Our server Faith gave us the best customer service experience! She’s very knowledgeable and sweet.

I happend to have a specific food allergy and my server was on top of it. Lilly did such an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. It's hard to find good service now a days so if you want the best definitely ask for Lilly. Thank you soo much will definitely be coming back for the amazing service.

We went for lunch on Memorial day and our waitress, Monica, gave us the best service experience ever. Even though she had not been on the job long, she was very knowledgeable about the menu, answered all our questions, and engaged my 2 and 4 year old great grandkids in the conversations. That was very commendable. I will definitely return and ask for her service. Food was delicious 😋

We recently visited this Olive Garden to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff from the hostess to the wait staff made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for. I especially want to recognize the manager, Precious C., for going above and beyond to ensure our evening was special. She and her team were attentive throughout the night, keeping us updated on our orders, checking in regularly, and making sure our drinks, salad, and breadsticks were always refreshed. Their genuine kindness and professionalism created one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time.

It's been a while since I've been back to Olive Garden and it was awesome finally coming back to have their endless soup and salad. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Lorena took great care of me and recommended a soup that was just as good as the Toscana, she recommended the Chicken Gnocci, which was an awesome soup too.

Our server Daniel was AMAZING, he was very patient and kind. Provided excellent service and served to us with positive attitude. Very very much appreciated, thank you Daniel for making my graduation more memorable!

Mind you I was fasting since Sunday for a procedure today, Tuesday, so needless to say I was hangry. While on the hospital bed, under anesthesia, I was dreaming and I kid you not, my dream was about olive garden. So I went, wonderful visit, wonderful food, service was in point, kitchen in point only one small hiccup... johnathon C brought my food 2 minutes upon receiving my salad, but it's ok, not complaining this time because I was hangry.... overall wonderful visit... thank you Darden family of restaurants. Delicious food was hot and fresh only thing is if. You come at busy time be ready to have to wait for refills on drinks or soups and they could actually give a little more soup to go I only got a little bowl I guess server kept getting tired of having to give us more soup but it is unlimited 🤷🏻‍♀️

Never fails! You can never go wrong here! The staff is extremely friendly. The food is always fresh. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. Great place to get a drink to unwind after a long days work.

We were seated immediately at a very nice booth. Rene was quick and attentive to our needs. The food was awesome, we really love the roasted ravioli.

UPDATE ... Service was great. Always good for a consistently good meal hooked on gnocchi soup. The breadsticks can't do you wrong. Salad in abundance. It's definitely not a mom and pop spaghetti place, but it does what it's supposed to do- satisfy! UPDATE... Its a chain. Go in expecting that. And its popular so go right after they open or later after lunch. Maybe you will get in faster. I have to say, throughout the years, they are consistent. A good meal for a goodish price. All you can eat soup or fresh salad and bread sticks...then your meal. And their tea is so good I actually had 5 or 6 glasses. Savanna was on excellent wait person. Attentive and charming! Does the food taste like I'm eating in Italy? No. But its a lot less expensive than the airfair. UPDATE.. Another visit. 15-20 minute wait was more like 10. When its cray cray, get one of their specialty drinks and relax. Nathan was great. Very attentive. Our waters and tea never went dry. Love that. And yes I had 7 glasses of tea lol.

We had the most incredible lunch experience at Olive Garden thanks to our outstanding waitress, Trinity E.! From the moment we sat down, Trinity provided attentive, prompt, and genuinely kind service that went above and beyond expectations. She anticipated our needs before having to ask. What truly set Trinity apart was her attention to detail and personal touches. She took special care with our toddler—bringing out food early to keep him entertained, letting us know when plates were hot, and ensuring nothing too warm was placed in front of him. She accommodated all of our requests without hesitation and made us feel completely at ease. Trinity even remembered that we were visiting and thoughtfully brought us smaller to-go containers, knowing they’d fit better in a hotel mini fridge. That level of care and consideration was so impressive and deeply appreciated—it really enhanced our experience. She exemplifies what great customer service should be, blending professionalism with warmth and thoughtfulness. Trinity is fantastic at her job, and we feel lucky to have had her as our server. We were seated right away and got our appetizers right away we did only have one concern the plates we got for appetizers were a bit dirty so we were gonna rate 4 stars but the bread sticks and our meals made up for it great service too! My family and I always come to this Olive Garden, whether it's to celebrate something or just another Friday meal together. Yesterday we went and had the pleasure of being served by Nick, always checking in and making sure the food was good, if we needed refills on beverages or soup/salad. We've also been served by Leslie previously and she was amazing, very bubbly and fun to talk to, my mom loves chatting with her when we see her. Overall the staff is just amazing and makes our nights even better. We typically order the same thing, Chicken Alfredo, although I do order mine with Broccoli and we always love it! We always debate getting the soup or salad cause we love the salad but can't resist the soup, usually deciding to have a little of both. The appetizers we love to order is the fried mozzarella, can't go wrong with a good cheese pull, and either the spinach artichoke dip or the dipping sauces, Alfredo of course haha. Although we sincerely miss the days when they served stuffed mushrooms. Absolutely love this Olive Garden and will recommend it to anyone looking for a casual dinning experience with amazing food and people!

I don't know why, to this date, they still don't allow reservations or call ahead seating. I got there an hour early to ensure we could get a table for 7, but then wouldn't seat until everyone arrived. I understand other folks may have burned businesses in the past, but just seems like a hassle at times.

On Tuesday, 11 Nov 2025 my wife and I visited the store at Ingram in San Antonio. We were served by Yathzel and we expected a normal evening with standard, on par, service. When we got there the hostess was helpful and friendly and there was a woman in a white chef's coat that seemed to be a manager. She was very helpful at getting us seated quickly; we appreciated that. We were then greeted and served by Yathzel. This young lady set the standards so much higher for her role. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly, funny, and warm. She made us feel like we were her personal family. She was quick and very sure to make sure we had everything we asked for and more and then she made sure to keep our drinks filled. When it came time to leave, Yathzel was very helpful with getting us some take home plates and with the making sure the check was accurate. We had not been to this location in a while (our closest location is off 1604 & potranco) and was pleasantly surprised on how efficient and friendly our server Dominick was. He went above and beyond and made our experience a delight. The bathrooms though, they need some serious attention.. they do not reflect the look of the restaurant. A fresh coat of paint, some decor and some serious deep cleaning might make it better. Also kinda creepy how the sink water kept turning on while no one was in front of sink 😳. 🤭 But overall it was a pleasant lunch.

Most people think of Olive Garden when craving Italian food. Although restaurant chains are no longer my favorite, one thing you can expect from Olive Garden is consistency. It tastes the same throughout their locations. It usually gets really busy but the food is always delicious. You can't go wrong with your typical Shrimp Alfredo. Their salad and bread are delicious and they have good drinks as well.

We love to eat at Olive Gardens and my kids love it as well. We went to this location over the labor day weekend and had a great time. Our server was busy or new this time so we had some issues with services else overall we are happy. She served and fixed all over concern later as well.

The servers and staff are always kind and give a great welcoming comfort feeling/ greeting. The food is good as always ... but I feel it's not as with quality as it use to be. But still enjoyable & filling!!

We've been here many times and it isn't any different from other Olive Garden restaurants. The indoor area seems a little older and probably needs an update. It feels quite congested inside. The breadsticks used to be amazing but now they are super salty. They are not enjoyable any longer. It's a fine place when you want pasta or a good soup. Also, don't leave any valuables visible in your car. It will get broken into.

Came to eat Dinner with my husband, ai asked the hostess for a booth a regular one not a small one,and the host was sitting at a table . I told her I sad a booth and a regular if we could seat at one that was across us she made a face and took us to the booth. Then the people thy sat behind us had put a full bottle of cologne I couldn’t even breath I told my husband let me out please I am suffocating he the smell is to strong. I asked one of the waiters if we can move and the reason. She said I beed to get a hostess then when she comes shes putting us on a table, I told her we would like a booth she hot all pissed and said the waiters have their own sections and you are causing trouble. I told her I am sorry but I’s like the across the room she again said you are causing trouble. I asked to speak to a manager them right away she we’ll move you over there if that is what you want. I said yes please. She left all pissed off.

The gentleman in the To-Go took care of another couple who had arrived after us before taking care of us first. Not a biggie, just had to wait 30 minutes longer. By the time we got home, I wasnt hungry anymore ended up taking a few bits and everything else stayed... pretty much waste of money!

Would love to give more stars, when I arrived there was a wait it was dinner time, guy at the bar where I got a drink and waited for the table was so great. Got to my table my waitress was nice got our salad, drink and stuff pretty quick and came back to check on us.....but once we got our main dish she disappeared. I waited 25 mins before asking for a manager. I even told him how great she was until we got out food. I ordered the unlimited stuffed pasta so about 5 mins after we got our food I wanted to order a different combination as I didnt care for the one I ordered.....but she never came back....i dont know if she went on break or something happened, but I didnt see her at any table or walking around at all....manager just said sorry and took my order and walked away, 1 min later my waitress appeared. If she had an emergency I understand, just wish it was passed on to me. The manager had no idea where she had gone. The over all food...I normall stick to one entree but decided to try the stuffed pasta....not very happy the pasta tasted strange. Thought it was just the 1st one I ordered so I tried a different one the 2nd time and it had the same taste...hard to describe it. Not rubbery, but like wax maybe didnt have a taste....never did get a reason why she dissapeared for so long with no word....she just said sorry.....only thing she did was remove my kids $1.50 ice cream off the bill......very disappointed over all....I did walk up and leave most of qhatvqpuld have been her tip plus more to the bartender that poured my wine when I first got there...I did leave her something, just not as much as i would if she hadnt disappeared for so long....should have just ate at the bar

Let me start off by saying our waitress Vanessa was amazing. She was very personable and honest throughout our stay and she was quick with service. However, when my steak came out, she waited for me to cut it at the table and it was overcooked. She insisted I bring it back and she would bring in another one. The second one was messed up by the kitchen so she had her manager cook the third one the manager brought the third steak to the table Which was rare and dripping blood. At this point I had waited about 25 minutes for my steak, not to mention is added on to the 25 minute wait time initially for the meal and didn’t even get to eat my meal. The female manager blonde hair and arm tattoo was terrible. Didn’t offer me anything else didn’t say Sorry, she did take the stake off of the bill but at what cost. I understand the kitchen having trouble but coming from a manager was absolutely disappointing and does not make me want to return to this location. I work in restaurants and management and that’s not how the manager should’ve responded and that’s also not how you cook a median rare steak.

The salad lacked dressing found it all at the bottom of dish. The bread didn't taste fresh like it normally does. Food wasn't very fresh tasting as well.. 2 stars because of the friendly waiter..

I was signed up online it said I was next in line. They sat a party of 11 multiple parties of 4 and 3 that came in after me that were quoted 45 mins time frames to be called 5mins after. I asked to sit at a 4 top and add a chair was told that wasn’t possible though thoughtful have done so for me waiting with 3 children and an elderly. I asked to sit at the bar area which I’ve had to do at this location only in the past due to lack of assistance with sitting as well. It was my children and my brother and parent and it was fine . I was told by the manager Precious this was not allowed yet I’ve been able to do this before. She sat me after this after saying not tables are available but there was plenty of 6 seaters open and this is where she sat me with 5 chairs mind you they had the time to remove a chair from a 6 seating table. We get sat and Angela says that our server Christine is busy and she will get some drinks since they decided to sit us where the 11 people party was sat. We waited another 5 min for Christine to say she would be right with us. Another 5min for her to come take our order. I’m very disappointed and I’m only writing because this is the 3rd time the same happens at this Olive Garden. It’s always at night in the day time same rush during lunch etc no issue but at night not the same. Bella stood there looking at me and trying to ignore the fact that I was pasted up multiple times. At the very least say you know I’m there and we are trying to get you sat not just ignore that my children are behaving my mom is standing and waiting while everyone else after us keeps being sat. I’ve been to many Olive Gardens my favorite restaurant I’ve never had any issues but this location has overwhelmed me. I won’t be returning if I do it’s not by choice. This is all I have to share at the moment I will update if anything else continues I will try to enjoy the meal and hopefully things come out good with the meal and things change in the future for others. My initial review was one star but I have to say Christine, her wonderful service and patient and attention made me put an additional star. I really and truly appreciate her! If I returned it would be to be helped by her. If you want to be well taken care of don’t come here at night unless you come to see Christine! Dove Creek and North Star are great absolutely the best service!

The waitress was very impolite to us. We had been placed in front in a corner . And for some reason it had a bad smell. So we waited to ask to be moved but no one came. So we moved to the very back. But the waitress was making rude comments about us moving. Then she acted mad about it. And very sharp with us. Her name is Andrea. Very rude person. I do t see why it would be a problem for her. But she made it obvious to us she was was to busy for us.

Went for an early dinner with my son. He ordered spaghetti with meatballs and loved it. I always order eggplant Parmesan. Was not the quality it usually is. Most of my eggplant was missing the breading. Did not taste as good. So was both fun and disappointing.

Pray that you're not being welcomed by Nathalia, not only she gave me attitude, but she's very careless, made us wait STANDING UP almost 10 minutes even though I already waited 20 minutes .. and was giving us cold shoulder while taking us to our table after when we waited for a waiter that never showed up. basically 30 minutes waiting even though restaurant was almost 50% empty. Erica, who was our server afterwards, was like an officer, very firm and not even a smile nor a greeting word. Idk how careless this is but she poured cheese in my water while trying to pour it on salad🫥 Food was ok and barely ok.. the salad though, was disgusting, and ruined my day. DISGUSTING, WITH ALL WHAT THE WORD MEANS. Y'ALL can see what quality of lettuce I received in their house salad🤢🤮 but even though average quality, menu is missing a lot of options I usually see at real "italian" restaurants. I've never liked olive garden, I came back 3 years after my first visit to it (and at a diffrent location) and I just got more sure that this restaurant isn't for foodie people like me. Will do my very best to not set a foot even around it.

I ordered Togo- Chicken Alfredo after a long hiatus from going to Olive Garden. Was extremely disappointed. The noodles were dry with very little Alfredo sauce. I contacted the restaurant and was told I would be transferred to a manager. I offered and send pictures to the email address given me. The “manager” said he would reimburse my payment- he didn’t. Well I can anticipate another hiatus from this particular Olive Garden.

Was looking forward to spaghetti meatballs, they were OUT of meatballs??? They gave me plate with pasta and sauce...if they would have informed me before and not just give me plate with no meatballs, I would have ordered something else. Did NOT enjoy, may not return to this location in West San Antonio. 😕

Had to wait a long time to get served drinks, to take our food order, and even longer to receive our food. It seemed like everyone else was getting served much faster. Waitress only asked if we were ok a couple times but did not offer drinks to go or gave out chocolates. Would not come back.

Gabriella, who worked the afternoon shift on 8/14/2025 as a Hostess position @ 5:30 PM turned our family celebration into a bad dinner experience. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable by the way she expressed herself, rolling over her eyes multiple times like if we were an inconvenience. Food was great as always and everyone else treated us accordingly to Oliver Gardens quality standards, but I must share that Gabrielle does not share the same commitment and care for their guest than the rest of the personnel. We will not be returning to this location and we truly hope management has the opportunity to sit down with her to go over her performance.

This is one of the worst dining out experiences I have ever had. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip as my appetizer. It was the lowest quality dip. It literally taste like it was from the frozen section of a grocery store. I ordered chicken scampi and it was the same low quality as the dip. When I saw my plate it looked like they had heated up and plated a tv dinner. I did not expect to have the highest quality of Italian food. I mean it is Olive Garden, but I did expect restaurant quality. In all honesty I wish I went to a fast food joint. It would have tasted better, better quality, cheaper, and wouldn't have been so disappointing. Never going back to another Olive Garden again!

This place waiting list/reservation process is horrible. You join the waitlist to wait for an hour, then upon arrival you still have to wait another hour. They need a better system because what’s the point of making reservations. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Worst service I was there Saturday on the 29th just wanting to have lunch with my daughter. The hostess sat us down at our table took our order for appetizers and drinks Once we receive that we never saw our waitress/waiter, 30mims had passed by till I finally had enough and grabbed the attention of the girls passing by to get my server and when one finally came by I explained to her how frustrated I was And her response was that the section we got sat down at was getting closed down but we go there around 2:10 pm Honestly I’ll apologize to the server that stepped up to serve us because I was kinda out of line myself but it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever step foot in there again.

Over priced Tv Dinner. Very Disappointed!!! Is Sad to Say they went from Fam favorite Italian... to Frozen Food Flavored meal , Dry Salad n Xtra Charge for Dressing.... staff not much better....( Dim lights make it very difficult to see )..

The hostess looks like they are not having a good shift? Asked for specific seating and their facial deportment was not appreciated! There's definitely areas to seat the customer to get even with them. Seating the right beside the kitchen. You hear everything that you don't want to hear, and smell the area that has dealt with lots of spilled foods and drinks. That are now rotting in the carpet! Not to mention the crumbs and filth on the carpet. Also, don't look at the light fixture right above your food! There's greasy dust bunnies 🐰!!!

I rarely eat here but have never had any issues with service until today. It was only a party of 2. I ordered the lunch eggplant parm. I received the chicken parm. Let waitress know said she wasn’t sure why I received chicken. My aunt and I sat there for 2 hours, waitress never returned to ask if we wanted more salad, bread or tea. Waited until lunch crowd thinned out. Called server through table kiosk, no response, flagged down someone else’s waitress who never returned with tea. We finally paid at kiosk and left. My aunt told gal at hostess desk it was the worst service. Hostess asked where we sat so I showed her the corner table that was already being cleaned off. I was then referred to manager who apologized but that was all. Overall, won’t be back.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant I ordered the steak gorgonzola with alfredo fettuccine and blue cheese on the steak. When my order was delivered through a third party company, the advertise the stake as being cooked medium however my steak arrived well done and very tough. The breadsticks were so stale I could barely use my teeth to chew them. I'm not sure if the problem was the restaurant or the long wait for the for the delivery. However I do blame the restaurant for the steak being overcooked and for the stake breadsticks. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone unless you are planning to eat inside and even then if you ordered the dish that I ordered my guess is your steak will be overcooked as well. You got 33 bucks out of me tonight Olive Garden and you will never get any more money from me I can guarantee that. Your food was very overcooked and underwhelming. I really wish I could get a refund. However I will not hold my breath nor would I choose to eat at your establishment again.

I was very disappointed with the service I wouldn’t even give this place a star. At first everything seemed to be going fine. About an hour of being there the server stopped coming around to check on us. They had a judge group of people who were also there and we were neglected. The server did apologize and said he would be with us, but never tended to us. About almost two hours of being there I wanted to buy some food to take home but the server never came by to take my order to take food home. Never will I be going to this location again. Just because they have a huge group doesn’t mean to neglect the smaller ones. Bad customer service and that large group had about 7 servers including our server. Not only that they couldn’t even get that groups order correct. The servers were running around like chickens without a head.

I put a 1 star because I was disgusted with the very dirty silverware that was given to us. Someone who wrapped up the silverware in the napkin, had to have seen it was very dirty, still wrapped it up anyway to then bring later given to a guest to eat with. Very gross, I did ask for clean ones of course, but after that, I kind of lost my appetite and didn't really want to eat there, made me question the hygiene of other areas of restaurant or employees.

The service was super slow… 15 min to get a lemonade refill. She drop off soups and bred after 20 min and cold. I wish manager can put more attention to that.
