We came to Meet Fresh for my nephews Bday. He really loves the Boba. We showed up a few minutes after closing but Bruce and Daphne decided to help us anyway. They really made my nephews evening by staying open to serve us. The desserts were delicious as usual and everyone ended up happy. We love Meet Fresh. 10 out of 10, we recommend!! Thanks Bruce and Daphne!

Perfect icy treat on a hot day! I’ve missed out on Meet Fresh and having just tasted this for the first time this weekend makes me feel so late in the game lol. We were out here visiting family and my niece treated us to have Meet Fresh. This Taiwanese chain is located on Mira Mesa Blvd near Daiso and H Mart. We shared a “Mangoberry”, which was half Strawberry and half Mango shaved ice (like a Japanese Kakigori) with topped with a vanilla ice cream. This reminded me of Guppy Tea House that I used to visit 20 years ago in the OC. I liked the ice because it had a “fine” texture (not as fine or sharp as snow cones but a delicate-for-your-tongue and stays-icy texture). My niece ordered one of their Icy Grass Jelly with taro balls, mochi and sesame balls. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of it as the grass jelly had a slightly bitter aftertaste. There were plenty of seats when we came. Orders were done via the kiosk. And it was super packed inside this shop. They also had drinks like iced teas, smoothies, and egg waffles available. Definitely worth a visit and thankful my niece took us here! Looking forward to my next visit!

The famous Taiwan Franchise's only store in San Diego County. The famous grass jelly and taro ball are always awesome, while I prefer the tofu pudding as a smoother choice of sides. The egg waffle is great as it's crispy enough and well with the sweet desserts and drinks. The milk tea drinks are generally good while the match latte is so strong in matcha but lacks the taste of milk. They open until late at night, might be a good choice after a heavy dinner

The food here is great but parking can sometimes be difficult. During peak times it can get very crowded and the store will run out of things like napkins and the tables will sit uncleaned. Other than that, it's something of a nice "3rd space" to hang out at and enjoy a snack.

The Tofu one is so good reminds of the one we have in the Philippines. My friend ordered the volcano it was like halo halo but less sweeter but very creative. The only issue i have pls more cleaning and check and put a note to tell personnel if their bathrooms needs cleaning.

You order off an iPad at the counter, take your receipt, and find an open table. There's a screen that tells you when your order is ready but they will also call your number out. The dessert is ok in my opinion. We ordered the signature grass jelly shaved ice dish and the warm tofu pudding with taro.

But it was annoying when you’re looking at the paper or electronic menu then go to the kiosk, it’s not there. It means, the item is sold out. We took a while and glad no one was behind us in line. Once you place your order, you’ll automatically see it on the screen and the progress. You’ll receive a text when it’s ready. We ordered 3 items to share among four of us. We asked for additional disposable soup spoons and extra cups. -Taro paste volcano shaved ice ($12.75)- boba, red bean, caramel pudding, ice cream, taro -Hot almond soup ($8.75) - Tasted like store bought warm almond milk with toppings. This is a seasonal item. Came with melon jelly, boba, rice balls. -Red bean tofu pudding ($7.50) - the red bean canceled out the sweetness. I would recommend to order this plain with no topping or another item. This isn’t as fragrant as a dim sum place and I didn’t taste any ginger. You get to select how sweet and we picked regular sugar for all. Thank goodness because the hot almond soup was bland even with regular sugar. When you are done, make sure you clean up after yourself and bring your trays to the tray area in the hallway.

Super disappointed lately with this place. Ordered the hot jelly combo, waited for it to cool so it can be a little thicker but it was super soupy. The last time I ordered, they totally forgot my sweet tofu and you can’t even call them to complain since no one ever picks up the phone.

My son got a drink but my wife and I just didn't want to risk getting a drink from this place. It just smelled really bad and was very dirty inside. It definitely is not keeping up with the standards that other Meet Fresh drink shops we have visited in the past. Will I go there again ? Absolutely not.

He was already not inviting but we wanted to try it so we said it was fine.. We ordered a Thai tea shaved ice and Thai tea smoothie. The shaved ice was not impressive at all.. it melted into itself so fast and hardened which made it super hard to eat with the plastic spoons they provided. It was like chilling at a rock and it had no flavor.. there were little black dots in the ice which told us the shaving machine needs to be cleaned so we just disgusted the whole thing all together.. the Thai tea smoothie was okay, also lacked flavor and it all just seemed way over hyped.. won’t be back :/

I’ve ordered the Hot Grassy Jelly Signature many times before. This time, it was watery. I even put it in the fridge for 20 minutes to see it would solidify. It didn’t! Where was the grass jelly? If I wanted liquids, I would’ve ordered a drink.

Came here with my son, we ordered a Large Mango milk shaved ice. We were thinking it would look like what was advertised. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Don’t get me wrong when we got it, it looked pretty, however it’s NOT as it was advertised. As you see from their picture it should be covered in mangoes and sauce. When we got our order I thought maybe the mangoes were hidden in this big ball of ice since I paid close to $16 but really I paid $16 for ice. When my son asked for a side of a little more of the sauce, since It was mostly ice, the ladies said they would have to charge extra. Pictures can deceive! We DEFINITELY will NOT be returning. Don’t waste your money coming her either.

I am beyond disappointed. Please do not come to this store. Not only there is no staff to take orders and you have to use the kiosk to order. There is only one machine in store, it takes forever for one person to order and it forms a long line after it. Forgot to mention that the kiosk doesn’t have pictures and doesn’t have some items on there. I ordered using QR code in store, the first time I ordered it got cancelled because no one was in store to accept orders? Hello? What is the staff doing? I have to go in to tell the staff to accept my order. And it charged me twice, still don’t know if I’m going to get a refund. And guys look at my order. I ordered four things, three of them were placed together incorrectly and so watery. Where is my taro balls?! I’m beyond mad right now. I tried calling the store and of course no one answers. I would never come here ever again and I suggest the same for you all.

You have to figure it out yourself at the self-ordering kiosk. No wonder the person before me took such a long time to order. There was a guy in the store who wasn’t even wearing a uniform,just a gray shirt and a cap. His attitude was awful, and didn’t even respond when I said thank you. He gave off such negative energy. I never thought I’d feel depressed while eating dessert. Don’t come to this place! it’s absolutely not worth the trip. The food is also ridiculously overpriced.
