have to and regret buying $250 of gift cards earlier in the day, since now we have to come back to use the rest of the card.

Our hamburger and steaks were absolutely burnt to a crisp. I took one bite of my steak bits and had to spit charcoal and soot out of my mouth and the hamburger bun was black. The plates shouldn’t have even been brought to the table with the presentation itself. The manager only took off $20 on our ticket, I feel paying $100 for charcoal is quite the rip off. The server hardly came to our table and we had to wait till the end our our meal for a drink refill.

I ordered a 6oz sirloin steak with Veggies and a Caesar’s salad and no croutons. Salad and everything came out fine until I touch the top of my steak and it was cold. Like it had just come out of the refrigerator. Not only can you make someone sick by not cooking red meat to a certain temperature to rid it of impurities it could be deadly. On top of that I ordered a Tito’s vodka on the rocks and the waitress came back and said we cannot male your drink because it is not mixed with anything. I’ve never heard of anything like that in all my years. On top of that the waitress left the Tito’s vodka drink on my tab. Funny enough they don’t serve it alone but they sure can charge $8 for it by itself. I come out here on business regularly and I can promise you I will never be back at this place.

Watch out for the servers here. They’ll ask for your order. Take the menu and then ask if you would like extra mushrooms, onions, jalapeño on the steak like it comes with the meal. Then you get the bill and see that they charged you for the mushrooms, onions, and jalapeño.

We got seated right away, waited about 15 minutes before someone came and took our drink order. Found a piece of paper or cardboard in my chili told the people and all they said was sorry about that. They Offered me another chili but of course I declined. I used to like this place but it seems to have gone a little down hill.

Smells bad in here. Basic gross American food. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. Smothered chicken entree was boring. Chicken was juicy but parts were still pink. The mashed potatoes were boring. The rattlesnake bites were surprisingly good but it's just fried cheese. Overall, not a healthy option at all & tastes terrible. The red wine selection was decent. Meiomi pilot noir is delicious. Food just looked gross. See attached pics. It was insanely busy so ofcourse cleanliness is out the window. Our server however was the sweetest girl ever. Appreciate her working hard that night.

Floors are covered in trash, silverware and food. Didn’t see anyone going around sweeping. I ordered a steak medium rare and was presented one that was well done so I sent it back. By the time I got my replacement steak my group was nearly finished eating and when I checked my replacement steak quality it also wasnt a medium rare but in fact a blue steak. I suppose under cooked is better than over cooked as I can go home and finish cooking it off myself. I ended up only having a few bites as the sides and shrimp i ordered were now cold and everyone else was finished as I ate the outer edges of the steak that were cooked more than center. All in all I have a full meal in a to go box to take home with me and part of it to cook, but hey at least even cold the seasoned rice taste good. To be fair I would have sent the steak back yet again however everyone else would have been waiting for a check before I had the chance to eat. So by the end of this, it’s a terrible experience, a huge waste of money, leaving hungry, and having to go home to re cook the steak.
