As a frequent visitor to Einstein Bagels during my time working at LA Fitness, I had the pleasure of encountering an exceptional employee named Laura. Her warm and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression on me. Every morning, I was greeted with a genuine smile that instantly brightened my day. Recently, after a significant gap of over a decade, I decided to revisit the same Einstein Bagels location. To my astonishment, Laura was still there, radiating the same positive energy as before. It felt like time had stood still for her, as she enthusiastically welcomed me back with an even broader smile than I remembered. It was truly heartwarming to see that Laura had remained at the same establishment for so long. Her dedication to her work and her customers was apparent, as she continued to deliver exceptional service with the same enthusiasm and dedication that I had experienced years ago. I really enjoy Einstein Bagels. We get treated with the utmost respect. The employees care. They are very fun and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Besides that, the food is great. ☺️❤️

My Aunt had the cranberry bagel with cream cheese while I had ancient grain bagel with cream cheese. We both had medium size coffee. She had their decaf and had a refill while I had the dark roast. Both roasts are very good. Laura was very polite and professional

Always drop by to get a pack of bagels on my way to work each week. Very friendly staff and Lesa the manager is so kind and helpful. Will always be my go to bagel place with the great prices.

My favorite bagel shop. I came first because it is convenient - right on my way to work. I come back because the staff is cool and the variety of tasty things can't be beat. Savory bagel sandwiches, sweet cinnamon rolls (so good), classic breakfast fare - all good for breakfast or lunch. I also like that there are choices in coffee - is it a dark roast day? Hazelnut? Decaf? If this Einstein Bros. is in your neighborhood, drop in!

Everyone was friendly, but it seemed like the person making the drinks might have been new, and no one stepped in to help, even though it was just three drinks and there were staff members available. It would be great if they could improve the speed of the drink service to match the quality of the food.

Thanksgiving Day the A team is not on duty. Only received 12 bagels, NOT even the ones I asked for in specific amounts. Just what he felt like putting in box! No plastic bags, even though I asked for them. Then went to use rewards & was told I don’t have any??? My app shows 1020…. I’m confused… Maybe late night? Maybe lack of employees’ attention to detail.?

Seriously figure out your systems. And please don’t somehow try to tell me how this is better for me You get an F for this but A for food I’m here right now and ordered. No one else here. Then a 10 minute wait just to pay. Stupid

Service is slow and not overly friendly and the food can be very slow to come out during busy times. Also, it's a bit pricey for what you get. Overall, ok. Not MY first go-to though.

Guy with the hoop nose piercing needs to be more helpful. Gave me a whole bagel, uncut, untoasted. When I asked for it to be toasted with CC, they threw a whole bagel in a bag and gave it to me. Like a dog. Coffee is gross. I came right when they opened. Do better people, it’s just bagels.

When I went to pick it up it they put a reg milk instead and didn’t tell me, I guess hoping I wouldn’t notice….That’s problem #1….I did notice and pointed it out only for the employee to tell me there was nothing they could do because the Einstein’s app is 3rd party…? So I asked if they would just refund in cash the $2.80 she said she could not and rambled some more about 3rd party app and I would need to go through them, but she didn’t know how to do it….That’s problem #2. The employee was nice and professional but trying to replace my drink with something I didn’t order & not telling me is dishonest….The explanation and result was ridiculous and unacceptable and made NO sense. I don’t usually complain about anything on these reviews but this was really annoying to me. What happened to the customer is always right?….Especially one that’s been coming here for years. Not good… 👎👎

WHERE IS MY PATTY?!! From time to time i go to this location on a Sunday morning and I order the Chorizo Sunrise with an extra patty. Every time I have been charged the price of the extra patty. And only in two occasions have i actually received it only because I made sure to repeat myself, that comes across as a very demanding or annoying customer telling them how to do their jobs. So I didn't do it the last time, today. But then again I got my sandwich with no extra patty. You will need to repeat yourself several times despite how annoying that can be to both parties, but it is the only way to get your order right. I have not kept track of the times that has happened but I think this is my fifth time maybe fourth time that I have not received the extra patty. And they charge a lot for the extra patty!! Where is my patty!!!?
