My favorite bar. Anywhere. It feels like you are at Burning Man. Lots of original and creative games to play. Incredible decorations everywhere. Whoever designed this place is a genius. Good beer too. I hope this bar makes the owners a lot of money because they deserve it.

It's a great spot, probably the funnest one in OB imo. The beer is very good and covers like every beer type. The price is reasonable, the decor is eclectic and evokes a feel good feeling. They also have a bunch of fun games for people to play, which is always a bonus.

It feels like a Burning Man camp that we visited. We walked by several times commenting on it before we were finally lured in with the shiny lights. The spiked hot chocolate was pretty terrible, but A+ for ambiance so this place is still 5 stars in my heart.

A simple but very enjoyable place to visit - in addition to the wide variety of brews available there is a wide variety of games. My first visit, but it seems to be a local favorite. Stop by if you're thirsty and if you cannot decide, ask for a few 'splashes' (not to be confused with 'tasters') before making your final choice!

My fav beer spot in OB. Service is always top notch. There are some games to play, which are fun! The out door part is great for getting sun and for crowd watching. They also allow food to be brought on the premises. They do not serve food out side of some snacks. Really good beers, but the Macadamia nut stout is ridiculous!

So if you're looking for a place to vibe out, meet some new friends, and enjoy some seriously awesome drinks, look no further than Killowat Brewing in Ocean Beach. What an electric venue. The most vibrant craft beer venue ever. Great beer selection yet not many other options. Great games to play. 3D art all over the venue with 3D glasses to to borrow. Plenty of seating options, include booths, tables and stand up bars outside.

Such a cool place! Awesome staff and amazing atmosphere. A ton of cool stuff to look at inside and nice games to play! One thing that I thought was interesting was that kids were there. I am not sure if this is allowed every day or at certain times but there were a good amount of kids there when I went.

This is literally my new favorite spot. The games! The lights! The atmosphere! THE BEERS!! I'm not the biggest beer drinker and loved the flight I got. Such an awesome spot. Definitely coming back.

This is a fantastic, and dead on quirky, place. Fantastic beers, staff and ownership. This is their OB location for their brewery up north. A broad selection of craft beers and sours and a staff that knows the product. It has a small cadre of irregulars and occasional locals and a nice mix of first timers and tourists. Free games, a giant light-bright, great deck, decent wifi and a really interesting vibe. Good place owned and staffed by good people selling a good product. Beer and Sours only with some soda options and water for the dogs.

The colorful decor is incredible and the music is righteous. Just now they played Iggy Pop followed by Led Zeppelin. The staff was very friendly especially for such a hip place. They have great outdoor seating for you can see all the action going on or sit inside in the psychedelic sections. You have to visit Kilowatt if you're in Ocean Beach.

Kilowatt is not just a brewery, it's an experience. Endless blacklight paintings and games to play, easy to spend a couple hours there. The beer is some of my personal favorite because they are one of the rare breweries that does not have 90% IPA options. They have two belgians on tap (dubbel and triple) which is super rare and which I appreciate. They also will have a barrel aged Christmas ale for the holidays and some other fun unique ones throughout the year.

Good selection of beers in a cool place with a definite beach bar vibe. Outside seating on the sidewalk of a side street a few blocks off the main drag. Good place to grab a beer and relax away from the beach scene.

I just found a lagit breakfast beer! Guava 250 KWH IPA is totally acceptable with bacon and eggs. We visited again and I'd say the mango beer is also an acceptable "beer thirty" brew. I especially enjoyed the chocokate macademia beer. There are so many and the menu is always changing. So, you better stop on in a hurry and come back often or you just may miss finding your favorite beer. The vibe is, Come to have fun. No frowny faces!

Ummm... So he gets his iD out of the car and shows her... Why so rude ? They didn't iD me once and I ordered for other people 🤦

As an out of towner exploring the craft beer scene, I did not find this place very friendly. The beer and vibe is ok but the bartender is extremely lacking in any form of social or business skills. I almost left purely based on my interaction (or lack there of). 10/10 would not waste my time again.
