Opinions de Phat Thai San Francisco
Have an amazing time here with friends and family. The foods are delicious ~ mine friends were basically licking their dish clean. Service is 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Pad Thai, Calamari fry and the cheese cake.
Picked up dinner from Phat Thai and it was delicious! The flavors were authentic and everything was fresh. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty Thai food.
Please don’t miss this eatery, excellent Thai cuisine guaranteed to be served of your choice from the menu or takeout. Tried drunken noodles with tofu, bell peppers, presentation appeal and taste all winners!
This was a top notch Thai experience! From the space, to the drinks, service and the food…oh wow the food was perfection! Authentic Thai with a level of WoW whennit comes to spice! Definitely check it out - no reservations so go by 7:30 to get in with ease!
Came here on vacation and the food was Fabulous. Kelly our server was Amazing. Enjoyed the Drunken Noodles, Mixed Veggies with Rice also Tom Yum Soup! Warning food is Spicy but I Loved it!!! If you Love Thai, You Definitely have to try them, you won’t be disappointed!
Everything I ordered was 10/10. Phat Rolls, Tofu Pad Thai, Sigha Beer. Service and atmosphere were also very nice.
Finally, a good Thai restaurant in SF! The mild sweet tinge in their Pad Kee Mao sealed the deal for me. The noodles were cooked well in sauce and tofu was properly fried. Basil leaves added a great touch. Don’t forget to get their fried tofu - that peanut sauce was amazing! Would definitely come back.
I was staying at the Infinity Hotel and returning a little late when I noticed that Phat Thai was still open. Since I wanted to have dinner in my room, I decided to get takeout. I ordered the fried pork with fried rice, and the food was absolutely great! The sauce that came with it was amazing and really brought the dish together. 🍚 Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to experience the dine-in ambiance this time, but I’d definitely love to try it next time I’m in the area. The only downside for me was the pricing. I ordered two of the same dish and ended up paying around $50, which felt a bit on the higher side💲. That said, the taste definitely compensated for it. Overall, a great spot for tasty Thai food! 🥘
I LOVE Phat Thai! Bobby and crew are always so accommodating and friendly. Indicative of Thai culture, their hospitality is always on point. The food is authentic and always delicious. I love the fried rolls, the spicy papaya salad, and the mango sticky rice. And don't get me started on the amazing nitro Thai iced tea...a MUST have! Highly recommended and I will forever be a loyal customer!
Today we had an amazing lunch at Phat Thai. We love Thai food, and have had the opportunity to travel to Thailand before, and we were really impressed by Phat Thai. The server was super nice, and shared that the restaurant is family-owned with lots of recipes from their aunt. We had Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mow, and Yellow Curry with chicken. We’ll be back for sure, and would highly recommend Phat Thai! 🙂
I didn't expect this to be the BEST Thai I’ve had in San Francisco, but WOW! Everything was absolutely divine - the soups, the noodles, all of it - so freaking delish! Honestly, it’s even better than some of the “hot spots” everyone hypes up. This place is a gem, and the service was amazing too!
Searched for Thai food place when we were at the Golden gate bridge, and this is the first 4 5+ star-rated option that showed up. For obvious reasons! This is the place to go to for Thai food. Ambience is great. The deco tries to bring in a bit of fusion between traditional and modern. We were there for a late lunch so we seated immediately. Food is top notch. We eventually spoke with the owner and he told us that everything is made freshly, including the spices. He ain't lyin'... you can taste the difference. We ordered the Pad Thai, Fried Rice, and Panang Curry. Everything tasted excellent. Would love to come back if we're ever in SF again. The only gripe with visiting this place is finding a spot to park. I had to wait quite a bit to find a spot at street side parking.
Well now, let me spin you a tale of unexpected delight and culinary marvel. As I meandered through the crisp January air, not in pursuit of vittles but rather led by whimsy, my eyes did chance upon a sign so beguiling it set my appetite astir. It read: “Phat Thai.” The name alone bore such repetition as to suggest a certainty of mastery, and I was reminded, indeed, of Sir Danksalot and his fabled TukTuk of enchantment. “Why not?” I thought. If fate bids me here, who am I to decline her summons? The exterior was as welcoming as an old friend’s smile, and within, I found a cozy abode of some twenty tables, a bar gleaming with bottles, a neon sign casting its colorful glow, and the hum of cheerful music. The staff, though not wholly of Thai origin, bustled about with a genial air that transcended such trifles. After all, as the Thais say, “jai yen yen”—keep your heart cool. Now, the menu—ah, the menu! A cornucopia of delights awaited, and lo, there was even happy hour on a weekend! Half-priced Singha and Chang? Why, that is the kind of generosity to make a man weep with gratitude. As a vegetarian, I cast my eye upon their Pad Thai, which, though adorned with egg, was graciously altered to suit my needs. Such accommodation deserves no less than a kop khun mak mak (many thanks indeed). But the true gem lay in their chili selection. Four varieties, mind you—not the paltry one or two most establishments offer. Here was the full spectrum of heat and flavor, a veritable mai pen rai (no worries) for the adventurous palate. And the beer! Beyond the local brews, they boasted IPAs and other frothy wonders fit for any connoisseur. Cleanliness and order reigned supreme, the floors shining as though polished by the hands of angels. This place, my friends, is a sanctuary for those seeking both sustenance and a bit of cheer. I shall say without hesitation or hyperbole, Phat Thai Phat Thai Phat Thai is a beacon of joy, and I recommend it to all who value good food, good drink, and a touch of magic in their dining. —A humble wanderer and lover of fine things.

Fantastic new Thai restaurant in the neighborhood. We learned that they started as a food truck at Spark Social, but now have opened up this restaurant. You can also order food for delivery directly from the restaurant if you live nearby (no more fees!) We will definitely be back!

Came here with a few friends. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Big portions. The spicy wings were amazing. Our server was super nice and attentive. They also have a great happy hour deal.
Phat Thai is my go to place in the Marina! The owners, Bobby & Ashley are constantly there to insure the quality of the food. The service, particularly by Raluca, is excellent! My favorite is the red curry chicken. Their version is packed with a lot of flavor that perfectly complements the included jasmine rice! I’ve recently brought in my sister and have sent in a number of friends who tried several other dishes. Everyone loved the food and service. Make it a point to dine at Phat Thai!
I've visited Phat Thai many times and I've tried so many things from the menu and it's all been so delicious! Pad Thai, green curry, laad na, ka pow, and things I'd never tried before like nam tok. The staff and the owner have always been very friendly and welcoming. A shout out in particular to Victoria, who always provides excellent, attentive, and friendly service. I usually visit the restaurant during lunch time on weekdays, and I find the atmosphere during that time to be very inviting and pleasant.
Tasty. Responsibly priced. Good service. Vibe- love the simple and bright decor. Clean and good lighting. Food- so dang tasty. We got pad Thai, pad see eww, and drunken noodles for entrees. And spring rolls and cucumber salad as appetizers. All good was super flavorful, good portion sizes, and well presented. Service- everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Shoutout to Victoria our server- she was super personable and attentive. Took great care of us!!

Excellent Thai experience! Bobby and Victoria were so nice and the service was excellent! Had green curry and pad thai. Both were great, but I especially enjoyed the pad thai - the noodles were thinner than usual which seemed to hold in more sauce. 5 stars across the board!

Stumbled upon this place when we were around the area and was craving Thai food! Eggplant tofu dish had the perfect amount of sweetness and rly loved how perfectly the eggplant was cooked! Pad kee mao was also delicious but the spiciness took me out (medium spicy is a lot more spicy than u think so be careful) and prevented me from enjoying it to the fullest potential :( Would come back to try their panang curry & pad Thai next since they were rly good when I tried a few bites from my friends!
Great service and portion sizes. Solid food overall, just a bit surprised that our Pad Kee Mao came in thin noodles vs wide noodles. The pineapple fried rice was also good, just a bit too strong on the yellow curry powder for our liking. We also ordered the phat wings which were solid and tasted fresh. Overall, a solid spot if you are around the area for Thai food.

We all eat with our eyes first. The food looks appealing and tasty. Once you get to taste it that might change your opinion. Order: Beef Pad See Ew: it was salty. 2/5 Tom Yum Soup: had a very mild taste of lemongrass and an overpowering taste of tomato and carrot. 1/5 Red Curry: was tasty and spicy 5/5 Beef Fried Rice: was bland also note that the rice doesn't come with protein. It's an additional cost even though it states "your choice of protein" 1/5 Thai tea was too sweet needed to water it down. 2/5 I love Thai food and when I read the reviews I thought I had to try it. Unfortunately, it was not a yummy experience. The cost is high for the serving size as well.
