Voted number one, But, the girls in the office speaks to the loudest! Because, these are real foodies!! The Best tasting Kolache‘s and quite savory. Of course, totally enjoy the cookies and donuts. But, to be clear, everyone absolutely loved your kolache’s, for breakfast! Thank you for always so friendly and good sweet treats
Incredibly good customer service! She was super sweet and cooperative. Not to mention the fresh treats are absolutely delicious!! Cheap, too! Recommended! The atmosphere is calming, and welcoming. It's like walking into someone's arms for a hug, honestly. The ladies are so sweet and very determined to make your experience a good one.
Hiiiiiiiiiiie I just wanted to give a shot out to Chacha Bedoy Donuts, My brother Mr. Reece actually brought them to me for the first time yesterday. I had the pineapple turn over and apple as well. And I just want to tell you all that they were absolutely amazing 🤩 😍 So delicious lite and succulent I highly recommend this bakery 🥯 🧁 For your tasty 😋🤤 treats well worth it and good prices 😜 to definitely stop by here.
If you’re looking for something familiar but different, this is place is a must-try. They have so many different types of kolaches and pastries. But, I was there for the kolaches after seeing a TikTok review. lol I bought a few different types to share with family and we liked them all. My top 3 favorite were the brisket, barbacoa, and ham and cheese ones. I also got some donuts and those were good as well. Not to mention the friendly ladies behind the counter that were patient as I decided on what I was going to get. All in all it was a good experience and I’ll be visiting again soon!
This place feels like Grandma's kitchen "home". Smells amazing, family owned and operated and just taste amazing!
Highly Recommend! The price's can't be beat. This is the best donut shop in San Antonio. Lots of donut choices, pastries and different baked goods. I Stopped by Friday afternoon. Ive seen this place several times. The girl working was a sweetheart. She was so helpful. My daughter is in love with the chocolate croissants. Put one in the microwave for 20 seconds and it will taste like it just came out of the oven. They do not skimp on the fillings or flavors. The cinnamon rolls were to die for. Lots of delicious cinnamon sugary goodness not found at any other place in town
Wow! What a place! Small bakery but Big flavor. We had to try one of their Spinach Feta croissants. They warmed it up for us and it was incredible! It looked so beautiful too! Their cookies were Fresh and Delicious. This is our new favorite stop for sweet treats.
In from Indiana and stopped here our first morning based on popular reviews. I can not speak more highly of the food and service from the ladies. They explained all the different pastries that we just don't have at home and my daughters couldn't wait to go back after our first visit. Savory kolaches, melt in your mouth donuts, you can't go wrong with anything they make.
So the bakery here is amazing, fresh, delicious. But the staff are not friendly, welcoming, or kind. Infact they kind of make me feel like they dont want to wait on me when I go.
Great place to have a morning coffee. Excellent customer service. Chacha's hands-on approach makes you feel among friends. Superb fritters are gone by 0830!
I ran in here after appointment, it was after 12 so I wasn’t expecting them to have many goodies leftover. Happily there were still a number of morning pastries. Oh my gosh, that was the most heavenly chocolate croissant! The strawberry Danish and pineapple empanada were rich and delicious. Everything was still very fresh. Brought them home to have with my husband over a pot of tea and it made our afternoon! Definitely will be going back for more pastries and to try their cookies.
Stopped here for breakfast while visiting San Antonio. Definitely not your average donut shop! Best donuts and kolaches I’ve had in Texas. They had a wide variety of baked goods including some tasty looking croissants that I am regretting talking myself out of.
I love the selections this particular bakery has to offer. To me what stood out are the kolaches, especially the green eggs and ham and barbocoa ones. Very creative and full of flavor. I thought I saw it all but those kolaches are way different. Kudos to the owner on making them so exceptionally delicious. I'll make another trip next weekend for another round of wonderful goodness. If anyone likes barbocoa or green salsa those are the 2 to try out.
Can't describe how simple, yet amazing their donuts are! Authentic home style bakery!
Donuts were super fluffy and delicious. Sweet breads and pastries excellent. We got the green eggs and ham, jalapeño sausage and donut kolache. All great. We hoped to get a barbacoa kolache but at close to 11 they were already sold out. Would definitely go again.
Stop in there to pick up some sweet breads for the family for the weekend. This place was awesome!!! An the prices are very reasonable. All in all one of the best bakeries in town, definitely recommend this place for all you sweet breads, they even make their own tortillas and regular breads and hamburger bun. Y'all come out and support this place!! You will not be disappointed!!
Go… don’t walk, but RUN… I can’t even show you a picture cause we ate all the wonderful goodness! These are the absolute Best donuts we have ever had. We travel full time and always look for great Donut shops. This one is the BEST EVER. From Oregon to Texas we have traveled. Everything was fresh, they even special made one for my son. The service was top of the line amazing as well… just get alllllll the goodness. My husband had the barbacoa kolache and he fell in love also.. Thank you for the wonderful service and hard work 🍩
Stopped in to get a bag from the app Too Good To Go. Despite issues with the app on both of our ends, the staff was able to get me a few items to take home. Everything was delicious! Everything in their bakery looked incredible and the staff was so friendly and kind despite us all being frustrated with the issues from the app. Highly recommend stopping in here. There is something for everyone's tastes.
Please, please, please treat yourself to these amazing womans bakery. I grew up with Italian Sicilians and this is a Spanish establishment but the cross over of these baked goods is astronomical. The bakery is clean and quaint. The service was homey and warm. These ladies were a joy to talk to. But, what was more impressive than the welcoming service; was the baked goods. They have this spinach and cheese croissant that was so delicately laid with a lattice pattern. This is hands down the best croissant baked good I have EVER had! My husband was also pleasantly surprised with his lemon donut and kolaches. I ate a cream puff that shot me back to being a kid in my grandmothers kitchen. This is will be a regular stop for us now. This is a hidden gem for sure. Note: for my coffee drinkers, they are working on their coffee station. I’m excited to see this owners growth
Got two dozen doughnuts for the crew and they loved them. You can taste the quality and butter 🧈 😋. It was a nice change from the usual chains around the area.
I came late. Not many options but what I got were very good. I was pleased with them. Would come back here but a lot earlier in the day so I can see everything they have.
ahh!! really great donut shop! first time going here, very cute little interior with nice little decorations. very clean, and the lady working was very welcoming and recommended the spinach feta croissant. really tasty, and the donuts are super soft and fluffy they melt in ur mouth. will definitely be back, you can tell they’re made with love lol.
These are the most amazing delicious donuts I have ever had. Pretty literal when I say melt on your mouth. Just amazing it's clean, well kept. Nice sitting area for dine in and really nice staff. If you get a chance you HAVE TO STOP BY!!! 😋😋 If I could give more than 5 stars i would.
Great little spot with a nice variety of doughnuts and pastries! Easily the best apple fritter I've had since moving to San Antonio 5.5 years ago! We came here for breakfast for our child's birthday and were all very happy with our decision. The staff were super nice, and one of them even made a special birthday doughnut just for our kiddo! 🤩 We'll definitely be back!!
I had only ever gotten the pecan cinnamon roll, which was plenty to keep me coming back forever. However, today we stopped in and got donuts and a strawberry coconut jelly roll in addition to the regular item. It’s clear why this is a 5 star bakery, the owner and staff are so nice and the confections are INCREDIBLE. The best glazed donut I’ve ever had and the jelly donuts too. I’m not gunna eat a dozen donuts to give a full review but I am looking forward to tasting everything else thought the week. This spot is local for me but even if I had to drive a half hour to get them, it would be worth it!
You got to come here. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. The staff is also super friendly and is willing to answer any questions you may have. They also have some mexican pastries that you wouldn't normally find on this side of town. I was so surprised. Bring your sweet tooth and tell all your friends.
Stopped by one time, and tried the glazed sausage kolache, it was great. I went back the next 2 days and got a BBQ chopped Brisket & Barbacoa Kolache w pico da Gallo. And this chocolate chulo was on point. (Just made that up) worth stopping by! Loved it will return.
Went in with my sister on opening day because I *love* sweets and really was excited for them to open, and I wasn't disappointed! Their donuts, cookies, and churros are top notch and truly taste fresh and delicious. Everything is clean and the staff are really nice. I'm planning on coming back a lot from now on. :)
This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service is amazing and the kolaches amongst the best ever tasted! As someone with a wheat sensitivity I am unable to experience the flavor for myself but I can experience the happiness they brought to those that devoured them around me!
Wow!! They have the best koulache variety ever. They even have brisket and barbacoa! And the donuts are amazing as well! This is a must come visit donut shop in town!
UPDATED: If there are brownies available when you visit, get them. Best brownies I've ever had!! Bought two today and obsessed! Favorite treat there besides the wedding cookies! Been waiting for this bakery to open for a few months now and as soon as I saw they were opened yesterday, I went to get me some donuts! I got some strawberry jelly donuts, sugar donuts, chocolate glazed, and some cookies (an assorted bunch because I wanted to see how they all tasted). SO GOOD! My family and I made quick work eating all the treats. Fresh, tasty, and so beautiful that you almost don't want to take a bite and ruin the look. Almost being the key-word LOL the dough of their donuts are fluffy and much bigger than the regular donuts you typically get. And everything is very affordable!!! What will keep me coming back, besides the delicious food, are the staff. All very kind, helpful, and want to be there. It's nice to see a friendly face and have good service as you eat sweet treats that melt in your mouth. Will be coming back, definitely!

I've never had a bad experience here and I go by quite often. The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable compared to some fancier bakeries. The pastries are always great, especially the apple fritters.
Love this place! It’s down the street for me! All the food is great, although they are more known for their pastries and donuts. The prices are very affordable and the people are also super nice! This is a great mom and pop place.

The service here was friendly and also helpful with ordering! When looking up this place online I was really interested in all the different fillings for the kolaches, I arrived around 8:30 am and only 2 flavors were left so they must sell out fast, I was looking forward to trying the brisket kolache though. Two kolaches and a donut was $7. Overall, the breading on the kolaches was softer than what I was expecting but still good, I appreciate that they put a decent amount of filling, and the meat was decently seasoned (the boudain was actually kinda spicy). The server suggested the donut style cinnamon roll and I see why! It was soft, buttery, flaky, and had a glaze that wasn't overly sweet.
Very good local donut shop. Their old fashioned (sour cream glazed) is outstanding. They charge a 3.5% fee for credit cards a fee for the boxes, so say yes to bags and bring cash if you want to save $$.

The gingerbread cookie and the kolaches were good, the barbacoa kolache specifically was delicious. Unfortunately the donuts were just not good. They had some chemical like taste to them and they smelled off.
I was not a fan, but my brother sure was. He and his wife loved the sweets here.

So, I have mixed feelings about this bakery. I went on a Sunday, late morning, and they had a decent-ish selection. I picked a few donuts, and so did my husband, as well as half a pound of barbacoa. The barbacoa was great. Not overly greasy or anything but my problem was with the donuts. It seems that this bakery has a problem with cross contamination because the first one I tried had a single bite of coconut flavor what it was apple filling and plain icing. The second donut, a blueberry cake donut, had a noticeable flavor of cilantro. At that point, I had to just throw away what was left of our order. It was disappointing.
Came in here to give this place a chance. I've seen it so many times driving by and seems to get positive reviews. But to be honest, I really don't understand why (other reviews seem to agree) My experience on a Wednesday morning: -Over priced (nearly $17 for 2 donuts and 2 kolaches) -Cold service (I was the only one in there and the lady at the counter couldn't be bothered) -Card fee that was undisclosed until I checked my receipt, no sign posted. They did however post a sign about their 'box fee' -_- -Poor food quality. The kolaches were small and had a bit too much color on them, like 30 seconds away from being burned. And the Bavarian cream filling was clearly from the plastic bucket at Restaurant Depot- not homemade, tasted like plasticizers. Not to mention the lady put the donut chocolate-side down on the paper, and when I took it off, it ripped all the chocolate off with it. This will be my first and last experience here. I'll stick with Snowflake.
I bought donuts, and they were all right. However, I found them a bit overpriced, and I wasn't expecting a surcharge on my debit card. If you're running a business, you should anticipate that most customers will pay with debit or credit since very few people carry cash. Overall, it was a very interesting donut shop.

On January 2nd, the short, dark-haired girl working there went out of her way to let us know she was cranky. One-word answers when she didn’t just ignore our questions. Didn’t rate the food because we left without buying anything. If that level of malicious apathy went into their baking we don’t need to try it
First time trying their food and extremely disappointed. For starters the lady at the counter was apparently in a bad mood, extremely rude and short. I didn’t see a menu so I asked what kinds of Kolaches she still had. She said all except one of the flavors I don’t even remember which one she said. Im looking at her like umm okay I don’t know what you have but didn’t want to deal with her attitude so I just ordered three sausage and cheese. I finally saw a tiny little menu down by the register. I ordered a spinach feta croissant, 3 Kolaches and a donut for my daughter. As we are leaving my little one says bye to her multiple times and was utterly ignored. The food was disappointing, over priced and dry. The kolache looks like an egg roll and the little strip of sausage on it dry. For $2.50 each its a rip off. Snowflake sells you a huge full size sausage inside for almost the same price. The spinach feta was decent. But overall Needless to say we will not be coming back.
