I had a great experience at Waterfront. We had the mini burgers, which were very yummy. They were small but filling if you have a couple, and they were fresh, warm, and made with delicious ingredients. The drink I had was an Aperol, which was very good. I would also recommend the Aperol spritz —it’s a classic and you really can’t go wrong with it. The staff was extremely friendly. The girls working there had such a sweet attitude and were very kind, which made the experience even nicer. We also ordered fries, which were good, and the popcorn was a fun little touch. I really enjoyed the music selection—mostly 2000s hits—which added a great vibe. It was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable since it’s such a good bar. The only downside was that there’s only one restroom, so the line was quite long. Other than that, everything was great. There is parking available, and we were lucky enough to get a spot right in front. We waited a little in line to get in, but once inside, the crowd was mixed and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely come back.

I have came here a couple times and every time it’s full and lively. Bar has a divey vibe but is also modern and up to date with what any bar and grill would have. I’ve only ever had drinks here but the plates they have do look appetizing. A lot of space here which is good because the front bar does have the tendency to crowd. Big crowds for football so if you’re looking for a spot to catch a game, this could be it. Other cool spots nearby.

Such a welcoming atmosphere every bartender and staff couldn't be more friendly from greeting you when you walk in to getting your name so they can refer to you throughout your vist makes you feel at home with great friends. Sliders are unreal wings are delicious. Do yourself a favor and stop in, you can thank me later!!

My boyfriend and I love this spot for breakfast and drinks. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Love the breakfast burrito because it has tots and is always so thoughtfully assembled. Their standard breakfast (Atlantic Jag), the french toast, and their country fried steak are super solid. Love the laid back atmosphere and great prices.

Community staple. their staff is nothing but incredible, supportive and protective of all things that make this place a safe place and a place I will return to time and time again Hailey was my very first bartender there and the reason I returned time and time again Eventually I met the gang and who’s not to love? Not a face I don’t look forward to seeing. The crew there has always made me feel like family, learned my name quickly and reminded me time and time again moving to SD was the right choice. I spent like 30 minutes today speaking to co workers about how much I love burgers(and food); that you can’t go wrong with a good ol fashion burger and beer. The double B; suddenly I was here. Amazing; very kick back. Bartender was a sweetheart as well. (They serve breakfast as well) (fyi best picture at the bar, it’s right in front of the very last TV where all the privacy is at)

Great, inexpensive breakfast a short walk from my hotel. The chorizo hash with hot corn tortillas was better than I expected and my server was super friendly. While I ate, a few regulars came in for brunch, and the staff had one woman's drink ready by the time she sat down.

Candito cooks the best Chicken Fried Steak I’ve ever had. And I eat a lot of them. Thank you Dennis for the kind smile in the morning, and Logan for the coffee refills. Woulda taken a picture but I ate it too fast. Coming in from Portland Oregon I am not expecting a better breakfast experience in SD but y’all would do just fine in my city.

Went for breakfast. Let me start by saying if you want a good hearty breakfast this is a must! I had the breakfast burrito and it was awesome. Also recommend the country fried steak (comes with eggs & hashbrowns). Now the best part is how affordable. $13 for burrito and $14 fried steak. Lucy was a great server too!

Marisol and Tom made us feel like we were regulars. The environment was welcoming and fun. I'm not sure when I'll be back in town, but I'll definitely need to stop in again sometime.

Super fun spot. Incredibly crowded but easy to grab drinks. I was new to town and wanted to go somewhere fun and meet people. Everyone was very friendly. Highlight was Cookie monster at the end of the night.

Your typical dive bar! I know for the locals and regulars, it is much more than that. I came here for the first time, on a Saturday around 12:30 pm. Not too busy as expected, the brunch crowd was clearing out and I would assume the place is at its peak at night. Very nice servers and bartenders. They made it a point to learn and remember my partners name which was nice. We just ordered a couple drinks and watched some sports, super chill Saturday. So much history here!

Decent bar. Sort of friendly when you walk in. They'll greet you, good and fine, but feels like their schtick (think LA "authentic"). Ordered some drinks and food, all really good. Tried ordering some water and another drink, so I stood at the bar for a little while, then sat down because there were open seats and figured I'd get some attention. I was ignored to the point I just decided to leave. I guess I'm not their type of customer. I watched a few others get served drinks, so at least that was entertaining. Food service on point. We’d been impressed with breakfasts for years. Great food, good price, personable wait staff. Then, we tried dinner… rude wait staff, terrible food and wrong order, no alcohol in drink. We won’t return, and won’t refer this venue. We were SHOCKED at the rudeness of the dark haired waitress who dictated that we order at the bar then defended her rudeness. We’d already ordered by QR code. We’re were beyond irate.

Racism is ok in this establishment. I sadly have to give a bad review to this place because I used to like it. I have been harassed by racist white people 2 times now and th staff doesn't do anything about it. I was told the same old phrase "speak English, we're in America" which sadly indicates the low level of education a lot of these racist people have that only speak one language. The bartender saw it happening and didn't even call the security or tell the guy to leave. Saying nothing is supporting racism...sad
