Everybtime I order from this location, I never receive my beverages. I am always told it's the driver's responsibility to grab them. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESTAURANT TO MAKE SURE ORDERS ARE COMPLETE WHEN THE DRIVERS GET THERE TO PICK IT UP. THIS INCLUDES THE REQUESTED BEVERAGES.

I ordered online and I got a totally wrong order. I asked for stuffed crust pizza and I chose well-done option for baking with onion topping and party-size cut. Even though I live half mile away, I received my order after 90 minutes waiting and this is what I got. The topping was olives with regular baking, and wasn’t stuffed crust. I ended up trashing it. So disappointed.

I wasted time and gas to drive over here just to find the place closed!!! Sign in the window says open, the hours sign says they open at 9:30am but the door is locked and there is no one here. This is bad for business!!! Many people have left upset, I mean who is closes during lunch???

Just came back from a sealed pizza box and the pizza looked like a 140 year old men woman talking about waiting time is 15 minutes this Chinese lady a big lier second picture is an example of fresh

Placed a order thru the app and came all the way from El Cajon just to see a sign on the door that said " closed sorry " waisted 20 minutes of my time I'll never get back plus never got a refund

Didn’t get a whole pizza or sauce. And when asked for a refund. The workers didn’t know even know how to refund it. Instead said we had to call the corporate office, which of course isn’t open today. So won’t even know about getting a refund until tomorrow. Will never be back. This is not acceptable at all

Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and took almost an hour just to get it, the cashier is lazy to call out names when orders are to go and has less communication with customers, service isnt good as before. What a waste of time. "Hot and Ready" does not fit for this place.

Went in with my grandfather to get 2 pretzel crust pizzas (one with pepperoni, one supreme). We ordered them and stood there waiting ~ 30 minutes. Finally the guy brings us two pizzas (one supreme reg crust as they had messed up on the order and had to remake the pizza, one supreme pretzel crust). He apparently when ordering the pizzas didn’t hear him and charged us only for the one pizza. He seemed very unapologetic of his mistake. We then ordered a pep. pretzel crust and received a reg. crust pepperoni pizza for an extra $6.99. Overall poor experience. This store really needs to get their stuff together.
