I was really impressed with this location. The chicken pieces are very large. It makes the price worth it. My favorite is the spicy fried chicken. Their honey butter buns are really good as well. Fast and friendly staff. I was able to pick up dinner in less than ten minutes. Everyone loved the chicken. It really feels like it isn't a chain. Apparently the changes Churches Chicken have made are all good changed. Churches Texas Chicken is higher tier than the old Churchs Chicken.

Great okra, you have to ask them to fry lightly the sweet lady at the drive though told us most people like it fried hard. Chicken was cooked perfectly aswell. 10/10

I've been wanting to try Church's Chicken for years!! It was worth the wait. The banana pudding was surprisingly delicious! I'm kind of picky with banana pudding but this one has been added to my top 10

Chicken is pretty good. In fairness, though, I only sampled the two piece, drumstick and thigh, with a honey butter biscuit. However, if this is indicative of the rest of their menu, it's definitely worth a try. It's reasonably priced for a pretty good meal. Be sure to join their rewards program. You can get a free 2 piece dinner if you do.

Went there a bit after noon today to get my free 3 piece tenders after signing up for rewards 😀 great, friendly, attentive service from cashier lady. I also bought 2 for $5.99 real deal special. ❌Skip that! Chicken sandwich was too oily and bland and 4 piece boneless wings were barely the size of nuggets. The tenders I got were up to par but the items I actually purchased were 👎🏽‼️ Lesson learned: just stay with the OG chicken. Here I go trying the new items but not worth it! 🙅🏽‍♂️

I ordered the 10 pieces of chicken for $14.99 and a small mac&cheese. The classic chicken tasted the best to me. It was cooked fresh and had a better taste. The spicy chicken chicken crust was hard and dry. I'll definitely stay with the classic one next time. The mac&cheese was just okay. It's not better than Popeye's nor Chick-fil-A. The cashier was friendly.

Cons: -Fryer oil gets too old between changes. -They messed up my order. -Mac n cheese is mushy and chemically tasting. Pros: -Online order was ready punctually. -Reasonable price.

Not the best service I have ever seen. Ordered a 4 peace spicy chicken got 2and a halve not spicy. Asked for Dr. Pepper no ice, full of ice. Even remind the cashier too. Still disappointed. 2 out of 10

Scary place! Feels unsafe! Employees are yelling at each other, yelling out orders, yelling at customers. The AC was cranked way up. Filthy dining area. Womens bathroom was cloaes so woman using the mens room and not locking the door. Awful place.

EWWW! No hairnets, no gloves and the app is broken. I showed my QR code to the shift manager for Free 3 Tenders. She said I have to buy something so I added a chicken sandwich. I wake up my phone and the QR code is gone. She is not working with me so I cancelled the entire order.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, tenders and poppers The spicy chicken sandwich bread was burnt, and when did the chicken sandwich become a small gross McDonald's value mean chicken, it was the worse one I've ever had. On top, I asked for buffalo sauce and they wouldn't give me any for the chicken tenders. They have buffalo sauce but will not give you in any container even if you want to buy

I go there for biscuits however they charge me full prices without biscuits. They put the side outside “ no biscuits “ . Why ? They charged me full price Very disappointed Because my kid is hungry , to be honest i want return and get better prices some where else. I never never write review but everyone , we work hard so don’t waste money like I do right now Mass potato sides are in the trash . Nasty . I ordered the 3 piece mixed combo via door dash and the chicken was cold, old and smells burnt / fishy. The smells also transferred in the taste. I couldn't eat any of the chicken. Such a great disappointment.

The customer service here is not friendly at all. Nor are they welcoming. You feel like you are being rushed to order. The customer service can be rude at times and unprofessional. Some of the employees here look like they are from a drug program. I think management needs to do a better job of training there employees with customer service. On how to be more friendly and welcoming. It would also be nice if the building was remodeled.

I just bought a 3 pc combo and a chicken sandwich. The food is so stale. It tastes like it was cooked yesterday and reheated today. I am never buying church’s chicken again. I need a refund.
