Love this place so much! When I first started eating poke about 3 or 4 years ago, the location in colma had fish that wasn't the freshest because I tasted and smelled fish pretty strong. The one on ocean though, is great! I used to get a medium bowl with white rice, tuna, spicy crab, spicy tuna, spicy mayo and edamme, seaweed salad, masago and sesame seeds. Now I do almost the same but, a large bowl with kelp noodles (because they have no calories lol) salmon and Tuna, spicy crab and spicy tuna and the same sauce and toppings.one thing I tried about a year ago was their kimchi..and it's so good!! It's so flavorful and not TOO spicy. I always buy a side of it!! 10/10 would recommend

Yay for Poke Bowl! They can serve into your own container so you don't generate any trash! Their portions were just fine (I got a medium size order and it filled my largest bowl so glad I did not get the largest one). The woman who made it did a very good job making sure she got everything on my list. I'm really glad they have brown rice and lots of different mix in options. I think she may have forgotten a sauce at the end after she added the Unagi, but it was still very tasty anyway so I did not mind. The atmosphere/decors was pretty flat with some of the front used for storage but the food and service were great!

I got this giant, delicious bowl of poke last night and was in heaven! They read my requests (grubhub) of half rice/half salad and a side of Wasabi and fulfilled them perfectly! I got unagi, octopus, tuna and salmon with all the toppings. I forget which 2 sauces I chose but they were perfectly blended, not overpowering or too much. This was the perfect way to end a very long day! Thank you!!

I got this giant, delicious bowl of poke last night and was in heaven! They read my requests (grubhub) of half rice/half salad and a side of Wasabi and fulfilled them perfectly! One of the best (if not the very best!) poke bowls I've ever had! Their portions are huge - we were very hungry, but still couldn't finish a medium size each. The bowls and very customizable, so it's easy to get exactly what you want. Fast service and nice indoor seating.

Always consistent 5 stars! EDIT : 8.24.18 the poke has lowered in quality. I dont think i can eat here anymore. Its beyond bad now 2 stars Edit: 3.5.19 I gave it another shot and the last two visits tasted great! 4 stars

Calling all seafood lovers! So, so good. Sushi bowl (to be simplified) of heaven. It really feels like a new bowl each time with even the simplest differences. I highly recommend the combination of tamago and garlic chips. They also are very generous with the meat so if you are looking at the price, don't worry... you'll thank yourself later for deciding it's worth it. The only problem I have with this place is that I noticed the only difference between the 2 scoop and 3 scoop options is more rice for the bigger bowl. It's an extra scoop of meat but half the time they eyeball it anyways. Yeah, they say it's one more scoop but 2 is plenty and it's a healthier portion for a meal... including not bloating up on so much rice.

My go-to place when I need to get lunch before heading to work. Tables can be cleaner, I have ate there 3 times in a week and I had to really choose which table I want to use. Those ones in the very back can be filthy with dried up sticky sauces on it. Other than that, food is good! I ordered the medium bowl of tuna, salmon, and crab with brown rice and honey avocado sauce. 😋

I like their poke. Their cost performance is good too. One disappointing thing is that they count fake crab meat as one of the protein 🥲 It should be one of sides with no extra cost.

1st visit. Good solid poke bowl options. Not fancy inside and I saw several people picking up orders (good sign for a local favorite). I had the medium bowl and was very full after. Great mix of options. I will def. return.

As much as I love this place, my recent experience was subpar. A different person was working from usual and he messed up on my order which would have been fine if it was remedied. I looked in my bowl to find half a scoop of fish, and upon realizing he had forgot the other fish I had put on my order, I went up to request a scoop. He then proceeded to give me a tablespoon of fish. A huge disappointment.

Charging the same for a scoop of imitation crab vs a scoop of fish (like salmon) is crazy!!! Coming from the east bay, I've never seen a place charge for imitation crab. It's always been a free topping, sometimes unlimited... 😒 Food wise, everything is fine if you want a poke fix and are already in the neighborhood. But if you want to get good value for your money, go somewhere else. :/ (Unless you get the chicken teriyaki bowl since that doesn't involve the imitation crab.) I want to like this place so bad but I can't justify the pricing for the imitation crab. ;-;

Fresh fish, but a good poke is made by the seasoning. We tried three different sauces but they were only sour and spicy. The bowls are not balanced with something sweet.

I like how you can customize your bowl any way you like. That's a plus. The prices are a bit on the high side for what you get. The taste of the bowls that I got were very good. The food tasted fresh and flavorful.

It sucks getting my food through delivery because something is always missing or wrong ingredients were added. If you order from here, make sure you WATCH them make it. They WILL mess up anything more than one order per person. This is not the first time they made a mistake as well and I’m just finally putting a review on this JUST to inform others.

As much as I love this place, my recent experience was subpar. A different person was working from usual and he messed up on my order which would have been fine if it was remedied. He then proceeded to give me a tablespoon of fish. A huge disappointment.

The ingredients were ok, except brown rice which was hard, so probably leftovers since morning or yesterday. My problem was the sauce as was not detectable!! - indeed secret sauce! Not to mention I asked for the original spicy one and my food was not spicy at all! I had 4 orders and all of them had the same issue, jut blend food with not much taste! I’m making myself a much better one at home!

I was over Charged!! I discovered Poke Bowl about 2 weeks ago. Ordered a small bowl to try it. I found it perfect. So after work I came back and ordered a medium bowl. Enjoyed it! Yesterday I went again ang ordered 2 small bowls. The attending staff was giving only very small amount of the ingredients I ordered. I paid for what I bought but to my SURPRISE, I was billed for seafood salad or kimchi amounting for $3.50. I never ordered for a seafood salad. So I called the attention of the attending staff. Am having second thought about getting my food at poke bowl again.

I feel like they’ve become more stingy with the amount of fish they put in. They used to really pack in the ingredients, but I ordered a large bowl recently and it had about the same, maybe less than a medium bowl would have. The ginger also has a strange smell to it.

I did make a large order of 6 bowls but 2 of my bowls were missing things and worst of all my large bowl was missing my spicy crab meat. The worst poke bowl. Nothing was fresh. Even vegetables very soggy and smelly. Really scary to eat uncooked fish from this place. The bowl was full of sauce so you can't know the taste of anything but the sauce. Disappointing!

so we ordered off of grub hub for the food to arrive at 7:30. before 5 i got an angry knock at my door and a man said he’d be waiting for 40 minutes, which was most likely a lie, unless he has got some invisibility cloak, because i had gotten there 10 minutes prior, and he hadn’t knocked and wasn’t standing at my door when i walked up. now my moms currently in the sky (on a plane, not in heaven) and she had ordered the food for 7:30 so we could all have dinner together when she got back, which is very nice of her. furthermore, the food reaked of cigarettes, like somebody purposely exhaled an entire pack into the bag. seriously, when i opened it it smelled like a 20s speakeasy or something. i’ve never written one of these things because i know only middle aged, white moms are supposed to, but since my very own middle aged white mom is still in the sky i have taken it upon myself. i’m not sure if the food itself is good, and i’m probably never gonna know, considering it smells like it was bathed in a back alley somewhere, and i’m not legally allowed to smoke, and i’m pretty sure eating this would count. i’m just rather peeved at this whole situation.

Received horrible customer service! Usually I order during the day, but since they don’t have a pick up option on DoorDash, I decided to order in-store around 7:45PM on a Monday(as the store hours says “open until 9:30 PM”). I walked up and the doors were locked, but I saw two employees still inside and all of the food was out. I knocked several times with the server right in front of me and she intentionally did not look up at me. I wouldn’t have been irked if they had simply told me the reason why they were closing early (even gesturing through the window that they’re closed), but I didn’t even get acknowledged in the slightest and going as far as purposely ignoring a customer. Just plain rude, and that’s coming from a person who was loyal to this place for 3 years now and also works in the food service industry. Unacceptable.

Already a long wait where friends of someone behind the counter and he decided to make their bowls before mine, even though I had been waiting for them to even take my order. Extremely annoying.

Today, I buy my medium size bowl(should get 3 scoops), but the guy at service Only give me 1 scoops. The potion is so small. I don't know how they hire people, but this guy is bad new. If you see this guy(he big and short), I order from him.
