Today is jam-packed with families celebrating their loved ones, delicious pizza and fun games. Service was prompt and fantastic.

Don't have much of an idea for birthday 🎂 place Peter pipers is the way fun , food and games this is it , even for the kids to waste the energy this is the place.

The place feels nice and the atmosphere is very warm. The customer service was impeccable. Sandra was my cashier and she was really friendly. Robert was the manager and he was willing to help me with anything I needed. Fresh hot pizza kept coming out in the buffet. I special order the pizza as well. The place is really clean and neat. the restrooms for very clean as well. I definitely recommend this location.

Always a fun time here. I don't know how my kids and nephews finessed me into buying so many tokens but it was worth it. The staff was really nice throughout the entire party and very patient getting all the kids their ice creams at the end. Everyone had a great time and i can't wait to go again.

I had a problem because they took too long on the wings and I asked for an extra ranch and they told me no, but Sandra heard me and said no you take care of the customer since it was our fault. Way to go No reason to loose a customer over a cup of ranch

We visited this Friday to celebrate the end of Basketball Season of Cyo. Our team won the Zone and City Champs. Yay! We order ahead of time. Our order was ready, fresh and delicious. Our four year old and nine year old had a great time. The parent had a good time as well.

We didn't know this place had bumper cars and a roller coaster that is indoors. Definitely surprised me with the roller coaster

They stepped their game up - seems like the physics and resolution of many of their games got a big upgrade recently. Pizza’s always good here - very filling. My little one had a great time playing games. Literally walked by a random machine and hit a button and won 250 points immediately, which was as hilarious as it was a surprise. The people working here are always nice. Overall a great time at a decent price!

Came here for a god daughter's birthday & I gotta admit, Piper has changed since I as a kid, in a very good way. The pizza is actually REALLY good & tasty. Easily accessible variety of fountain drinks. The service is spot on & top notch, as the staff were always there to help bring more pizza, help clean up, or see if we needed anything else. There's a huge variety of games, bumper cars, & a roller coaster to appease children of all ages. For how crowded it got there, it didn't feel cramped, as there's lots of space for people to sit down & have plenty of room. I highly recommend this place for parties. Thank you again to the staff for helping this family of 20+ be able to relax in all the chaos of a kid's party.

Service would’ve been 3 out of 5 stars but if it wasn’t for the outstanding communication and assurance that food was delayed but coming I couldn’t help but to feel respected and valued as a customer. I got the message , I got an eta, I got a compensated free pizza, but most importantly I got ZERO ATTITUDE and felt respected as a customer. Service was busy for a Wednesday night but these guys did great both table front and kitchen front.

A family member invited us to a walk in birthday party. It wasn't too crazy at 12pm, in fact, it was still very spacious even with all the other parties going on. The staff was kind and definitely having fun. Ladies at the registers are doing an awesome job!! I really appreciated the conversational interaction. I felt at ease and the way I was treated, I wasnt just a customer. One staff member even came, unprompted, to help tidy up our table, and they didn't have to. It had a great atmosphere and my family and I enjoyed our visit. Hats off to management, you staff is very well taken care of.

I brought my godkids to Peter Piper Pizza for a birthday party, and they had an absolute blast. The environment was upbeat and full of energy, perfect for families. The arcade area kept the kids busy for hours, and the overall setup felt clean and safe. It's definitely a spot designed to let kids have fun while adults can take a breath and enjoy the moment. Pizza was a dab bit greasy so I didn't eat at the party. I'm sure the kids loved that pizza. But the place was clean with a lot of workers that were assisting. The kids were so playing and happy. When I left the parking lot has more people than when I got there, but there was enough space for everyone.

I was sitting eating alone at a table, enjoying my meal. Robert, the young man who walks around pleasing tables, asked me as he walked by me. " How's your day? I replied" I'm having a great day! I told him Thank You! Told him what a great impact he made in his job. Seconds later two men passed by. One of them told the other what a sweet man he was. I told Robert that I wanted to talk to manager because I felt he should be recognized. He told me that he was working and couldn't talk. So I went to counter to make sure he got recognized. After taking to management I left them with this : customer service is all about making people feel welcomed and appreciated That's exactly what Robert did! Great Job!!

The pizza at this establishment never fails!! You can definitely taste a difference from the pizza at the SE Military location. Restrooms could use a little more live sometimes, and they are always suuuper packed. Anytime we call to place our order by phone we are met with an unenthusiastic server.

Pizza and wings are good, last time I went (02/26) the pizza dough was a little undercooked but was still good. Service is ok, they only had one register opened at the time which made lines long to get food and tokens. The tables, floors and bathrooms were pretty clean. They are upgrading to new games it looked like and transitioning to game cards instead of tokens. Get there at least 15 minutes early if you are planning any event to ensure plenty of time to order ahead.

We went as a family yesterday around 730pm. While I was ordering. The female manager with glasses yelled out to her cashiers, "who's still selling wings?" The cashier serving me raised his hand. Then she yelled at him in front of everyone "we're sold out of wings, stop selling wings!, there's a sign right there saying we're out of wings, stop selling them!" I felt bad for him, he was unaware of the sign clearly. That was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary to yell at him and embarrass him in front of the crew and customers. I told him,"hey man, don't let her get to you, you didn't know. She should've handled that situation better." I then called her out on her professionalism. "mam! Excuse me. Why did you do that? You called him out in front of everyone. That was completely wrong and uncalled for. I understand he messed up, but you need to pull him aside and confront him one on one in private, not embarrass him in front of everyone. That was poor management skills" She avoided eye contact and refused to acknowledge me or my comment. I shook my head and said "do better!", took my receipt, and walked away. Fire this woman, she has no business in a manager position.

This place is always busy at night with birthday parties. Very timed in the birthday parties. Food is always fresh. Employees are always friendly. Sometimes the restrooms need a little more TLC.

This is the old school, biggest cuz it has a mini rollercoaster,bummer cars,and lots of tables but it's always full specially weekends for birthday celebrations and game days! Make more time into your arrival for parking.

We went on a Sunday in august, it was warm in there, my parents did have some alcohol beverages, and that line, which is by the beverage section, had many employees that could not serve them (cause of alcohol) and finally someone came, then two other people came to use the register which added to another 10 minute wait, And-which they were in the wrong line in the beginning.. there is no sign that says where to go.. so they were in the long line where you order food. The line itself to order food, was long and slow, they do have 3 registers, and employees standing there too, just not really working the register continuously.. Went here the other day to enjoy some pizza and games, at first it was great but then this bald kid outside suddenly grew into the size of the whole building and completely destroyed it as my vision distorted into various shades of red, the security didn't even do anything and the kid was only stopped by his father saying the word "oh" repeatedly as he slowly returned to normal size and then went off about grounding him before leaving, why does this restaurant attract the weirdest of families?

I make a birthday party for my son, and the reason of getting a birthday package is so we can have enough of everything for everyone, of curse the attractive of the location is the games for the kids, and they can have a fun time, but they only give you enough points to play 2 games, 2 games!! I believe this is a joke of a company for doing this, it way easier to only charge everything for separate and you don’t have to be thinking that the party covers everything for you and your family, I really don’t recommend Peter Piper for doing you birthday party at all.

Hello I'd like to make a formal complaint against the Peter Pipers location in San Antonio TX (803 SW Military). We went in for our daughter's 9th birthday party and were given a very confused hostess who admitted to be on her 2nd day on the job (Serenity). She was alone, not guided by a mentor or manager. She didn't know what the kiddos should receive and I don't blame her considering it was her 2nd day however I had guests arriving who I couldn't greet or welcome as she was bombarding us with questions. When we finally got everything ordered and situated (our party began at 230) we were told cake cutting and ice cream would be at 340 and we would be done with our party at 430. Then at 350 she came to us saying we needed to move all decorations, gifts, plates and people due to another party that is booked and the manager told her to have us move everything to a different set of tables. That meant we would only get 10 minutes of cake and ice cream before needing to pack it all up and set the party up again else where. How ridiculous is that! So I protested and reminded her that we had these tables reserved until 430 and if the next party was starting at 5 there was absolutely no reason we needed to leave our area at 350. I requested to speak to a manager, and the manager never came forward. I've never been left in such an unorganized and unprofessional situation before and I do believe that we over payed after the terrible service we were given. As a parent I was most disappointed that we were pulled away from our party so frequently by our hostess we couldn't even get pictures of our baby throughout the party. By the time the hostess came with the camera our party was almost done so we declined as most our guests were already gone. I hope a representative can reach out to us and mend fences with our family.

There's an employee by the name of Sandra who taunted us, told my daughter she couldn't get a drink for my 2 year old granddaughter in a 6oz cup because it wasn't in a PPP cup then proceeded to threaten my daughter to throw her out and continued to taunt her after following her back to the table. My husband and I spoke with 2 managers and they didn't do anything to her. I told them to keep her away from our table and she kept taunting us, passing by the table and kept staring at us. I just want you to know the amount of the drink was less than a sippy cup and she acted as if it came out of her pocket. Waiting to see if corporate calls me, this experience was so uncomfortable. Had my daughters birthday party here, didn’t get to reserve due to it being fully booked for the day we planned so decided to go in and try to get some tables for our family and I. The manager was very rude from the start giving us attitude about the tables having time limits and even put reserved signs on multiple tables so that our family wouldn’t have a place to sit. We’ve come here for dozens of parties throughout the years and have never been told this. Whole time we were there more than half the place had “reserved signs” not allowing people to sit down and were NEVER used. I get people reserve to have a for sure table when arriving , but to place these signs all over on purpose so families won’t have a place to sit together is messed up. We spent hundreds of dollars this day just to feel uncomfortable and rushed.

This Peter Piper used to be my favorite but with the big rude manager they have everything went down hill for this place. 2nd time that they get my order wrong and manager won’t do anything about it but a “I’m sorry ma’am”.. like if that’s going to fix it. This visit was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. A young child with cerebral palsy was not allowed to go on a ride because she cannot stand independently, despite the fact that her mother was right there and willing to support her the entire time to keep her safe. The decision was made by the manager, David, and it felt exclusionary and unnecessarily harsh. Especially troubling is that this child has ridden this same attraction in the past without any issues. Being denied this time around sent a painful message and showed a lack of understanding and empathy toward children with disabilities. Peter Piper Pizza is supposed to be a place for families and kids to feel welcome. This experience was the opposite. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on inclusion and accessibility moving forward.

Horrible service and staff, my friend’s daughter just wanted to enjoy a ride but turns out she’s not allowed to because of her disability, even though her mom was willing to go on with her to ensure that her daughter was safe. It’s not the first time she comes here but it’s the first time she isn’t allowed to get on the ride. Every kid should be equally treated.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my friend’s daughter was treated at this Peter Piper Pizza location. The manager, David, refused to allow her to ride a ride solely because she has cerebral palsy and cannot stand on her own — even though her mother was present and willing to hold her the entire time to ensure her safety. What makes this even more upsetting is that she has been on this same ride before without any issue. Denying her access felt unnecessarily strict, unkind, and completely lacking in inclusivity and compassion. Children with disabilities deserve to be treated with dignity, not singled out or excluded. This experience does not reflect family-friendly or inclusive values, and it was heartbreaking to witness. I truly hope this location and its management receive better training on disability awareness and inclusion.

I waited over 25 minutes for wings. They're excuse was that they wanted to make them fresh so they wouldn't get cold, which makes zero sense because my pizza is now cold. Also I heard the guy yell "I need 10 wings and they're all gone". They're all immature children playing around and grabbing food for each other and completely disregarding the guests. And the manager came to the front for the till and never wondered why a guest was just waiting there, he looked completely zoned out. And then a woman with a dark green shirt and a long braid and wearing glasses passed by and made a comment about checking cameras for time because they knew they'd get bad reviews. I also wasn't the only one left waiting, a woman made a comment that she was waiting 25 minutes and her alarm never went off and her pizza was just sitting there. They also can't use the excuse of being busy since it was pretty dead in there. This place is a total mess with horrible time management.

My family and I purchased a pizza and placed it at our table while we stepped away to play games, mind you only one slice was taken out of the small size pizza. When we returned, our entire pizza had been removed. Only one slice had been taken, yet the rest of the pizza was completely gone. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, I was told that the restaurant was not responsible for what happened. This response was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. We paid for that food, and it was taken without our permission while we were still actively dining in your establishment with our stuff placed in the booth. It is unreasonable to expect customers to remain at their table at all times in a family arcade environment. Your business is designed for guests to move between eating and playing games. Removing a customer’s food while they are still present in the building is not only careless, but it reflects poor customer service, especially when our items were still there , not like as if nothing else but the pizza was there. What made this worse was the lack of accountability or concern from the staff. There was no attempt to replace the pizza, offer a refund, or even apologize sincerely. Instead, we were made to feel as though this was somehow our fault. Only a small pathetic personal pizza we received to “contemplate”. Of course we took it but I wish more would have been done especially when literally the whole pizza was gone. I hope you will review your staff’s procedures so this does not happen to other families.

Booked my daughters birthday party here and omg the party host disappeared majority of the event!!! Then she had the audacity after disappearing and not putting in our pizza orders or giving us any plates or utinsils , or drinks I had to go up and beg for cups!!!to literally rush us off the table while I’m singing happy birthday to my daughter!! What an absolutely horrible human being! My son’s autistic so on top of trying to manage him I had to deal with a party host who disappeared the entire event only to reappear to throw my kids play cards in the trash! She tried to throw my daughters balloons out that I brought… my niece had to fight them away from her !!! She should be ashamed of herself !!! Worst experience I have ever had at a Peter piper and humiliating I could barley feed my guest because of this women !! Then she re wrote my damn survey you could see where she erased what I wrote and she erased my 2 and put a 10 rating!! I spoke to manager at end and she apologized but if this happens to you get a manager from beginning don’t let them treat you this bad! I’ll probably avoid this location to difficult to manage a special needs child a birthday and a host who clearly hates her job

I’ve been coming to this pizza location for years, but recently the service and quality have completely gone downhill. The staff and managers are extremely rude and unprofessional, and it’s honestly disappointing to see how this place has changed. Two days ago, I visited and ordered a large pizza. I also asked to purchase extra pepperonis on the side to be added on top of my pizza. The cashier took my order and payment, but then the manager turned around with an attitude and told her, “No, we don’t do that.” The manager then walked over to me and said the extra pepperonis could only be given to me raw on the side—not cooked onto my pizza. When I asked how that made sense, she said she could cook them on a pan and hand them to me on a plate. I told her that if she was going to cook them anyway, why not just put them on my pizza? Instead of handling the situation politely, she argued with me repeatedly. I finally asked for a refund so I could just reorder a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni instead, and she told me the refund would take 8–10 business days! At that point, I was completely frustrated. After more back-and-forth, she finally agreed to just put the pepperonis on the pizza. But the entire experience was unpleasant and unnecessary. This location used to be one of my favorites, but now the attitude, lack of professionalism, and even the cleanliness of the restaurant are unacceptable. I’m officially done coming here. This is the last time I will give my money to someone who wants to argue and not help find a solution. I was charged 4 sides of pepperonis and my pizza only look like this. I expected a lot more for $4. I’m curious to know how many pepperonis come as one side of I bought 4

If I could give this A negative star I would, Manager( David) said my child who has CERBAL PALSY CANNOT RIDE THE RIDE due to the fact she can’t stand up to get on and off by her self, mind yall she’s been on this ride over 20 times this is the first time my daughter was ever told this, I ask to see that rule they said they (can’t show me ) I have videos and pictures of my child on the same ride, they said she’s not aloud on seeing my 8 year old daughter emotional really Upset me NEXT TIME PUT UP SOME RULES -

08/03/2025 ETA 6:30PM Management was deplorable due to lack of empathy and horrible customer service. Although this location has an array of games my niece and nephew love to play including the roller coaster and bumper cars. Anywhere else I would have been accomadated me for a 65 cent ranch. I ordered a 10 piece of wings. However, they only gave me 1 ranch. I was sharing with my family and went back to request another since it's technically cross contamination sharing a small half way filled container of ranch. I was then told by a young man that it was only 1 container of ranch for the 5 piece and 10 piece. I then told him I would have to get in line again and my food would get cold by the time I got back since the line was super long. He said those were the rules and I asked if he could just honor it this one time and he said no. I then asked to speak to the manager but she was already listening in the background along with the other manager. She then stated that I could go to the pick up area and wait there to pay for the ranch. She said that as per corporate that's the way it's set up and that many people have already complained about it. As soon as you walk in the smell of body odor smacks you across the face due to the dirty rugs. The floors were filthy with trash on the floor along with the table tops surrounding us.
