They do not respect your wait time. Someone can easily come in and cut you off being impatient and they will attend that person rather than someone that has been waiting in line and being courteous to others. She still says “I clocked in 2 seconds ago” but been there the whole time I was in line. Smh. Joke.

So they Don't check for id when using a credit card let alone a credit card that is not the person using it. I just found out my credit card was stolen aug12th 2025 and was used 3 times since then until yesterday charges are pending and I will sue little Caesars for my identity and my credit damage if someone doesn't do anything about this. And they are right up the Street from me. Could of been delivered even better. But I hope little Caesars keeps there cameras on especially because of the neighborhood they are in. I don't mind helping anyone just don't steal from me and I will give you what I have or my last. No charges if credit card is returned to little Caesars 5880. No questions, no worries I don't care if it is cut up trashed, just want to give chances to do the right thing. Like I was given and still am...! # pay it forward # please 🙏 I had to clean an alley today just earn the change I got today but I did it out of "want"! On 13th and F St. It was worth it and I will keep doing what is in my heart and continue to keep helping others first !

I ordered at approx 5:10pm about a week ago. The website said my order would be ready around 5:34. In the past my order is never ready during that time and I have to wait for another 15-20 minutes (at this location) so I was using the track your order feature. It stayed on "in the oven" the entire time. I finally went down there and it was waiting in the warming unit. I was given my order and I checked to make sure everything was correct. The pizza was not made correct so I went back inside and showed them so one of the guys with the bucket hat on said they'd make it right away and it would take about 3-5 min. As I was waiting I asked the other guy the name of the store manager (I was given the name Erica) and after telling me he asked why I explained what happened and he said the app doesn't always work and then I explained about always having to wait for my order when I come at the time the website says it would be ready. He said (the other guy) "He said it would be ready in 3-5 minutes." I said to him "I wasn't talking about this order." A few minutes later he brings my order and says here you go. The crazy bread package was wide open and not even folded to keep the heat in so I replied "You can't even close the bag?" to which he replied with a bit of attitude "That's how it comes" and I told him "No, it's usually folded like this" and I fold the top. He then replied with a lot of attitude "What!? You're gonna complain about everything now!?" and walked away to the register. I asked for his name and he said I don't have to tell you my name so I took a photo on my phone so that I can speak with the store manager. I know nothing will come of this as I've reported another time and nothing has happened since. You've lost a customer because of this latest incident and no follow up. I only gave one star for the guy in the bucket hat. He was at least nice.

Poor customer service. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in fifteen minutes. After 20 minutes I went to pick up order. I asked if my order was ready and the gentleman working the cash register ignored me and said "next". I said I called in my order and he said "he was here before you". I said you can check if my order is ready. He checked (allegedly) and said "no it is not ready", he then drank from a soda and proceeded with his routine, slicing pizza, handling cash etc. Isn't it a contamination rush to be handling money and food? The store is filthy. Another employee was wearing a goofy hat and his pants were dirty. I logged my concerns with the manager on duty, a young Black woman who was very courteous and professional. I don't think I'll be returning to this dirty rude customer service location.

This little Ceasars pizza spot has disappointed me for the last time. Employees here make horrible pizzas. Cheese and sauce all on one side of the pizza, burnt puffs. I ordered one with more cheese and sauce so they have enough to spread evenly on the pizza. Nope. This pizza sucks.
