Alex greeted me as soon as I walk in with a warm smile. The manager was also welcoming and I would definitely come back to this location.
Stopped after my daughter's basketball game, probably the friendliest staff ive run into in a long time and they did a great job on the food!! The staff were amazing, cant complement them enough
Great experience. Food came out great, and the lady who cooks was asking everyone their preferences on how they want their food cooked while making it, adjusted the way she made/cut my daughter meal for her being under 2 and gave her a cookie.
My daughter picked me up for a surprise lunch date, so random, we spontaneously chose Fire House. Lol! However, Lidia and Damon were so friendly (yet still professional of course). The food was delicious! 🤤 An amazing experience overall as a first timer. 😀 We had: the captain's club, the jerk chicken sub, and the tuna sub... Oh and that Mac-n-Chz HITS BOI!!

We were greeted enthusiastically by Damin as soon as we walked through the door. We had the Smokehouse beef and Cheddar brisket on garlic bread. Our food was made perfectly and to our specifications. The restaurant was spotless. Every employee we came across had a great attitude and a smile for us. We will certainly be back. 🙂
Went here yesterday and what an experience! Friendly staff and despite being busy around 12:20 pm they were fast and efficient. You can't go wrong with the Hook and Ladder, so fresh and delicious. Also, we all know that prices are high now eating out but you know what? This place is a great value as you get a lot of meat. not a see through slice and loaf of bread like Subway.
First time to this location, hands down I’ll take a fire house sub over a bland subway. Restrooms were decent, location was clean for a Sunday evening. I was pretty sympathetic to listening to the employees voice some of the issues with management about being short staffed etc. They seemed like decent kids, management should take some leadership and ownership and hear them out or at least offer some transparency as to why the issues they are raising aren’t being addressed. The food is delicious but the location could use some additional housekeeping. Something unfortunately that can’t happen if they are short staffed.
This place has some pretty good sub sandwiches. They're full of flavor and are nice and warm. They also have a nice selection of chips and drinks, and the subs all come with a pickle. The staff at this location could be a bit better though, but at least the food is still good.
Really good sandwich employees were kind of slow , even though it wasn't very crowded.
Walked in to pick up my sub at a scheduled time and arrived approximately 3 minutes forward. There was a lady who worked there behind the counter who was on her cell talking loud and annoying in front of all customers. Compete disregard for customers and completely disrespectful. The other guy behind making the subs could have used her help. My subs finally came out just after 10 minutes from the scheduled time. They were messy and sloppy. The bag had slashes of mayo on the front and parts of the back and the oils from it grossed me out so I ended up giving both of my subs to a homeless guy. Upon arriving home, I decided to take the survey, and requested a call. I never received a call back from management or the owner. I see why they hired the kind of people…it all starts from the top. I will not go back to this location because the first time I requested no tomato (because I’m allergic to them) and baked lays. I received a sub without tomato and bbq plus chips. I’m not a fan of bbq and ended up eating my sub without one side of the bread.
There’s a gentleman that works here on the line making the sandwiches and he has dreads, but there is no hairnet which I think is very disgusting being that he has long hair and he is handling food so close to his hair
I ordered online and was told will take 20 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and proceeded to pickup area noticing no orders were there. I then stood in line behind two people waiting to order. Soon enough, I noticed the three staff there were frantic. They ignored the order line for nearly 10 minutes. I didn't notice any large orders holding up the process. Finally, they called out my name, asking if i was there and I said yes. That is when they finally started on my order. Got my order nearly 20 minutes after the estimated time per the app. Very frustrating.
Horrible!!!!we order 3 subs total was $46 with delivery, we order at 11:24 and received our nasty food at 12:33. When i called the girl who answer who needs some customer skills , stated our food was late because they had other big orders before mine. So I get the nasty food because i order 3 subs. No pick packs or napkins. She said well i was super busy. Instead of offering a gift card for my bad experience. She was oh well leave a bad review i really don't care.
I do know that in this day age good help (especially leadership) is hard to find, much less develop. I entered to buy. Upon entering (2 weeks ago) I noticed only one employee on the clock, he turned as I entered and said nothing. 2 guests were waiting for their order to be completed, one guest waiting to order. Another employee watching from his break indifferently. I left. Today my sister went, ordered, and it was not until she paid cash, was told that there was no "change". My sister went back to the car to get some so she could get her change back ($10 bill). No leadership, no one to take ownership and just plain sad. Sandwich was mediocre at best.
horrible service and was met with sarcasm when i tried to leave. They told me they were out of turkey and i said that’s okay, i left with no weird looks on my face and didn’t say anything wrong. I guess that’s why they had no one in their lobby. Will not be returning to this one, much better locations. Do better and train your staff. I’ve been in the food industry and being nice really isn’t that hard.
This is horrible. I worked at firehouse back in 2014 so I know how these sandwiches are supposed to be. I asked for the Italian with no ham for one(As you can see..there was ham). For two this sandwich is soggy from almost a whole gallon of Mayo and Italian dressing. This is the worst. Darn near no lettuce. Sandwich was barely cut. Please do better. Just plain sloppy. Please respect peoples hard earned money. I get the food service can be hectic…but then firehouse might need to hire more employees.
I previously gave this establishment 5 stars however the quality has gone way down. This is the second time that they did not have pickle spears that come with the sandwiches and the sandwich itself looks horrible. I will not pay $8 for a firehouse club that is more bread than anything else.
Stopped by today on Jan 25th 2026 @7:30 ish. To place an order. And follow up on a refund that was owed to me. Food 5 stars. But i feel like i have to bring to attention. How ALEX the manager operates and treats his fellow subordinates. As soon as i walked in he told the other girl “ make new Italians because im not touching those its too much work for me and i want to go home” while he was really doing nothing and with an attitude so big even i was going to tell him something in person. Then that poor girl took a bathroom break and he kept saying “she needs to come out of the restroom i need help” and also made comments to her such as “ little girl… i will fight you” because the girl had enough of his attitude and demanding tones. He needs to be coached on handling relationships with his subordinates and how to handle multiple orders at once because he is literally a walking mess with an attitude problem.
I had a deal from this location and ordered online. After selecting to pick up an hour later and arriving on time, my order was NOT ready. The black guy behind the counter told me it was be ready shortly. They were falling behind because of the BOGO deal. Fine, NP. I am understanding. What set me off was a black lady walked in and did not know how to use the BOGO, so he ended up walking her through the entire process as myself and another guy waited for our food that we had already ordered online and paid for and had a pick up time scheduled. Well, he ended up making her subs first as she waited in line telling him what she wanted in both. How was that fair? I ended up with sloppy subs because he was then hurrying to make ours. So how were my subs almost ready, when he had not even started??? He provided another apology for the delay, and I wanted to tell him so badly that what he did was absolutely wrong! I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. I will NEVER return to that location, because I definitely see how they are, unless I see a mix of people there next time, I would consider a second chance! I am not about race, but obviously they are.
Waited 25mins then asked again for my order only to have the guy looking confused turned out they still hadn’t gotten to it. Both guys there were rude talking about customers. One made comments on the DoorDash driver not knowing English like if it mattered to him. How about speak up cause I could barely hear the name you called out for. Other was making comments on items customers had ordered. Highly recommended driving further out than coming here.
I recently visited this location Wednesday 11/5/2025 at about 6:30 pm. I went in to order the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub and was immediately told by I assume the manager that they were out of cranberry sauce she said it in a very irritated tone almost like I was bothering her. I said hold on let me call my wife. I called my wife who is 8 months pregnant that said she didn't want it as thats a key part of the sandwich. Also there was no dipping gravy available. A man and his younger daughter were behind me in line and overheard what was going on and said the same thing as me that its missing key ingredients so they left. I then told the cashier no thanks and proceeded to walk out while doing so she yelled out “JESUS!! Its only cranberry sauce. We have other sandwiches available” and started rambling on but I was already halfway out the door. Needless to say staff needs retraining and customer service skills. Never returning to this location which is unfortunate because it used to be good. Lately the cashiers all are rude and act like they’re doing you a favor.
