Disappointed with the takeout experience lately*** I've been a regular to go customer for 3 years now , but the takeout system has become so unorganized. Now they make you come through the front entrance and wait around, now there is only one person handling all to-go orders, which slows everything down. What’s frustrating is that this person only takes one order at a time. It just feels disorganized and inefficient. The app was meant for fast processing but people are still allowed to order in person making the ready order have a longer wait time. It didn’t used to be like this, and it’s really disappointing to see the decline in service. Hope management takes steps to improve the process

Tip: You can beat the crowd and save a little by dining here before 5pm to catch the early specials. The 6oz sirloin is my favorite steak, it’s so flavorful and served just as I ordered! Tried the dallas fillet, it was tender but the flavor of the sirloin wins hands down. The 6oz portion is perfect for me, however I imagine most men would feel that size portion is too small. Favs: the sirloin, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, sweet potato, and ofc the rolls with the cinnamon butter… amazing! 🤤

It's a great steakhouse for everyday friends and family gatherings. Great appetizers, Great steak at the price. Staff are very energetic. Make sure a full team arrives so they could give a table to you. You hardly see such a vibe of Texas Roadhouse in other countries.

Sadly, TX Road appears to be cutting corners, just everyone else. Prices haven't risen much, but meat quality has. We waited 55 mins to be seated. Steak had to be sent back when >25% was fat, smh...But our server, Princess, was so friendly and accommodating. She quickly changed out the steak, kept our glasses filled &brought me extra butter for my potato; making our dining experience wonderful. Princess is a keeper, excellent service!

Nice restaurant. The food was actually very good and homemade, which I really appreciated. I loved the fried mushrooms and I loved the sauteed mushrooms as well. The steak 🥩 was very nice. Everything that we ordered was very well made. Customer service, was A-1. When we arrived, the restaurant was filling up quickly, yet we were seated in a timely fashion. We will definitely dine in again and I will be picking up an order or two of mushrooms to go.

4/5 Stars – Great food, friendly service, just a couple small misses I recently ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse, and overall, the experience was really solid with just a couple things that could be improved. First off, I had to call in my order instead of placing it online because I wanted a specific customization that wasn’t available on their site. I wanted a loaded sweet potato, but not the usual one with marshmallows and cinnamon sugar. I just wanted it like a regular loaded baked potato—with butter, cheese, sour cream, and bacon. Unfortunately, there was no way to leave comments or customize online, so I had to call and go through a few loops to actually speak to someone. That part was a bit inconvenient. That said, the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful, and she got the order exactly right. When I picked it up, everything was packaged well, and the staff was polite and efficient. The food itself was great: • Herb-crusted chicken was juicy and flavorful. I added blue cheese crumbles, but that was a bit of a letdown—there were only about two small pieces of blue cheese, and they had mostly melted off and disappeared by the time I got it. I know it’s a $0.79 add-on, but still—it felt more like a tease than a topping. • The sweet potato came with all the toppings on the side, just how I wanted it. Nice touch there. • The green beans were really tasty and seasoned well. • The portion sizes were solid and everything was hot and fresh. Only other minor thing: I like to add extra salt to my potatoes, and each silverware pack only comes with one tiny salt packet. I didn’t need extra utensils, but I had to grab more just to get enough salt. Not a huge deal, but it’s a bit awkward. All in all, the food was great, the staff was friendly, and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Just hoping next time I get actual blue cheese crumbles and maybe a better way to customize online without needing to call.

I had a juicy ribeye and a cold drink in honor of my late father-in-law. Although there was a bit of a wait, we were seated sooner than expected. Too long a wait 1.5 hrs for a table. Why no reservations of tables? Car parking horrendous and dangerous. Blooming onion soggy. Fried pickles good. Steaks great. But steak fries very dry obviously frozen. Waiter Manny good as best he can be, with the excessive business of the place. Run like a cattle market more than a restaurant. Would be best making reservations giving people 1.5 hrs to eat thrn move on. Instead of turning up the music to put people off!!!. Service personnel could be cleaned up smarter too.

Hey guys, I've been eating here most of my adult life, and I'm in my mid-fifties Saturday, night off 281, north in 16 0 4, the meat was raw subpar service?Great atmosphere, amazing, like always.But the food was just undercooked after being sent back twice , the sides were great , though. The manager said she would take my wife's uncooked steak off the bill that didn't happen. The meal was not even accepted my wifes. I hope they fix it for future customers. Possibly a bad Saturday 🌙. I'll give em another try 1 day down the road.

I ordered my usual, the "roadkill". The meat was dry and rubbery. Almost to the point of needing a knife to cut through the hamburger steak. I ordered my bake patotoe with butter and sour cream only. It came loaded with cheddar cheese. 😡 My wife found a small piece of hard plastic in her ceasar salad. It was not a delightful visit to say the least. The rolls were still delicious though.

I notice that every time we order baked potatoes, they key in loaded and or extra cheese without asking. I notice it enough that it leads me to think that they are being told to do so. Dishonest.

We normally don’t have issues with this Roadhouse, however last night was disappointing. My husband always gets a 6oz sirloin medium rare. This time it was mostly medium well because it was burnt on one side. He finished his sides and still didn’t get new one until after I was done eating. There was also another gentleman sitting next to us that had the same problem. It also took longer for him to get new steak than it took to get first one! I ordered the pulled pork plate and while the meat tasted fine, I found a bone in it! I brought the pork home to make sliders and bit into another small bone in the meat. So my guess is they must use leftover rib meat for their pulled pork, because pork butt, which is what most people use for pulled pork, has no bones!

Over 40 min to be seated, that's fine its busy. Another 35 to get our meals. Wife and I got steaks, medium well sirloin and Medium ribeye. Came out well done and more well done. Apologies made by the one that brought the meals (not server) takes the steaks back, leaves sides, we finish sides by the time the person i assume was manager, he had a blue shirt on but did not introduce himself as the manager or apologize for the issue. He waited to see us cut into them mine was medium well and wife's was medium so it was still incorrect but at that point I was to hungry to care, over 50 min to actuallyeat a poorly prepared steak. This was the worst experience I have had at a Texas Roadhouse. Not sure we will be back.

I've never had strong opinions about TRH, every time I've gone it's been decent food for a decent price. I've always come here mainly for the great vibes of enjoying my days off with some great friends, but this last time I came we were VERY disappointed. Long story short, something came up after we had been sat down (took a while because our reservation didn't work properly). We informed the waitress about and just wanted an honest response about the ETA of the food and that we wouldn't mind leaving since it's not their fault. Afterwards we were told it would take no longer than about 10min...we asked if they're sure and they said yes and then proceeded to wait nearly 30min just to get our food and an additional 5 or so to get to-go boxes. I'd just appreciate more transparency but I won't hate y'all for one mistake.

Poorly run Texas Roadhouse. Tried this location twice. Not good the 1st time. The 2nd time, they forgot to put in our order and did not realize the error for an hour. No apology. No accountability. They just put it in again. Then after another 30 minute wait the steaks were tough, over-seasoned, and overcooked. This place is just nasty and a blight on the Texas Roadhouse name.

They claim the music is on… but it’s not. New management and no music equals no bueno! Not the same place we’ve been coming to since they opened.

Food was burned and very dry, even the roll was dry the only thing that was decent was the appetizers. Paying was a headache to split and while we waited I’m guessing the chief who burned are food set off the fire alarm so while we’re trying to pay we listen to fire alarms for 20 minutes then people said they’re was a fire people start trying to get out it was horrible experience I would recommend this place if you want to eat beef jerky for the price of steak while loosing your hearing

I have never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse like ever. BUT this time it was bad! I ordered a family chicken tender meal. 14 of the 24 tenders were the size of chick fil a chicken nuggets! Not strips. Nuggets! Tried calling to address this for last 3 hours and no one is answering. I had to buy extra food from somewhere else for my family to make up for the lack of food given. Do better Texas Roadhouse. Just because it’s a value meal, doesn’t meant you cut corners!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably bad I feel obligated to warn others. Our visit to Texas Roadhouse was a complete disaster from start to finish. We were seated, placed our order, and then watched as the table next to us — who arrived after we did — ordered, got their food, ate, and left before we ever saw ours. That’s not a small delay… that’s a total breakdown of service. When our food finally arrived, my brother-in-law’s steak — ordered medium well — came out medium rare, which is not even close. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled. Unfortunately, the manager, Treasure, came over and instead of taking responsibility or apologizing sincerely, she spoke to us in a way that implied the situation was somehow our fault. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone one that prides itself on hospitality. We left feeling ignored, frustrated, and completely disrespected. Poor timing, incorrect food, and dismissive management is a terrible combination. There are plenty of steakhouses that actually value their customers — this location clearly isn’t one of them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
