This was my first time coming here and it was honestly one of the best italian foods ive had in a long time. My niece got the Chicken Bryan with the parmesan fríes and i got the chicken Rosa María with the garlic mashed potatoes. The server Greg was very nice to us and was very respectful. I always love this place. This place is perfection for date night, a promotion or even a birthday. Come for your birthday and they will sing in Italian. It is great. The food is very flavorful as well. I recommend the double pork chops with broccoli and the Chicken Parmesan. The Chicken Bryan is a close second as well. On one of the busiest days of the year, Christmas Eve, the food and service was outstanding. I want to bring up Jaime who noticed we needed something. Spaghetti with Shrimp was large enough to serve two and was split between my wife and I. Bread and olive oil with oregano was served throughout. I’d be happy to go back again!

This week I’ve been hosting my seminars at Carrabba‘s Italian Restaurant. I absolutely love this place! They served delicious steaks, pork chops, and calamari, and a variety of pasta dishes and salads. Generous portions, reasonable prices, and very attentive and professional staff. A big shout out to their GM Ashley, Catherine and Trey! I always feel that a restaurant is only what the people that work for them are. The people at this location are the epitome of excellent customer service! Thank you, Carrabba’s for providing a great service to the people I serve!

Hands down my favorite restaurant! I stumbled onto this gem by shear luck after Olive garden had a 2hr wait. Whereas, Carraba's had no wait time. The service ( Rebecca) was amazing! I have to say, she has been the best waitress that I have ever had! The food was exquisite! They start by giving warm complementary bread and oil/seasoning. In regards to the meals ordered, I had the chicken trio. Lets just say that I never thought chicken could taste that good! I must say, it was on the high end in price; but trust me, IT IS WORTH IT. Got off of work and was looking for a place to unwind and came across Carrabbas. Very much enjoyed the well priced happy hour they had to offer and the nice atmosphere this place has to offer but I have to admit that the only thing better than good food and atmosphere is good service, and mine was more than good it was flawless. My bartender Alicia never failed to make sure my glass was full and I was content with my experience even when I could tell she had to take care of several other guest at once. Will definitely be coming back soon and I hope to have her serving me once again.

I do like coming here for Italian food and also the service that we receive. We like coming here and requesting Patrick to serve us when we eat our meals here. He's always there when you need him with our drinks and food comes hot and good.

June 2025 Revisited, Carrabba's today, with a medium-sized group of about 8 of us. The staff seated us in the main dining area. I will note the space was tight for staff to move around, but they managed well. The table did have ample room for our group. Our servers, Belle and Trey (training under Bell) took REAL good care of us. I ordered the Fettucine Carrabba's, it's a signature dish of theirs, and it was tasty and very filling. I ended up taking some home. I had this with a Peroni beer. Others in the party shared Ceasars salads with grilled chicken, Chicken Marsala, Tuscan-Grilled Filet (I wished I got a picture of this before they began eating because the presentation was fantastic). Drinks raned from my Peroni, to a pitcher of their Blackberry Sangria, to a bottle of wine, and a frozen margarita. Again, no complaints on the drinks or food from our group. For dessert, someone in the party ordered the Cannoli Cake For Two. I did manage to get a picture of the cake before it was devoured. Overall, very nice night. Thank you Trey for taking real good care of us, and Belle for overseeing him. Just know for the most part, Trey handled our table all by himself. I hope if you visit that your experience is as good or better than mine. May 2024 I stopped in with a co-worker in order to get some lunch. The week of July 1st. We ordered off the lunch trio menu. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo along with a glass of ice tea. Luckily, the place was not too crowded. Our server was very attentive and courteous, and our food came in a reasonable amount of time. Mine also came with a small salad which, I ate before the main entrée. The food was very tasty. I plan on revisiting Carrabba's for another lunch dining experience at a later date. I hope your experience is as good as mine and that you enjoy your time at Carrabba's.

This location shouldn't be surprising to me that it's great! I had no idea that Ashley B. (Manager) has been at this location for many years. I've known her for the entire time she's been here and let me just tell you that, knowing she is one of the ones that oversees this awesome operating restaurant, gives me the comfort and let's me know that complete service provided by this particular location, will be apples to apples! The appetizers great, the drink options are many, the bread, the food... come on now! Please take the time next visit to possibly meet her and get to see for yourself why it's a great stop in for lunch or dinner. I just ate and I can't wait to return for more! Thanks! 👍

This is an amazing Italian restaurant with amazing food and great service. The only thing that can be improved on is the speed that the service checks on you, but other than that the people are extremely nice and the food is amazing!

2 words to describe this place, yum & yummy! My husband and I tried this location for the first time and we were not at all disappointed. We have tried Carrabba's before but in other cities so we knew the food should be good. But this location definitely exceeded our expectations because the waiter was very attentive, and the food was delicious. Not to mention, you can join the wait list online so you don't have to wait at the location forever before being seated. The only complaint my husband had was his salad. He should have gotten the salad dressing on the side because the salad was drenched in it. But we had the blackberry Sangria, and they were absolutely perfect, no complaints there! The fried zucchini for our appetizer was a great choice, very flavorful and fresh; the dipping sauce is really good, too. Our food didn't lack flavor, so we would go back to this place and definitely recommend it to others 🙂

We have gone several times for happy hour at the bar. Drinks are good, the appetizers are good. We get a few appetizers and the Johnny Rocco salad with shrimp and scallops. They split it for my husband and I, which is nice. The bartender was attentive. He seems to have regular customers and they all sort of talk to each other and to anyone at the bar. It's sort of fun! It happened both times we went with the same bartender.

We had my mother-in-law’s 85th birthday here. Very accommodating. There were 18 total. Our waiter was outstanding. The food was delicious. Everyone was very nice. All our guests were very pleased along with the birthday girl. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff for making her birthday very enjoyable.

Carrabba’s never fails to impress me. The food is consistent and always to die for, the atmosphere is so welcoming and warm. My favorite part has to easily be the service. Patrick never fails to go above and beyond in the dining experience. I specifically request him whenever I dine in, as his service is simply unbeatable. And the team dynamic at Carrabbas is professional and genuine overall. Quinn is so welcoming and provides an authentic experience right at the door, Patrick continues to make the night even better with his efficient and superb service, and the rest of the team works so hard to make sure our food wait is minimal and the quality of product is outstanding. Even on Valentine’s Day, one of the busiest nights, the team was swift, and the dynamic was visibly productive and impressive. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in San Antonio.

I ordered the seasonal branzino which was recently added to the menu, the sea bass was cooked so well. Definitely worth a visit, if you go during the day… try to get seated by the windows to get a view of the Shavano hills.

Our Waiter ( Paul ) is always super helpful, professional, and quite friendly. He always has some fun new drink (Silician Prickly Pear Margarita & the Desert Pear Lemonade) for us to experience and explore during our visits. Start with the bad. I requested a bench from the host and with the restaurant maybe 5 tables occupied, there was plenty of bench seating to choose from yet host denied my request. Journey to the recuse! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She was very forth coming with assisting our requests and provided exceptional customer service. The food was warm, fresh and delicious. Our server was polite and attentive. However, the host team needs better training. They failed to seat us with utensils. Another table got up to ask one of the hosts for forks and one of them said they needed to go find them in the back. Normally they have them in the front ready to go. The manager on duty was great! Waves of deliciousness and mediocreness sewn together for an okay experience. We were seated right away on a Monday night. Drinks were fresh but weak. Maybe should have gotten the wine. But the Watermelon Basil Vodka was worth trying although a bit overpriced at $9/drink. Dishes also ran a bit expensive for my taste with the average plate price around $25/plate. That does come with a soup or salad and sides though... so maybe not too bad? Bread and olive oil is always good. Ate too much of that. I have no willpower. The entrees are where things get weird. I had the classics trio which came with small portions of lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine alfredo. They were all luke warm at best. The tableside grated parmesan didn't even melt on my meal. The inside of the chicken parm was warm but outside cold? Microwaved? Idk. Besides the temperature issues, everything had great flavor and texture. Everyone else enjoyed their meal with minor comments similar to mine. Dessert was heaven. We had a chocolate fudge brownie and a connoli cake. Thr cake was huge and we couldn't finish it. Definitely need 2 grown men for this. The fudge brownie was perfect and chocolate. I'll definitely come back for lunch cause I love their soups and salads. I'll skip on dinner when looking for Italian as there are other places that are less pricey for better quality food.

Very similar to Macaroni Grill or an Olive Garden. It was pretty good. Waitress seemed good at times but when my food came out it was the baked version. I asked for the sauces from a different server, when my waitress came over I let her know I got baked instead of the regular I asked for. Her response was "well. There's the sauces for it."...... I didn't even want to argue about it. It all tasted wonderful but maybe that could've been handled a little differently lol

Pretty good experience here. The food was really good besides the mushrooms were a bit tough. The restaurant is very nice clean and very fast we got sat immediately and got served 10 minutes later during lunch. Our server was nice as well. They had a great option for a small salad and Small entree a soup for 11.99 which is a great price for such a decent place.

What a great idea my friend had to come here. I hadn't been here in probably over a year. I was pleasantly surprised. Food was really good. I had the spaghetti and had enough to take home and make two more small meals. Our server was fantastic. In fact, all the staff was. We ordered the appitizer sampler dish for the table (calamari, meatballs, and cheese sticks). I was worried they would overcook my entrée (shrimp and scallops), but to my surprise, it was cooked perfectly. They don't have Veal parmesan on the menu but they made it for my boyfriend anyway (that was cool); however, one of the cutlets was tough. His mother loved her veal parmesan and his dad loved the salmon. I gave 3 stars because everything we ordered was very salty (and I'm the one that typically adds salt to my food). Service was slow to start but once our waiter got around to us, he was pleasant and came around pretty regularly to check on us.

I came for lunch, I was disappointed in the food & service. The soup was very bland the stuffed mushrooms were very salty, I had to ask twice for a drink refil and cheese and had to wait. the wait staff was not attentive or they were understaffed not sure. I used to love this place but after this trip Carrabas has lost its luster for me!

Had about a 15-minute wait. The dining area is small, so if you like breathing room, this is not the place. Bad service, our waiter came back at the end of the meal to give us the ticket. The food was bland, nothing special about it. 👎

- I came because I had a gift card. - The interior is upscale. Good for a date night or just because you want a pasta dinner. - Staff were efficient, professional and friendly. - Nothing beats warm bread with the olive oil and herbs. It was comforting. I ate the whole mini loaf by myself. - The salad with creamy Cesar was sufficient, a little heavy on the dressing - I ordered the lobster ravioli, I was feeling indulgent. I had low expectations. The dough was a little thick and tough, but the inside had clear lobster taste which saved it from being a disappointment. The cream sauce was watery and didn’t “stick” to the ravioli. - The cannoli were good. Shell was crisp pastry cream soft and smooth. - It’s fast-casual-fine dinning. - AtI’ve eaten here several times and none of them memorable, but all of them fine. - There’s an offer of $10 to take home a meal. It’s worth it.

I was so excited to come back to Carrabbas. We have not been here in a while. We did the wait list thinking that it would be crowded. It wasn't and now we see why. \nThe service was fine (not great…

The service was great; however, the food was awful. Not a single thing we ordered was remotely palatable. I ordered a specific cabernet that I'm familiar with and drink regularly, and was instead served a cheaper one. You cannot fool your customers.

We loved this restaurant.However, for our 44th anniversary, it was horrible. I had the Sirloin 7oz, angel hair pasta and spinach. It was so salty. I could not eat it. The manager did credit us for the meal and made us a new one with less salt. But it really just ruined the evening. Had a italian monagarita and an italian old fashion cocktails. They were awesome. The pictures of our meals look fantastic.But they were horrible.

We dined at Carrabba’s today as a group of three, and each of us spent around $20–$30 per plate. When we were seated, it took about 5–10 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink order. By the time she arrived, we had already looked over the menu and were ready to order our food as well. I mentioned that since we’d been waiting a bit, we already knew what we wanted. The food itself tasted good, but unfortunately none of our dishes were hot when they came out, which was disappointing given the price point. Toward the end of the meal, there was also a long wait to receive our check and to pay, which made the experience feel drawn out. Overall, the food quality was decent, but the slow service and temperature of the food took away from what could have been a better experience. Hoping this was just an off day, as we usually expect more consistency from Carrabba’s.

First time trying this place the food is terrible just like OG. It’s not the staff/supervisor but corporate subpar, not good quality food. It’s not real Italian. I feel bad for people here in SATX that doesn’t know cuisine’s from other cultures. This place has no hype as people says it is.

Not a good experience today. I specifically asked for a well-done sirloin, but it arrived medium rare. When I pointed it out, the response was simply that “yeah it wasn’t well done”. Also, straw was not provided until after we were done eating. Small things, but they made the experience disappointing.

The food was very good, but the service was very bad. The waitress was not friendly and only came to our table once. The hostess also had a bad attitude, and at the very least, she could have seated us with someone who would provide proper service. It’s a shame that such a good place is affected by poor service and lack of attention.

I have never wanted to write a review before, but today is the day. (Long review). My wife and I went to celebrate a late Valentine's Day date together. We've both always wanted to try this restaurant so we took the leap. Original bill price: around $96 50% off bill price: $46 Final bill: $25.95 1.) Server, Patrick, was extremely rude to us but not his other tables. It was bad as soon as we sat down. The waiter, Partrick, was rude and wouldn't acknowledge us. He'd skip past our table, was rude, transactional, and did not make conversation with us (he was making conversation at the other table in front of us). After making sure all his other tables were waited, he only then went to us. 2.) Long wait, cold food We waited for out main course for about an hour. I ordered lasagna- when I finally got to eat it.... the first bite was cold. My wife ordered the Italian trio (lasagna, fettuccine, and chicken parm) The fettuccine tasted like it was microwaved ( the cheese sauce wasn't stringy. It was glued to the pasta and had small chunks of cheese on the noodle) Also cold. The chicken parm sauce looked like it had been absorbed into the breading when we only had the plate for 3 minutes. 3.) Served the same cold food again. I sent the lasagna back hoping to get a fresh piece. Patrick brought back the same piece reheated. I didn't even want it when I saw that and I asked for it to be taken off the bill as well as the Italian trio that my wife only had a couple bites of and sent back. 4.) Manager took off only 50% of food, when only taste tested. He came back and said that his manager had taken 50% off the bill. Why would I pay 50% of something I didn't eat? I asked for the manager to ask why 50%. The manager came over (short gray hair and beard) and I asked him if he was familiar with our ticket. He said yes he took 50% off. I said "but we don't want any of the food we sent it back. My lasagna was cold and her fettuccine tasted and looked like it came out of the microwave." He instantly was confrontational and interrupted me saying "that's impossible we don't make it like that." Offering no further explanation. I went on to point out the other tables around us also had fettuccine Alfredo and explained to him ours looked nothing like it (it looked fresh, creamy, and it was steaming hot). After the manager said something else unprofessional. I simply asked if we could have the food we did not want or eat taken off the bill. Begrudgingly he brought back the final ticket of the food we did eat. 5.) Overheard server talking about how ungrateful we were to other customers. When we walked out, it just so happened that our server was walking out with the other table of customers that he was waiting on. Just so happened to hear him taking about us to the other set of customers stating "they weren't even happy with 50% off." I overheard him and said "we're right behind you." He said "I said what I said." He then continued to talk to the other customers and walked them to their car. I understand having a rough day. I understand stuff not working out the way it should. I understand having multiple priorities. I don't understand the lack of leadership. I don't understand the lack of professionalism. I don't understand not holding yourself accountable when mistakes happen.

My wife and I went there on Valentines day. Got seated at 5:40 and about 5 minutes later the young waitress took our order. Understanding that it was a very busy day we accepted her apology when she came back and told us that "THEY" messed up the order. No problem, till she comes back two more times to apologize for the wait. When I looked at my watch on her second trip and saw that it was 6:45, an hour later, time to talk to the MANAGER! Made him aware of the situation and told him to give us the bill so I could pay for the wine. Miraculously right away he shows up with the plates after our appetite was gone. Told him we would have been better off going to McDonald's and left. An hours wait? On Valentines day??? Won't be going back!
