Staff is really nice. I couldn’t remember what the word was for bowl in Spanish I had short term memory loss there for a sec but the man was patient and understood me! Haha I got the canasta con tres bolas de nieve. The basket with three scoops of ice cream. The flavors I got were Ferrero rocher, coffee and cheesecake. All were pretty yummy! They give you a good amount for the price! I’ll be coming here often especially since it’s nearby my house.

The employees are super friendly. They have Ice Creams, Aguas, Mangoneadas, Diablitos, And Snacks that taste Delicious!!! My whole family goes all the time! Highly recommend Paletas la Michoacana!!!

We wanted to taste the authentic spicy mexican popsicles and Google suggested this place.We were spell bound by the amount of popsicles they have. Definitely suggest to try as many flavors as you can when you are in San Diego. They also have mexican snacks and other ice creams as well. Will definitely get back to try more

Friendly staff and service. Delicious paletas. Personal favorite is the esquimal. They also have some really good elotes, tostilocos, tostielotes, and snacks. They have a wide variety of flavors for ice cream, popsicles and aguas frescas.

I love coming here because my friend lives in walking distance amd come here frequently when I am at Manolo. Service is normally good but this time, I feel disrespected. I feel Spanish speakers are treated better and faster. I was waiting and others were served before me. One guy came in and was served before me even if I was waiting. I asked the lady if he was here before me and she said, I dont know. I may not be Latino, but I am still a customer. The two ladies need training in giving every customer equal treatment regardless of their race.

I came to this place for some strawberries with cream and they gave me strawberries with milk, I went to ask the girl to give me strawberries with cream and she told me that that that's how strawberries with cream are in that place and I told her the strawberries with cream are thicker and I told her that I didn't want them and she told me to leave them there that she wasn't going to give me my money back anyway. I paid 18.32 to receive a disgusting and he didn't want to fix my strawberries with cream either.

I got the fresas con crema but the crema was super watery. They were still good just not what I expected. I also got the agua Fresca de fresa which was really good. The service was bad. The ladies were both rude, never smiled or said thank you and were practically rushing us out of the shop. It was a bit busy and I understand because I used to work in the food industry but their attitude was just not it. I won’t be going back 👍

Worst customer service! The lady employee was rushing me to order and not once did she smile or say thank you. Employees need more training! They seem miserable working. Ice scream tasted like it had been in the freezer for a long time! Worse michoacana ever. Las empleadas son groseras. No saben atender.

Very crappy service, the girls in the front are very rude and lazy. The restrooms are disgusting and the dining room is filthy. I do not recommend this place at all.

August 2, 2024 @ 11:57am as I come in to the store I stand patiently for service but nobody was in the front so I glance back into the kitchen and see this Employee man in his late 40s putting in a paleta into the sleeve but before doing that he licked the paleta then proceeded to put it into the package/sleeve🤮… I urge management to look into cameras of their kitchen and please reach back to me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do not come here unless you want to be waiting hours for your food I ordered a simple elote and the worker was VERY slow, had a bad attitude, and gave me a dirty look. The place stinks and is HEAVILY understaffed, every time I come here there's 2 or just a singular worker there. They clearly get overwhelmed with all the orders but if they would move fast enough maybe they would get through it easier. The workers take their sweet time preparing the food. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the food on the other hand is rather good but I prefer service over quality. They need to change their workers! Honestly if I could, I would give this place no stars but I sadly can't. This is the most honest review, DO NOT come here unless you want to be standing for hours with a disgusting smell in there. If the smell and customer service didn't scare you away the prices will!!

Bad service we were next in line and they skipped us they said that the lady was going to helps and he started doing the other customers order first all I wanted was an agua de fruta
