I've had a salad from this location a few times now. I have yet to be disappointed. Even their plain grilled cheese was delicious!! We definitely have plans to visit again, and try something new each time. I've tried their Mediterranean, Buffalo chicken, mandarin chicken, BBQ chicken, and Cobb salads. We've also had their chicken pesto sandwich, and grilled cheese. Delicious!! And filling!

First time here. The lobby is really clean (probably because no one can eat in there). Staff was all very friendly. No problem ordering. Pretty good menu choices. I ended up ordering a pear and bleu cheese salad. It was very delicious. The vinaigrette was light and slightly sweet. We also ordered the Californian panini. Very good size. Very good. Will come back if we are ever down here again.

The food is great tasting and fresh, their prices are same or less than fast food prices and they will always have your order on-time when you order ahead. My job is 1 block away and I get their sandwich-salad combo at least 2x week. The staff is always friendly and attentive and my order has never been messed up. They know I always ask for hot sauce and they went so far as to ask my name so they can always put it in my bag and i don’t have to request it. Excellent customer service!

I love ordering my sandwiches from here. Working in an office with a short lunch, I love that I can place an order online and pickup when I am ready. In and out in less than 5 minutes! The sandwich's are always really good. There are a lot of options! The staff when I have interacted is very nice, and polite.

This place is about 15 miles away from me. And it's worth the trip just to have one of their salads. Located in the midst of Sorrento's business district, it's a delicious gem. Everything is good to eat....My favorite is the Napa Valley Salad. But all their salads are incredible. If you're trying to stay fit this is a good spot. Their soups are sooooo delicious (not for healthy eating lol) However, you must try the Chicken and Wild Rice soup before you die! Also don't forget to eat the complimentary croutons. That's the name but honestly second fiddle to the salads or soups. They have amazing sandwiches too, the turkey pesto one is particularly good. Parking is tight, very tight, hope you have a small car and a healthy appetite :)

We love Croutons! Delicious and fresh salads, soups and sandwiches. One of the rare places where everything we've tried has been tasty. It's an in-and-out lunch kind of place; we usually get things to go, but a huge step above anything fast foody. PS. The employees are really friendly.

Got takeout and had a great experience- the staff is super friendly I think my only complaint is the price for the entree size. $16 for a “regular” (small) salad with no protein.

The food at this place is above average. Definitely some good flavors and what seems like fresh ingredients. I've tried a few of their sandwiches, although they were all good, nothing to really crave. Their cream of mushroom soup stands out the most. This place would get more stars if their prices were a tad bit lower.

I’ve been coming to croutons for about 6-7 years now, and for last year or so it seems like their quality of salads have dropped. Less toppings put on the salad but with an inflated price. I’m sad to say this might be my last salad from this place. It’s just not the same.

I was literally harassed by the staff here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE STAFF BEHAVES HATEFUL. This is not the first time I’ve encounter attitude from the girls here. I bought extra pepperoncinis, but got four on my sandwhich (see the picture posted). I kindly asked staff Areli to give me more she became upset, showed a container, and loudly said in front of everyone “that’s how much they’re are allow to put on!” I let her know I got four slices of pepperoncinis althought I paid for extra and invited her to look at the sandwich instead of assuming the customer is lying . She looked aroudn at other customers looking at her, then claimmed I was “screaming.” When I was only trying to speak while she kept speaking over me. I asked for their names one refused to provide names the Manager smirked at this behavior. So, I took a picture to show their higher-ups who was involved. The one who refused to give names started to harassesd me, she walked up to me and took a picture of me while eating literally a few inches from my face, she dusted things near my food, walked around piereced her eyes on me. At some point I was about to ask her to stop, but she spoke first saying, “what you, want to tell me something,” called me crazy, cursed me out in spanish, and walked away. Since the Manger claimed to have called the cops I waited, they never came. They kept laughing, beahved cliqueish, like bullies, behind the counter. I contacted coorporate while sitting there, I also made the Manager aware I would be contacting coorporate. The Manger laughed said, "Croutons does not have a coorporate office" and the hire-ups do not care because she spoke to them already. Croutons never contaced me regarding my compalint, or this post. She was obviouly right, they don't care for their customers. I would be carefula about going to this place becaues they could be doing bad things to the food, if they don't like you, and the hire-ups/owner simply doesn't care, nor bother with ensuring the customers is treated with dignity.

Even when I ask to be charged for it they forget and then force me back in line to pay the 80 cents. I have to wait in line twice because they don't put my correct order in. This is the now 4th time this has happened and I have to wait in line twice and pay twice. That is awful customer service. Your food isn't good enough for this type of behavior or customer service.

Normally I absolutely love this place. Today, however, was a waste of time, money, and energy. I placed an online order for 12:00 pm pick up. I arrived at 11:58 and waiting. And waited. And waited. I eventually got my food at 12:26pm. Fine; it’s lunch time and it’s busy. I get it. Thanked them and drove back to work. But when I took a bite of my sandwich, there was a thin white hair that came with it. Mind you, my hair is dark brown (borderline black). I have wasted well over 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting for inedible food.
