Hands down one of the best bars around! The atmosphere is unbeatable—fun, welcoming, and always a great time. The bartenders are top-tier: Alex, Fabela, and Josh are amazing—super friendly, attentive, and consistently making great drinks while keeping the energy up. The entertainment is a huge highlight too—the male dancers are incredible and add such a fun, lively vibe to the place. They’re professional, entertaining, and really elevate the overall experience. Shoutout to the manager, Robert, who does an outstanding job running the bar. You can tell he truly cares about both the staff and the guests, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Great service, great people, and great vibes every single time. Highly recommend!

I actually saw the difference in how this place has changed for the better.this place has changed. I had a plate sale there for my dad and the bartender was amazing and the management was super awesome. The people were nice they bought plates. I think this is a pretty chilled place. Parking sucked but it's all good we had a great time.

Was visiting the area and found this place. Good prices on beers and the atmosphere was friendly, had good musicon. Bartenders did take their time but always got my drinks less then 5 minutes, so not too bad. Would come back again when in the area.

Not easily impressed with service or peoples looks. However the last few times of visiting this particular bar, this young man name Mario, makes a big difference. He’s well mannered, has a great personality, even remembered the drink that I enjoy most. My last visit he made me smile knowing I was going to have great service. Keep doing your best Mario!!

Have came to the bar scene which during summer time has been enjoyable! They have games outside and tables to sit during nice weather. This was my first time coming here to eat! Ive heard many great things about the food here! Japanese curry was delicious! Had katsu chicken on a bed of rice with egg and curry. I'm usually not a fan of Katsu chicken but it was devious. As well as the curry that was paired with it had a nice little kick but not overwhelming. My favorite thing was the ABB grilled cheese, it was amazing. The meat inside was delicious and the bread was not soggy it was crispy! Considering how much was packed into the grilled cheese I'm glad it held it's crispiness! Fries were plain- there's options to add rosemary or other things but we opted out. But even the fries not having anything additional were good! Atmosphere was nice, didn't like that it was almost pitch black in the back where we sat. It was a little hard to see our food people we were with. But I totally get it's part of their vibe. Service was great! Came around 7 ish and was seated in a timely manner. Servers were hustling and helping out one other! Food wasn't a long wait either! Overall good impression was great! Definitely want to come try their brunch!

Was my favorite bar until Sunday 9/17, bartender Anthony on right side of bar as soon as you walk in could be less than bothered. Maybe barback or customer service for some other company.

Good place but the door guy always demand tips and is rude when you don’t tip him.

Very boring music on Saturdays, we visit this place every time I come to SA every Saturday but the music is very boring you only see a couple dancing and enjoying themselves. You poor Gogos must be trying hard to dance to 80-90's music. Play some more current music, reggeton, cumbias or something, this is Texas omg.

Walked in just now for a beer and the first thing that happened was some dude with black bandana and blonde girlfriend wanted to fight me. I was meeting friends there but decided we will take the party further down the road! What a dangerous place!!

As a hardworking man. Every now and then i feel the urge to wet my whistle and watch some nice looking gogo boys, however, this last Saturday on the 3rd of September it may have just been rotten luck, but i walked into an absolutely DEAD NIGHT. Nothing was going on, boring music, and there was only one shot boy in a speedo who was hungrily being passed around by the lack of gogo boys. (Poor guy). Throughout the whole night i was sitting up at the front of the bar hoping for it to pick up BUT it never did and to add insult to injury, the bartender named "David" or whatever he was named. He had a shaved head and a beard and a toned frame, asked me to MOVE from my spot because he was going to need the space i was sitting on. I complied, but only to find out the spot was taken by OTHER customers. Its my first time going here to purgatory.EVER. Even since the days when this club was known as Essence. And i gotta say i was grossly disappointed with my experiences. If they were just having a rough night, im sorry. But those kinds of nights is when you gotta pull out the big guns and make people feel WELCOME and not ask them to MOVE. on a slow Saturday night. Thanks alot.

Horrible!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend and I went to the counter the gentleman Andrew told me 1 sec and continued with his day I never felt so ignored in my life!!!! Maybe because I was the only girl at the bar asking for a drink but that’s how I felt, people were behind me and still getting their order taken ridiculous.. What a jerk left and never going back!!!!! Horrible experience 1st and last time

Went for a beer, wasn't busy. Got service upfront and then was ignored for 20 mintues. Wanted to close my tab (disgruntled for the experience) and then got an attitude for doing so. This bar, bartender especially, is dead to me. F*ing awful!

Who ever that bartender is in the afternoon needs to learn customer service. I waited 30min to be helped when there was only 5 people in the bar. He was to busy being on his phone to notice. When I called for his attention he rolled his eyes and went back to his phone. At that point I decided to take my money else where.

The “dancers” are always very nice and friendly but so few actually dance or do anything. The bartender I had this time time was so unfriendly and off-putting. The overall cleanliness looks like I’m going to get pink eye or staff infection from just looking at it. The bar area is disgusting with stuff (empty pizza box, etc) every where. I ordered a Coke and it tasted as if the line hasn’t been cleaned since Santa Anna took the Alamo. The music is a 2/5 stars but it is so damn loud you can’t even hear the bridal party scream next to you. I don’t recommend this place as the bar you stay in very long.
