Opinions de Il Parco San Francisco
Come for the views, stay for the convenience. Our group was walking through the Tunnels park and got hungry so we stopped in to Il Parco. For a large group the cafeteria style ordering was convenient for expedited service as separate payment. I wished they had the full menu at the end of the line so that I was more prepared to order, but in the final minute I decided on one of the focaccia sandwiches. We grabbed a big table on their patio and took in the stunning views as we enjoyed the food. Over all we felt the pizza and sandwiches were really oily and the pastries were dry. Wasn’t great, but not a bad option for middle of the park experience. Service was sharp so for me it’s the view and staff that really made this meal.
Cute cafe by the Presidio Tunnel Tops with an amazing view of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. Lots of outdoor seating, but it can be chilly and windy. Wide selection of food and drinks, including fresh made smoothies. Nice spot for a date or to meet up with friends.
I’m not sure why the rating on this place is so low. The coffee is great. It’s got beautiful seating with glass that blocks out the wind and there’s heaters for a cold day. The service was prompt and though I haven’t tried the food yet. It looks delicious. The food is reasonable priced. Muffins are about five bucks. Pizza is between 10 and $15 and sandwiches are $20. It’s not cheap but it’s not crazy expensive either
Great food at a reasonable price. Close walk to Palace of Fine Arts. Eat and enjoy views of Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz.
This is the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. ⭐️ The egg, cheese and bacon on focaccia changed our lives. ❤️😋 The eggs were fluffy with a smooth texture. The mozzarella cheese works perfectly and the crispy bacon gives added flavor and crunch. This sandwich is on a whole other level being wrapped in focaccia. The bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. And, the sauce!!! I don’t’ know what it is, but it is sooooo good. The sandwich is HUGE. Plenty for two to share. Which is great because it left room for some banana bread. The coffee is so so. Go for the food. The view is a bonus. The service was friendly and fast. We were there on a rainy Monday morning, so there was no line. However, they are known to be quite busy on the weekends and good weather days, so plan ahead. I was sad I could not stay in the area to try the pizza later in the day. I will continue to dream until the next time I can have this sandwich.
We stumbled across this cute restaurant as we were walking through the Presidio. We decided to order two focaccia pizzas to go- the mushroom pizza, and the potato pesto pizza. The best part is we shared them in front of the Golden Gate bridge (2 min walk away from the restaurant). The pizzas were delicious, and we wished we ordered a banana bread or cookie to top things off (they looked delicious). Definitely stop by Il Parco if you're in the area. The location is privileged, the food is at the level and the staff are very friendly :)
Didn’t know this place existed in here. I loved the food and lot of sitting areas. It’s clean and we will come back.

So yummy!! It was really quick and easy to find. This place had so many good options to choose from but my boyfriend and I came to try the focaccia and it did not disappoint. It was so good and flavorful, and the crust was super fluffy. We had a gorgeous view in the seating area as well. Was it a little pricey and touristy? Sure, but that’s to be expected from a restaurant in this kind of location. Still worth it in my opinion, I look forward to coming back!
Great place. They sell a tasty focaccia pizza as well as sourdough bread sandwiches plus some really delicious baked goods. If you’re in the Presidio, it’s a great place to take a break from everything. Great views!
Came in for Oktoberfest on a Thursday and the vibe was lively with a dj, plenty of colorfully decorated tables, no wait at food counter, food came fast and hot and tasty! Only reason they didn't get (5) stars is because I ordered a pretzel for the festival occasion, asked if it came with a sauce, was told mustard. Delivered to table plain, so I had to ask for it and wait for that, after she said let me check on that. Other than that, great atmosphere, phenomenal views and friendly staff! 😊
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Il Parco at the Presidio is a beautiful spot with absolutely amazing views—you really can’t beat the setting. The quality of the food was excellent across the board. They offer a great variety of pizzas and pastas, and the desserts were especially delicious. It is on the expensive side, so be prepared for that, but the experience and location help justify the price. Also, bring a jacket—it can get quite windy out there, even on sunny days!
It’s worth a visit. Yes, it’s a tourist trap, but for good reason! The view is gorgeous, and there’s plenty of great photo ops. The food… not the best sf has to offer. But the NY Cheesecake was delicious, and I’m glad I went. Edit- get the Italian meatballs! They’re great.
The breakfast sandwich and pastries were delicious. Beautiful views while we ate. Service was a bit chaotic with the organization and flow of organizing and getting your food, but everyone was very friendly.

Come for the view and enjoy a baked good while you’re at it. We loved the patio area and how convenient it is to pop in after walking in the park. I agree with other reviews that the food can be hit or miss, I wish they warmed up the pizza a little more and a few times the crust has been stale.
The focaccia style pizza is really good if you like focaccia. The Sicilian is flavorful, you can't go wrong for under $10. Alas a lot of the flavors are just beyond the price of what I am willing to pay for 1 slice of pizza ($15). But I guess we are paying to eat pizza in a national park with an amazing view. Also I think the service is fine, you're just likely to get stuck in line behind a group of 8 tourists who have apparently never ordered food at a counter before, so you'll be waiting on that.
Ordered the Classic Pandino sandwich and Pepperoni Pizza , and I’m going to be honest —- I didn’t have the highest expectations. The sandwich was made fresh and wow, it was deliciously perfect and hit the spot during as a late afternoon snack on a sunny but windy autumn. Foccacia pizza’s bread was crispy and the perfect density —- my kids didn’t finish it so I did! Sadly the baked goods experience left a lot to be desired. I purchased a nice large chocolate chip cookie for my kids and neither of them ate more than a bite. I tried it myself later in the day and it was clearly stale and several days old given how hard and brittle it was. Great views and plenty of options.

We ordered two pastries three slices of pizza and a coffee and the total came out to just almost $70. The pricing is it extremely high for what you’re getting each slice of pizza is $16 and change. The pastries aren’t anything special aside from the Chai Cookie. The coffee cake was okay because it was very dry. Also, it was unfortunate because one of the slices of pizza had little hairs on it. Another issue was the outdoor seating had trash all over the ground and none of the employees addressed it.
The food is hit and miss, particularly the bake goods. The Roman style pizza is pretty tasty, but the views... the view on a sunny day is stunning from the patio.
The pizza was really good. Square type thick focaccia bread. The soup was tasty but little bit salty and not hot, since this place is chilly I wanted to eat quite hot one… Their service was just okay just forgot our soup. Love the view-source: from this restaurant

Not sure why they can’t have ppl who are dedicated to serving the line. One person does one thing then goes away and no one is serving the counter or taking orders. They also play rap and music which is not suitable for kids. Another opportunity squandered.
Ok. Here you have a beautiful place with an amazing view. But sadly the food is not that great, we order a lasagna and not only they completely forgot about it but when they finally served it was COLD inside. We were so hungry and already had complained about the waiting time. You could see employees arguing between them, ana in a bad mood, also everything was super pricy. So if I come back I would only get a coffee just to enjoy the view.

All of the pasties were pretty dry, and honestly nothing stuck out as exceptional or unique. Unless you need immediate food and you’re already in the neighborhood, I think your money is better spent at other bakeries in the surrounding area. Lemon poppyseed bread > chocolate chip cookie > blueberry crumb muffin > banana and chocolate bread.
Extremely disappointed with my visit today. I ordered four slices of pizza for $45 plus tax, and it was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. The slices tasted like they had been sitting out for hours, old and reheated. Not only was the food terrible, but the customer service was just as bad. The staff seemed to have no understanding of basic customer service. They just grabbed four slices off the counter, shoved them in a box, and handed them to me without any care or attention. For $45, I expected something fresh, hot, and at least edible. I truly don’t understand how this business is allowed to operate. It makes no sense why a place like this exists. If you're a first-time customer or someone thinking this place is a good option, do yourself a favor and avoid it. It’s a scam. This place is a total rip-off, and I’m shocked they’re still in business. I’m just trying to warn people—this is not a good place, and it’s not worth your money.
Tourist Trap - Overpriced, Cold, unremarkable. I really don't like writing 1 star reviews but this just isn't it. Cafeteria style ordering. Pizza sitting out getting cold. Zero dining experience. The white slice cost $16 and the pepperoni slice cost $12. Barely average flavor. No heart. I wanted to enjoy this place cause the view in the park is great. I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone eat here.

All vibes, no substance. Go to the main pavilion with the food trucks instead. How do you have an Italian cafe that doesn’t have an espresso machine??!?!! All espresso drinks are made by clicking a screen you’d find at the kitchen inside a 2013 office building. Pastries are mostly dry and stale too, as if they had been shipped there several days prior.
