The "Tower Burger" is my favorite hamburger in San Francisco. The owner is also super nice, so it is a double pleasure to pick up food here.

Crispiest fries you ever did taste. Try the club sandwich, it's a real triple decker. The patty melt is great too.

Nice burgers at a decent price. They did a good job cooking mine medium rare. Sides are not included with the burger which (to me) makes them more adaptable.

Burgers were solid, Garlic Fries amazing, However they do add some extra sauce, so if you are on a date, ask for light sauce. can tasre the freshness of the patty, it ISNT frozen meat.

Nice place to sit and enjoy a quality burger. They use high quality Neimans beef and grill it to order. Lots of options from plain hambers and California style with Avocadi and bacon to more exotic Hawaiian burger with grilled pineapple. Always a good burger. They also have vegetarian options, fish & chips, and others. Great French fries as well.

Great place, Im a regular, I live less than a mile from the place. The fries are always good,the fish is very good, burgers very good, I get the chicken mushroom grilled sandwich often, very good. The prices are also very reasonable, on the lower end. Great 👍

This yummy little hide away needs to be more visible! My little one is very picky and I am restricted to certain types of foods with this place is awesome the food is Delicious! Cooked precisely right all the time! And hardly no way time! And they don't pressure you to leave your table you could stay here studying or reading if you wish this has become one of our favorite spots!❤ If you're coming to visit San Francisco you need to come pass by here they have more on the menu then just burgers it's awesome and they have great milkshakes made with Mitchell's ice cream!

It feels great to be back at Tower Burger after 12 years! My bestie and I ate here for dinner on a foggy Sunday evening. It wasn't too busy at 5:30pm, but it got busier as it approached 6pm. We used to eat here for lunch on special occasions or for dinner before a show at our high school. The ambiance significantly changed for the better as it became modern with updated tables and gray chairs. Ordering was easy at their counter, and the staff on duty kindly writes it down including specific requests. I ordered a California Burger without cheese and tomatoes, while my friend ordered a hamburger. There's an option to add fries for approximately $4.99 to your burger orders. After placing and paying for our orders, we were able to sit at any table. Our orders were ready within 10 minutes. The burgers were perfectly charbroiled and were delicious and not heavy. It suited well with the avocado slices, lettuce, red onions and the toasted buns. The fries were crispy and not greasy. It matched well with a side of honey mustard sauce (as per my request). The quality has sustained well since my high school era. Tower Burger is the legit OG place for burgers in the Twin Peaks-Miraloma area!

I’ve only ordered takeout but am so happy to have found a delicious burger joint near me plus THEY SERVE MITCHELL’S ICE CREAM SHAKES! That won me over automatically, though the burger was very delicious itself. No frills burger joint right here with plenty of parking out front. Tower burger pictured here (and toasted a lil by me at home because I made the mistake of running errands in between.) Have already returned and will be back!

In 1/19 I asked the owner's son if they sold their tee-shirts. That would be free advertising for them. He said no, but I will ask the owner. I like wearing tee-shirts with local stores or brands as long as they include, "San Francisco, CA." on them. I went the other day, as I go regularly. I bought the Phili Cheese Steak. Wow! I loved it! I always love the chili cheese fries, which I buy as a half order, since I'm dieting.

This place is okay. The service is friendly but aggressive. As soon as I walked in and was looking at the menu I was asked if I was ready to order (as I was obviously head down looking at the menu). The burgers are tasty, but fries sold separately. For about $10 I think I would rather go somewhere else for burger and fries.

Nice art on the walls, like the buns they use for the burgers, chili cheese fries were pretty good. Think it's a mom/daughter duo, both are cool but the "mom" is always so nice

Tried this place since I was in the area. The burger 🍔 I got was bigger than I thought it would be. Toppings was pretty generous, in my opinion. I should have taken a picture of the item to show the size of the item. I didn't dine in as my order was take-out, so I'm not able to comment about the atmosphere

It's good. Quality stuff. I'd imagine going there on a nice Sunday and enjoying a burger. It's a bit pricey, but it's pretty enjoyable. Atmosphere is nice, nothing crazy. Service was nice and quick, waited probably 5-10 minutes for a good burger. Would definitely go again. 8/10.

This place serves up a solid burger and some decent onion rings in a no frills setting. It's a little slice of a suburban strip mall basically at the base of twin peaks. A bit odd? Yes. Decent burger and good service? Also Yes.

I get takeout from Tower Burger all the time. The burgers are good, but the chicken sandwiches are the real sleepers here. Onion rings are huge, battered, and crispy. And this place is very fast for the quality -- typically five minutes. If you call ahead, it'll be ready when you get there. Service is always very friendly, too.

Its a hidden place with an excellent choice of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and fries. We can always measure a place just my ordering a simple hamburger. Well it was standard I can't complain. I was surprised to see Mitchell's ice cream for their shakes!

The burger and sweet potato fries were good! It's a bit too pricy for regular lunches but great for a treat once in a while! It's nice that there's a discount for sides purchased with a burger. One of their lady staff seemed really kind - I felt it even though I only had a short interaction.

I wasn't very impressed with the burgers here. I thought they were closer to a fast food burger than a big plump burger at Burgermeister. The milk shakes were tasty though and the staff were nice.

8.99 for garlic fries. Read it again. Its about a dollar less than an actual burger. If the prices werent so bizarre it would be better. Sides are waaay overpriced. I prefer the food at beeps burgers. Way better portions and taste for less money.

I chose poorly with the chicken n vegetable soup, as I just wasn't that hungry. It looked and tasted like in came out of a can. Bland and flavorless. My daughter's grilled cheese was about the same :( BUT... My other daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger that was freakin bomb. So the moral of the story is, with a name like Tower BURGER, just order a damn burger.

Too expensive! I used to like this place. The burgers are pretty tasty, along with other sandwiches. However, the prices have gone WAY up. I know that is a city-wide inflation issue. But can you imagine paying $7.99 for a regular size order of so-so french fries? That's what they now charge at Tower. And it's not like the fries are anything to write home about--they're thin and still not that crispy. Unfortunately, this is the only burger place nearby and they've cornered the market in this strip mall location, so they can charge way too much to unsuspecting high school students and workers in the area. You'd be much better off getting a burger and fries at SuperDuper... the fries are better and they're... $3.75, as they should be! Overall, a meal at Tower will probably run you $20 or more -- honestly, too much for the food they're serving. They seem like nice people, so I hope they get the message and bring some of the prices back down.

The burgers and fries are NOTICEABLY inferior to NandOut which is roughly HALF the price and with unsurpassed condiments. A few steps away is a burrito place with great and fresh burritos 30% less than chipotle…

The burger is solid, but for me, it's a bit on the pricey side. Burgers are tough. There are plenty of cheaper burgers that are excellent, so once you get to a certain price point, you have to convince me that the extra dollars are worth it. The meat was good, but my burger was a little over done after they asked how I wanted it cooked. The location is nestled in a strip mall and is a really nice stop for anyone coming to visit Twin Peaks. Also, if you live in the area, it's fine, but I wouldn't go well out of my way to get here.

This place is alright. Their burgers have a distinct taste, one I can’t quite put my finger on, but also not my favorite. The cashiers are always very nice and do that little bit extra for every request, so I hesitate to give this place a 3 stars, but the food just isn’t quite good enough to warrant going for me. Pretty good garlic fries, and alright grilled cheese.

Bun toasted black, meat not so good slightly sour, and tough… had Mushroom burger with stouts added slim pickings on everything, and extremely over priced for food item. Service rushed. I’d rather not ever go bk!

Burger undercooked and tasted burnt. Onion rings were good and milkshake was pretty good. Atmosphere very sterile / not a good vibe for a date night. Also pretty expensive for what it was.

Fair burgers at a high price point. Everything is expensive here, so I’m OK with about $10 (with tax and fees) for a juicy burger with fresh produce, and it’s much better than McD’s in that regard. They fall down on everything else though! That burger is alone, and there are no combos of any kind! If you want a drink, you pay. Fries? You pay through the nose! $2.99 for a small handful of plain old boring fries? Outrageous. If it was a big mound 4x as big, if they were made from fresh potatoes, if they were seasoned, if anything, I wouldn’t feel gouged. There are garlic fries and such...for even more money! So, grab a bag of chips and a drink at the grocery store next door, get takeout, and chow down in your car. Don’t let them gouge you.

The fries were over cooked, the customer survive was terrible. The man there interrupted me JUST as I was ordering to tell me “um Exuse me you have to order to sit down. I never seen them clean the bathrooms ether.

I asked if I could refund since I got the receipt but they said no and I ended up losing $8 for a mediocre drink in a small cup. DO BETTER!!
