Everything was great outstanding now please understand that saying a lot comming from me for those who do not know me I'm from New Orleans I'm a 22 year su chef I've worked for many prestigious restaurants citrus commander's Palace Olive garden Bob Evans brick oven Charli G's wingers they are another restaurant home and operated byTGIF Friday and that's just the name of few so for me to give it all 5 stars and to compliment them as I did believe me they really are because believe it's something was wrong with it I'd be the first to say something but only thing I can say is outstanding Im impressed and will return frequently my spot for cheesestake 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 keep up the great food!!??

Cheesesteaks are one of those foods that you either love or hate, but meat and melting cheese are just good! This time, I got their teriyaki sandwich. Overall, it was good. The sauce was a little overwhelming, but ok. The chicken portion could be better. The fries are amazing. They are thick, not overdone, soft, and meaty. I give those an A+. You can either walk up to order at the window or order at the drive-thru or online. No eating areas. I went from the drive-thru to the parking lot, and in that time when I opened my sandwich, the bottom had become soggy, which would be a problem if I had to drive all the way home. I was able to eat it before it split and opened up. So my advice is that if you're taking this to your house, ask for them to squeeze the meat or give you the sauce on the side. Otherwise, your sandwich will be wet and soggy. I like that this location opened up and will come back to try their wings. Also, check your mail because they give out coupons!!!

The location is new, I get it . Passes by a few times wanting to try the wings, and of course, a sandwich. Finally stopped ordered at the drive thru , but the guy taking my order couldn't hear me or something like that. I ordered the 30 wings 2 BBQ, 1 teriyaki .was supposed to get dressing with my order, nope ! Only got the 2 tiny cups I paid for . When I got home, I did get the teriyaki wings, but instead of BBQ, I got BUFFALO .. I was tired and I don't live near here . Called it a loss and a waste of money ..

I watched as this location changed from the originally planned Rally's into the Charley's Cheesesteaks. It had been of interest because it was a new place that, and this is a bit of a dig, another mexican food place. I like tacos, burritos and assorted but I do like the different choice to break up the monotony and with different tastes. So I can tell you flatly that my disappointment is a higher than you can expect because the food was not something to write home about in fact I can attest that its a more one and done ordeal. My disappointment is in the fact that both the wing meal and the sandwich meal features fries that in my opinion were lackluster and if I had had the time, I would have put them within my airfryer to heat them up to a better texture because they were not hitting. The sandwich I ate, the simple cheesesteak original, was not too exciting either, the cheese taste was genuinely non-existent, the meat tasted like the Frozen Steakums meat you would purchase from the store, some seasoning would have been nice. The peppers and onions were quite okay though. The wings I had gotten for my mom and I split the sandwich with her because I wanted to try both in one go. The wings were about equal to ones you would have made at home, I would not have paid the price for these consistently as they are currently. The BBQ sauce flavor we had gotten was fine but noting to write home about. Now I will stand and say their ranch is great, definitely would get more of that. The service was great though, prompt and right to the point with the drive thru and the one who served me was someone who was quite patient even when I asked for a physical menu. Now comes the part: The meal was expensive and that's probably a tale as old as time with fast food. The quality of the meal is not equivalent to that of a sit down restaurant. My mother and I ended up paying close to 40 dollars for two meals for two people. Fast food is supposed to be fast and cheap but you cannot justify the price being given with the quality is not equivalent. Anyway, give it a try yourself, see if you like it and say what you think because this is how places improve.

I couldn't go back because I was on my lunch for work. I already waited 30 mins jus to get my meal. Drive thru was going way faster than when I already order my food ahead of time and even paid it. So I didn't like what I got so I had to have it away to a homeless person. Idk if I'll go back. The one at the Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino CA is way better.

Just ordered from this place for the first time. I can’t believe I paid $68 dollars for this definitely not worth the price. Fries were cold sandwiches are ok!!! Not impressed. The food and customer service need some working on. The prices were not worth it. I don’t mind paying for quality food, but this was not it. I do like the box the food was in, that’s about it. Definitely disappointed.

Charleys Cheesesteak and wings is fairly new. Decided to try them out. Unfortunately, it's a hard pass for me. Overpriced and underwhelming. Cheesesteak was not good. Edible, yes, but not good. Had no flavor, and the steak was blah. The only thing good was the lemonade and fries.

The girl that work the Drive to do not pay attention to people's order. My husband had a heart surgery in Can Not Eat meat only chicken. Picked up the order.And it was a steak instead of chicken and gave Attitude added Name bridgette . Need to keep an eye on people that works for you. Will make customer sick and get sued.

They should have been closed by now. Now if you want a truly GREAT cheese steak. Head out to the donut shop on Foothill and Meridian. Yes, the donut shop. You will not be disappointed. Believe me.

Went thru drive thru and asked for a minute to make our mind up on what we wanted . When we were ready, and no matter what we did, who ever was working the drive thru, would not attend us. We went to the window, and she ignored us. So, we went to Heroes and enjoyed their amazing steak sandwich. Don’t think we will be going back to Charley’s. First impression is everything… Our first time there and our last time there…

Been looking forward to try this place. Never been here so bought wings, mozzarella sticks and a cheesesteak. Wings were like rubber and ina pool of oil. Used a whole napkin to dry one boneless wing. Wasnt even edible because it was hard and chewy. The sticks were pretty good but also very oily. So disappointed i wanted this place to be our new spot to eat but i guess we will stick to albertos or next doors restaurant.

I only have a 30 minute lunch and they got my order wrong. First I noticed they didn’t give me my cheese fries so I go back and they ask to see my receipt like I would lie, I left with my cheese fries I should have checked but I didn’t and when I got back to work they gave me a whole wrong sandwich. I ordered chicken buffalo the receipt said it and they charged me but they gave me some plain chicken one. I don’t have time to keep driving back a second time I didn’t even have time for going back the first time. Just check your order because I love their food but this was just so unprofessional.

Expensive and completely tasteless. Jersey Mike's is 1000X better, let alone other independent sandwich shops in the area. Not a hint of seasoning was used in their meat. Wings were hard and stale.
