Beautiful restaurant. We sat at the bar had a couple really good drinks then we order the mussels and the caprese salad, both of them were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

4.7 stars. Ravello is conveniently located for those staying at the JW Marriott. I agree with the other reviewers on the high quality food and beautiful preparations. We particularly enjoyed the calamari and artichoke dishes as starters. The cesar salad was delicious as were the entries. We had duck confit, a scallop dish, and lobster scampi. Make sure you leave room for dessert. I particularly enjoyed the tiramisu. I enthusiastically recommend Ravello Italian Cuisine.

I had an amazing time at this establishment ! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt incredibly welcomed. The customer service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Service and food are outstanding! We had the escargot, caprese & caesar salads, and the mushroom flatbread. Everything was excellent.

Very nice and cozy restaurant. I visited on opening day, and it enjoyed a good number of guests. Little steep on the prices but excellent otherwise. Food tasted very good. Update: 4/5/25 - Still amazing a must stop!

Live music was at professional level- I love the jazz piano performance. The food is Italian authentic and super yummy that I brought my colleagues here the next day!

Great new neighborhood place! Jacob provided excellent table service, while Trevor (GM) ensured we were enjoying the experience. Nice wine selection. We started with the focaccia bread with various spreads, then had the Pan-seared Pesce con Burro al Limone (lobster was subbed for the monkfish due to out-of-stock), and the cavatelli. Both were very tasty. We are eager to return for a glass of wine and charcuterie at the bar one evening.

We celebrated our anniversary here and everyone made sure we were taken care of... including the front host, Brandon our waiter, manager, and the chef. The Frutti di Mare Imperiale appetizer was a nice departure from a usual cold seafood tower with grilled octopus and lobster tails. The raw oysters were fresh and plump. We ended the night happy with a tiramisu and lemon cake. We will definitely be back.

Excellent, 5-star food and service! Priscilla is a wonderfully friendly server. She really excludes kindness and hospitality. Javi is a great restaurant service manager. Lantz opened the door for us when we arrived, hospitality to the top! There is a musician playing sax + flute, he played me happy birthday for my birthday. I love this restaurant and its employees! I recommend dining here!

We visited Ravello for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. To start, we enjoyed the Calamari Fritti, Tartare di Tonno, and Steak Tartare—each dish was an absolute delight, bursting with flavor. For our main courses, we chose the Filetto Ravello, Short Ribs con Gnocchi, and Lasagna. The filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare, while the short ribs with gnocchi stole the show—the braised short ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the gnocchi was simply delicious. Our guest also raved about her lasagna. To finish, the desserts were outstanding, and the espresso martini was a definite highlight. With live piano entertainment adding to the ambiance, Ravello is absolutely worth a visit! A vibrant cultural tribute to Ravello, Italy right in the heart of TPC Parkway.

Everything was amazing! The food, the service, the ambiance, they even had live music which was the cherry on top. Hector was so helpful with his suggestions, our entrees were delicious! Do yourself a favor and ask for some focaccia bread with the honey/pepper flakes drizzle 👌🏼 *chefs kiss*

Great start for a place that's been open for a week when I brought my mom. Herbert was our server. He was really friendly, helpful and attentive. Really the entire staff we came into contact with was really friendly. I got the bucatini alla carbonara and it was delicious. The Sicilian Sunrise cocktail was also delicious. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu. We will definitely be visiting again to try more of the menu.

We recently moved into the Cibolo Canyons area and wanted to try this restaurant due to the close proximity. To our pleasant surprise, it was fantastic and will likely become a go-to! We did make reservations which I highly recommend as the restaurant is not very large, it does allow a more intimate setting. They had great live music which is rare for a dining experience. The food was wonderful, we shared the calamari and caesar salad which was large enough for three. Then had the rigatoni and sea scallop pasta dish, both delicious! To top it all off, Gilbert our bartender and server was AMAZING! He was patient as we ordered, made great recommendations and even better cocktails!

An Italian Gem at TPC Parkway I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional new Italian restaurant located on TPC Parkway. From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly complemented by thoughtfully curated music that enhances the ambiance. The service, led by Priscilla, was truly top-notch—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She ensured every detail of the evening was flawless. As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend starting with the Zuppa di Vongole, a delightful clam soup bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. For the main course, the Rigatoni Piccante is an absolute must-try, perfectly balanced with a touch of heat. Pair it with a glass of Puglia-Contrade Negroamaro Salento for an unforgettable culinary experience. This spot is a true gem for Italian cuisine lovers. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Phenomenal food. I've never been but this is what I imagine dining in Italy is like. A perfect place for date night or just an quiet, upscale meal.

Ate here 4 days ago with my wife for the first time to celebrate her birthday. I was looking for some place different to take her for a nice dinner out and saw the positive reviews of Ravello's, so gave it a shot. We were not disappointed. The entire staff, from the greeter to management to wait staff all were super-friendly and attentive. I want to especially recognize our waiter, Lantz, who was truly outstanding and one of the best we've ever had in any restaurant. His knowledge of the menu and wine choices was spot-on and he was Johnny-on-the-spot with checking on us at just the right times. Great job, Lantz! Don't leave Ravello because we want you next time we're there! The kitchen staff did an outstanding job on food presentation, and the venue itself is perfect for a special date night or celebration out. White tablecloths, great Italian and other wine choices, etc, all added to the experience, but it is not pretentious or over-the-top formal. Overall, a nice balance. It is not cheap, as you would expect from a more upscale restaurant, so be prepared to pay for each piece separately. That said, the meal choices offer something for everyone and we look forward to coming back to try other options. The only slight negative we have is that the calamari appetizer we ordered was slightly overcooked, so the calamari itself was chewy and could have been hotter. Otherwise, all was excellent. For only just over two months in place, Ravello is on a good path. They need to continue to stick with the plan of outstanding service and great food and I think that--and their location on TPC Parkway--will be a success story. Great first impression.

My husband surprised me with a reservation for my birthday dinner. We’ve been to many Italian restaurants in and around San Antonio, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. Our server, Jacob, was extremely helpful with suggestions, and very attentive! We enjoyed the calamari app, bolognese, cavatelli, cannolis, Sicilian sunrise, and martini dolce notte. The live music was pleasant and did not drown out our conversation. Would love to come back for lunch or brunch! Well done, Ravello!

We absolutely loved our first dining experience at Ravello ❤️ we were greeted warmly at the front door and our server, Hallie, was perfect! The food was delicious, and everyone was extremely attentive. Two gentlemen came by (assuming the owner as well as the manager?) and even the host came by to refill my water. We had the escargot, NY strip, short ribs and mashed potatoes and everything was delicious. Not to mention our cocktails and then limoncello to end the night right. We will definitely be back!

Phenomenal food and service. Chef's dessert and cocktail pairing at the bar is a delightful treat. Live music on a early Saturday evening was perfect. The lady performing on 11/01/25 was a great addition to my first experience at Ravello. The culinary team showcased their passion for food with every dish. The bar team treated this solo dinner to a personalized service. Thank you to all!

Priscilla was our server and she was the best, friendly, knowledgeable! Food and atmosphere were amazing. Service was truly 5-star. Food was hot, fresh and the flavor profile was impressive. The veal risotto is pictured and it was perfectly cooked.

Our first visit to this elegant restaurant was outstanding. The atmosphere, food, drinks, and customer service were all exceptional, and the quiet setting created the perfect environment for a romantic date night or a relaxed evening with friends and family. The wine selection is excellent, and each of our dishes was prepared and presented flawlessly. Trevor, the manager, and Ms. Hollie went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Hollie’s extensive knowledge of the wine list and her skill in pairing selections with our meals added a special touch to the experience. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism and attention to detail; the leadership and service here truly make this establishment stand out.

Thank you to Ravello for making our Galentine gathering so “lovely”💕. Starting with the management in organizing the reservation on a very busy evening. The restaurant was prepared and welcomed us. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our group. Each of my friends shared how delicious their food was. We tried several appetizers, the clam chowder was delicious! The entrees’ presentations were immaculate and well done. The staff helped us with our special cake. Ravello presented a delicious, hot and fresh meal for a large group on a very busy Valentine weekend. The live music was a wonderful surprise and added a fun and warm experience to the evening. The restaurant was completely booked and still held their standard of fine dining. Thank you Ethan, Alexander and all the staff at Ravello. .

Super awesome spot! I’ve been dying for this place to open for two years and it was worth the wait! Delicious food, fantastic service. Favorite things I’ve tried so far are the rigatoni pasta, house made bread, pear salad, and tiramisu. The wines are awesome 👌🏼 Christine and Gilbert are pristine bartenders.

The oysters were very high quality for San Antonio, and the calamari had this really nice spicy zing to it. I was skeptical about the linguini at first, but a wonderful combination of sauce and noodles won me over very quickly. My survice was high quality, approachable and understanding. (My waiter was Brandon, btw) He gave me a little fork and bowl for the shells in my linguini. That being said, it is expensive, so keep that in mind. Oh, it had live music while I was there.

M

Absolutely delicious lasagna and rigatoni. AND, they score excellently on the Seed Oil Scout app for NOT using seed oils, so their food is better quality. They are now on our short list!

Jakob was our server and he was wonderful! It's restaurants week and wanted to try a new place. It's overall worth every cent and we r definitely coming back! We also did not know that the RENZOS off of NW Military/ Shavano park area is the same owner and we love that place too!

N

We had family dinner and the service and food was exceptional. We used to live in Shavano Park and Renzo's was our favorite Italian restaurant. So when we moved to Stone Oak - we were ecstatic to learn that Ravello's (same owners) was opening on TPC parkway. Cozy dining room and nice bar. Highly recommend the high table top in the bar area. Can't wait to go again

Excellent food, atmosphere and drinks. Everything was fantastic but there were favorites. We tried the Salmon Tatar, Escargot, Truffle Fries and Oysters as apps. Not a drop left but special mentions on the Escargot and Oysters. The bar program is next level, each item is so well thought out. Favorites with our group were Sage ‘n Rye, Espresso Martini and the Carajillo (for sure extra stars here). The entree salmon is melt in the mouth perfection. Standout entrees were the monk fish and rigatoni (beware the spice level on this). Tiramisu is the best since El Sogno exited.

Caught a quick Sat nosh here tonite. Bar was busy but got a table pretty quick. Service from seating to waiting to management QA ing was great. Got a couple of yummy aps, (escargot and ahi) and split a carbonara bucoutini that was excellent. Hope they do well as everything was on point, and did not gouge on pricing. Highly recommend, good luck to them, and thank you!

What a gem! It's so nice to finally have a beautiful Italian restaurant with such fantastic food close by. Tonight was our first time and they checked all the boxes for a fine dining experience. Priscilla was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She was very sweet, attentive, and interactive. She recommended the best dishes and everything that she recommended was so delicious. My fiancé and I decided to try something new for our night out. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. Priscilla, our server, was amazing-she was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations from the menu. We did not take any pictures, to our own dismay, as we dug right into our meals, which were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and plan to return in the future. We highly recommend this cozy and inviting restaurant. It was also a nice surprise to have live music.

We have had multiple great experiences at Ravello- tonight was our first time for dinner. The rigatoni & bolognese were top tier. The real star at this place for me is the bartending team. Charlie & Gilbert were absolutely amazing- great recommendations, expert knowledge of cocktails and their ingredients. Can’t wait to come back!!

Good pasta is my love language, so my husband is always looking for new Italian places for us to try. Ravello did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the wine and cocktails top-notch, and the service was out of this world! Seriously, our server Pricilla made a huge impact on our overall dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive. Friendly, but not fake. Passionate about the menu items, but not pushy. This new restaurant obviously cares about every detail of their food and service and it shows. Ravello has earned its spot in our date-night rotation. Can't wait to try all their dishes!

Best restaurant in the area. Everything we ate was amazing. The staff was all very attentive. It was our first time here and Brandon, our waiter, was very helpful in offering suggestions - lasagna followed by a pastry with cream and chocolate sauce for dessert. Yumm. Make a reservation as it gets full quick. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had the pleasure of eating dinner at Ravello's opening night and I can say that the wait the community has been having for this restaurant to open was well worth it. It is absolutely gorgeous, sleek, and elegant on the inside. The service was amazing. The servers were super attentive and the managers were walking around always making sure the guests we're having an amazing time. The drinks were super smooth and the food was top-notch. This place is a breath of fresh air and something the community needed. I cannot wait to go back again.

What a great little taste of Italy. Lasagna was excellent. We came in on a Sunday and there was a 1-man-band. He had a good mix. Had he played a little Sinatra and Deano, it would have rounded out our visit. Good price and good wine selection.

A gorgeous high end restaurant hidden away in the hills of TPC Pkwy. Ethan and Jacob took amazing special care of me and my wife coming in for our anniversary. Just ate dinner here with my Husband he is Italian, and we both absolutely loved the Calamari it was so TASTY 😋 We also enjoyed the ribeye it was cooked to perfection. ❤️ and the Mac and cheese was a perfect pairing with the steak 😌 clam chowder was also flavorful just a bit thinner than I would normally like , However the soup itself was still GREAT 💕 We also enjoyed the SERVICE and ATMOSPHERE 🥰 The entire staff was attentive and kind. Halle was a WONDERFUL server !! Honestly would come back just based on the service alone 🤩 We also enjoyed the gelato 🍨 all 3 flavors were delicious 🤤 they offered salted caramel ,vanilla , and pistachio. Great way to end the meal 🍽️ I ordered a drink “the chosen 1” very refreshing , it had a light floral strawberry flavor . OVERALL this place is a 10/10 can’t wait to go back 😍

Super recomendado!! El lugar esta muy agradable y tenían musica en vivo. El servicio excelente! Les recomiendo que hagan reservación. Nosotros lo hicimos y inmediatamente ya tenían nuestra mesa. We stopped in for a cocktail and appetizers at the bar. Trevor & team have developed a wonderful atmosphere over the last year. Consistently great high-end experience. We stopped by Revello for happy hour and had a great time. They offer 25% off appetizers and cocktails, which made it a great deal. We tried two cocktails, both well-made and refreshing. We also ordered the calamari. It was a little on the oily side, but still had good flavor. Funny enough, a couple of shrimp snuck into the basket, and they were actually a really nice surprise—cooked perfectly. Overall, it was a good experience for a casual happy hour. We’d definitely come back to try more of the menu.

It was our first time here. The restaurant was a little hard to find since it’s located in a brand-new business complex that is still under construction. Although it has only been open for six months, it seems to have a bright future. From the moment we arrived, the staff acknowledged us—even from the parking lot—and were ready to open the door with a warm welcome. They paid attention to every detail: from the overall design to the live music, everything immersed us in a romantic atmosphere. We started with the lentil soup, followed by the chicken with baby carrots and broccolini glazed in a buttery lemon sauce—it was delicious. We ended the evening with gelato and a deconstructed apple pie, accompanied by the soothing sound of live guitar music. The only downside was our server, who seemed untrained and a bit overwhelmed, even with only two or three tables. With proper training, this restaurant has the potential to be a perfect dining spot. Definitely coming back. Well done!

M
Macarena Aguirre-Low

Overall an amazing experience! The food was delicious and tasted very authentic, just like the food you’d find in Italy! I got the Carbonara and at first the portion size looks small but you end up feeling very satisfied in the end. I absolutely loved the truffle fries we got. The reason I’m deducting one star is because of the price for the charcuterie board. It tasted amazing but we felt that it was too expensive for what is served. But all in all had an amazing lunch here and will definitely be coming back!

We frequent this restaurant once or twice a week. So far we have loved the tuna, quail, branzino and the flatbreads. We have had minor issues with the hosts and servers. Once being told they had no reservation when we showed them our confirmation. They were more stressed than focused on providing service. The wait staff is really hit or miss. First night we were there we had the most wonderful experience. The rest of the servers have seem rushed, absent, long periods of time without checking with the table. Things like forgetting to box up food. The check not being correct. This place is a gem for us on TPC. We take everyone here for nights out. We are hoping they can get a solid management and server staff there soon. The food is wonderful. Try the gelato. Live music is wonderful on Sat nights.

V
Victor Wiley

Food was good. Marinara sauce was bland for our tastes.

C
Carlo Mauro Rhodio

The carbonara dish is very delicate since the sauce has egg in it, it should be served hot, but it wasn’t and it got cold in the process of eating it.

J
JD Johns

Enjoyed my dinner here. The Caesar salad was huge but a little salty for my taste. Fresh lettuce and good anchovy flavor. Also had the bucatini carbonara and it was so good. Pasta cooked perfectly with great flavor and the perfect amount of food offered. They could have the BEST wine prices I have ever seen for a restaurant! Plus many very good Italian producers. Great job!

M
Madison Galbraith

We ate here the third night that they were open so take this review with a grain of salt, but there were a few kinks that need to be worked out. The restaurant itself is quaint but beautiful. Our server seemed a bit stressed with 3-4 tables. I had two drinks, lavender bees knees and pepper and petals. The lavender bees knees could use a bit of work, it tasted bitter and unbalanced but that may be because I didn’t allow the honey comb garnish to dissolve. The pepper and petals was excellent. I had the short ribs and gnocchi which was excellent but I was surprised at how small the meat portion was (3 silver dollar sized pieces of short rib), delicious none the less. My partner had the clam pasta, the pasta itself was tasty and we both really liked the sauce, but the clams were extremely salty. When he made it to the bottom of the dish there was a short wavy hair at the bottom. We decided to not say anything because we didn’t want to stress our server any more than necessary but I did notice that none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair or beard nets. We ended the meal with tiramisu which was delicious and a large portion. We’ll give it another chance after they’ve been open a bit longer, but the only thing I was really wowed by was the bill.

J
Jorge Morales Scharon

Had the fish, a little salty, as well as the asparagus. The truffle fries were good so was the capresee salad. The desert candy yam bread pudding was good as well

The live music was of professional caliber, and took the dining experience to the next level! The restaurant was very busy, and we did not have reservations (that's on us, for sure!) Thankfully, we were able to squeeze in at the bar. The ambiance was so enjoyable, and the bartenders were both fantastic. All of that was 5 stars! The 1 star deduction comes from the food. My husband thought it was great, but I was underwhelmed for the price tag of the entrees. We will be back because we enjoyed the experience very much, but perhaps I will just be ordering apps and drinks.

R

Good service, nice place but mediocre food. Charlie was polite and did a nice job attending us. The cocktail he made was very well balanced! The decor of the restaurant is classic and elegant. Calamari was excellent as the other positive part of our meal. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs, but only came with two smallish meatballs, sauce was really watery, needed more flavor and pasta was really thick, like an udon noodle thick. My Caesar was pretty wilted and just lacked the crunch. We came from a 12 hour conference and needed to eat, didn't want to reorder and wait. The bread came after we finished our meal but my husband had some anyway. We don't live in the area but would likely only come back for a drink. Kudos to Charlie!

Man of man. Was really hoping to be blown away by Ravello. Calamari was delicious as was to focaccia bread. Bar drinks were fantastic. Service was ever better. Short Ribs w/gnocchi was phenomenal. The fish was fantastic. Ribs were perfectly cooked and tender. Branzino was perfectly done! Tender, flaky, just right. Rigatoni picante was a HUGE miss. Lacked any real flavor and not spicy at all. The sauce varied between two of the same plates which was strange. They remade mine and it still tasted completely different than my neighbors version. Doctored mine up a bit by adding some of their spicy pomodoro sauce. That hit the mark. Otherwise bland! The cavatelli con carciofi also a miss. Bland again. Missing salt maybe? Linguine a la vongole was also a miss. Bland once again. All different sauces and all bland. I hope this was a case of the Pasta chef having a bad night as not one pasta hit the mark. We will try again as we support local but may stick with the menu items we enjoyed.

I just returned from a week in Italy, so my expectations for authentic cuisine were high. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn’t come close. The food was just okay—fairly bland and lacking the vibrant flavors I was hoping for. At an average of $30 per person, I expected generous portion sizes or at least a few included extras. Instead, the plates were about the size of a kids’ meal at Olive Garden. No salad, no bread—just the small entrée for the full price. I wish I was joking when I say that after dinner we actually stopped at In-N-Out on the way home because we were still hungry. If your goal is to impress someone with ambience, this might work. But if you want to feed your family and actually enjoy the food, I suggest you pass and go elsewhere.

E
Elizabeth C

Very cute place and you can tell they’re trying very hard. They want to make it look upscale with the tiny portions. Unfortunately, the food quality doesn’t make the price worth it. The Flatbread wasn’t anything special. The salmon was good but the 2 tiny potatoes cut in half and one piece of asparagus wasn’t worth the $34

P
Paul Lee

I got spaghetti and 2 meatballs. They barely gave me any noodles. 2 small size meatballs. Noodles are very cheap, maybe $1 worth of noodles. They charged me $28 for this dish. The portions were not worth the money. I would hope in the future that you give a little more noodles and maybe 3 meatballs for the dishes.

The portion of food wasn’t worth the price. Overall, it was okay but not a place I would go to again.

We’ve been wanting to try this place out but hadn’t yet due to the place being a bit more pricy but finally decided to. We were so excited to have some yummy Italian food but were a bit disappointed with how underwhelming it was. Food was incredibly bland and portions were tiny for paying $27 for one pasta dish. I’d love to try again if they’d add more flavors.. Service was nice though

Been here few times, i suppose it comes down to which chef is working, i had some delicious food served and (including today) some really bland and tasteless which takes too long for both food an drinks when it is not close to packed. Dissapointed

The service was great, I loved our server he was very energetic and friendly. However, I ordered the Carbonara, it came out watery and tasting…. well I’ll just say interesting. There was also a hair in my food which was an unpleasant surprise. My dad got the Cavatelli, it was also very watery and bland. The manager came over to us and asked how everything was, when I said “Eh it was ok,” he walked away saying, “Ok, awesome.” It was very expensive for some average dishes.

Came here for lunch. We were very disappointed after I had talked up how great this place is. Prices were no different than dinner prices, so it was very expensive. Way too expensive for lunch. We ordered focaccia bread as an appetizer and it was terribly dry. We really didn’t eat it. The pastas we ordered were ok—pesto was very garlicky, but I did like my marinara sauce. The chicken cordon bleu panini had no mustard on it and the bread was very dry. This was my second visit, and we loved the first time, but I will not go back again. Way too expensive for dry bread and pasta.

The service was absolutely amazing! The steak was tough and dry. The wine tasted like vinegar. The dessert bread was stale....

Had came in from Dallas and mother was in town. Had saw this place on a marketing campaign and thought it would be a good place to take her for dinner. Arrived at 10:20 on a Thursday and waited towards the front with no hostess seen. A man came from the back and said they were closing since it was slow for the night and said we were welcome to have a drink at the bar. Informed him had made a 40 min commute just to eat at this restaurant and asked why closing hours posted say 11 but we're closing so early. I got no empathy at all and me showing I was frustrated he kind of smirk. I then asked who the owner was or if could email them and he mention was the GM which was even more shocking. Had saw this restaurant on a marketing campaign and would of loved to try it but definitely will not consider ever going back or would recommended.

Update: We went for dinner and the food was unremarkable. The pasta was bland and certain parts were cold. The layout of the restaurant is crowded. It looks as if the wait staff didn’t have clear paths and my husband’s chair kept getting knocked into. Overall, the experience was poor and we will not be back.

My husband and I tried this restaurant and the atmosphere and service was great. However our food was not what we expected. My husband ordered minestrone soup which was more like chicken soup with large pieces of chicken and curly noodles. My salad with pears had brown pear pieces but the salad tasted ok. The lasagna was rather large but was filled with lots of meat and a sauce that looked like tomato juice. Frankly Olive Garden has a better lasagna. We ordered terimasu to go and it was the worse I have ever had. It was more like chocolate cake with coffee liquor and runny cool whip on top and costing $16 it was a huge disappointment. With a final bill of $120 including tip, it's not a restaurant we will be visiting again.

Absolutely terrible experience. The Cabanara was served cold. They warmed it up and it tasted awful. They took it away and comped it but absolutely insisted on bringing dessert and then charged us for the dessert. The tiramisu had so much cocoa powder on it, it was inedible. A can of beer was $12 but wasn’t listed on the menu. Waitress said it was draft but brought a can. Charged $10 for bread. Wanted a decent meal and it was over $100 for one meal, two beers, one cocktail and bread. Left hungry and dissatisfied. Wont be back.

Ravello Italian Cuisine was, sadly, anything but Italian. We went in with modest expectations and were quickly let down across the board. We skipped appetizers but were initially pleased with how quickly our meals arrived (there were three of us). We ordered: • The special: spinach risotto with three scallops • A grilled chicken breast with vegetables (a safe pick from a picky eater) • Bucatini alla carbonara Unfortunately, every dish was a disappointment. Portions were tiny—barely a single spoonful’s worth—and flavor was nonexistent. Eating was genuinely unpleasant. Specifics: • The Chicken Breast: Completely raw inside. As soon as she cut it open, it was pink and inedible. We were all disgusted. It took staff a long time to return to the table so we could even notify them. When we finally did, she ordered the cavatelli con carciofi instead—thinking it would be hard to mess up. But even that dish (with mushrooms, spinach, and artichoke) was bland and had an odd texture, leaving most of it untouched. A staff member apologized once and that was it. • Bucatini alla Carbonara: Overwhelmingly eggy, with pancetta that tasted like pre-cooked bacon from Sam’s Club. The serving was half a bowl—but barely a spoonful’s worth. • Spinach Risotto with Scallops: The risotto looked like it had been dyed green, had no flavor, and the scallops were fishy and likely undercooked. A salty sauce did nothing to help. The decorative chip on top was burnt, and the flower garnish felt pointless. Hoping dessert might salvage the experience, we tried the cannoli and gelato. The gelato was laughable—three tiny “spoonfuls” that could’ve fit in my one-year-old’s mouth. The pistachio flavor was tolerable (the only bright spot), but the vanilla bean was gross. We skipped the salted caramel. The cannoli came as two with an odd texture and tasteless pistachio paste that felt like a meringue-cannoli hybrid that didn’t work at all. Overall, the experience was a complete disappointment—especially given the high online reviews, which I suspect might be from staff or family members. Ravello Italian Cuisine failed to deliver on every level: taste, portion size, and even basic cooking. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

Was excited to try this place but overwhelmingly dissapointed. It was not only super swall and crowded, but the food came out in all different times. Our entrees came out at the same time as our appetizers, was lacking flavor and for the price of this food thats absolutely insane. The manager was also no help at all, im not sure his name but he was super short with us and offered no solutions. Overall pricey and not worth it, for a new restaurant I do not think they will make it. Save your money and go to a real fine dining place.

Very disappointing experience, especially for the price. This restaurant is extremely expensive and absolutely not worth it. The menu prices are misleading. Plates are listed around $28–$30, but that is not the final price. By the time you add all the “extra” items (which are not clearly explained), the bill increases dramatically. Dinner for two came out to $125, which is outrageous for the quality of food we received. I ordered a linguine with shrimp that cost $68, and it was honestly not good. The flavor was very poor and did not justify the price at all. The food overall lacked taste and felt very average at best. For this level of pricing, I expected excellent food and transparency. Unfortunately, I got neither. I would not recommend this place unless you are comfortable paying luxury prices for food that doesn’t deliver.

Overpriced and tasteless. $200 for a family of five. (No appetizers and no desserts) Y’all remember that spaghetti scene from Band of Brothers? “Army noodles with ketchup?” This is that. Found a piece of plastic in my kids flat bread pizza. They said it was an onion. A minute later, my other boy bit into a piece of metal. Turned out to be a part of a stainless steel scrub sponge. We let our waitress know. Check comes at the end of the meal. No discount or item taken off. Place sucks. Management sucks. Actually, I don’t think they even have a management team. Normally, after 2 incidents and you tell the waitress that the food isn’t good, they pay you a visit. Nope. Not here. Don’t waste your time or money. NOT WORTH IT.

Crab cakes were so salty burned on outside and almost cold inside. Very little flavor on the meat balls sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. Small portions Huge prices. Won’t return
