This was the best establishment I have ever been to it is so clean and I was helped by the best lady available she made an amazing espresso this truly made my day

Uri and Bliss were amazing. It was an unexpected celebration, and I didn’t have a pre-order for the cake. Luckily, there was a beautiful cake ready to go, and thanks to Uri and Bliss, I was still able to get it customized on the spot. Amazing customer service—thank you both for making it possible!

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Paris Baguette! The coffee shop is so pretty and the pastries are so delectable! We get all our birthday cakes from here. You must try the Chocolate Hazelnut Nutella or the Salted Caramel cake when they're both in season! Truly best cakes in the Bay area. Its always amazing when the staff are so helpful and friendly. The Manager Leah is just amazing She's so welcoming and professional and goes above and beyond and that's why we're so loyal to Paris Baguette ❤️

I liked the place was surprised that there’s a PB in this area when I was visiting the next door ice cream shop. It was clean and has nice comfy atmosphere but as any other PB in the bay area the food is not fresh compared to PB in NJ or NYC. I think they bake the pastry once or twice a week for the whole week and for sure this downgrade the whole experience for sure. That’s why I gave the food 3 Stars

This has been my favorite coffee shop in the area despite San Carlos having at least 4 other coffee shops in the proximity. Why you ask? I love their coffee and their pastries, especially the Almond Croissant is a crowd pleaser. I do agree with some of the reviewers here that the place can be a little unorganized with long wait times or completely forgotten orders or even wrong orders -- but it's more likely due to be short-staffed and the new staff who are still getting up to speed. I tried out Paris Bakery this morning, I bought 4 pastries and their vegan chocolate chip muffin. I was disappointed to realize on arriving home that my muffin was two days out of date. I’m surprised they are still selling items 2 days past their use by. I ate it anyway and it still tasted good although I would like to see if a fresher item would have been moister or if there is any difference between fresh and expired. Overall it’s a cute albeit expensive bakery, I would try it again but they should up their game on replacing expired products

Love this place that is actually a Korean brand- not french! They’re quite consistent as i’ve visited different branches in other states. They have quite a selection of both sweet and savory treats, there is an attention to detail when it comes to the food they serve. Got a birthday cake as a present and it came with candles, a cake slicer with a matchstick to light the candles! I mean- they thought of everything! Love their hot chocolate and you can taste the quality in it- made from Ghirardelli chocolate. Tried their peppermint mocha though i couldn’t taste any peppermint in it. In all, their strength is in the food they serve - carefully blending the east with some european flair.

The service was horrible too, employee saw me standing and walked away and avoided confrontation, almost like he knew lol.
