I keep giving this McDonalds a shot and the food is trash every time. This is officially my last time coming to this location. They never add onions to my burgers. The meat is dried out and old on the burgers. The fries are cold and old.. just disgusting. Corporate needs to look in to this location and get everything arranged last employee out and hire people that will actually put care into what there handing out the window for people to eat. Ridiculous!!

The worst McDonald’s. They make you pull up to the next line all the time and then they forget about you. I waited 25 minutes for one Big Mac (just the burger) and other cars were getting their foods wayyy faster behind me, so they forgot about me. 25 minutes for ONE burger. And then they bring it to me ( no apology) and the food was COLD!!! I was so mad cause I was dieting all week and this was going to be my chest meal And I was soooo hungry!!!!! Ugh. But anyways, the food is always either double fried or like warm. Horrible service.

I was told to pull around to wait on my food so that's exactly what I did.. the manager came out and told me I couldn't park where I was told to park and for me to go to curbside pickup.. She was very rude and had an attitude... Wow what a way to start your morning...

This location doesn’t have good service. My husband and I come here occasionally and our order is always wrong. Lately the staff has taken to not providing hot mustard when asked and giving me any number of other sauces. I’ve also been treated pretty rudely by the manager when I mistakenly ordered from the app at the wrong location. When you walk in staff will ignore you until you start asking questions before you’re able to order. Today I got 2 cheeseburgers instead of a chicken sandwich. Just careless.

I'm sorry, but if the drive thru line is long, why am I getting cold food? I mean I can understand if there's no line at all, but every time I come it's at least 8-10 cars? Why's my food stone cold and why are my fries refried old fries? The quality of this place has gone to garbage and I will not be coming back to this location.

I really hate this because this is the closest McDonald’s to my house, but this is the SECOND time I’ve received an undercooked burger from this location and I’ve never experienced this at any McDonald’s in my life. They also stay messing up breakfast orders to the point where when we go there my son says “I hope they don’t mess up our order this time.” Get it together is all I can say. This is DISGUSTING. And offering to remake it or give a free meal isn’t enough. Have some compassion and remorse and assure your customers you’re going to retrain your staff because clearly they all need it. 🤢

Never thought I'd be writing a review for McDonald's, but here we are. Whoever is taking orders at this location seriously needs a crash course in customer service. The interaction started off rude with a blunt "What do you want?" and the attitude didn't stop there. Honestly, it was so bad that I half-wondered if they might've messed with my food after I matched their energy! Everyone else I interacted with was friendly. Never again.

My family and I have given this location a few tries, months apart, yet still same quality service. This last experience was the last. It took like 45 min. To an hour for just a 10 piece nugget meal only to have stale old nuggets and cold fries. When my husband took it back inside he said the employees were just in their phones. I don’t understand how this is a fast food restaurant and all these bad reviews. It looks like nothing has been done about it.

Come to this McDonald’s often because of the convenience but lately this place has been filthy can’t imagine if the lobby is always a mess wonder what their kitchen looks like. May be worth the longer drive for a cleaner McDonald’s. They had the plenty of employees just walking around ignoring the customers at the counter.

This location is the closest to our home, but honestly, I would rather drive farther to receive better service than what we’ve experienced here. Our orders are often incorrect, or we end up waiting far too long for our food. For example, tonight we placed a simple order for a chicken nugget meal, yet it took 20 minutes to receive it. When I tried to get the attention of the young employees working there, they were extremely rude and dismissive. I eventually had to call the manager, who brought out our order as if nothing had happened. This level of service is unacceptable. Someone at the corporate level truly needs to step in, address the issues at this location, and consider starting fresh with a new, properly trained team.

I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. I get to the store checked in at spot 8 and waited 30 minutes or more and know one came to my car. I go inside and my order is waiting on a shelve cold. I get told by the manager it is because the sticker shows staged/ curbside. There has to be a better way to prevent that from happening or implement a warm on the shelves to keep food warm just in case.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Wait over 40 minutes if you order on app. Given some BS about “grill not working” when cars in drive thru have been gettting food….Always forget condiments. Terrible workers, terrible management, terrible place. I’d go to sonic if their fries didn’t suck

Horrible horrible horrible. Not the first time they screw up orders. I don’t remember last time they got anything right. A bunch of young careless workers who don’t give a damn about what they do. I ordered one thing, they give a completely different one. Drive off, see it wrong home, get mad. Repeat. If you get anything there, check every freaking ingredient in their faces and make them work for it. Pictures: order no cheese they put two and deluxe is not deluxe.

I just came through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I live nearby and stop here regularly, but tonight’s visit was unacceptable. I ordered a Homestyle Burger with everything on it and a Cheeseburger Meal with no pickles or onions. Despite clearly stating my order, both burgers came with pickles and onions. I also asked for fresh fries, but they were clearly old and stale. When I got to the window, the employee didn’t greet me or acknowledge my order—just said “cash or card” abruptly. After handing me the food, she shut the window without a word. I realized I was missing my drink and waited until she returned. When she did, she asked, “What are you missing?” in a rude tone. I told her, she handed me the drink—but no straw. When I asked for one, she got visibly annoyed. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store multiple times to speak with a manager, and no one picked up. The service was unprofessional, the food was wrong, and there was zero accountability. I expect more from a location I frequent.

So I don’t expect great quality food or service when I go to McDonald’s. I fully understand I’m paying for convenience but is this really what you guys are striving for? The slice of cheese is literally thicker than the meat…. I paid almost $10 for some lettuce on a bun.

Really not sure what the deal is with thia McDonalds. But its the most convenient location for me and ever time ive been through the drive through my "large" fries have been less than half full. Last night i went and was told to pull forward and wait. I waited for 15 minutes while watching and counted 8 other cars that were told to park and wait. Only to be given food with less than half filled fries. This time i checked and went inside where i waited another 10 minutes before finally being met at the counter where i asked for my large fries to actually be large and the team member helped me albeit with a very underwhelming "oh sorry". Even my sons kids meal was given a disappointingly miniscule amount of fries. How does anyone look at this and think its okay? No pride taken in anyones work at this location. If you live near here just take the extra 1p minutes and go to the one closer to 1604

Order was a quarter pounder with cheese only. There’s everything on it. Also nuggets taste like they have been sitting under a lamp. Reason for the low rating is there’s no number to the location. So I can call to get my order replaced. Also they didn’t not give a proper receipt, just an order number.
