As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. They explained everything to us with smiling faces and great positive attitude. Keep up the great work panda express employees you are truly awesome. I will be returning back and recommended this place to. Everybody are truly awesome.
I stopped in for lunch and glad I did. Everybody was very nice and was told if I waited a couple minutes I would get fresh food. I sat down and one of the employees brought out my food to me. I took it home and it was very hot and delicious. Thanks so much. 👍🏻
This panda have been improving their service and is noticeable! Their food is always hot and for dinner time is always fast not really a wait time, and is still cheaper than a Whataburger meal
I went through the drive-thru and my cashier at the window, Gabriella, was awesome! I pulled up and she had a bright smile on her face and was ready to help. She was also clear when going over my order with me and double checked to make sure I got everything I asked for. Overall, I had a very welcoming experience from the staff and the food was delicious!
This is the best Panda Express in San Antonio. No matter what time you go to the food is always fresh and it's busy but it's worth the wait. The staff is great they are friendly helpful and always have a smile when I come in. Download the app to gets points for free entrees and appetizers.
Man, I love this place! My guilty pleasure for sure. Is it the best Chinese food? No. But it's quick and just good enough to get me my Chinese food fix. the Orange Chicken is very very good. I always get the Steamed Veggies instead of rice or chow mien. I hate that they don't offer you it as a choice when you go through the drive through. This location is by my work so I went for lunch. They were not very busy and I got my food super quick. I think they probably step up there game around lunchtime. Try the Honey Walnut Shrimp too, it's become my new favorite.
So a I nice visit, lots of fresh hot options. I wish they had more variety in there Power Greens which were the only option for veggie sides. Great idea, but some onion, pepper and carrots would make this amazing and not just green. Chicken entrees were good, seasoned and overall a quick light lunch alternative to fried fast food!
I went here when it first opened in SA. I was told to try the famous orange chicken. It was good, I don't know how authentic it was, but it was okay. Not enough for me to go back for quite some time. Had a friend that really wanted to go there so I said okay, let me give it another shot. Now I remember where the gloss came off the peach. The food was okay... it wasn't horrid, but it just wasn't that good. My next concern was, it was a little bit cold. Now mind you I waited for the rice because they said it's almost done and they put it into the steamer and they served it on my plate... and it was, at best, luke warm. There wasn't anything exceptional on the plate and I tried several items just to be fair. Again if I needed Chinese food, or American Chinese food, and this was my only choice, I guess this would be it. Service was also not exceptional. No one was rude but no one seemed to really care if I was there or not LOL. The atmosphere scored one extra point because it was clean.
terrible customer service. don't place order online. it will never be ready on time. that wouldn't be the biggest deal but it's a double whammy how rude they always are.
Store hours closed 9 PM dining room closes at 10:30 PM. My receipt says 9:33 PM. When I order my food I sat down. They purposely throughout the iced tea. I was still in line ordering. SMH why would you do that if they know they have a customer in line. I asked a gentleman. Why would he do that? He replied the manager or supervisor, said so. I had to settle for soda, which I did not want. But whatever.. Went to the restroom to wash my hands. No paper towels whatsoever. Had to air dry it waving in my hands, I was upset. The tables were dirty as well sticky floors. So disgusting. People keep coming in. And noticing these things as well. So disappointed on this location. I did not bring it up to the manager because he looked busy behind the counter like if he was lost with so many customers in the dining room room as well as a long line in the drive-through. I do not recommend coming to this establishment until they keep up with their duties to have a restaurant clean. I usually don’t leave a comment, but I was so bothered by this.
Horrible service every single time I come here. I ordered one bowl through the app and had to wait almost 20 minutes. Meanwhile there’s families coming in and they’re being served before me. Waiting isn’t the issue, it’s the service I received while waiting. Straight up rude, no customer service at all. What’s the point of making an online order for convenience if people walking in get faster service? Makes absolutely no sense
I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at this Panda Express. From the moment I walked in, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without a single acknowledgment from staff. I was the only customer inside the restaurant. The drive-thru only had about two cars, yet multiple employees walked past me without making eye contact, smiling, or even saying “we’ll be right with you.” Eventually someone asked for my order, but within a minute she had already forgotten what I ordered. When I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce, the manager appeared visibly annoyed, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Checkout was just as frustrating. Tap-to-pay didn’t work, and when I tried to pay with the only bill I had ($100), they said they couldn’t accept it and had to open an entirely different register just to complete the transaction. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, communication, and professionalism was shocking. No acknowledgment, no friendliness, and no sense of urgency or care. I won’t be returning to this location.
On 8/9/25 at approximately 2:30 PM, I went through the drive-through on my 35-minute lunch break and ordered white rice with triple honey sesame chicken (three entrées total). My credit card was charged $12.67. When I received my food, one entrée was missing. I immediately went inside and told the manager. Instead of apologizing, he demanded to see my receipt. I explained that I was never given one. His tone and body language made it clear he believed I was lying about the missing food. I had just left the drive-through less than a minute earlier—hardly enough time to fabricate a story—and yet I was treated as though I was trying to get something for free. After some reluctance, they finally replaced the missing entrée, but the experience was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be accused of dishonesty when there is a simple mistake that can be quickly verified and corrected.
Worst Chinese my wife and I have ever had. $28 worth of food in the trash. "Fried rice" was more like regular rice with veggies in it. And it was dry and bland. Lo mein was also VERY DRY and bland, Chicken too fatty. Fat wasn't taken off properly or at all. Very gross experience. First and last time coming here. My daughter warned me ⚠️ her meals are consistently inconsistent.
is this a joke…yes you counted correctly ONLY 5 PIECES OF SHRIMP IN MY DINNER !!! where is the rest of the shrimp they charged me so much for.. how? why? what? i just dont get it, upcharging almost $2 extra for shrimp yet they give you this… at this point i was better off getting myself a cub meal.. this is absolutely pathetic. whoever was prepping drive through meals at 6:00pm on september 21st 2024 should be ashamed. you are paid to serve so serve properly next time.
Service not bad, food only barely warm, and lots of veggies in the meat based dishes. But the big issue is the cook staff can’t stop screaming the “F” word and it is terribly disturbing to think that management allows this type of behavior. Terrible dining experience to hear people yelling curse words while I’m trying to eat. Edited to add my most recent experience was also disappointing. Ordered in the app and my lo mein is almost entirely cabbage. They must have scraped the bottom just for me! Definitely won’t be returning to this location - they don’t hold up to the quality of other Panda locations.
I ordered a plate through drive through. Orange chicken and NOODLES. What I received was a bunch of lettuce and onions somehow. Tried calling panda to let them know of the issue and they did not answer any of my calls. ( 10 calls) I was not rude to anyone to deserve this. I have noticed the budget cuts and smaller plate sizes being given. Literally the shrunk the plate sizes and now this lol i guess noodles are to expensive now?
