I always make it a point to stop by this club whenever I’m flying out of SFO, and a big reason is Mei. She is truly exceptional. Every visit, she goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome, and today was no different. The bar seats were all taken, but she made sure I was comfortable, even grabbing a chair for me so I could still enjoy my drink before heading home. She makes the best Negronis! The ambience here is always great — relaxing, inviting, and the perfect place to unwind before a flight. The atmosphere, service, and energy make it my go-to spot at SFO. Thank you, Mei, and the whole team, for consistently making every visit feel special.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Club Lounge at SFO and it was truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The ambiance was sleek and sophisticated, and the staff were attentive and friendly. But the real star of the show was Mei, who crafted incredible drinks that were tailored to my taste. Her knowledge and passion for mixology are evident, and her service was top-notch. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and having a great time, checking in regularly and offering recommendations. The food was also delicious, and the views of the airport were a nice bonus. But it was Mei's exceptional service that really made my experience unforgettable. She's a true asset to the lounge, and I will be requesting her by name on future visits. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience at SFO, I highly recommend the Club Lounge. And if you get Mei as your bartender, you're in for a treat! 5/5 stars, and I can't wait to come back.

One of my favorite lounges in SF, with too many choices and options, especially if you have travel credit cards. This never disappoints me in terms of food and hospitality. We arrived and the food was delicious... I forgot her name, but the front desk staff was very engaged and quite friendly. She speaks Tagalog with blond hair.. she was awesome and those at the dining floor so polite and respectful crews…

Other then the 15 minute wait to get in, I don't see how this lounge could be rated below 4.5 stars. I guess there are alot of picky people out there as the space is beautiful and the food is great. It literally is one of the nicest airport lounges that we have ever stepped foot in. If you have a Priority Pass, I'd highly recommend a visit to The Club SFO!

Avant Lard Travel - by Houston Porter

This is our favorite lounge anywhere and is so nice that we make the walk over from the international terminal, if we have the time...it's that good. Yes, there can be a waiting list but they'll take your phone number and text you when your turn is up, so at least you don't have to wait right there in their lobby. Once inside, the space is great, with many different seating options in different rooms, a great selection of well thought out and executed food that is restaurant quality, and the bathrooms are very clean.

One of the more luxurious Priority Pass lounges at SFO. Very spacious and clean, with attentive staff. Moderate selection for food, but better than other lounges at SFO. I went for breakfast time around 9 AM and was fortunate to arrive when the lounge was almost full. Upon leaving at 10, there was a line of people waiting to get in. When entering, make sure to secure seats first! Breakfast foods included bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, potato wedges, congee, fruits, and oatmeal. The potatoes were the best and well seasoned.

07/08/25 As many have previously said, it can get quite crowded and packed at certain times and days. Unfortunately for us, it was packed with no non-bar seats (after we were allowed in) until a couple of people left and we beat out a few people by seconds to take the seats. Bar had great selections. Food was slightly better than some other The Clubs stateside. Only stayed 15 mins and went to another lounge (Virgin Atlantic).

They were at full capacity when we arrived but they were 4 out and 4 in. It went quite quickly. Fast service for drinks. Buffet style food came out reasonably fast. There were clearly marked dietary restrictions. We have an egg allergy in the family so this was good. -1 star for not truly enough food options 3-4 hot items. Also -1 star for not having any to go containers for drinks like the coffee or juices. That being said it was quite healthy food! Would definitely come back!

I personally think this lounge is ok and about as good as the Centurion in this airport. The location is much better though, because it’s near some shops and more flight gates. It was quite busy but we found a seat. They have a good bar. Tables, sofas, big condo chairs, and even a circular fire pit thing. Overall quite pleasant. It has decent food options. One meat (orange chicken) and one veggie (tofu) entree available. Kind of like Panda Express level. Which I think was good. Some rice. Some salad and veggies. A few other snack items like veggie bao buns, soup, artichoke dip with tortilla chips, compiles, ands stuff like that.

Review from Oct 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM. 4 stars out of 5 seems about right. Club seems new and very stylishly decorated. Seating, food service, and restrooms were clean. The food selection was a bit limited. There are windows on one side of the largest room, but no real airport view. As with most airport clubs, it was pretty full and seating choices were limited, but there was no wait to enter at the time we arrived. I would say seating capacity is around 100. It was a bit loud overall, and they play a sort of jazzish background musak. Not sure about that.

The club has a good setup although you have to wait around 1/2 hr to get in. We first had to wait in line for 15 min before being able to get on the waitlist. Good food selection. And the bar is great. Plenty of choices and good pours. Bathrooms are clean. Place can get crowded.

This lounge is modern, and it's less than a year old. I've visited a handful of times, since i usually fly Alaska Airlines, the gates are only a few minutes walk, which is convenient. There was no line today (Monday at 8:45pm). The food is descent, the shower is great, the private room is relaxing, the bar offers a good selections. It's also connected airside with Terminal 3, although it's quite a walk. Or use AirTran on the 3rd level, however you would need to go through custom one more time.

Good experience inside once I got checked in. The wait time can be long depending on the time of day. Inside is very spacious. Several stations serving different kinds of food. The bartenders are nice and keep the drinks flowing, as long as you don't make a fool of your self from over indulgence on complimentary drinks. Overall, a great place to relax and lounge before your flight.
