The overall ambiance is warm toned with a splash of pop. The music is rather loud, i found myself having to talk over it. The menu is very very long! Which is not a bad thing, because there's something for everyone. We did visit in September, so we had the opportunity to try their world famous pumpkin cheesecake. The cheesecake lives up to the expectations. We will return!

We went back to the Cheesecake Factory after not having been in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone’s plate looked great. I had the Miso Salmon which I would highly recommend. The sauce was awesome. We all had cheesecake to finish which was also amazing.

Our party (4) was quoted a 30-minute wait time; however, we were not seated for approximately one hour and had to check in multiple times for updates. After being seated, it was an additional 40 minutes before our food was served. Based on wait time accuracy, kitchen throughput, and food quality — which lacked flavor — this visit would have otherwise reflected a 1-star experience, and we would be unlikely to return for the menu alone. That said, our server, Gabriel, delivered an exceptional level of service that significantly changed the overall experience. He was professional, courteous, patient, and highly attentive. He demonstrated strong operational knowledge, accurately remembered our orders, and maintained a calm, service-focused demeanor despite extended delays. Operational opportunities for management consideration: -Improve accuracy and transparency of quoted wait times. -Strengthen host stand communication and guest follow-up processes. -Evaluate kitchen efficiency and food quality consistency. -Enhance coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations. Gabriel exemplifies customer-centered service and brand representation. While he is an outstanding server, his experience, situational awareness, and process mindset suggest potential value in roles focused on customer experience or operational improvement — a strategic priority for many organizations in 2026. I initially considered leaving a 1-star review; however, Gabriel’s professionalism and human-centered service warranted a 5-star rating. His impact was that significant. Retaining and developing team members like Gabriel should be a priority.

The orange chicken and rice were amazing. Super flavorful and cooked to perfection. We had a large party (15) and the waiter was amazing at handling our table.

What I love about Cheesecake Factory is that whatever you are craving, you can find it on their huge phone book of a menu. Also, they advertise that everything is made from scratch! That's why it all tastes so good. The appetizers aren't from a bag out of the freezer. There is someone in the back rolling up egg rolls and battering chicken tenders with love. The bar, amazing.

One of the few reasons to go to this mall that this great restaurant is connected to. I only come here for this restaurant mainly and that says a lot. I enjoy the atmosphere and how handicap friendly the restaurant is. The doors are heavy but there is always a door left open to enter through. There is also park side service so this is perfect for those in a wheelchair. The chairs are low so it is easy to sit up and sit down but the restaurant has a variety of different chairs and tables to fit those with specific physical needs. Many times our waiter helped me stand up and pulled out chair for me to navigate. The plates are pricey but they can be managed into a 2nd or even third meals to make it "financially inclusive" for everyone.

Food and drinks were as good as they ever have been. The appetizer bread is always fresh and tasty. We got lettuce wraps and chicken pasta. The lettuce wraps were fresh, tasty, expertly prepared. The pasta was creamy, delicious, plentiful. Tried the caramelicious cheesecake. Superb as always. The only reason we don't go more often is the cost; we went last week because someone gave us a gift certificate.

We had an exceptionally special celebration for my sister's good news today that she is beating breast cancer. I called from Florida and spoke with Michael, the manager. He helped me surprise her with surprise cheesecake and let me pay their bill. He even shared his personal cell phone number to help me pull it off. We had a great experience with our waiter, Kevin. He was propmt and accommodating. He also laughed with our table as we experienced Cheesecake Factory for the first time. The menu has a great variety and EVERYTHING was amazing from the appetizers, to the kids menu, to the salad and chicken. 10/10 recommend.

Our waitress Sarahphina was simply a real professional and a natural people person. She quietly glanced over at us to make sure we didn’t need anything without being intrusive. She subtly and quietly upsold products without coming across as a pushy used car salesman. That talent can’t be taught. Most people wouldn’t have even noticed but I’m a 30 year real estate broker with agents that have half the talent she naturally has. Heck as I’m writing this I’m convincing myself I should come back and steal her. Your company should recognize her abilities to stand out above the crowd and should be moved into management. And side note my wife of 30 years has stage 4 cancer and we were on the way to the hospital for more tests etc. my wife’s words were “for 30 minutes I forgot about all the crap and just relaxed because of sarahphina. We celebrated our birthday here (my daughter and I share the same birthday 🎉) and had a great experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and even though our party of 10 had to sit at separate tables, the staff made sure we were accommodated. The cheesecake was the highlight—I tried the pineapple flavor, and it was amazing. Normally I can’t finish a whole slice because it’s too rich, but this one was so light and delicious I ate it all! This was our first time at Cheesecake Factory, and we will definitely be going back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recommend making a reservation on the website, especially if you plan to walk around the mall. Friendly service, takes a little while for the food, but everything we ordered was perfect. I recommend that you try the fried macaroni and cheese as an appetizer. They have a great selection of pies; the ones I tried are very soft and delicious. My dish was Mexican carne asada

This was my first time visiting La Cantera Mall in San Antonio. We decided to stop for a bite to eat at The Cheesecake Factory and almost left since the wait time was so long. We were in for a spectacular evening since we were seated outside on the Friday after Christmas. We had the best seats in the house for the fireworks show! Our food was delicious and our server was attentive without being overbearing. The only negative, that I'm still trying to understand, is regarding the restrooms. This restaurant seated a large number of people and, yet, there were only 2 stalls in both the men & women's facilities. Even if you're only going in to wash your hands, you shouldn't have to pass a line of people waiting to enter a stall just to use the sink.

The Cheesecake Factory is pretty consistent on service, food, and atmosphere. I brought my son for a Father Son day outing. He loved the bread and butter as did i. We ordered the 4 cheese pasta with chicken and the orange chicken. Both were great. For an appetizer we had the world famous (not sure really lolz) Buffalo Blast. Ughhhhhhh this are so delicious. Establishment was clean and fancy looking. We would definitely go back. We didn't get to order any Cheesecake due to the feast we had, had us feeling stuffed. Instead for dessert we went for a walk to the The Rock. (Checkout my pics/ videos and review as well here on Google)

Great experience! Went here for a birthday dinner. We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. The food and service were on the spot, as always. Our food and drinks came out looking as good as they tasted. Shout out to our server, Taylor, for being very attentive and making dinner a great experience.

The food was delicious! But what was with my waiter, she was rushing us the whole time we were there not even a hour in. Then when the check came around she ended up hitting one of my friend in the face then swiping the check off of the my other friend lap bc she was rushing us to leave. I enjoyed the food a lot but not the service.

Cheesecake factory can't be beat for it's huge menu. Avocado eggroll appetizers are the best. Unfortunately, today the Skinnylicious Asian Chicken salad was missing most of the chicken.

Was originally told the wait would be 20 minutes but wound up being more then 40. Not a huge issue, we went on a Saturday evening and came on expecting a longer wait. Thankfully, the food didn't take too long to come out. I ordered the carnitas which is a newer menu item and was mostly surprised at how generous they were with the food. Truly, I haven't been very impressed with the quality and taste of the food from here the last few times (in the last few years) and my dish this time was satisfactory but I've had better. Not sure if I'd order again but a nice change from my usual pasta order.

Had a great last meal before baby comes in a few days! The food was very good, even though the menu had about 200 items on it. Highly recommend. Quite expensive but worth it. Street corn is a must you guys 🥹

Place was pack i will put three stars just because they forgot to call us we spend like 2 hours to be seated we went to the lady in front and she realized that she made a mistake but she never said sorry we ask to talk to the manager and she never call her. Food was good. My steak was dry not recommended a 41 dollars plate.

Brought the family here for a birthday 🎂 celebration. When asked whether they sang birthday song here, the waiter responds with, "We don't do that here". Behold not even 1 min afterwards, the party next to us had their waiters singing along with the family. Won't be coming to this location again, the hostess even had a different demeanor than any other Cheesecake Factory I've been at other locations including outside the state.

We never even got to find out if the food was good because, after more than an hour, we still hadn’t been served. We were seated at 2:07 p.m., well after the lunch rush, and around 3:15 p.m. the wrong food finally arrived. Since we both ordered the exact same dish, it should have been an easy order. Instead of apologizing, our server simply said, “Let me get the manager.” I wasn’t looking for a conversation, I just wanted to eat. The manager came over, said they’d rush the correct order, and we agreed, though we mentioned we were short on time. A few minutes later, they brought out a to-go bag, even though we never asked for takeout. After waiting that long, I wasn’t about to drive home with cold food. By then it felt like the waitress just wanted us to leave, probably because she realized the tip wasn’t going to be great. The manager didn’t seem to have a handle on the situation either. Overall, a disappointing experience and a poor example of how to run a restaurant. It is a nice bag, but not nice enough to make up for all the time that was wasted.
