Què diuen els clients de Kura Sushi
Kura Sushi offers a fun, unique dining experience with a conveyor belt and robot servers. Customers praise the fresh sushi, friendly staff (especially Max and Roland), and self-serve system. However, long wait times, inconsistent conveyor belt availability, and occasional service issues are concerns.

Opinions de Kura Sushi San Francisco
Good variety, love the ability to order the roll I want without having to wait and see if the dish has been replenished. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I do suggest downloading their app and scheduling a reservation, especially Friday through Sunday's. Currently each sushi roll dish is about $4.99
NO WONDER WHY THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED!!!! THE SUSHI HERE IS SO DELICIOUS. I HAD A CALI ROLL AND IT TASTED SO DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER PLACE . THE ROBOT WITH THE DRINKS ITS SO CUTE. I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO COME AND TRY THIS RESTAURANT ITS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO TRY THE REST OF THE 🍱 FOOD
This place is always a lot of fun, every time we go we try something different and never disappoints plus really entertaining with the little robot bringing your beverages and very friendly staff.
I give this place a 10/10 for creativity, and uniqueness. We were more than excited to try their sushi and came out satisfied. The prices weren’t too bad, and there’s a nice amount of choices to choose from. We will be back!
We absolutely love Kura and we make sure to stop into one every time we are in a city with one! This location is great! It’s a bit smaller than others but that makes for a better experience. They have the robot waiters to deliver to your table which is always fun. The sushi is always good, they don’t mess around with that. Plus the non sushi options are plentiful and also delicious. The fun videos that play when you insert plates are always a treat. Do yourself a favor and visit. Just make sure to download the app and check in before, the wait can be long otherwise.
The wait time can be from zero minutes to two hours in my experience. It's nice, but be careful about eating too many plates! The uni (sea urchin) seems to be worse over time/ to right now. My friend said he got uncooked meat right infront of me for their hamburg helper thing, but thankfully, the staff actually took it back.
This is a great spot to stop at for sushi! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean. The best thing is seeing all the various sushi options pass by on the rotating track! You even have the option to order specific plates, drinks, and deserts that arrive on the top rotating track. The cutest little robot brings out your drinks, and you even have the option to win prizes over time.
Don’t mind the bad reviews, honestly Kura is always a great place to eat. Sushi is always fresh, service is quick and effective and what a bunch of friendly staff they’ve got. We like the self serve service this place has to offer and the prices are actually great for good quality sushi. Oh also, they have great wasabi and tasty ponzu sauce. 10/10 would come back.
Excellent experience in this place for sushi. 1. The robot is amazing. It brings you the hot water and ice water. 2. Every time we press the “call” button, waitress came immediately to help us. 3. You take the dish after you see it from the conveyor belt. 4. It is the most fun part when watching the colorful sushi on moving belt. 5. $3.85 for each dish regardless what it is. Of course, special order such as Ramen is higher. It usually has waiting line so checking yourself first when you are in the mall to avoid long wait.

The manager Max was extremely helpful of our inquiries regarding personal diets/allergies, the food was up to standards and expectations. The overall experience was elevated by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Shoutout to Roland! Hes soooo 'Goofy 67'.
Fun experience to dine at in Stonestown Mall. I love that some of your dishes are delivered by a robot or gets shot out to you on the food belt. My ramen was pretty tasty. The hand roll veggies were quite fresh. The meal was affordable.
This one of those places that you have to go at least once just for the experience. The food was good enough, but not particularly outstanding. But the atmosphere it create was super fun especially for kids, as such, there is usually a long wait. You can pick up sushi directly from the revolving belt, or you can order from the screen and have it jet over to your table on the conveyor belt. The restaurant is gamified, so the more you order, the more entertainment and prizes you get. We've been to the one in Houston TX, and this one is equally fun and entertaining. Give it a try, especially if your party have kids. They are going to have so much fun eating.

This sushi joint combines automation, robot servers and hand crafted meals to deliver a unique experience for first time diners, though the novelty can wear off quickly. Diners can place food orders via touch screen and a conveyor belt delivers the order to the specific table that placed the order, which is a modernized performance of the traditional sushi conveyor belt that loops around a restaurant. Water and other beverages are delivered by robot servers. Expect a long wait for a table on weekends. We waited an hour even with a reservation. Once we were seated, background noise from robot servers playing tunes to younger diners sitting in high chairs to the general dish clatter made it difficult to understand our soft spoken host or hostess. It took us a minute to figure out food orders by touch screen and to distinguish which miscellaneous items (napkins, eating utensils, serving spoon, extra bowls) to request from the human staff. Overall, the food was good but the restauranteur(s) may need to keep up the technological innovation to keep customers interested.
Popular Japanese kaiten sushi chain. The system is straight out of what you find in their branches in Japan. Great as you don't need any human contact as you can order through a touchscreen and the plates will come directly to your table via a specialized conveyor system. Robots also help to bring out drinks and non-sush dishes. Kids would love this so a great place for a family outing.

The food is unfortunately not that great. The hamachi had a really strong nama taste to it, it seems to have been dead for a while. The nigiri were not well held together with the shari, so any attempt to pick one up will cause the nigiri to fall apart. Sure it's not supposed to be the greatest nigiri ever but I can't help but leave disappointed.
TLDR: not worth the wait nor the price Quality is barely average We waited for about 45 minutes for a table of two which was on par with the estimated wait time of 40-55 mins. Sat down at an awkward table where my side could not reach to grab the sushi because of the wall. The quality of the sushi was pretty meh as can be told by the pale colors of the fish. Also the rice isn’t made well either, it falls apart easily and some bites had too much vinegar. My favorite was actually the soft shell crab tempura. Would not come back again especially for the price and wait. We ordered 17 plates and one tempura and that came out to $94 total.
When seated at the first group of tables the conveyor arrives empty most of the time. Makes for a stressful meal, always waiting for something and nothing but empty plates come by. Also, the server made a horrible mess pouring our sakes and left it there. We put several napkins on the puddle and 3 times servers were at our table and didn't pick up the mess until I finally asked them to. Close to home, decent sushi, won't be back.

This place has so much potential and shoots itself in its sushi foot again and again. Let’s start with the experience: if you’re not at the beginning of the choo-choo track, many of the sushi going by are empty. So you can order and wait. The chopsticks are the cheapest made. Three times I’ve been here, the chopsticks splinter and split wrong time and time again. I mean.. you’re a sushi place. Either get quality wood utensils or get washables. Most of the sushi tastes fresh. The tako was rubbery and bland. The best of them all last time was a macha scallop. AMAZING! It sent me back just for that. Today when I went back they said it was a special and gone. I asked if they could ask if it can be made: Robot waiters response: “no.. we can’t”. The service is personality-less. Maybe because everyone I’ve had as a waiters seem to have zero communication skills. A few minor fixes would make this place a shining star. I guess they are riding the honeymoon wave of people waiting 75+ minutes (our wait time) and hope for repeats.

As a long time Kura lover, the food was great and consistent with others, but the service here was quite abysmal. The ordering system on the screen was not allowing us to order drinks and we had to ask 4 times in the span for 30 minutes for water from the waiters. We finally got waters about 40 minutes into our meals. When we alerted that we needed service, waiter never came to check on our table, they'd walk by multiple times, and to be honest it felt like there was an intentional ignorance of just not wanting to stop by the table. We had a hard time paying and overall the experience was just incredibly disappointing compared to the expectations we have of Kura. A I mentioned, the food was great and the revolving bar was kept stocked better than I've ever seen at a Kura. The kitchen staff are definitely doing an excellent job, but the other staff needs some customer service training.

I reserved a spot for 7:10pm, with the purpose of getting the limited time Kirby blanket. Childish, sure, but it's the reason my girlfriend and I wanted to come. Instead what happened is that they let two huge parties go ahead of us, and we were seated 35-40 mins late. You can probably guess the next part, but they ran out of said blankets by the time we were seated. Since it was almost closing time there were no more new sushi plates being made. All empty plates. So the dining experience was not good either. Bad, delayed service and not even a good meal. Maybe next time. Or maybe not. There's better conveyer belt sushi places. The manager also came out to speak to us. I thought he was going to try to resolve the issue in someway, but all he did was deflect and try to pass the blame onto the second manager on shift. The manager said, and I'm paraphrasing since english is not his primary language, "I was on break 20 minutes ago, when I got back I saw there were no sushi on the conveyer belt, I'm trying to get more made. There's another manager on shift." In other words, trying to say it's not his fault. Was that supposed to make us feel better? That the buck keeps getting passed onto another person? Utter incompetence. Baited with a cross promotion that ran out due to them delaying our reservation and they couldn't even feed us properly at the very least. Oh, and when we tried to pay and leave to have an actual meal elsewhere, their checkout system was bugging out and the server couldn't figure out why. He was actually asking what (few) dishes we had to "troubleshoot" the issue with us. That's not our job. Are we supposed to memorize the plates we chose? It took us around another 10 mins to get out of there because of their incompetence. The biggest failure is the fact that we left hungry because there was basically no conveyer belt sushi left in a conveyer belt sushi restaurant. We ate dinner at another location instead.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location due to a payment processing issue that was never properly resolved. On my visit, the payment terminal froze and did not print a receipt. I called over one of the staff to show them what happened. The staff advised me to retry the payment. Both transactions ended up going through about 5 minutes apart, with a small difference due to tip selection. The employees noted the issue at the time, they took my phone number, name and both transactions and when I followed up later, the manager acknowledged what happened and offered to refund either transaction. However, when I check for the refund, I was told the store could not see the charges at all, which directly contradicts the earlier conversation and what is clearly visible on my bank statement. This back-and-forth has forced me to spend unnecessary time contacting my bank and corporate just to resolve a duplicate charge that should have been straightforward. Mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-through and inconsistent information from management made this much more difficult than it needed to be. I hope this location improves how payment issues and refunds are handled in the future.
I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our table was ignored most of the night, even when the waitress clearly heard us asking for things (like wasabi) and chose to walk away or pretend she didn’t hear us. On top of the poor service, the sushi itself was noticeably low quality - not fresh (smelled funny), not well prepared, and absolutely not worth the price. Overall, a very underwhelming visit. We won’t be returning.
