Opinions de Thai Time San Francisco
Recommended by a friend, he told me their Thai time wings, gra pow or ka prow are addicting, but i decided to get their Green Fried Rice. I was not disappointed! Don’t know if all their portions are like their fried rice but they gave so much, that i only ate half of it for lunch & the other half for dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place to try their other dishes! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Thai Food.
The food in this place is delicious! They offer a great price, quality and quantity in comparison with other places.Furthermore, the service is good and the place is clean. My favorite dish to order is the #80. In the first and second video you can see the difference between indoor dining and takeout. (The flavor doesn't change just presentation obviously). I would recommend this place for a yummy Thai food.
This is my favorite one of thai restaurants in San Francisco even the place is quite small but I really the foods there it’s authentic and the prices is reasonable anyway the place it’s always busy according to it’s really small but that’s an understanding reason tho. As I’m thai I would recommend this one if you like Thai food.
Very typical and nice Thai Food. We enjoyed the green curry and the fried rice. Definitely a good place to go if you are around Golden Gate Park area ! Enjoy !
My favorite Thai Restaurant in San Francisco. Very small, simple space, with delicious food. Vegetarian curry add pumpkin is must try :)
A small place , but satisfying, after shooting at bakers beach, i went to this place based on reviews. And all the reviews are true, small , yet wondrous. Fast service with tasty food. If you are in the neighborhood, do try this place. Its amazing and dont forgwt to taste the thai iced tea. Never though thai food is this delicious. Recommendations to all the review readers to visit and try this place .
Authentic taste and reasonable quantity and quality. Definitely worth coming back! Yelp wait list is a must utilized tool to minimize wait time.

Thai Time off Clement in the Inner Richmond is one of my favorite places in SF for a casual great meal. I like Thai in general, but their versions of dishes are excellent-- never had a dish i haven't LOVED! I especially enjoy their red-Tiliapia, a whole fried fish with curried eggplant on top. They also have fish with salad combos that are super in the random hot day in summer, and on the flip side their soups are a step above the norm. They recently opened back up their small dining room which has a comfy, home-cooked meal kind of charm about it and everyone who works there is friendly and very accommodating-- they really want to please their customers and get every order just right. Their take out is also prompt and excellent too.
**My favorite Thai restaurant in the Bay Area.** It's a cozy family-run long-standing local gem, a hole-in-the-wall with only a handful of dine-in tables. Besides the standard Thai dishes, the menu is extensive and includes a lot of delicious appetizers, curries, stir-fries, and other entrees. The online ordering is so convenient, and the food is all well packaged. If you can't decide what to get, the Thai Time favorites helps you narrow it down. You really can't go wrong though--literally every dish I've ordered has amazing flavors, lots of fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The space is clean and features traditional Thai decor, and the owners are very friendly. Prices have remained consistent throughout the years and are very reasonable considering how expensive SF has become. (It usually comes out to ~$25 per person for a feast with leftovers)
Unlike other Thai restaurants this place has offered a unique flavor the other Thai places lack. So unique that we must have their dish at least a week. Well, it must have to do with being newly discovered. I totally recommend their green curry, red curry, soup and tofu dishes. But make sure sure to order mild if you are not a fan of spicy dishes. Five out of five hands down.
Bro.... I'm talking about... Some of the best Thai food I've had in my LIFE!!! That Green Curry Duck went crazy! The duck was so unxious and the eggplant had a flavor that soaked into every fiber of the plant! And the Rad Na was also excellent! Praise be to God for this great food and the cooks here!

Passed by this place multiple times. It was a carry out only restaurant during pandemic time and reopened for dining in last year. It is a small place with about 6 to 7 small tables. Tried it today and here’s my comment: the service is good and the owner served me. The decoration is great too. But for some reason the food is not good. Being eating in such a small space, I expect to get very hot (not just warm or even cold) dish. But unfortunately the dish I got is just warm. Especially the pork is colder than the noddles. I don’t know if they cooked my dish and let it sitting on kitchen table for a long time before serving the dish to me. But there’s no reason they would do that in such a small restaurant. Another possibility is something I hope is not true: they served me leftover food.
Not much seating, but a cozy small place. Cheap prices for their lunch special, so adorable especially for San Francisco. Loved the flavor of the veggies and tofu. Curry also wasn’t too sweet. Food overall wasn’t greasy either.
We were craving Thai food after some drinks and found this place! We ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and a Pad See Ew with chicken. We also asked for making them spicy, and they did a really good job, the spicy level is at the right amount! Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle with shrimp mixed with fried tofu, bean sprouts, egg, and peanuts. Their fried tofu was so good that it's crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside! The noodles are full of flavors, sour, and a bit sweet! And the portion is huge that I couldn't even finish it.
I really enjoyed my 2 visits to this place. Good prices and yummy Thai food. Their Khao Soi is different than others I've had, but delicious. Love the Pumpkin Seafood Curry. So full of seafood and perfect amount of spice. Service is so good and parking was not hard to find, with a little patience. The lemonade is homemade and delicious. Prices are so reasonable too!

Pretty mediocre, and just about everything reflects that. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s only about as good as what I can make at home and I’m terrible at cooking Thai food. Rice tasted a bit off, but the other things we ordered were alright I guess. I can’t say I’d recommend this to anyone, and unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
Pretty good selection of fairly priced Thai food. The place is pretty small and always busy. Good thing, you can secure your spot in the line via yelp though. Unfortunately we had roach stopping by our table after we had finished. This clearly shouldn’t happen in any restaurant!
Walked by this hole in the wall and decided to try it. Food is average. Service could definitely improve. We received the bill while we are still eating, about half way point. We ordered the Chicken Basil and the Curry Chicken with Fried Eggplant and Tofu.

The food was tasty but extremely spicy, i ordered medium spicy but it turned out to be too spicy for us. My kids couldn’t eat at all, so i ordered another pad thai with no spice. This time it turned out to be too sweet! The portions are huge, so we had to to go a lot of food but ended up discarding since we were not able to eat the very spicy food.

Ordered Catfish curry and Thai Time friend rice. I had requested the catfish to be spicy, but it was not spicy at all. Very dissapointed because Thai food is supposed to be spicy even if you don't ask, and wasn't spicy even though I asked for it specifically. The catfish amount was not much, and it was filled with bones. Other Thai places serving similar Catfish curries did not have bones. The bones ruined the eating experience. Also why is plain jasmine rice $3.50 instead of the standard $2? I have seen most other places include it with the curry. The atmosphere was not great either. There are bumps, scratches, marks on the wall everywhere. The restaurant is also very small. The service also was bare minimum to the point that they did not put our food in the takeaway containers at the end when we had extra food left over. In summary, the lack of spice/flavor, too much bones in the fish, dilapidated atmosphere, and minimum service means I will probably not return here.
