Buffalo Burgers

This place is small but has surprisingly good burgers and fries, particularly if you eat in. I have also found the burger keeps well if you want to finish it later. No wifi, and a TV, but it is a regular stop when I am in that part of town.

This place has great cheap "burger" fare, and many options for non-meat eaters. I really love their Hawaiian chicken sandwich, as well as their chicken Philly. My husband loves the tofu Philly, and they do a really good avocado salad. Fries can sometimes be a little overdone, and there's one guy at the counter who always seems to get our order wrong. Aside from that, I think it's completely five stars. They're open till 11 p.m., and the price can't be beat.

It's not a five star restaurant per se. But the burger and fries was delicious. The hamburger patty was juicy and tender. It was a pleasant surprise and I definitely will visit again when I am in the area

My favorite burger joint of all time. Their burgers are the best and most worth it in all of SF. If you like fancy burgers try their ultimate burger, you will not be disappointed. Very affordable, consistently good food. Deliciously crispy frys, fantastic shakes.

The burgers are so good here. I legit fantasize about them. They make them to order, so keep in mind that it can take up to 10 or more minutes for them to serve it. I usually call ahead if I'm in a hurry. Love all the add ons they have, too. Good fries, as well.

We eat here every time we come to SF! My husband usually has the buffalo burger and I usually have whatever I'm in the mood for and it's ALL exceptional! Today I had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich for the first time and it was one of the best I have ever tasted not having had an "original" Philly Cheese Steak in Philly. The staff is always very nice and friendly and it is usually very busy. They get lots of phone orders as well. We found this place by accident a few years ago (via a GPS) when looking for a BBQ place! LOL!

Love this place, and their prices. Always good to boost places in SF where quality food doesn't have to cost so much. Definitely has that actually hole-in-the-wall, hasn't been renovated in a couple decades type vibe here. For me, and as a self appointed garlic fries enthusiast, this place has my favorite garlic fries in the city. First of all, they use steak-cut fries, which is great, and then the garlic they use is not overbearing and has a powdery texture. Garlic powder perhaps? I should ask them the next time I'm there... very, very satisfying. For their prices, the amount you get and the quality of the food is top notch.

I had an old school classic burger craving and this spot satisfied it. At first I wasn't such a huge fan of the fries, but I came to like them more and more with each bite. The burger wasn't anything fancy, but just a classic enjoyable cheeseburger. Miss spots like this. I want to try the Philly cheesesteak next time. They make them better in SF anyway. The portions are HUGE and the prices are not bad at all. $10 for the ultimate burger which had like an egg, bacon, extra cheese, an onion ring. $4 for a huge portion of fries and drink. I saw pictures from back in the precovid days when the prices were even lower too lol. I believe this is a part of the original buffalo wings franchise (which I love). I have one in my hometown and there's another one over on Lombard I believe? Regardless, good food, cheap, and huge portions.

Great for keto dieters! Ever since my family went on the ketogenic diet I’ve been dreading travel. I’m so glad I found Buffalo Burgers here in San Francisco next to the Golden Gate Park! We got double burgers with cheese, mayo, avocado, no ketchup and no bun. they were delicious and huge! They also serve grilled chicken.

When researching food near our hotel that was close and affordable, this little gem popped up. They make a decent burger. They came to us steaming hot. They were good. The French fires I could tell were made fresh. Could have had a little more seasoning but they were meaty and nicely cooked. It's a little hole in the wall so there is not much seating so be prepared to take it to go.

It's my go to spot for a burger in the neighborhood. It's priced the way a burger should be, it's not amazing quality, but it's good and the bun is good. It's better than hard Knox or bills. The fries are better too. Lately they've been overcooking the curly fries, or slicing them too thin? so I tried the regular ones and they were great. Thick, some skin left on..they definitely make them fresh because you can see them soaking in the fridge (a normal step in making fries .. it's just water). I've also had the steak sandwich, I saw them slice it off a big roast too, and the fried fish was good too. I've heard bad things about the wings though.. I've never eaten there, I always get takeout.

I went into Buffalo restaurant this evening to order 13 chicken wings three fish and chips. I got it all to go.The wings were nicely spicy, and not all lumpy and gross. The fries were not soggy when i took them home. The fish were pretty good? I wish the fish batter has been a little fresher but it was still not bad. That whole meal cost $20:12, not bad for a full meal with lots of fresh carrots and celery.

The taste of the food is very good and the prices are decent but for the past 2 months of me going there they have been skimping out on there meat portions. Every burger patty is thin, chicken sandwich will only take up half the bun. Also, they have messed up my order around 3 times just in the past month. To get a 5 star review they need to bring back the meat.

Disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Ordered garlic fries, cream cheese jalapeño poppers, and a burger with bacon, egg, and onion ring with Buffalo sauce. Orderd pickup, and garlic fries were a little soggy by the time I got home, but still tasty. Poppers were crispy, burger was ordered medium rare and when I got home burger was just right. Would definitely order in next time to try it even more fresh. Order was ready in ~20 min when ordering on Thursday evening.

Quick service, but the Apple Pay system does not work. I had the burger with pineapple on it and it was pretty good, meat quality could have been better. However for the price it was just fine. The garlic fries should be named wedges because they are huge and satisfying.

The avocado burger was delicious! I really liked how it tasted. The price was a bit over $4, but I enjoyed it. I've also tried the wings, which were great as well. My friend and I split wings and they gave us one more than the menu stated since they saw that we were sharing. The wings were tasty and they came with celery and ranch.

Stopped in for a burger/fries and the price was right. The burger was well made and came out quick. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again but if I was in the area I would definitely go again. There menu is quite large. There might be a 5 star item somewhere on the menu.

Had the Greek Salad, very large and definitely shareable. Bf has chicken wings, cooked perfectly but he likes crazy hit sauce and they weren't that spicy. I also had the fried mushrooms... yum and cooked perfectly. Not 5 star because the inside is not that inviting, they need to clean and set it back up for inside seating.

A good place to eat a great burger. The combos are not on the wall but they do exist, just ask the cashier. It's a burger joint so the service is not amazing but it doesn't have to be. I eat there on a regular basis and often find myself leaving a tip after really enjoying the food.

Nice place with a good looking menu. Good service. Buffalo burger... Ehhh no Didn't taste fresh, the bun is puffy but turns into a glutinous gum after you bite into it. I didn't feel nourished. The coleslaw was crispy and wonderful. Not oversauced with milky juice. Very fresh. I'll be back to try other items because the place has decent reviews.

Just a few places to sit, cramped space. I don't understand why I should give a tip here, before I receive my food and also if there is no service and you must pay in advance. Corn dogs was not good at all, It seems like they use cheap sausage. But Ultimate Burger was absolutely great. Restrooms are unisex and not 100% clean.
