This was our first time at this establishment. We drove from an hour away and wanted a place to eat after church. The barbacoa was so delicious along with the corn and flour tortillas.. We sat down to eat and they warmed up our tortillas. They also gave us extra food. The owner was very friendly to us and to everyone. The customer service was great. They are all very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back again. 10/10 definitely recommend!

There's nothing better on a Sunday morming than stopping to get some barbacoa. Rios is great because you can either go inside and grab your food or go through the drive-thru. We chose the drive-thru and although the line was about 10 cars deep, the line moved quickly. The ordering process is very easy and the combos are great for feeding a few people. My only complaint is the lack of coffee/proper containers for coffee to go. The barbacoa is so good and it's seasoned perfectly. Also, unlike other places the barbacoa is not too fatty. Their tortillas and hot sauce pair perfectly with the meat. Tamales have good flavor, but are a little light on the meat.

As part of my #ShareMyExperience journey, today I made a stop at Rios Barbacoa, and I must comment on a few things. 1. Hospitality ✅ The staff team were very professional, clear and concise in communicating their menu option. 2. Quality ✅ their barbacoa tasted so nice and had less oil compared to quite some places I’ve had the same. Overall, I will recommend this place if you’re looking to have a taste of something nice. Tried out the Barbacoa & Big Red for our Sunday Breakfast! It was great, drained the fat of course yet it was very meaty delicious! Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Would definitely go to this location again!

Delicious barbacoa! It’s not greasy at all. Nice and flavorful. The carnitas were moist and juicy. Tamales were on the small side and were ok, but they weren’t terrible. I wasn’t able to split a dozen unfortunately. The chicharrones were decent for the price. The flour tortillas were really good as well as the salsa. Great customer service too!

Delicious barbacoa! Super tender and lean. The salsa is fresh and just the right kind of spicy. Definitely a go to for the family. We love starting our weekend with this delicious barbacoa.

The owner/operator can become unhinged at times! There is a tremendous turnover of employees. I encountered a horrific explosive hateful 1sided shouting match against a young teenager who had mistakenly wasted barbacoa by using the wrong cleaning cloth! This was about 4 months ago. I stop going for 2 months & just started going back and see the continued change in employees.

We have bought Barbacoa here before. Good quality meat, corn tortillas excellent. This morning decided to buy tamales-horrible. Barely any meat about a line of pencil amount. So I actually bought masa tamales and the masa was not tasty. NO GOOD TAMALES HERE but Barbacoa is good.

This morning before work my daughter was craving barbacoa and of course I had to request a small menudo. I wasn’t able to eat it but I said to put it away for me. Finally the moment I get to enjoy it. 8:20pm. I must say I’m very dissatisfied with the serving that was given :/ I’m not sure if you’ll were running low but the amount of hominy and meat ratio was very off. I’ve never been served menudo like this regardless of the size I order. I was going to heat it up and enjoy it but instead I’ll pass. Our order consisted of a #1 xtra half lb of barbacoa, small menudo ,xtra pack of corn tortillas. Sadly I’ll have to find a new place. We don’t live close anyway but it used to be worth the drive.

$30 for stiff tortillas …. Tamales the size of my index finger with barely to no meat. You’re better off going to la michoacana and getting tamales there! Much larger and fuller of meat. Barbacoa was good tho

The "WORST" Tamales, they were small dry and had a clove like flavor..The Barbacoa was lacking flavor, the Avocado was small but good, DON'T WASTE your MONEY!! Definitely not returning to this awful place..
