The food was fantastic. We ordered a couple pitchers of beer and one of them was the wrong type. The owner said if we finished the two, he'd give us the 3rd for free. Us two got free beer that day.

First time here, def not the last time—Lot more dogs and burger choices to choices for me try. Customer service was nice and friendly as well. The seating choices were nice too, both inside and out. Looking forward to coming back to try out other meals and drinks, cheers🍻

It was a nice quick dinner before MNF with my wife. Food was good and the service was friendly and quick. We both got Das Brat which is a bratwurst with caramelized onions, sauerkraut & spicy brown mustard. We split a fry and I also had the Root Beer battered Corn Dog and coleslaw. They had a huge beer selection to choose from and I got the Terraformer Red Ale. Was impressed looks it would be a good place to watch a game. (The MLB Playoffs were on)

This was my first time here, and I was shocked how well they made a hotdog taste! LOL. The chili was the real deal, which brought out all the flavors. Just a heads up, all you need is 1 hotdog. I usually eat 2 hotdogs, but these are filling, and I ended up only eating one of them. They have a bar you can eat and drink at for game night. It's nice and so are the people. Give it a try.

Not too busy for a weekend lunch. Good food and service. Prices a little high though. I enjoyed the Cowboy dog and fries. Burger patty is similar to Freddies (that style) but comes on Hawaiian style rolls which was unique.

I went in for a late lunch around 2pm on a weekday so maybe I didn’t catch the craziness that ensues when this place is packed, but I ultimately had a great experience. I didn’t have to wait very long for the dog, and the order arrived as described.. and it tasted great. They offer dogs, burgers, chicken, vegetarian alternatives.. They have a full bar as well. It was clean. Tons of parking. Nothing negative to say.

Usually I go here for the Euro Car Meets lol. This time, I managed to try the food and they're food options are good. For today's visit I decide to try the " Das Brat ". To compliment the meal, I also add tater tots which were crisp to the bite. The Das Brat is on a hawaiian roll which is lightly toasted & pairs nicely with the brats. Looking forward to trying out their different options as well. Good place to vibe out for the car shows. They do have tvs to enjoy sports ar as well as a patio area for the kids to enjoy.

Think they're still in soft-opening mode, but food and service were both very good. Interior and exterior were very clean with tables marked off for social distancing. Came around lunchtime and was immediately greeted. There was a small laminated menu when you first walk in, but the menu behind the register has more items. You order your food at the register and they'll bring it to your table when it's ready. Ordered a little bit of everything to try; Old Town hot dog, Sooo Cali hot dog, tater tots, french fries, cheeseburger Slider, corn dog. Food came out within 10 minutes and was hot & fresh. Hot dogs and corn dog were really good, bread and breading were nice and crisp. The slider was really good too, liked the caramelized onions on my slider and the Old Town hot dog. Outside has a small patio with about 10-15 tables and a Cornhole set. Had a nice bar that was open from the inside. Seems like will be a nice happy hour place during the week and nice place for good, casual, comfort food on the weekend. All the staff was attentive and friendly. They're off to a great start. Will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place for a chill spot to get good food and drinks with friends. they have a vast amount of options for food on their menu, ranging from hot dogs, sausage wraps, burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, veggie options, etc. I have had a few different types of food from their menu (hot dogs, sausage wraps and burgers) and everytime i have had great food. most of their options are on Hawaiian rolls (which is genius to me but **WARNING THERE IS SOY FLOUR IN IT (they have an extensive allergen menu) but you can sub the burger bun for yummy soy-free brioche or the hotdogs with another bread option too) I got the Little mule burger this time and mhm mhm they have great toppings, and the egg is consistently cooked sunny side up (the best). their burgers are smash burger style and have a nice crunch to them. we got sweet potatoe fries too and i am pretty sure they are hand cut because they taste homemade, as they are fantastic. they have tons of rotating draft beer options, from IPAs, classics, sours, stouts, etc, and even cidars and cocktails. the service is great, and they are quick with drinks and food. there is plenty of seating indoor and out, and there is games to play outdoor like cornhole, jenga and a little golf area. it’s just a fun place overall, with good vibes, food and beer. i’ll continue being a customer here.

This place was really good, I enjoyed all the food we had. Super friendly staff and easy menu to order from. My kid ate his dog in .2 seconds he loved everything about it. The toasted bun adds to it. The only knock I had was the bacon wrapped part. The bacon was over cooked on both dogs. I would eat here again happily.

October 2022: Last night was Daddy-Daughter night and we had dinner @doghaus_stoneoak. It's been a while since we stopped by. I had the Pretty in Pink cocktail and Dad with his favorite Lemonade. We shared the Corn Dog, Chili the Kid and Onion Rings. The Chili the Kid had white cheese, chili and crispy onions. I had asked for the Chipotle aioli to be served on the side in case it would be spicy for Dad. Dad was able to enjoy some of the sauce. Not the healthiest meal but Dad enjoyed and that's all that counts. You can sit at the bar indoors and outdoors and enjoy! Check it out! The paying this time was not an issue. January 2022: Dad loves hotdogs so I thought to bring him to Dog Haus for both of us to try. There was an extensive beer menu and also cocktails. You go up to the line to order your food and drinks, they give you a number and bring everything to your table. The big draw was the outdoor seating. There's even a small putting green. Dad and I split the cowboy hotdog and onion rings. I meant to split the corn dog with him too but he was full. The food came out quick and the food was delicious and fresh. Dad had fountain drinks while I had the Sunset Strip. Hopefully our experience paying was a one-off issue. We tried 2 different registers and I couldn't pay with my credit card. Ended up paying cash. Thankfully, I had cash with me.

The beef hot dog had great flavor (best hot dog I've ever had). There is a creative menu, nice patio area, and bar seating with lots of beer on tap and signature cocktails. It was definitely worth the 30 minute drive, but hoping there will be more locations around San Antonio in the future.

I can only speak to the food quality as I have never been inside, always had doordash bring me the food. They are finally reopened, and have the best breakfast burritos i've ever eaten. They double as the company "Badass Breakfast Burritos" so both that and Doghaus come out of this building. May bump to 5 stars if I ever make it inside.

We visited with our Frenchie and decided to sit in the patio area. It was very dark in this area despite the bar in the same general area. Food was tasty. Best part is they have Mr Pibb in their fountain machine. Nice little place to visit.

I've been here twice and both times were great! The staff is friendly. Easy menu to order. I did have to take one star off due to dirty tables. This was our second time here and unfortunately the tables were dirty again. We requested for it to be wiped down. So far we've had Chili the kid, the hot chick, and kids sliders. We ordered a side of sweet potato fries and a side of Chipotle aioli. The food is quality. The mixed drinks are great. It's a chill spot to meet up with friends. We will be back!

The food was great, I tried several things and I liked everything. The inside is a bit small but they do offer outdoor seating under a covered patio. The person taking our order could have been more helpful like explaining that every thing comes separate. I'm sure it said that on the menu but I didn't want to hold up the line trying to read everything. So I didn't get fries with my order. When I realized that I had to go back up to order fries. I had also asked if a particular item came with a fried egg and she replied "NO" but made no suggestions to tell me which did, so I had to quickly skim through the board looking. But if you are a beer drinker they have tons of beer to choose from! The kids menu prices are higher then average kid prices.. but other than that it was delicious here.

Service was friendly and quick. The food was just okay. Certainly not bad, but I think you are paying for the higher quality of meat, which once it's covered in all the toppings, doesn't seem to add much to the taste. I do think the price is good though given the quality of the meat. And even if you can't taste the difference it is probably better for you. The sweet buns are a nice touch but once again, other flavors are mostly what is noticed. Tater tots were basic tots, as good as most tots are. Not a drinker personally but the alcohol selection did seem really good. Overall I think this place is worth the visit and you probably won't be disappointed even if you aren't amazed.

I always look for places that are or say "dog friendly". Conceptually I would say that a Biegarten should have a space that is more than a covered patio and a bar that provides more than just an actual bar top, video screens and coasters. The elements described are fine but do not provide an actual "feeling" of something. The food is on-point, the friendly staff as well. What is missing here, and what seems to be missing in many fast casual concepts is providing something more that an equal trade of product and money. A beer garden (German: Biergarten) is an outdoor area in which beer and food are served, typically at shared tables shaded by trees. In my opinion when a concept says what they are on paper or signage, menus, social media etc. yet won't deliver who they are, disappointment is the only outcome possible. It's great that the original partners are seasoned bar owners and this helps but the execution of this concept might need a little more.

I’m torn because the food is actually really good, but the service this morning was non-existent. The waitresses were focused on braiding each other’s hair at the bar and just pointed me toward the self-service rather than helping. I’m all for a relaxed vibe, but ignoring customers for a styling session is a bit much. Go for the breakfast burrito, but don't expect a warm welcome.

Incredibly slow service. When only half our order came out after waiting 20 minutes, the manager personally came out and said it would be another 2 minutes for the rest of the food. Over the next 25 minutes, our waitress came out twice to reassure us that the food was still coming. Finally, the last time, she said the manager was not going to charge us for the food that had not come out, but that they were still working on it. We paid our bill and waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it packed up to go. We appreciated that they did not charge us for it, but I wish they would’ve offered us to change our order if it was going to take so long.

Picked up an order from the Stone oak location. Ordered some onion rings as a side and got a bag with about three mangled onion rings in it that were overcooked and a chunk of fried dough of some sort that was burnt black. I have photos. Absolutely inedible. Also asked for Italian roll instead of Hawaiian and got King's Hawaiian instead. $75.00 is a lot for hot dogs, especially when you don't get what you ask for and have to deal with poor quality

Mid .. I paid $80 for two chilli cheese dogs and a kids meal with two strings that said $10 for old fashioned. Crazyyyyy also the hot dogs were cold and the tator tots came out way later the manager asked how was everything I said honestly the food was cold and the tater tots came out way later when I asked what drinks specials the girl said I don’t drink so idk.. low key need better music and he was trying to take off hot dog probably because we’re Spanish. Idk trying not to think or say it’s race but when I explained we loved down street and home to come back so not take off ticket I try and build businesses as my family ate small business owners… regardless he said he would take them off and give a free cookie and didn’t. I mean idc but ehhh not happy to spend $80 on cold hot dogs. Weiners schnitzel is legit better but too far from stoneoak. Hope to see improvement as I’m right around corner up hill on stoneoak. Smh especially if the guy who asked how everything was is the business owner and his response was it’s only our second day!

This is our first time back since they reopened this location. We previously frequented Dog Haus as they had delicious food…. This visit left us disappointed to say the least. They’ve changed recipes for our favorites and even the ranch dressing. We will not be back to what we once considered one of our favorite spots. Paid about $50 for subpar food.

Food is okay as always .. service and atmosphere is still horrible even after 2 months of soft opening. “Big changes” … nope …. I’ve never had a manager not speak to a customer after waiting 30 minutes. He finally came out of the kitchen and said “fastest I could come out here”. I understand the incompetence in the world and food industry recently but to not be able to step away and talk to a customer is unheard of. Arrived at 4:40 and didn’t leave until 6:20. 2 adults and 2 kids. Ordered right at 4:50 with 3 tables in the whole place. Bratwursts came out 1st and side it’s took another 7 minutes. By that time the bratwursts were eaten.. makes no sense. Same happened with kids meals. Don’t know a place that gets entrees out without sides .. 1st for me. Stress is stress .. not my concern as a consumer. Don’t be passive aggressive with customers because you are failing to serve customers. They had about 10 servers on duty.. sweet people but not trained properly. I tried .. I did .. I was patient. Must be be a hex on this place

Tried Dog Haus and left feeling pretty underwhelmed. Spent $42 for two kids meals, an appetizer, and a side of fries. On the positive side, the fries were actually very good and probably the highlight of the meal. But they were battered so that’s why. The chili was decent but nothing memorable. Unfortunately, the kids did not finish their hot dog sliders and said they did not like them, which is usually a pretty reliable test in our house. The hot dog variety also felt limited, mostly different bacon and cheese combinations rather than truly distinct options. I understand they may be going for a neutral or German inspired theme, but there is such a wide range of hot dog styles they could explore. Serving them on Hawaiian rolls also made the value feel off. At $10 to $12 per dog, it is hard not to compare that to what you can get at HEB for much less and in larger portions. Honestly, I left feeling like I overpaid for what we received. The experience did not justify the price
