Great pastries, nice coffee and friendly staff. My favourite drink is the Mexican mocha. But the best part for me is that they have a little corner for toddlers to play. There’s a little kitchenette with mini pots and a couple of toys. My 1.5 year old loves it and I get to drink my coffee while it’s still hot.

Just had the pleasure of stopping in on my way to work...Nice group of locals parked out front of this sweet neighborhood cafe, clearly a nice draw for building community. When I walked in, the folks were just as friendly as their patrons sitting outside. I enjoyed a delicious chai and breakfast croissant, with nice grooves playing in the background. There's a spot in the corner of the cafe for little ones to play (how I wish there were more of these types of cafes when my kids were young). It's a nice place to study, work, gather or just relax. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. Railroad Expresso has been my favorite in this neighborhood for years. The owner Jo is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet. I come here every chance I get and I usually get the Americano. The espresso comes out amazing and strong. Perfect for someone that’s looking for something solid for the day.

This place was great!!! Just happened to drive by on my way to a bid and stopped in for a cup of Joe and the owners were really really friendly made me feel really relaxed & at home. Much better experience than the hustle and bustle of Starbucks or Peet's and the coffee with excellent on top of it

Decent food, good coffee even for SF at a surprisingly low price Owner works there, has been there for decades, and is outgoing if you want to talk. Happy to have this in the neighborhood!

Yes, They have a dart board. They also have great coffee, good vibes comfy chairs and outlets to get work done! Also a little kids play area, strategically placed under the dart board to keep everyone on their toes.

If you visit Vietnam and leave without visiting this amazing place, then go back cuz your trip to Vietnam is not complete without it. The owner is a free man who carries the free spirit of the Vietnamese on his back, this place is a must visit.

I've been going there for years and it's a cool place to hang out and get some Great coffee. The place looks really cool too with the whole train theme going on. I wouldn't spoil it and give you details tho. Jo is a lil crazy but always in a fun way. She's always got something funny to say and make my day. Fred is always there at the wee hours of the morning and almost always gets there a lot earlier than the 6am opening. He's more chill but also a cool guy to talk too, kinda like reading the morning paper, without, he's my source for what's going on currently and just a cool guy to shoot the -#$% with lol. He knows alot about alot of stuff hahaha. I would definitely recommend you stop by and check this place out.

Awesome little hole in the wall. Stumbled upon this place randomly one morning with a buddy. Very friendly mother and son working (if I recall correctly). Drinks were great, too

FAIR TRADE COFFEE. Amazing loose leaf tea at great prices. Creative speciality drinks including mexican hot chocolate and thai tea. Friendly staff and good seating with fast wifi. Play area for children and bathroom available too.

Not starbucks for sure, but it's a good place to take a walk to. They press their own espresso and the specialty drinks are reasonably priced. They do have wifi now and also a cute reading area with a couple book shelves.
