I had a fantastic experience at KPot, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Gabby. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She checked in often, made sure everything was running smoothly, and kept things moving quickly without ever making us feel rushed. Gabby was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. Drinks stayed full, empty plates disappeared like magic, and she was always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Her service really elevated the whole dining experience. KPot already has great food and a fun atmosphere, but having a server like Gabby makes it even better. If you get the chance to have her as your server, you’re in excellent hands. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ + hot pot combo at the Interstate 10 West location. Fresh meats (bulgogi and pork belly were highlights), flavorful broths, and endless toppings from the bar. The DIY sauce station is awesome. Shoutout to our server Aitana—super friendly, attentive, and made everything smooth for our group. Quick refills, great recommendations, and kept the grill clean. K Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot definitely earned all five stars. The food is delicious, everything is super fresh, and the menu selection is on point. Service was fast and attentive, and the vibe feels modern and relaxed perfect for family, date night, or a night out with friends. I loved that you can get both Korean BBQ and hot pot it’s like two experiences in one. The meats are well marinated, the broths have great flavor, and everything comes out ready to enjoy. And the best part they had tortillas. This tortilla was so good I made myself a little pork belly taco with kimchi and it slapped. Definitely coming back.

I came to kpot with friends and it was my first time there . The staff were super friendly and kept checking on us, and the food was fresh, delicious, and very filling. I had a noodle pot with veggies and beef belly, plus beef ribs for the BBQ, all amazing! 🥰🤤 The vibe is fun, and I loved the birthday celebration with the mascot and singing. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town! 💯💯💯

Pot BBQ is a great place for a fun and flavorful dining experience. Each person gets their own hot pot so you can cook everything just the way you like it. Also at the center of the table a grilled pan to cook the different meats and vegetables. All the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor, and the service is excellent—staff are attentive and quick to change the grill pan as needed. Everything about this place makes it worth recommending! -the waiting depends. We had a reservation therefore we didn’t wait long. Without one it can take up to an hour depending on the day and time.

David was AMAZING! He went above and beyond during our visit. Every single dish we ordered came out on time, nothing was missed, and he checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. You could tell he was paying attention because our drinks were never empty and he anticipated what we needed before we even asked. That level of service is rare these days, and it made the whole night stress-free and enjoyable. If you want a server who makes your dinner feel extra special, ask for David he’s the best!

My family and I visited KPOT off I-10 on August 19th, and this was our second time dining here. The experience today was excellent thanks to our server, Lina. She was attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to guide us through the menu and ensure we had everything we needed. The concept itself is fun and unique—cooking your own food at the table and customizing your soup makes it a completely different dining experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try, and if you do, be sure to ask for Lina. Her outstanding service truly made our visit memorable.

Awesome place staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is nice and fresh. Even though it is a buffet. You have a time limit of 2 hours and a last call after an hour and a half. There is also a fee for food that is not eaten. It is pricey not an every weekend place to go if you are on a budget. Weekends price are all day dinner as most buffet places.

First time there and it wasn't the experience we'd hope for. Party of 5 trying to cook on the little grill that wasn't working very well, the food was taking long to cook. Being we ordered some chicken and pork we didn't feel confident it was cooked properly. So for just over $100 per couple with gratuity we'll leave the cooking to the professionals next time and go somewhere else.
