Opinions de Incredible Café San Diego
We enjoyed a great breakfast at Incredible Egg (formerly Incredible Cafe). I had bacon and eggs and my wife had crepes. Everything came out hot. The crepes were very large and delicious. My dish had 3 large pieces of bacon with crisp hash browns and 2 perfectly done eggs. Staff is always friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
I always order Incredible Cafe on Door Dash. They have the BEST French toast! The thing that blows mind is when my food arrives it is always hot as if I was in a restaurant!! Even on cold days ! I don’t know how they do it! Other restaurants need to learn from Incredible Cafe!!
I got french toast here nine years ago, and I still say its the best french toast I've ever had! We drove from downtown San Diego out to this restaurant just to try it and we were not disappointed. If anything, it exceed our expectations. Really hope its still as amazing as I remember, especially since I would drive for over an hour to eat here again
This is a great local eatery, with a-typical breakfast options on the menu. They serve regular coffee as well as lattes (my preferred am beverage). They also serve mimosas! We celebrated a friend's birthday and they brought out a slice of cake with a candle! The staff sang happy birthday! The four star for ambiance is because the place is nicely done, but it's "down-home" not upscale. I will definitely be back!
Very kid friendly. They had a little table with toys for them to play with. I have a toddler so that made it a fun experience for him. The people who work there are super nice! Highly recommend!
We had a great brunch I would even call it incredible. I have been wanting to try Eggs Benedict at different restaurants lately to see what variety is out there. I was quite surprised by the Eggs Benedict here due to them being quite spicy. I was expecting the red powder on top to be paprika but nope it was cayenne pepper. I was a few bites in and pow it was spicy! I dusted some of it off because it was a bit more spice than I was interested in eating. I ate everything but the small bit of cayenne pepper I removed. It was all very good!
Its a great breakfast place. We went here after a long trail and very hungry and this place didn’t disappoint us at all. Ordered chorizo Omelette, Chorizo scrambled eggs & breakfast sandwich . Both the omelette and scrambled egg were cooked to perfection and was delicious. Generous amount of stuffing. Breakfast sandwich was awesome too. Highly recommended. Would definitely visit again.
It was nice to see that this place is still open! A gem in San Diego for one of the best breakfasts that you will crave on weekly bases. How they adapted to the covid pandemic is better than a lot of places that I have seen. You are required to have your mask on until you drinks or food arrive. Everything is spaced nicely. Recently they have been adding Korean flavors to the menu. Now as I have experience in eating Korean foods, I would've liked more kimchi in the kimchi fried rice that is found in both the kimchi fried rice omlette and the kimchi fried rice with kalbi. But I do believe due to the demographic around the area, it is a nice introduction for those that are new or inexperienced to the Korean flavors. The owner is a delight and kind and the staff were amazing as usual. If you have been coupled out and unsure to try to go to restaurants, try this place cause they do it right. Stay safe everyone!
Atmosphere is really comfortable and cozy. Cindy was my waiter and was attentive the whole time making sure my coffee was always full. They have a great menu selection so it was difficult in choosing what I should sample first. I got the meat lovers skillet which lived up to its name with bacon, sausage, ham, mixed with cheese and house potatoes topped with two eggs. Can't wait to go back and try their biscuits and gravy next.
The food was tasty, classic breakfast/ brunch food just as expected. The staff including owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A cute spot offering a good meal with great hospitality. Highly recommend!
Pleasant cafe for breakfast / brunch in Rancho Bernardo, offering American-Korean fusion dishes. It is run by a caring family with warm and kind servers. The Korean chicken and waffles had a nice spicy kick, which was offset by the sweet and tasty waffles. The bulgogi / kimchi eggs benedict combined some nice spicy and sweet flavors with the traditional hollandaise sauce and poached egg.
Checked out this restraunt from @restrauntimpossible, we were greeted at the door and immediately got seated. Our order was taken quickly, and our food came out reasonably quickly as well. I had a California burger. The idea was great and just needed a little salt and pepper on the burger. Otherwise, the burger was good, and the fries were crispy. They had good ranch, which is something hard for me to find at restaurants. We also had fish and chips; they appeared to be real fish with a light coating of batter; however, they were a little greasy. Kinda hard on the stomach. I also got a soda, and it came in a can with a glass of ice. Somehow, there was a little bug that got in my glass; however, they were quick to fix it and gave me another can of soda. My waiter was Oscar, and he was great and checked on us multiple times during our visit. I would definitely go back and try some more food.
The food was great! The kids liked their food, my partner liked their food, and I thought the country fried steak and eggs were alright. The only reason I am rating it 4 out of 5 is due to cleanliness. When we got to the table we were directed to it was very dirty. There were food bits on the seat, an open and almost empty soda can on the table, and small crumbs on the table as well from, im assuming, the previous customers. I quickly took out my disinfectant wipes and wiped down the table after the staff took away the can when we told her there was still left over trash on our table. Other than that the staff was very friendly, the food was good, and the environment was very much what you'd expect from a small town diner.
Pretty good brunch location. Interesting inventive menu. Great for large parties. Fresh food, good coffee. Not the best Bloody Mary, but luckily they had pepper and hot sauce on the table. I wish I had more time in the area so I can try more things on the menu. Weirdly enough, while dining here we had at least three different servers. So it was understandable that items were forgotten. Their take on chicken and waffles is amazing. The chicken was juicy and incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend that or the Kimchi Benedict.
First time trying the cafe as we had seen the episode on foodnetwork when they had the restuarant renovation. Not quite what I was expecting, the CA Burger was good. Plenty of avocado, cooked to med rare asked we asked but meat was a bit bland. Tomato, lettuce and onions were fresh and bun was just right. The fried chicken Korean style was sweet but not very spicy, it could use a bit more heat. I added Tabasco. Fries and cole slaw were good. The servers were attentive and friendly. We'll go back for breakfast next time. 👍
Cute little cafe. Located at the same plaza as Baron’s, Fed Ex, and Navy Federal Credit Union. This cafe sits at a corner and it has two entry way. The main entrance is on the side next to the massage place, not the entrance with the outdoor patio. There was a waiting list but indoor seating had empty tables. I guess every one wanted outdoor seating. Shortly after, we got seating indoor and then it started to fill up. Their menu has lots of options. I’m a Benedict girl and there were about 5 options but then I saw one under specials. I believe this place is Korean owned because multiple items were Korean influence. I got the kimchi Benedict. I’m not a kimchi fan but the marinated beef caught my eye. I asked for kimchi on the side and the server hesitated. He said it’s topped with kimchi. So I said fine, leave it as is and I can always pluck it off. When I got my dish, the kimchi was not on top. It was pretty much to the side. I think it was suppose to be layered in but it fell over. I moved the kimchi to the said and tried the Benedict. My first thought was, wow this meat is saw-tee! So then I paired it with the kimchi and it balanced the flavors out. Overall, I finished the entire plate! The English muffin was thin and all the flavors went well. One thing I would do differently is to ask for extra crispy hash browns. I would come back to try lunch options like Korean friend chicken.
It is a real disappointment to get a grubby Ketschup bottle that says Heinz, when the bottle has obviously been re-used many times and filled with some disgusting generic Ketschup….. If I’m going to pay $19 for an egg breakfast, I expect better than this.
