Opinions de Earth Burger San Antonio
Came on a Tuesday got the daily special chick sandwich thanks man, the loaded tots and classic earth burger. Everything was very delicious. They have daily specials everyday that’s very affordable.
Earth Burger is delicious. The burgers are big and taste great for a veggie burger. The crinkle fries are especially good. The only issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were so dirty that they looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in months. There are large cobwebs all over the place, especially on the ceiling. Worst of all, the place a horrible smell of sewer. The smell immediately hits you when you walk through the door. It was so off putting that we didn’t eat inside even though we planned to. We ended up taking our food to go.
A really great option for vegan burgers! I'm trying out different vegan eateries around San Antonio and this was my first stop. I absolutely loved my Classic Burger and tots. The peach tea was divine. I highly recommend.
Earth Burger is a must visit if you eat vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, or egg free! Most vegan/vegitarian places in SA are sitdown or carry out only. Earth Burger has a fast drive through but it is also pleasant to sit inside. Their food is delicious and very convincing at imitating meat. I highly recommend you visit Earth Burger fi you want some yummy, affordable, vegan fast food.
Fun to experience an all plant based fast food restaurant. We all enjoyed it!
I’m from Houston, where there are restaurants with vegan options or gluten free options, but rarely is there a time when I can find someplace that accommodates all of my dietary restrictions. Until I took a trip to San Antonio! I was overjoyed to find a fast food vegan restaurant that also has gluten free, flavorful buns. I got a classic burger combo, which did not disappoint! My husband (who isn’t vegan/no dietary restrictions) got the earth crunch wrap and the classic jr. Let me tell you, he did not miss the meat AT ALL. We were in San Antonio for 3 days, and I ate here 2 out of 3 of them. Can’t wait to return again soon!
Yummy food and the pup cups were a bonus for my furkid. No tummy aches and she enjoyed it. I think it's lactose-free. 🤔
Our whole experience with them was 10/10. The staff was great and friendly. The signature earth burger was so good, definitely recommend. The loaded tater fries were also delicious, the fried pickled onions really set the taste. Their lemonade/limeade was fresh and a great drink to have with your meal. Definitely reccomend this spot for the food but the staff made it even better.
I'm vegan. It was my first time .... and I'm really speechless. The burger is amazing. Please come to Denton. We are living in Denton. We need you. I don't know how you could create such an unbelievable burger....
I come here religiously for the last 3 years since it opened, might be longer! I’ve always had great experience here with service. The food depends on a persons palette. I have favorites and tried many new ones. I’m impressed how well they care to change it up every now and then. Enjoy the seasonal shakes too! It’s festive. Definitely recommend especially since they have gluten free and their protein bowl! 💚 🌱 their packaging is compostable too. Love that! I’ll keep landing here each time I get! 🚀
I really enjoyed coming here! I was caught off guard that everything here is plant based since it tasted soo good and flavorful!! I like the fact that they have a drive thru and how quickly I got my order even though the lobby was full. They had awesome customer service!! Highly recommend trying even if you aren't vegan or vegetarian. The parking lot is a bit weird but just read the signs and you should be good
A good place to go for a vegan meal ... their burgers do taste very good... however I was surprised to see that a place with such a name was carelessly using plastic straws and lids.... there wasn't even a place to segregate and throw the trash... that was disappointing.... and the lady at the counter could definitely use a smile...
Honestly, I wanted to see what the hype was about and they did not disappoint. Although the macros in the Chick’n sandwich is comparable to that of a Chik Fil A, the flavor of the Chik’n sand which is quite unique. It doesn’t taste like chicken but it doesn’t taste bad. I added their home made honey mustard and it elevated the flavor tremendously! I’ll definitely be back to try a burger.
Very quick and efficient customer service. My friend ordered an orange hibiscus soda and a modified quinoa burger...... And a brownie. They forgot it. We went back and our service attendant "Yo" helped us out, no problem. Even gave us a free brownie for the hassle of coming back. I would definitely recommend their chocolate shakes. They have vanilla and strawberry as well. All come with coconut milk. All around a friendly and upbeat place. Again quick service!
Now this was a very pleasant surprise... On a visit to SA, a friend took me to this place since I am a pescatarian to try their vegan fish sandwich... I really throught it was fish... It was so good, I wanted to send it for testing, lol... Crisp, fish style taste, lettuce, tartar sauce and the fries with seasoning dust was the perfect addition...
OMGoodness....our of towner here.....Earth Burger where have you been all my veggie life??? Simple menu to choose from with many options. I chose the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Delicious and tasty....can’t tell that’s its veggie fare! A definite stop when back in the area! Oh yeah....the staff were great and very friendly!
I frequent this location quite a bit especially when I was going to cosmo school. Everything is vegetarian or vegan which was perfect for when I was going through my vegetarian journey and I was craving a burger. The snack wraps and fishless sandwich is fantastic paired with a cream soda soooo yummy. I usually get helped by the same person Neff she always gets my order right and out in a timely matter. Neff even told me about the points I can earn through the app since I frequent and can order ahead and they’ll have it ready for me at drive thru or in store which sounded great. I love this place I get so many people to come try it because it’s just so good.
I am an avid Starbucks pumpkin spice, coffee, girl and I thought I’d try this earth burger beverage and wow am I impressed not not only is it smoother and less expensive but it’s better give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
I love earth burger! Clean establishment, happy staff, excellent food! I only eat vegan about 50% of the time and I LOVE the drive thru!
My only complaint is I wish there was as many locations as McDonald's! Not their fault, come on San antonio, let's eat delicious plant based food and show these businesses we want to eat healthier, cruelty free food 😋 We especially love the shitake mushroom bbq, quinoa patty burger, and all the shakes!
I've always said there should be a vegan fast food and I found this little treasure on my way to the airport. I had my family take me there before they dropped me off. They arent used to eating vegan but they loved it! The food was so good I couldn't stop to take a picture. 😂 It was a great feeling to eat food from a fast food spot and not have to be worried about cross contamination. The kale ginger lemonade was the best lemonade I've EVER had!
I left this place filled with love and joy. Before we even got out food, the energy of the employees was wonderful. They were positive and upbeat. Then the food... The food was amazing. ALL OF IT. My 10 year old agreed! She had Chik'n strips with agave mustard. I couldn't help, but to try a bite. Oh my goodness. I will never be able to go back to honey mustard comfortably. I wanted to spread the sauce over everything! The strips were seasoned and fried to perfection. We loved them! I bought myself an Earth Burger for dine in and a Quinoa Burger to go. Both delicious! (Even better with agave mustard, might I add) For dessert, we got Coconut Soft serve. The perfect way to top off a wonderful meal. I felt so comfortable with this environment and the food that I shared a few bites with my 10 month old. If she could speak, she'd second all of this. We will definitely be back! Photos: I didn't get any good photos, but here's a Chik'n Strip with a texture shot. 😂
I wish there were more locations around San Antonio and Texas in general because this is some good quality, tasty, healthy fast food! The burgers are really good and filling. I also really love their tater tots! Great for people exploring plant based foods as well as seasoned veterans!
Its good vegan fast food. Yes it is on the expensive side for fast food but the quality is higher than you'd expect from fast food so it balances out.
The food is so good. Our 11-year-old had no idea it was vegetarian. We love that there are salad options instead of fries, and the buffalo chicken wraps are stellar!
I don’t normally like beyond burgers all that much, I have to say this burger was incredible! I’d definitely go back. The service and the place itself are typical of fast food, but the food itself, top notch for veggie. I’d take this over a boring p terrys veggie burger any day.
My wife and I was visiting San Antonio for the Paul McCartney concert. We decided to check this place out and loved it. We ordered the Ranchero Burger, Fishless Sandwich, chickenless tenders and loaded fries. Food was beyond my expectations. I don't even smoke but I felt I needed a cigarrette after tasting the food. It was THAT good. Plus the staff were super friendly and chill. Despite the place being busy, the food came out quick. Wish we have a place like this in our town.
I’m not vegan, but my daughter is with her dietary restrictions, so we decided to try Earth Burger—and we were both so impressed! We ordered the quinoa burger, which was hearty, flavorful, and surprisingly satisfying. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and the shake was a delicious treat that didn’t feel heavy. I also really enjoyed the edamame as a healthy side. It’s refreshing to have fast food options that taste great and feel good. We’ll definitely be back!
We stopped by Earth Burger on a whim—and wow, I’m so glad we did! The food totally exceeded our expectations. The vibe is casual and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Jaylena, in particular, was awesome and helped me pick the perfect meal. Based on her recommendation, I went with the crispy chicken sandwich—and it did not disappoint! The texture was spot-on, the flavor was bold and satisfying, and there was absolutely no weird aftertaste. The sauce tied it all together perfectly. What’s even more impressive? Everything on the menu is 100% plant-based! It’s refreshing to find a fast, delicious vegan option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or quality. I’ll definitely be back to try more menu items. Whether you’re vegan or just curious, Earth Burger is worth a visit. Let’s go vegan 🌱 Woohoo! Keep up the amazing work, Earth Burger team! Cheers!
They dont change their gloves!! They make food and touch their face, register and money and never change gloves!!! What's the point t of eating clean if the food is dirty Someone slap me and call me grandma. The bbq jackfruit sandwich is unbelievably memorable!! My only complaint is that i didnt know about this sooner! Also got a vanilla earth shake delicious tastes foreign! I love it.
This is my first time at Earth Burger and it was pretty good. The shake is not bad, the burger is pretty good for being vegan and the fries are fries, nothing really special. The food was good, but as a non-vegan, I don’t know if I can be a regular customer; not because it’s plant based, but because of the price. I can get non-vegan meals for cheaper at Whataburger, Chik-Fil-A, etc. So until vegan food costs less, I’m going to go eat non-vegan options. I still recommend this place. If you’re non-vegan like me, try it at least once to see what you think of it.
NOSTALGIC BURGER JOINT ATMOSPHERE, BUT WITH A HEALTHY ALL NATURAL MENU!!! Stopped in for lunch on a whim and was blown away by the diverse healthy menu. From burgers to fish to chicken...All plant based!!! The vegan burger combo was outstanding and the coconut milk chocolate shake was off the charts!! It is a little pricey, about $5 for the shake and $11 for the combo, but it is a great experience!! Thanks to the staff for the professional service.
I am from Michigan and it was such a pleasure to eat a vegan meal. The (coconut milk) Chocolate Shake was delicious (thick and didn't taste at all like coconut!) The Spicy "chicken" w/ kale wrap was equally as scrumptious. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and our order was correct. I will be back the next time I am in Texas! Thank you Earth Burger for a wonderful experience!
They're all vegan fast food, delicious 😋 when you need your vegan comfort (junk food) fix, they have brownies, soft serve coconut ice cream (I highly recommend it) and now they're making strawberry and chocolate milkshakes..... The spicy"chicken" sandwich with jalapenos and cheese is amazing - my mom isn't vegan and it's her favorite!! I go with the quinoa burger. They offer anything from apple slices to fries as sides for combos.....
First time - boyfriend and I each got the Earth Burger. Took a little bit, but I think that’s because it’s made fresh. My patty turned out very nice, but the other one fell apart and made it really messy to eat. Kinda pricey - about $30 for the two burgers, but very yummy. Would go back, lots of things on the menu that looked tasty!
I ordered inside and ate outside in one of their three 2-person outdoor tables. They seemed to be very busy with drive-thru orders, as our order took maybe 10 minutes to come out. Staff seemed very busy and working hard. We tried the Crunch Wrap and the Jackfruit BBQ Sandwich. The Crunch Wrap uses a Korean sauce and is sweet and spicy and crunchy and filling—it tastes so good that you don’t even stop and wonder if you’re eating meat. It doesn’t matter because it’s delicious anyway! The BBQ Sandwich is also amazing in its own way; it honestly does not taste like pork in texture, but the sauce really does the sandwich some justice. Both of these items were amazing, though a bit pricy for a total of around $14. I will definitely be coming back to try other vegetarian “fast food” items.
I finally tried the Mall of America Earth Burger location. 🤩The Fishless #Vegan Sandwich tasted so much like a fish sandwich, I need to investigate the ingredients. The fish is tasty, flaky and seasoned well. My only issue is not finding the actual ingredients online anywhere. If you could add that to your website it would be helpful. Can't wait to go back to try the quinoa burger. #minneapolisentreepreneur #thecameraeatsfirst #missfoodaficionado #fishless #veganinpls #citypages #yelptwincities #veganish #govegan
I went here for the first time today and I really enjoyed their food. Being a vegetarian, it was a strange feeling to be able to order ANY burger or item off the menu. I had the Earth Burger and it was yummy. FYI, if you like pumpkin pie, you have to try the pumpkin shake. With the pumpkin crumbles in there, I litterally felt like was eating the inside of a pumpkin pie mixed with the creamy texture of icecream. It was amazing.
So on a whim, I decided that I wanted to try a veggie burger while passing Earth Burger. My wife and I had been trying to decide where to eat and a burger sounded great, but I didn't want a heavy lunch. We decided to dine in and ordered at the counter. We were promptly helped and they were very helpful with what few questions we had. Honestly, the burger and fries were darn good and everything was hot and fresh. My biggest complaint was they only had Pepsi products and that's just well, bless their hearts. If they were to offer a better drink selection I would have given a 10/10 but sadly Pepsi is bottled sadness so 7/10.
While I’m not a vegan myself I did really enjoy the food. Service was good and the wait time is super short! I’ve had their veggie burger before and it was actually one of the better veggie burgers I’ve had in a while! This time around I did try the pulled jackfruit bbq sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. It tasted like a real pulled pork with a hint of sweetness. I’m also not a big fan of fries but their fries are on point! I will return just for the fries and may try the tenders they offer. Enjoy your visit here which I highly recommend if the same old isn’t doing it for you anymore.
I would absolutely love it if one of my orders could be entirely right. if I am not missing an add on that I paid for, I am missing a drink, or the order is a sloppy mess. When they do not miss most of the order, and they cook their quinoa burger correctly, it is one of the most delicious burgers that I have ever eaten, but more often than not my order is wrong. I have given them so many chances, but tonight was the last straw. They may be better in person, but they are an absolute mess if you order using UberEats. This restaurant is nostalgic for me, because I would always go eat here with my friends when I was younger after a movie! If this is what they have become, I now understand why the other Earth Burger that was in San Antonio closed down. Update October 2024: They have since gotten my orders right. Both orders were delicious, and this time, none of my order notes were missed. Their unsweet tea tastes off, but apart from that, my burger was wonderful, as was my wrap that I ordered on a separate day. I appreciate that they have learned from the criticism and will be updating my rating accordingly.
This is my second time eating here & I love the healthy vegan food here! I used the BoGO coupon for June 12th-July12th. We enjoyed my classic burger w/ vegan cheese(no lactose), plant based Korean beef crunch wrap, tater tots, fries, vegan Oreo cookie shake (no lactose), and BBQ Shiitake Mushroom sandwich w/Gluten free bun was delicious! If my shoes weren’t sticking to the floor(I could clearly see & feel that the floor needed to be mopped) & if the tables were clean I would’ve given 5 stars. However, a staff member did clean my table per my request 😇.
Pretty good vegan fast food👌🏼🍔🍟 We got the Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sandwhich which was absolutely saucy and delicious. The buffalo sauce they put on the chicken was flavorful and just the right amount of spicy. The ranch was creamy and great. We also got the Quinoa Burger which was decent. A bit dry but you can always ask for extra sauce. The fries are crispy and tasty. The honey mustard is superb. We will be returning. I highly recommend this joint.
I got the buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken was really crispy and the wrap itself is very healthy. i try to focus on protein and fiber in my meals and this is a solid place to meet both of those options
Came here with my boyfriend pretty late, about 10 minutes before 10pm. They asked if we wanted it "for here or to go?" then gave us the food in a to-go bag (with a look, I might add) after we said "for here." According to a different employee, the dining room is closed at 10pm, but the restaurant closes at midnight. I figured, as someone who works in food service, that if the store isn't closed yet, it's not a big deal if some people eat quickly and leave. We ate outside. The food was alright, got two burgers and a shake. After a whole burger, though, the taste can get tiring. Fries were pretty good.
It's been a while since returning to Earth Burger. There was no one else in the drive-thru and I still waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. As I waited at the window for my food to be prepared, I could hear and see an employee coughing and hacking continuously without covering their mouth, in the midst of cold/flu season. Maybe management should take a hint and not let these people handle food? Food was still good despite heating it into oblivion in the microwave when I got home.
Tried this place with my girlfriend and my buffalo chik-N wrap was pretty tasty but her chik-N burger made me have flashbacks of my old lunch lady warming up a pre-packaged burger in the microwave before slapping it on my styrofoam tray. But the shake was good! In short some items are pretty dang tasty with a decent cost but it won't be convincing me to give up meat anytime soon.
In fairness I'm a carnivore, but I'm not a fanatical carnivore, so when I got here and saw they offered "meat" I decided to try it out. Super nice staff. I got a "burger" with "real" cheese (they asked) and jalapenos, fries and a drink. Bonus on the soda...different types of real root beers...lemon lime, etc. Yummy. The fries were ok...normal. The burger....the first thing I noticed was what appeared to be processed American cheese, which surprised me...does processed American cheese belong in anyplace that touts "natural"? Next, the bread was flat....wasn't unleavened...just not much there. Couldn't pin down what the burger tasted like...it wasn't horrible...it was kind of interesting, but not so much that I would have to have another to solve the mystery. On the other hand it was less than $10. In the end if you're a carnivore and looking for a BURGER don't come here...it's worth checking out if you're curious, but I have a feeling this could get better over time...think horseless carriages and Wright brother planes.
The vegan burgers were average....we had the barbecue one which was a bit too sweet and the chicken burger that my kid tried to work through....the fries were great but the iced tea was way too sweet...the sit in area was average...a bit to dingy for us and the floors seemed sticky ...we used to love green at one point in time and want s to give earth burgers which is their spin off another chance..but am so not sure we will be going back any time soon...
Most of the items are the same ones you can buy in the processed frozen section of grocery store, and I can make a much better burger at home. In general, it's touch and go. Sometimes I get decent food that hits the spot. Sometimes, like yesterday, the fries are dry and kinda stale and the burger is meh. Insult to injury, I was trapped in the drive-thru for well over half an hour with 3 or 4 cars ahead of mine. Not the quick pitstop I was looking for while in the run.
I ordered the kid burger since I wasn't very hungry and asked to add lettuce and tomato... they charge 50 cents for each! They were out of cookies so asked if I wanted a small shake or double fries (which I didn't) so I asked if they could just not charge me a $1 for the veggies, they said no 🤣
They charge premium prices but they don't put out a premium product... High prices small portion sizes... I think that describes it best. Food has a good taste but two or three sandwiches could easily run you $25 or $30 and that's a sandwich alone and not a combo. Terrible cost to value ratio...
It saddens me to say that the customer service at this location is so POOR...the only reason I could recommend it is because my meal was so delicious. Today was my 1st time trying this spot driving in from out of town, and I literally stood at the front counter for a full 5 minutes and nobody greeted me or looked my way. The sad part is there weren't even that many people dining, maybe 4 people total. Heed my warning if you dine at this spot, the service is slow, pitiful, and UNWELCOMING!!!
I came in on March 1st and the young lady in the green shirt with a star sticker on her face was talking to us with an attitude when she took our order and was rude when she brought us our food. We said thank you and she just said nothing and went back to the kitchen. On the other hand the young man working in the kitchen was nice and friendly and the food was good.
I still for the life of me don't understand why drive-thru facilities ask for tips when they can't even follow simple directions!! A guy took my order, but I get a female at the window. As she confirmed the order I said that I also requested a side kale salad, so she added it... Gave me my total and I paid, then hands me my food... But I notice the drink isn't a large. So I told her I requested the large combo, and that's supposed to be a large cup. She responded I only have you down for a regular. I said fine give me what I paid for. I specifically requested 6 ketchups with her face to face at the window... I only got 3! My kale salad came with a spoon! This whole staff needs to be retrained, revamped or something...
I'm not entirely sure what happened to the quality of the food here. I've been ordering through doordash for quite some time and it seems like everything rapidly changed overnight. They've moved from their own in-house meat alternatives to what appears to be beyond meat for their breakfast wrap, which is a big shame because the flavors dont exactly blend well for that dish. Additionally, the supplier for the spinach wrap, french fries, tater tots, and chicken sub seems to have changed to a more generic brand from what they typically have used in the past. I also paid nearly 2 dollars for their chocolate cookie and instead got a mini pack of oreos containing 2 of them. Very very odd, and I'm not really seeing any indication of what may have changed. This place used to be one of my all time favorites for vegan fast food, now I dont think I'll be ordering for a while until some changes have been reverted
Me and my wife were coming back late (10:30pm) from Corpus’s Christi and went to the drive through. I ordered a Crunch Wrap meal and the Earth Burger meal. Wrap was ok, messy assembly and covered with sauce on outside of wrap. But the burger….. we have been coming here for years and the patty’s always seems to be changing. One day is more of a Beyond “meaty” patty, another day is more of a “veggie” carrots and peas in the patty, etc etc. Yesterday the burger was not only poorly assembled, it tasted very plain and the patty was about 2 times bigger than the buns. It was so bad I had to add seasoning and reassemble with a whole other bun (Daves Killer Bread). Very disappointed especially for how expensive everything is. If you’re looking for vegan burgers for the same price- check out Blissful Burger!
I used to really love this place, the people, and the food. Over the past few months, the quality of it all has deteriorated into a wet, mushy, burnt mess. There was a time when a restaurant would burn a piece of food (accidents happen), but the standards of quality would prevent that food from being served to loyal, paying customers. If it was a one-time occurrence, I'd let it go, but this has become the norm for what used to be a great vegan establishment with multiple locations. They decided to let the worst one stand for whatever reason, and this is the result. Gross.
We drove through and I was so excited being a vegan and it being my first time visiting but I was completely disappointed. First off burgers are all sold individually and fries and drinks separate or combo and the burgers are SMALL and to add expensive! We only got one burger and one combo and shared the fries and my "chocolate shake" which was melted and barely any chocolate in it. I also couldn't even tell what flavor it was because it must have been mixed and uncleaned before somewhat mixing it and tasted like coconut which probably the base? and peanut butter and a little but of chocolate. Then we got a kids meal also expensive for two small tenders and fries! We spent about 40.00 for not all full meals and that is ridiculous. One thing that puts off people that try to eat vegan are the small portions, high prices, and to top it off the service was RUDE! The lady at the window never smiled and when I asked for ketchup she said to look in my bag and couldn't even say have a nice day or thank you. I have been to plenty vegan spots that are much better and this is the WORST just stay away and save your money!!
We've been coming here for years but the last few times have been the nail in the coffin. Service has always been slow but this most recent time we literally waited 30min in line to pay 20$ for 2 small salads that were both completely incorrectly made (like just plainly the wrong ingredients) and pretty terrible tasting. Unfortunately the item on the top was correct so we didn't find out till we opened them up at home. Sad, cause I used to recommend this place to people
Visited on Feb 20. We visit at least 3 to 4 times a month. Today, as we entered the store, you could feel the coldness. I asked one of the workers if the a/c was on. She replied no ! But that the store did not have a central heater. She pointed to 2 small space heaters that were on. All if the employees were wearing coats and jackets. I looked at the thermostat. It read 54 degrees ! Outrageous ! This employer has disregard for their employees and it's patrons. I have pictures of the space heaters and the thermostat. SHAME ON THESE OWNERS AS THEY DO NOT CARE ENOUGH FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES AND PATRONS ! IF IT WASNT FOR THE GOOD EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE, I WOULD TIKTOK THE HELL OUT OF THIS PLACE. DO BETTER, EARTH BURGER, INC.
I really miss the Nacogdoches location. That location is what kept me returning back. This location lacks customer service skills and gives the Earth Burger brand a bad name. They don’t greet you, give your bag and just walk away as if they don’t want to be there. I was told I was being refunded because I was overcharged and never seen the refund as of yet. This is the same experience I have been receiving lately in which I can no longer support. Maybe it will help to bring a few team members from Green because I have always had a pleasant experience there.
My husband and I went in yesterday evening trying to get dinner before leaving town. Now, I've been to earth burger multiple times. I know what their food tastes like and last night, was not it! The food had a weirdly sweet taste to it all as if someone had spilled some type of sweetener all over the food, so after that first bite, we decided not to eat it and just grab something closer to home. We brought the food back to the counter, asked for a refund. The cashier was perfectly fine with doing the exchange, however, the what i'm assuming, was the owner (a rude older white guy in a weird shirt) stopped her from proceeding, he came up to us, refused us a refund, and says he'll just remake the order. While we understand he was attempting to fix the issue, we explain that we're leaving town anyway, so we just wanted the refund. When we denied his suggestion, he got rude and loud. He proceeded to tell us we were not getting the food or a refund, until, I matched his energy and got loud with him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Employee Genesis gave me the worst customer service experience ever. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and all the other employees are so welcoming and friendly but today she was just straight up rude and unprofessional when she was giving me my order.
I’m very sad that my Mom’s first experience of San Antonio vegan food was old overcooked French fries, watery lemonade, and a store bought Gardein plant based fish sandwich. The quinoa burger was ok. But would have returned both if I had checked my food before pulling off. The fries were inedible. 😫why???
I keep going back because there aren’t a lot of vegan options..but I have issue's the other employees for about 2 weeks .. now I ordered fish tacos and and a shake I shared it with my daughter afterwards we were both on the toilet with diarrhea and me also vomiting and I don’t have digestive issues so lmfo they did something to my food never going back if I do it’s not to order nothing believe that!.Never trust ppl to make your food with questionable energy idc how good it is..if was just me that was irritated it would’ve been different it was me and my baby.... I wish this wasn’t the only location because I spent 30 dollars and I do every time .. I really want my money back but, I don’t’ idk what their problem s with me ! Idk if I should go the emergency room or not but it’s go be problem if my food was tampered with.. should’ve checked it first..idk what I did to them when they’re the unprofessionals with childish employees I just spoke on it..but I shouldn’t have keep spending my money with them when all the signs were there. This is just my experience because I’m sure everyone don’t have this same issue but I’m a memorable person so they will know it’s me every time!!!Im annoyed!…
Ive been ordering for a long time, and I'm not sure whats going on in there but it seems the quality and care is at an alltime low. Its rare you get what you asked for even though im ordering directly from their website. You'd figure they would have control over saying somethings out. Heres how they messed up the last two orders for example. Order one, i aksed for a ranchero with jalapeño and ketchup and the chicken strips. They didnt include ketchup or jalapeños on the burger and they were out of the strips. Order two, i asked for the signature burger with jalapeños They gave me a double cheeseburger with no jalapeños. every order is disappointmenting in some aspect, its rare they actually give you what you ask for at, let alone at an acceptable quality.
