This is my preferred Wingstop I literally pass 3 or 4 other stores to get to this one. They work very hard, and always get my order right and hot and that's my something i can say for every store. Even after the big rush yesterday they still had great attitudes and put out a great product. Thank you.

Had my order stolen by my ubereats driver and the manager helped me put it right. Definitely will return for the customer service alone.

Service and wait time for to go orders used to be pretty bad but it has improved so I haved updated my review. Not bad, my oder took about 20 minutes even though they were pretty busy, they called my name to give me my food without any issues. I will keep coming back.

Ordered 40pc mix most of the food came out perfect! Wings were still very hot and crispy Togo, fries were awesome. We got everything we ordered. Only complaint is the Buffalo mild wings we ordered were a little dry.

The food here is great, however, this place is a mess at night. I went to order my french fries yesterday, I was also trying to find a place to sit. There were so many trash that no one clean around 3-4 tables. I found at least 2 clean tables but that was all. Wingstop need to have someone clean around more often because the front counter was also full of lids or trash around there. The counter that they place ketchup and paper towel was so full of junk. It's not pleasant to eat while you have to look at the constant trash around.

UPDATE i came in today to eat with my family. compare to my last visit here . the food was fresh. the customer service was on point compare to the night service ! i will be coming back more often . the cashier changed my opinion ! I went there last around 11:30 pm . everyone was standing around . I went to the register to order some food, and the cashier said they were not taking orders because they were closing in 15 min , and they were cleaning the oil. I told them the time says 12 o clock . the cashier responded I am doing your favor , you don't need wings!

Incompetence at the register. Ordered online to pickup, went in to pick up the order. There were 2 orders on the shelf when I arrived, the young lady asked for my name, checked the orders. Said it wasn't ready yet. Waited another 20 min then asked a different employee to check on my order. It was one of the orders that had been sitting on the shelf the whole time. No apology, nothing, she pretended I didn't say anything and I was ignored when I voiced my displeasure. They were busy, but if that is your job, then do it and at least pretend that you care.

The wings are pretty good here especially if you eat them there. The boneless wings are trash. I bought a ten piece on 9/14/22 and about 4 of them were legitimate size boneless chicken wings. The rest were mini size chicken nuggets about the size of nickels and plenty of smaller dime size ones. It was definitely not what I expected. Never again. I'm just sticking with the bone in here.

This is the closest Wingstop to our house, and I have tried to give them a chance. But over the last year, the quality has continued to decrease. Recently, we placed an online order and then had to wait for an hour and a half. Then we tried again yesterday and they charged my husband for extra ranch even though I had ordered it, we were missing part of our order and the food was not great (the thighs were the same size as the wings and 50% skin). I think we will be trying other locations moving forward

The service was quick but the wings were meh at best. However, the low rating is because of the cleanliness of the dining area. There is not even a trash can where one can clean the area themselves. Bathrooms, not good. Wouldn't recommend

I got a boneless combo it was fresh but trash my sauce was mixed in with my honey rub couldn’t even enjoy it, it was so much grease at the bottom of my lemon pepper wings honestly I don’t know if that was suppose to be sauce or grease but that was not it try better next time

Never ordering here again. I ordered some wings and and drink. It should be simple right? No, it took over 45 minutes bc of some compilation and when I got there the food was cold. I asked if I could get a new batch and they told me I had to pay for it. The workers are rude and didn’t want to give me a refund. I had to call management. This is unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE

I ordered ahead of time. I gave them 35, almost 40 min now. & food is still not ready. Cashier is lost, & unable to communicate how long or why the wait. After a long day of work, no one wants to be treated in a nonchalant manner. I expect quality & efficiency when I go to Wing Stop. This one lacks that, as well as professionalism.

Yes I do have 2 profiles my last review on this place you couldn't order online to this day still cant. I order wingstop often since my kids are addicted to it they prefer this over McDonald's any day, the only down to it is just like everyone says the phone service got answered put on hold waited 3 min on the line hung up recalled same issue waited 20 min hung up and recalled right away put on hold they must have been tired of me calling after the 6th call back to back they finally took my order. So if you cant place online order and cant call your forced to inconveniently wait 20 to 30 min in their parking lot. Cant wait to the chaos of picking my order up. Update: Ordered taken over 45min to get my order its absurd was told 18 min

I ordered online delivery. My order was all wrong & missing another order. I paid only $32 almost $40! So I called the number and never answered my call or NOT getting MY money back. I’m just saying the employees or doordash must responsible to check my order correct Because it was wrong. This store is DISGUSTING !! DO NOT RECOMMEND COME THIS STORE !!!!

I loved the food, I always order from there, but today I had a really bad experience. I went to pick up my daughter from American Airlines from a concert, horrible traffic. On the way back home we placed an online order to pick up, because they had 25 minutes left to close. We arrived 5 minutes early. I needed to go to the bathroom really really bad, but the guy who helped me told me that they had already washed the bathroom and that they were closed, he told me to go to Quick Trip, but I couldn't reach them anymore. The situation got ugly, he was rude and didn't want to give me his name when I asked him. And he practically kicked me out really bad. and looked for the customer service phone number and it wasn't there. Besides, another gentleman who came in behind me didn't want to help him anymore and left angry.

Food was decent but got our online order completely wrong the first time. Not a single meal was correct. Called to have it fixed and they still didn't get it right. No apology even.

always have loved this specific location for how differently they made the fries but i didn’t sign up for how differently they made the chicken, raw?that’s crazy i didn’t even like boneless wings before, till their bone-in wings came with fried feathers but now this i’m done with em worse part i order these through doordash so i can’t even go complain but the fact that they only gave me back $5 is the real crime

All I can say is the manager on shift last night went over and beyond to let me know customers are never right. His attitude was so nasty and not to mention he hung up while I was trying to explain to him what happened. He would not let me get a word in so that I can get my refund from the food the door dasher stole. He told me there was no way he could give me a refund as I tried explaining to him that I placed my order on wing stop website and paid there. He called me a liar and hung up so I drove to the store sick and all to show him I placed it online. I had to say some things I shouldn’t have but he deserved every bit of it. I’m sick and you treat me this way! Corporate are you guys allowing this! I spend my money here faithfully this is crazy! This is the second incident I have had with wing stop different locations. The other location had hair in my food and he talked smack to me and hung up like it should be normal to serve hair in food. So wing stop normalizing rudeness and serving hair! I’m beyond disgusted with my service last night! This made me so mad I cried in my car! No one should ever treat you this way and your a loyal customer.

The food was okay. However, one of the staff members, I believe his name is Caleb was being very rude I would say to his employees. You could literally feel the energy change. He also had a very negative attitude towards the customers. If you’re looking for good customer service , only eat here in the morning !

Horrible people and management team, they are rude to customers and treat their employees even worse. Does will not take care of your refund and will not listen when u tell them your fries are cold. The General manager there gives away free food just tell him your order is wrong. SUPER DIRTY STORE.

8/925 I stopped by to get some lemon pepper wings and recieved so much oil to where I got sick to my stomach. I know they are deep fried but I never have this problem at preston and Frankford location. Highly disappointed

Edited 5/13/25.... today my food was tasteless & burnt.... im not coming to this location again.... i got lemon pepper strips and they black as me.... & another customer returned her food 3 times... i drove home & i see why... The fries good tho... THATS IT.... Parking is horrible, real horrible like my car has been hit by someone but the food here is really horrible now... 4 of my wings were overcooked & one was undercooked... the lemon pepper tasted like what it was suppose to but the Garlic Parmesan don't taste like what it's suppose too... I honestly don't know who's keep Wing stop open... please drive to the hood and get wings...

Called at 11am for 5 pm, still not ready at 6pm. And one of the Spanish staff hung up on me when I called to inquire about my order. Never will I recommend this place

Then the guy that took my order was yelling at me saying noooo you ordered 2. His name is Cameron. And that little girl with the long bun was just talking checking her schedule while she was holding my food.

Service was very good the first few times. Today, I ordered online as always. I placed it as an order for Delivery, but the website put it in as carry out. Order should have arrived by 2:30PM. I had to call them again, to inform them to correct it, I got a run around. Was calling over and over, being hung up here, gaslit by staff, talking over me. After being on for an 10th attempt calling they would hang up avoiding me again. They puropsely were not facing accountability, avoiding me, nor being proff. Finally, another employee finally answered at this point 2 solutions: refund placing it to my account, or allowing me to come get a fresh order another day. Simple. Very sarcastic and projecting comminication which was pitiful. I wanted to be on the phine to ensure to not deal wih these employees as they had bad customer service. "We are busy so you can be on the phone for a while then." Still talking over me rather than listen I get placed on hold for about 15 more min. She claimed she did the refund it never showed up in my account, she said she had no control over that to call bank. I requested a copy/receipt to send it to my email she brought up the busy excuse which is not acceptable. I told her do not speak to me this way nor anyone you never know who you are interacting with. I explained to her I am well aquaitned with the owners and W.S. franchise here in DFW and I am in town to work smh. I told her I will definitely be speaking with them regarding the employees working here. Do not attempt to reply or claim you never heard of this customer. I have this post on video chat to the right people, location, and the terrible service.

Received unfortunate feedback from an affiliate that was simply trying to place an order at this particular establishment and received foul treatment over the phone. This is being deliberated and taken up with the right people.
