I had already been to this place before to try their pizza, but this time I ordered delivery because it was late and I was craving something tasty. Honestly, everything was amazing, I loved it! Now I know exactly where to order from next time I want something delicious at night. I also ordered the pesto pasta, and I totally forgot to take a picture because as soon as I tasted it, I loved it and just kept eating. I didn’t realize until I had already finished it! So I guess that means it did its job really well! 😂

Came here in my constant quest for good pizza. Got a slice of cheese. Fire. Waited inside the place. Walls busy with art and stuff. Seems like there was some music playing. Place seemed a little tight but I ate in the out front seating area. I had drinks from elsewhere. They didn't bother me about it. The slice was priced lower than other slices in the area. Go by here for a slice if you are in the area.

Landini’s in San Diego is a gem! The Chicken (Pollo Alla Fiorentina) is an absolute standout—thick, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The Ravioli Ricotta e Spinaci, smothered in the BEST bolognese sauce, is pure comfort in every bite. Don’t miss the Fettuccine Gamberi e Pancetta—scrumptious and perfectly balanced and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. We started with a side of meatballs, which were deliciously tender, and capped the meal with a flawless tiramisu paired with a Café Americano. Five stars, hands down! PS: My wife reminded me about the FRESH BREAD to dip in the olive oil with balsamic vinaigrette. Don’t for get to double dip in fresh Parmesan cheese. Perfect can you put a picture of the tiramisu?

February 2025 We truly enjoyed some fantastic Italian cuisine here. I wished we have time and stomach to try their pizza. The pizza smells and looks very enticing. Our selection of lamb chop and calamari were delicious. My veal was served piping hot. I haven’t tasted any good with such great temp for a long time. This dish set a great example of great and fast cooking on a dining experience. My rating as 5 is highly satisfied Taste 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Attentiveness 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Speed of service 5/5 Highly recommend and will love to return.

The grandma style pie is 🔥. I like it well done. They’re up there for the best NY style pizza in San Diego. I especially like the sauce and the crust on the pizza. They can be inconsistent though. Got the grandma pie two days in a row and was noticeably better the first time. Slices are also expensive. About $7 per slice after tax is kinda wild. Grandma pie with pepperoni and 10% tip was $37. It’s good, but not THAT good.

Pizza by the slice is very good here. There were a lot of choices. We tried the Hawaiian, the tomato basil, a mushroom and a slice of pepperoni & sausage. The crust was thin and perfectly crispy on the edges and still chewy inside. Staff were friendly. There's indoor seating, but we ordered to go. We've eaten here before and will come back again.

It’s clear they take pride in what they do. If there’s one small downside, it’s the limited outdoor seating, on a beautiful starry night, it would be great to enjoy your pizza al fresco. Still, that’s a minor detail compared to everything else this place gets right. Highly recommended!

The pizza slices here are a classic NY style and really good. I enjoyed the burrata slice and the chicken with jalapeños. The flavor was really good. The slices aren’t very filling if you have a big appetite, perhaps order some sides as I went out for second dinner after my meal here. The outdoor seating is good. Used to come here every week for pizza because it reminded me almost like NYC pizza. I moved away from SD, but I’m back for the week and of course had to stop by. Sadly… 😩😩😩 total letdown. Very disappointing experience overall. The crust was extremely thin, the cheese and toppings were sparse, and the pizza lacked any real flavor or seasoning. It felt dry, bland, and poorly balanced. For the price point, the quality did not come close to expectations. Basic condiments like hot sauce or ranch weren’t even available, which made an already underwhelming meal harder to enjoy. The restaurant itself looked dirty and run down and is in clear need of attention. The pizzas on display had no descriptions or ingredient labels, forcing customers to ask the server for details. Unfortunately, the server came across as unfriendly and impatient, which made the ordering process uncomfortable. This was far below what I would expect from a well-known pizzeria in Little Italy. I won’t be returning.
